The company's performance is certainly based on the good performance of employees, such as the use of the accounting information system implemented by the company. If implemented effectively, of course, it can improve employee performance towards the company. However, a case occurred in the employees of PT. PLN, which experienced a drastic drop in performance, was caused by a plan to cut salaries. The decrease in performance is certainly influenced by a lack of motivation at work. This study aims to provide empirical evidence related to the effect of the effectiveness of the application of accounting information systems, incentives, and work motivation on employee performance. This study uses a qualitative method, by distributing questionnaires to employees. The population in this study are all employees of PT. PLN (PERSERO) Rayon Kuta, with a sample of 39. The method of determining the sample used was purposive sampling technique. This study was tested by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that theoretically, 1) the effectiveness of the application of accounting information systems has a significant effect on employee performance. 2) incentives have no significant effect on employee performance, and 3) work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance.

This research aims to determine how much e-recovery service quality influences repurchase intention through e-customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for Shopee users at the State University of Surabaya. This study used a population of 150 active students and a sample of 108 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS application version 3.3.9. The results of the study prove that the direct relationship of e-recovery service quality is able to affect e-customer satisfaction with a value of 13,218 and the direct relationship of e-customer satisfaction is able to influence repurchase intention with a value of 8090, while the direct relationship of e-recovery service quality is not able to affect repurchase intention because it is only worth 0.285. However, in the indirect relationship, e-customer satisfaction has succeeded in being the perfect mediation for e-recovery service quality on repurchase intention with a value of 6,701. The results of this study can be used as a reference for students in learning activities and further research development.

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms, type of industry, and public ownership of companies on CSR disclosure through the sustainability reports of SOEs listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. The population in this study were 26 state-owned companies. Determination of the number of samples using purposive sampling technique with 3 criteria so as to obtain 18 samples that meet the three criteria. The data analysis used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that corporate governance mechanisms, type of industry, and company public ownership have a positive effect on CSR disclosure. This means that the better the corporate governance mechanism and the greater the ownership of public shares which is also influenced by the type of industry in the company, the wider CSR disclosure can be made. The results of this study can also theoretically confirm the Stakeholder Theory which plays an important role in the company's sustainability.

This study aims to determine the market reaction to the events of Joe Biden's victory in the United States presidential election in 2020, especially in the emerging market, namely Indonesia and the Philippines. This research uses an event study approach with a 11 day event window. The research sample is based on purposive sampling as many as 22 multinational companies that are members of the LQ45 Index, and 14 multinational companies that are members of the PSE Composite Index. The hypothesis test used in this research is One Sample t-test and Paired Sample t-test. The results of this study indicate (1) There is a market reaction in the form of significant abnormal returns around events in Indonesia and the Philippines (2) There is no difference in abnormal returns before and after events, both in Indonesia and the Philippines. The results of this study can show that the capital market in Indonesia and the Philippines can be in the form of an informational semi-strong form of efficiency market. The results of this study can be used as a consideration for investors in calculating the risk of non-economic issues that affect the capital market.

Entrepreneurial intention is a person's motivation to create new and innovative business activities through their abilities. Initial research results based on interviews with 4 hotel employees in South Kuta District who were laid off during the Covid-19 pandemic stated that they did not have a business idea, were unsure of their own abilities in entrepreneurship, and were not interested in a career as an entrepreneur. This research was conducted on hotel employees in South Kuta District who were laid off during the Covid-19 pandemic, which consisted of 82 men and 51 women, most of whom were aged 26-31 years, had a final D3 education, the field of science studied, namely tourism, and had a bachelor's degree in tourism. 1-4 years of service. The number of samples in this study were 133 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires directly and online to respondents using google form. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that attitude towards entrepreneurship, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control have a positive and significant effect on respondents' entrepreneurial intentions.

Previous empirical studies on the relationship of the tourism sector to economic growth have shown inconclusive results. Besides, the tourism sector has a low contribution to economic growth. This study aims to analyze the influence of local tourists, foreign tourists, the number of non-productive age residents, education, and health on economic growth in Eastern Indonesia. The research method in this study is using multiple linear regression with a panel data model. The data are annual data of 12 provinces with the period from 2010 to 2019. The results showed that local tourists, foreign tourists, the level of education and health had a significant positive effect on economic growth in Eastern Indonesia. Meanwhile, the non-productive age residents do not affect economic growth in Eastern Indonesia. The implications of this study are 1) the need to develop tourism infrastructure and 2) the need to improve the quality of human resources in the education and health sectors in Eastern Indonesia.

