Amid a pandemic, companies are required to be able to make new innovations by paying close attention to customer needs to improve marketing performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of product innovation in mediating the effect of market orientation on marketing performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This research uses non-probability sampling method using saturated sampling technique with 64 respondents. Data was collected using questionnaire and analysed using path analysis. The results of this study show that market orientation has nonsignificant positive effect on marketing performance, market orientation has significant positive effect on product innovation, product innovation has nonsignificant positive effect on marketing performance and product innovation is unable to mediate the effect of market orientation on marketing performance of SMEs of gold and silver jewelery in Singapadu village. This study can be used as a refrence for future studies on topics concerning marketing performance.

This study to analyze the influence development of tourism sector, namely number tourist visits, number of hotels, number of restaurants and number of travel agents both simultaneously and partially on the unemployment rate in Regency / City of Bali Province. This study uses panel data, which is a combination of time series data and cross-sectional data with 45 observation points. The method of data was observation with secondary data. The data analysis technique used linear regression analysis. The results that simultaneously number of tourist visits, number of hotels, number of restaurants and number of travel agents have a significant effect on unemployment rate in Regency / City Bali Province. Variable number of tourist visits has negative effect on unemployment rate in the Regency/City of Bali Province, number of restaurants has positive effect on unemployment rate in Regency/City of Bali Province, while variable number hotels and number of travel agents has no significant effect on unemployment rate in Regency/City of Bali Province.

The largest source of state revenue is taxes. Tax is an effort made by the government to realize its independence. The role of taxes as state revenue is very dominant, but it is still not optimal considering the number of non-compliant taxpayers. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of taxpayer awareness, level of understanding of taxation, tax sanctions and public service accountability on the compliance of motorized vehicle taxpayers registered at the Badung Samsat Office. Accidental Sampling was used as a sampling method and obtained as many as 100 samples of motor vehicle taxpayers. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that taxpayer awareness, level of understanding of taxation, tax sanctions and public service accountability have a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at the Badung Samsat Office. It is hoped that the Badung Samsat Office can further increase information on the importance of paying motorized vehicle taxes through webinars or seminars as well as online platforms or direct practice with assistance such as short videos on motor vehicle taxes and sanctions given for late payments in order to gain knowledge of taxation early on.

This study aims to examine and explain the role of brand image in mediating the effect of price and service quality on purchasing decisions at the TikTok Shop. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a total sample taken of 126 respondents with the method of determining the sample, namely purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, Sobel test and VAF test. The results showed that price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price had a positive and significant effect on brand image, service quality had a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image had a positive and significant effect on decisions purchase, brand image is positively and significantly able to mediate the effect of price on purchasing decisions, and brand image is positively and significantly able to mediate the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions. This research is expected to provide an empirical contribution to management science, especially consumer behavior and be useful for TikTok Shop companies in developing product marketing strategies related to the company's brand image, price, and service quality.

Compensation is an important aspect for a company. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable at PT. Astra International Tbk. Daihatsu Cokroaminoto Branch, Denpasar. This research was conducted by PT. Astra International Tbk. Daihatsu Cokroaminoto Branch, Denpasar involving all 55 employees using the saturated sample or census method. Primary data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The results of the respondents' answers were continued with validity and reliability tests, then continued with hypothesis testing using path analysis and sobel tests. The results of the analysis show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with motivation as the mediating variable. The results of this study provide implications for the theory of expectation to PT. Astra International Tbk. Daihatsu Cokroaminoto Branch to pay more attention to compensation to improve employee performance and motivation

This study analysis the coping strategies of the tourism worker household during Covid-19 pandemic in Gianyar, Bali. The data of this study comes from the answer of the online survey. The respondent is the tourism worker from Gianyar regency in Bali. The data estimates using Linear Probability Model with fixed effects to solve endogeneity problem between urban area and rural area. Education household head are the important characteristics of the household head which affects the coping strategies of the household. Further, child adult ratio and social network are also the important characteristics of the household which determine the coping strategies of the household. Social network important in Indonesia. Consequently, in promote the policy, the government can utilize the social group in the community. There are limited number of research analyses the coping strategies of the Gianyar tourism worker. Further, the previous researches use qualitative analysis or descriptive statistics. This study contributes on the research in coping strategies of the Gianyar tourism worker and estimates using econometrics analytical tool.

