Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine the ability of financial ratios as indicators in predicting company’s financial distress. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling technique in which companies are divided into two categories: companies that do not experience financial distress and companies that are categorized as experiencing financial distress. Financial ratios as indicators in predicting financial distress used in this study consist of current ratio, total liabilities to total assets, current liabilities to total assets, return on total assets, net income to sales, sales growth and sales to total assets. The research method used is logistic regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that return on assets and sales to total assets can be used in predicting financial distress.Keyword: financial distress, financial ratio

Abstract

Antibiotic resistance This causes the performance of synthetic antibiotics to decrease, so it is necessary to search for natural antibiotics. Moringa plant (Moringa oleifera Lam.) has antibacterial activity proven to inhibit and kill pathogenic bacteria and Multi-Drug Resistance (MDR)article review aims to collect data related to testing the antibacterial activity of Moringa plants as an effort to overcome antibiotic resistance. The method follows the PRISMA-2020 protocol by searching data on PubMed and ScienceDirect media using the keywords: "Antibacterial activity" and "Moringa oleifera". The data selection uses the Rayyan application by considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been set. The final results obtained are 95 data which are experimental journals of the Randomized Control Trial (RCT) type published in 1981-2021. Moringa plants began to be investigated for their activity against MDR bacteria in 2012 and became a sign that research was already in the direction of finding solutions. Antibacterial testing was carried out in vitro (10 studies) and in vivo (1 study). The leaves have been thoroughly tested for their activity against Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). The results of in vitro study obtained the range of zone of inhibition, minimum inhibitory concentration, and minimum kill concentration, respectively: 8.3-12 mm; 0.25-20 mg/ml; 0.50-20 mg/ml study in vivo showed that there was the healing of MRSA infection wounds in test animals.

Abstract

Glibenklamida termasuk dalam Biopharmaceutical Classification System (BCS) kelas II yaitu kelarutannya rendah. Kelarutan dapat ditingkatkan dengan dengan mengubah glibenklamida menjadi bentuk cocrystal. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui karakteristik kristal dan pengaruh termal terhadap cocrystal glibenklamida yang dibuat dengan variasi pelarut aceton, etanol dan pelarut acetonitril-aceton, dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kelarutan cocrystal glibenklamida. Cofomer yang digunakan asam oksalat dalam perbandingan equivalensi molar 1:1 dibuat dengan metode solvent evaporasi, menggunakan variasi pelarut aceton (F1), etanol (F2) dan pelarut campuran acetonitril-aceton (F3). Karakteristik cocrystal menggunakan Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA) dan uji kelarutan. Hasil penelitian cocrystal yang dibuat dengan variasi pelarut aceton (F1), etanol (F2) dan pelarut campuran acetonitril-aceton (F3) pada difraktogram XRD memiliki intensitas kristalisasi sudut 2θ: (F1) 5230,55; (F2) 4115,12 dan (F3)3404,17. Hasil spektra FTIR cocrystal pada gugus NH (F1) 3398,72 cm-1 (F2) 3381,36 (F3) 3404,51, pada gugus C=O (F1)1641,42 cm-1; (F2) 1433,17 cm-1; (F3) 1437,64 cm-1. Analisis termal DTA menunjukan titik leleh pada suhu 141-169,90C. Nilai entalpi (ΔH) dari DSC glibenklamida murni -38,0044 J/g; (F1) -12,14874 J/g; (F2) -38,8612 J/g; (F3) -5,8400 J/g. Hasil uji kelarutan terjadi peningkatan pada F1 6,75-12,65%, F2 7,40-12,52% dan F3 5,46-10,75%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, cocrystal glibenklamida yang dibuat dengan variasi pelarut F1, F2 dan F3 memiliki perbedaan karakteristik kristal dan karakteristik terhadap pengaruh termal, cocrystal yang dibuat dengan pelarut aceton mempunyai peningkatan kelarutan yang paling tinggi sebesar 12,65 % pada medium pelarut dapar pH 4,5.