The study aims to examine students repurchase intentions on smartphone brands. The population used in this study was Indonesian students who used smartphones and once bought back their smartphones. The study used primary data and used purposive sampling techniques in sampling. The number of samples collected was as many as 156 student respondents. The analysis test was conducted using the SEM method and data process using Smart PLS software. The results of the data analysis successfully showed all five significant hypotheses. (1) Brand Engagement in Self-Concept positively affects Brand Loyalty, (2) Value Consciousness positively affects Brand Loyalty, (3) Brand Loyalty positively affects Repurchase Intentions, (4) Self-Congruity positively affects Brand Preferences, (5) Brand Preferences positively affect Repurchase Intentions. The results of this research are expected to help marketers in developing any aspect that can foster the intention of buying smartphone brands in Indonesia among students.

This research studies the influence of internal and good corporate governance on the performance of Rural Banks (BPR) with risk management as a moderating variable with a study on BPR in Badung Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal control and good corporate governance on BPR performance and to determine the effect of risk management as a moderating variable between internal control and good corporate governance on BPR performance. This research is explanatory research that tries to test the hypothesis statistically and explain it descriptively and quantitatively. The research data was collected through a survey with the distribution of questionnaires as a research instrument. The research population is the leaders of BPRs throughout Badung Regency. The number of samples in the study were 49 BPR leaders. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire was used to collect data in the form of opinions related to internal control, good corporate governance, risk management and performance of rural banks throughout Badung Regency. The results showed that the internal control and good corporate governance simultaneously did not have a significant effect on the performance of BPR. In addition, the moderating variable, namely risk management, can weaken the relationship between internal control and good corporate governance on BPR performance.

This study aims to determine whether the market reaction to the announcement of share buybacks has a positive effect during the covid-19 pandemic. The population of this research is 68 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, the samples obtained were 60 companies. The proxy in measuring market reaction uses cumulative abnormal return (CAR). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, one sample t-test. The market reacted negatively at the time of the announcement of the stock buyback, before the event and after the event. This situation is different from normal conditions if investors receive good information then the market will react positively. The Covid-19 outbreak has made market conditions uncertain, resulting in a decline in IHSG. Information on share buyback announcements and capital information issued by companies to conduct share buybacks is good information or positive information, but the information has little effect compared to the impact of covid-19 and has not been able to give confidence to investors.

Pandemi Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) telah memberikan dampak yang cukup besar di berbagai sektor di Indonesia, khususnya di bidang usaha. Wabah corona yang semakin masif pada akhirnya mengganggu proses pemasaran hingga titik yang siginifikan. Perilaku Konsumen berubah dikarenakan terdapat masyarakat yang aware dan akhirnya merubah pola konsumsi mereka. Menurut Schwarzl (2015) bahwa terdapat tingkat merubahnya Consument Behaviour. Apabila di linierkan dengan COVID maka 1. Permasalahan (Virus dan langkanya Alkes dan Logistik, serta harga yang naik), 2. Pencarian Informasi (mencari informasi harga), 3. Alternatif (alternative pembiayaan), 4. Pembelian (barang kebutuhan saat wabah), 5. Proses setelah pembelian (isolasi). Di tengah kondisi ini dimana masyarakat diimbau bertatap muka dan ke luar rumah, media sosial dapat menjadi salah satu cara dalam mempromosikan produk atau usaha yang mereka miliki apalagi di Indonesia sendiri penggunaan Instagram telah mencapai 79% dari total jumlah penduduk di Indonesia (katadata.co.id). Instagram telah menjadi suatu fenomena tersendiri dikalangan pengguna media sosial khususnya remaja. Banyak orang yang memanfaatkan instagram sebagai sarana untuk berbisnis dengan cara mengunggah foto produk yang akan mereka pasarkan dengan berbagai variasi efek gambar yang dapat menarik pembeli. Barang-barang yang telah diposting pada instagram juga mampu mempersuasif orang yang mengakses instagram karena langsung terdapat klasifikasi yang detail dari barang atau produk tersebut. Maka konsumen dapat secara langsung mengetahui kualitas dari barang yang diposting di instagram tersebut. Namun dalam situasi pandemic covid-19 sebanyak 60% usaha kuliner terkena imbas penurunan volume pembelian
