Lazada is one of the largest e-commerce applications in Indonesia. In order to survive in the business, Lazada must ensure that its users are willing to reuse the application on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of customer satisfaction on intention to reuse Lazada e-commerce users in Badung which is mediated by brand image. The sample used is 100 respondents who have done online shopping at Lazada and are domiciled in Badung. Samples were obtained using purposive sampling. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires. Data was analyzed using path analysis and Sobel test. The results found that customer satisfaction has apositive significant effect on intention to reuse, customer satisfaction has positive significant effect on brand image, brand image has positive significant effect on intention to reuse and brand image mediates the effect of customer satisfaction on the intention to reuse e-commerce Lazada.

Green marketing adalah segala aktivitas pemasaran yang bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan. Green marketing penting untuk diterapkan perusahaan mengingat dewasa ini kesadaran masyarakat untuk menggunakan green product semakin meningkat karena adanya isu global warming. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan peran brand image memediasi pengaruh green marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen produk The Body Shop di Kota Denpasar. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 125 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan path analysis, uji sobel dan uji VAF. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; green marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image; brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; brand image merupakan variabel mediasi secara parsial pengaruh green marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian. Implikasi penelitian ini bagi perusahaan The Body Shop adalah The Body Shop diharapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk, meningkatkan promosi yang berhubungan dengan lingkungan, serta meningkatkan kekuatan merek The Body Shop di benak konsumen.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior memainkan peranan penting dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada para pelanggan. Untuk itu perlu dikaji variabel kepemimpinan transformsional dan kecerdasan emosional dalam kaitannya dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior yang dimoderasi oleh kecerdasan emosional. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah: kepemimpinan transformsional, kecerdasan emosional dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Teknik analisis Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini, untuk mengungkap peran moderasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 108 pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior serta kecerdasan emosional mampu memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Untuk meningkatkan OCB maka perlu diperkuat kepemimpinan transformasional serta kecerdasan emosional pegawai perlu di tingkatkan.

Employee performance very important for a company, because performance is one of the main things in a company to help achieve company goals and be able to compete in business development. Good or bad employee performance is influenced by many factors, such as quality of work life and job satisfaction. This study to analyze role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of quality of work life on the performance. The number samples used was 66 employees using a saturated sample. Data collection in this study was carried out by interview and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is Classic Assumption Test, Path Analysis and Sobel Test. Based on results of analysis it was found that the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, job satisfaction mediates the effect of quality of work life on employee performance. The results of this study have implications for human resource development, especially for management to pay more attention to the quality of work life and employee job satisfaction, to improve employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction with affective commitment as a mediating variable which was carried out at the Klungkung Regency General Hospital. This study was conducted using a saturated sample of 75 people who are nurses. Data was collected by interview method and by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is structural equation (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) based on variance or component based SEM, which is often called Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and affective commitment is a variable mediating the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction.

Company activities certainly have an impact on the environment, therefore companies are required to apply a sustainable business concept, the Triple Bottom Lines. The application of the triple bottom lines, especially in terms of environmental protection (planet) assesses how companies can generate profits and can also minimize negative impacts on the environment. This study aims to examine the effect of environmental performance and environmental costs on company profitability through environmental disclosure. The sampling method used purposive sampling with 25 samples of consumer goods companies listed on IDX 2019 – 2021. This study used linear regression analysis to test the research hypothesis. The results of the hypothesis test prove that environmental cost has a significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, but environmental performance has no significant effect. Meanwhile, environmental cost and corporate social responsibility disclosure have a significant effect on company profitability, but environmental performance has no significant effect. Path analysis found that corporate social responsibility disclosure bridges the effect of environmental cost variables on company profitability, but is unable to bridge the effect of environmental performance on company profitability.

This research aims to analyze the role of emotional exhaustion in mediating the effect of work life balance on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on all female employees have family to support at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Cabang Renon. Number of samples in this study were 48 respondents. The sampling technique that used was saturated sampling. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Path Analysis. The results of this study state that work life balance has an effect on positive and significant on job satisfaction, work life balance has an effect negative and significant to emotional exhaustion, emotional exhaustion negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work life balance positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through fatigue emotional. The implication of this research is to provide an understanding that by improving work-life balance, reducing emotional exhaustion will able to increase the job satisfaction of female employees have family to support.

This study aims to analyze the role of work stress in mediating the effect of work on the work of nurses at Wangaya Hospital during the Covid-19 period. The research location is Wangaya Hospital in Denpasar City. The sample obtained is 138 people who are determined by proportional random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a survey approach and approach. Data analysis was carried out using PLS-based SEM, namely Smart Pls. The results showed that workload had a significant negative effect on work morale, workload had a significant positive effect on work stress and stress had a significant negative effect on work morale. Another finding is that work stress is not a mediator of the relationship between workload and the morale of nurses at Wangaya Hospital Denpasar. Practically, the findings of this study can be used by hospital managers to maintain the work of nurses through the provision of work morale in accordance with abilities and regulations. In addition, hospital managers should avoid making policies that can create work stress by testing new rules.

Brand loyalty is a strong commitment from consumers to repurchase a product or service consistently in the future. The high brand loyalty is influenced by factors including brand satisfaction and brand love. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of brand love in mediating the effect of brand satisfaction on brand loyalty. This research was conducted on consumers of Anomali Coffee in Ubud. The number of samples taken as many as 120 respondents, with a non-probability sampling technique of determining the sample using the purposive sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed online via google form. The analytical technique used is inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that brand satisfaction and brand love had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. This shows that the better the brand satisfaction and the greater the brand love, the more brand loyalty increases. Brand satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand love, the better brand satisfaction, the more brand love will increase. The results of the analysis also found that brand love is a mediating variable partially the effect of brand satisfaction on brand loyalty.

Salah satu pilahan studi yang ada diperguruan tinggi adalah akuntansi, dalam program studi akuntansi, mahasiswa akan mempelajari penyusunan dan pemeriksaan laporan keuangan, perencanaan perpajakan, dan analisis laporan keuangan. Kemampuan berpikir mahasiswa dituntut untuk lebih tinggi dari sekadar ingatan atau hafalan, dimana dalam hal ini mahasiswa harus memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam terkait mata kuliah akuntansi yang diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, dan kecerdasan sosial pada tingkat pemahaman akuntansi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Udayana. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih 156 responden sebagai sampel penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, dan kecerdasan sosial berpengaruh positif pada tingkat pemahaman akuntansi.