The Village Credit Institution is a Microfinance Institution based on local wisdom in Bali, which has the aim of improving the Village economy, currently facing competition from similar financial institutions operating in Bali. Based on this, the aim of this research is to analyze the internal and external environment as a basis for formulating strategies for empowering Village.Credit.Institutions.in Bali. The sample for this research was 100 Village Credit Institutions in Bali which were taken using stratified proportional random sampling based on districts/cities. Data was analyzed using SWOT Analysis, which is outlined. in the External. Factor.Analysis Summary (EFAS) and Internal. Factor. Analysis Summary (IFAS) matrices. This research found that the Village Credit Institution empowerment strategy in Bali in the future can be carried out with an intensive strategy through market penetration strategies and new product development. The penetration strategy includes increasing credit customers and third party funds more intensively and the new product development strategy includes funding micro and small businesses with a profit sharing system, funding household equipment and term savings.

The coffee shop business is one of the most popular businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Not many businesses can survive during the pandemic, but Myth Coffee is able to retain its customers despite declining sales. This study aims to analyze the effect of Store Environment on Customer Experience and Repurchase Intention on the Myth of Coffee Shop Renon Coffee. The number of samples in this study were 130 respondents. Data obtained from the distribution of research questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results of the study found that the store environment had a significant positive effect on repurchase intention on the Myth of Kopi Coffee Shop Renon. Store environment has a significant positive effect on customer experience at the Myth of Kopi Coffee Shop Renon. Customer experience has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention on the Myth of Kopi Coffee Shop Renon. Customer experience plays a significant positive role in mediating the store environment on repurchase intention in the Myth of Kopi Coffee Shop Renon. Myth of Kopi Coffee Shop Renon can do the right interior decoration will provide a new experience for consumers so that they can leave a positive impression on consumers' minds and in the long run are interested in making repurchases.

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital and labor on the production and income of the bakery industry in Denpasar City. The data used in this study is primary data from conducting structured interviews with respondents. The research population is bakery entrepreneurs in Denpasar City. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Based on the Slovin formula, a sample of 210 respondents was determined. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that capital and labor have a positive effect on production in the bakery industry in Denpasar City. It means that the higher the capital and labor, the higher the products produced. Capital, labor, and production have a positive effect on the income of the bakery industry in Denpasar City. It means that the higher the capital, labor, and production, the higher the income generated. Production mediates the effect of capital and works on the income of the bakery industry in Denpasar City. That is, when capital and labor increase, it can increase income if production increases.

Nilai perusahaan merupakan persepsi investor terhadap tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan yang sering dikaitkan dengan harga saham. Harga saham yang tinggi membuat nilai perusahaan juga tinggi. Nilai perusahaan yang tinggi akan membuat investor tidak hanya percaya pada kinerja perusahaan saat ini tetapi juga pada prospek perusahaan di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh good corporate governance dan kinerja lingkungan pada nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu dari laporan tahunan perusahaan pertambangan di BEI periode 2016-2020. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah observasi sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukan bahwa good corporate governance dan kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh positif pada nilai perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2020. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah GCG dan kinerja lingkungan memberikan sinyal positif bagi investor dalam menilai kinerja suatu perusahaan. Disamping itu perusahaan juga berusaha untuk menyelaraskan tujuan ekonomi dengan tujuan sosialnya agar lebih memperhatikan lingkungan sehingga akan diterima masyarakat dan perusahaan memiliki prospek yang baik di masa depan.
