Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of using the e-office system in correspondence activities at PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero) The Nusa Dua Bali based on the characteristics of ISO/IEC 25010 : 2011 Quality in Use Model. The location of this research is at PT Indonesia Tourism Development (Persero)/ITDC The Nusa Dua. The number of samples used was 39 people using the census method. Collecting data using a 5 point likert scale questionnaire in the form of a google form. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive. The results showed the level of effectiveness of the use of the e-office system in correspondence activities at PT Pembangunan Wisata Indonesia (Persero) The Nusa Dua Bali with effective criteria. The efficiency level of using the e-office system in correspondence activities at PT Pembangunan Wisata Indonesia (Persero) The Nusa Dua Bali with efficient criteria. needs to be improved so that the implementation of e-office is more effective and efficient, namely the stability of the internet network to be maintained, the system to be updated and developed regularly, such as adding a digital signature feature, increasing file upload size, and being integrated directly with employee e-mails.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of environmental performance on socially responsible companies (study of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020). Legitimacy theory and Stakeholder theory are used as theoretical foundations to support the research model. The research was conducted on mining companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period. The total population is 40 companies. The sample in this study was 14 with purposive sampling technique for 3 years of observation, so as to obtain 42 observations. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis obtained that environmental performance has a positive effect on Corporate Social Responsibility in Mining Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period. The higher the performance of mining companies, the higher the Corporate Social Responsibility carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the exchange rate, GDP and inflation variables on the value of non-oil and gas exports in Indonesia during the 2010-2020 period. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression according to its function. It is used to see the effect between variables whose number is more than 2 variables. The data used is secondary data, the data obtained in the form of time series which is processed using statistical applications. From the regression results, it is found that the independent variable, namely the exchange rate, has a significant negative effect, inflation has no effect, while GDP has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the value of non-oil and gas exports in Indonesia.

Abstract

Technological developments have had a major impact on the business world, one of which is the development of a new type of business, namely e-commerce. As one of the largest marketplaces in Indonesia, Shopee is also very aggressive in promoting its users. This study aims to explain the effect of customer experience on customer satisfaction, the effect of trust on customer satisfaction, the effect of customer experience on repurchase intentions, the effect of trust on repurchase intentions, the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intentions, the role of customer satisfaction mediating the effect of customer experience on intention. repurchase, the role of customer satisfaction mediates the effect of trust on repurchase intentions on the Shopee.co.id online site. The study used a sample of 75 people, the method used in the sample was non-probability sampling method, the type of data source used was qualitative and quantitative data, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis of the study found that customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of customer experience on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of trust on repurchase intentions

Abstract

Repurchase intention is an activity that has taken the form of behavior or action in which consumers will commit to make purchases in the future. In addition, there is word of mouth promotion. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of service quality, word of mouth on repurchase intentions. This research design uses a quantitative approach in the form of an associative approach. This research was conducted in Badung Regency, especially in Mengwi District. The object used in this study is the influence of service quality, word of mouth on repurchase intentions on the consumers of Bu Desak's Restaurant. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. 2) Word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. 3) Quality of service, word of mouth on repurchase intention has a joint effect on repurchase intention. This research raises practical implications for Mrs. Desak's Restaurant so that they can use this research as an input for learning references.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test empirically the factors that influence student interest in Career Selection to become a Public Accountant consisting of Artificial Intelligence knowledge, attitudes and parental influence with self-efficacy as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all students of the 2018 batch of Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, totaling 1316 students. Samples were taken using simple random sampling method. The number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula with the number of samples in this study were 135 students. The data analysis technique of this research uses PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of the analysis prove that artificial intelligence knowledge, attitudes and parental influence have a positive and significant effect on student interest in choosing a career to become a Public Accountant, then self-efficacy is able to moderately strengthen the influence of artificial intelligence knowledge, attitudes and parental influence on the Interest of Accounting Study Program Students in Elections Career to become a Public Accountant

Abstract

The MSME sector became the backbone of the economy during the pandemic that swept across the world, causing many people to lose their jobs so that urban communities chose the trade sector as a way of survival. Culinary business is a business that is easy to run because the capital required is relatively small and does not need a higher education background. Along with the development of technology and people's lifestyles, entrepreneurs are required to always innovate so as not to be out of date. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of capital, working hours, and the use of online motorcycle taxis on business income in the culinary sector in Denpasar City. The research sample is MSMEs in the culinary field in Denpasar City with a total sample of 99 obtained using a non-probability sampling method, namely accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with data collection methods using questionnaires. The results of the analysis found that simultaneously and partially the variables of capital, working hours, and the use of online motorcycle taxis had an effect on business income in the culinary field in Denpasar City..

Abstract

Investment can be interpreted as the allocation of some of the assets owned so as to generate profits in the future. There are various factors that can influence a person when making investment decisions. The purpose of this research is to identify several factors that influence an investor in making investment decisions. These factors are financial literacy, overconfidence, and herding. The object of this research is capital market investors who are actively transacting for more than one year with a total sample of 140 respondents taken by purposive sampling method with certain criteria. Data was collected using a questionnaire by utilizing the Google Forms platform which was distributed through WhatsApp groups. The analytical tool used is multiple linier regression. The findings of this research indicate that financial literacy and herding have a positive and significant effect, while overconfidence does not affect an investor in making investment decisions in the capital market.

Abstract

Infrastructure is the driving force of the economy so that it will attract investors and can increase economic growth. This study aims to analyze 1) the influence of road and electricity infrastructure on investment in Bali Province, 2) the influence of road and electricity infrastructure on economic growth in Bali Province, and 3) the influence of road and electricity infrastructure on economic growth in Bali Province through investment. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Bali Provincial BPS and literature related to research in the 2016-2020 time period. Data was collected using non-participant observation methods and then the data were analyzed using path analysis. The test results show that road infrastructure has no significant effect on investment in Bali Province, while the electricity variable has a positive and significant effect on investment in Bali Province. Road infrastructure, electricity, and investment have a positive effect on economic growth in Bali Province. Investment is not a variable that indirectly mediates the influence of road and electricity infrastructure on economic growth in Bali Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, customer value, bank digitization, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of Rural Banks. The population in this study were all customers of PT BPR Lestari Bali. The sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample was obtained from the customers of 9 offices of PT BPR Lestari Bali. Instruments in data collection using a questionnaire measured by a 5-point Likert scale. This study uses an alternative structural equation modeling (SEM) method of PLS ??(Partial Least Square) with the SmartPLS 3.0 M3 program. The results of this study indicate that service quality, customer value, and bank digitization have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality, customer value, and bank digitization have a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty mediated by BPR customer satisfaction. Customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty which is mediated by BPR customer satisfaction. Bank digitalization has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The presence of the customer satisfaction variable as a mediating variable is very important to increase customer loyalty.
