Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the growth of garlic prices in Indonesia after the implementation of the EHP ACFTA tariff. This research was conducted in Indonesia with 16 years of observation in the period 2005-2020. The data used is secondary data with data collection methods, namely non-behavioral observation. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that domestic production of garlic, import volume of garlic, and garlic prices in China had a simultaneous effect on the growth of garlic prices in Indonesia. Partially, domestic production and import volume have a significant negative effect on the growth of garlic prices in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the price in China has no significant positive effect on the growth of garlic prices in Indonesia. The implication of this research is that there is needs to reduce the volume imports and seek to develop domestic production in order to reduce dependence on imported garlic. Abstract

That Performance is basically the result of an employee's work. The success or failure of an employee is influenced by the level of employee performance individually or in groups. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at PT. Angsa Kusuma Indah. This research was conducted at PT. Angsa Kusuma Indah, with the samples of 48 employees using a saturated sampling technique. The Data collection was carried out using observation and interviews, with the research instrument used was a questionnaire. The collected data was then analyzed using variant-based SEM or PLS. The results of the study found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect of employee performance at PT. Angsa Kusuma Indah. The Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at PT. Angsa Kusuma Indah. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.Angsa Kusuma Indah. In this way, the organizational commitment partially mediates the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Angsa Kusuma Indah.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to analyze the effect of capital, the number of customers and working hours on changes in the business volume of culinary entrepreneurs in Denpasar City, 2) to analyze the effect of capital, the number of customers, working hours, and changes in business volume on the income of culinary entrepreneurs in Denpasar City, and 3) to analyze changes in business volume in mediating the effect of capital, number of customers, and working hours on the income of culinary entrepreneurs in Denpasar City. The research population is culinary entrepreneurs in Denpasar City. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with a quota sampling approach or determined based on the allotment. The number of samples in this study was 100 samples as respondents were taken evenly in each sub-district in Denpasar City by using accidental sampling. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that capital, number of customers, and working hours had a positive and significant effect on changes in the business volume of culinary entrepreneurs in Denpasar City. Capital, number of customers, working hours, and changes in business volume have a positive and significant impact on the income of culinary entrepreneurs in Denpasar City. Changes in the business volume are variables that significantly mediate the effect of capital, number of customers, and working hours on the income of culinary entrepreneurs in Denpasar City

Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain the role of brand awareness in mediating the influence of viral marketing on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted in Denpasar City. The population of this study is all people in Denpasar City who consume and buy Lemonilo instant noodle products and know the viral marketing of Lemonilo instant noodles. The number of samples used is as many as 120 respondents with non-probability sampling technique, especially purposive sampling method. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire method which was distributed online by the researcher with the help of a google form. The data analysis technique used is path analysis to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables and using the Sobel test to determine the role of mediating variables. The results of the analysis and discussion of this study found that viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and brand awareness mediates the influence of viral marketing on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase or decrease in the company's financial performance after mergers and acquisitions. This research was conducted on non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that carried out mergers and acquisitions for the period 2010-2018. The number of companies used as a sample is 32 companies using the census method, namely the entire population is used as a sample. The analytical technique used is the Paired-Sample T-test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the financial performance as measured by the Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, and Earning Per Share decreased but was not significant, and for Return On Assets it showed a significant decrease while the Debt to Equity Ratio experienced an insignificant increase which means the position Financial risk is more risky after companies carry out mergers and acquisitions. The motive for companies to do mergers and acquisitions is managerial advantage where managers may have other motives besides maximizing the value of the company. Companies that will carry out mergers and acquisitions in order to achieve success must make preparations by looking at the financial condition and management of the company to be acquired or the company that will conduct the merger

Abstract

Employee performance is an important thing to advance a company, good performance is needed so that company goals can be achieved. Several factors that affect an employee's performance include quality of work life and organizational commitment. This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of work life on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Samples were taken as many as 58 employees and using saturated samples. Data collection in this study was carried out by interview and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis and Sobel Test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment is a mediating variable from the influence of quality of work life. on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, intrinsic motivation and proactive personality on the creativity of employees at CV. Aulia Fajar Collection Group. The theory used in this study is the theory of character activation. The population is all employees in the production section of CV. Aulia Fajar Collection Group. The number of samples used was 60 people using saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were used as research samples. The data collection method used interviews and questionnaires and the data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the analysis show that the work environment, intrinsic motivation, and proactive personality have a positive and significant effect on the creativity of employees in the production sector of CV. Aulia Fajar Collection Group Theoretically, the results of this study provide support for the trait activation theory. Practically, the results of this study are expected to be a reference for the management of CV. Aulia Fajar Collection Group in order to increase the creativity of its employees

Abstract

The development of culinary industry in Indonesia is getting promising. One of business that focuses on selling beverages is a coffee shop. Coffee shop is a place that offers beverage with variety of coffees. Starbucks Reserve Dewata is a new innovation from Starbucks which was inaugurated in 2019 and became the largest Starbucks Outlet in Southesast Asia. It is intended for people who understad coffee and interest to try a deeper experience on enjoying coffee. This study aims to examine and explain the effect of experiential marketing, brand image, and price perception on customer satisfaction at Starbucks Reserve Dewata consumers. This research was conducted in Denpasar city with 150 respondents using Google forms questionnaire. Determination of the sample using a non-probability sampling model with purposive sampling technique. The data analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. Experiential marketing has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price perception has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a difference between the performance of Islamic mutual funds and conventional mutual funds in bullish and bearish market trends. The analytical method used is the mean difference test uses the independent sample t-test method, through the SPSS program by comparing the Jensen and Treynor indices. The samples of this study were 15 conventional mutual funds and 15 sharia mutual funds based on the highest achieved NAV. in each period 2017 as a bullish trend period and the 2020 period as a bearish trend period. Based on the Jensen index by Independent sample t-test in 2017 (bullish trend), there is a significant difference between the performance of conventional stock mutual funds and the performance of Islamic stock mutual funds and the performance of conventional stock mutual funds is better than Sharia, while in the 2020 (Bearish trend) there is no differene between performance of conventional equity mutual funds and performance of Islamic equity mutual funds. Based on the Treynor index by independent sample t-test in both bullish and bearish periods, there is no difference between the performance of conventional equity funds and the performance of Islamic equity funds

Abstract

Supply chain management is the integration of the production process, starting from the procurement of raw materials and ending with the delivery of products to consumers. The implementation of this system affects the company's overall performance, so it is necessary to measure performance to determine the productivity that has been achieved. This research was conducted on CV. Beras Puspa Joged Bali, which sometimes suffers from a shortage of production raw materials, so it is necessary to bring them in from outside the Bali area with greater risk during expeditions. This study aims to determine the performance of supply chain management CV. Beras Puspa Joged Bali, which includes supply chain reliability, responsiveness, cost, and asset management performance. Interview and observation methods are used to get the data, as well as data analysis methods that use the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. The calculation results show the Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF) metric value of 99.88%, the Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) metric for 3 days, the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) metric of 86%, and the Cash to Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) metric for 20 days