Abstract

Manajemen risiko dalam manajemen rantai pasokan adalah salah satu hal yang paling penting diperhatikan disebabkan karena dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen risiko pada rantai pasokan di industri farmasi. Teknik dalam analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam rantai pasok, kinerja perusahaan farmasi sebagai pemain utama memiliki dampak penting pada manajemen rantai pasokan efisiensi. Identifikasi risiko dan pencegahan pada perusahaan farmasi tidak hanya dapat berfokus pada optimalisasi proses, peningkatan produktivitas dan meminimalkan risiko, akan tetapi juga prioritas perusahaan untuk memenuhi manajemen rantai pasokan yang meliputi aksesibilitas obat, kualitas obat dan sistem distribusi obat. Untuk riset mendatang perlu dilakukan kajian masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan farmasi dalam aspek strategi, aspek keuangan, aspek logistik, aspek politik, aspek pasar dan masalah peraturan terkait risiko pasokan produk farmasi serta perlu pula kajian terkait implementasi terintegrasi pada rantai pasok produk farmasi yang konsisten dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penulisan resep racikan masih banyak ditemukan dibeberapa fasilitas kesehatan di Indonesia. Peracikan obat umumnya menjadi solusi terhadap keterbatasan formula obat untuk anak. Inkompatibilitas merupakan suatu kejadian obat yang tidak tercampurkan secara fisika maupun kimia dan berakibat pada hilangnya potensi, meningkatnya toksisitas atau efek samping yang lain. Inkompatibilitas adalah reaksi yang tidak diinginkan yang terjadi antara obat dengan larutan, wadah atau dengan obat lainnya. Dua jenis inkompatibilitas yang berkaitan dengan peracikan adalah inkompatibilitas fisik dan kimia. pada pustaka lain dibagi menjadi inkompatibilitas fisika, kimia, dan teraupetik. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian observasional yang dilakukan di klinik utama “x” di Sukoharjo pada bulan Juli hingga desember 2020. Dalam penelitian ini terlihat bahwa pasien laki-laki paling banyak mendapatkan resep kortikosteroid 49,5% (n=113) dan sebanyak 24,7% (n=113) untuk perempuan yang mendapatkan resep kortikosteroid. Resep dengan racikan kortkisteroid Dexamethason yang memiliki inkompatibilitas terapeutik sebanyak 1 dengan obat asam mefenamat sebanyak 12 resep, sedangkan untuk methylprednison ditemukan sebanyak 4 obat kombinasi yaitu dengan vitamin C sebanyak 4 resep, Amoxicillin sebanyak 1 resep, Antasida sebanyak 1 resep dan As.mefenamat sebanyak 12 resep.

Abstract

Lidocaine HCl injection is a sterile product that is easily contaminated when opened. The temperature and humidity in the injection storage conditions also affect the quality of the drug when viewed from the UV-Vis spectrophotometric absorption value. The aimed of this study is to find out how the effect of storage conditions on the absorption profile of 2% lydocaine HCl injection by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The study used 27 ampoules of 2% lidocaine HCl injection and was qualitatively analyzed using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The study lasted for 14 days by first storing the injections in storage conditions at room temperature (25-27℃), cold temperatures (5-10℃), and exposed to Ultraviolet light (380 nm). Based on the results of laboratory tests, the most suitable storage condition used for storing lidocaine HCl injection was cold storage (5-10℃) because there was no shift in the maximum wavelength as occurred during the 14th day of UV exposure storage.

Abstract

Batik tulis is a rich cultural heritage of Indonesia, encompassing traditional values and artistic expressions. However, in some regions, there has been a decline in interest and skills in batik tulis making, along with the threat of plagiarism of local batik motifs. Therefore, efforts are needed to develop creative innovations in batik tulis production and ensure the sustainability of local batik traditions. Desa Doplang faces challenges in enhancing the skills of its residents in creating batik tulis with the motif of Polyanthes Tuberosa L., preserving the authenticity and originality of batik motifs, and improving economic well-being through increased production and sales of batik tulis. The Community Engagement Program (PKM) is designed to address these challenges through intensive mentoring, quality control, and efforts to prevent plagiarism. Through technical and creative training, the residents of Desa Doplang have acquired the skills required to produce batik tulis with the motif of Polyanthes Tuberosa L. Mentoring is provided at every stage of production, including the application of wax, dyeing, and the final boiling process. Feedback and constructive advice are given to improve the quality and authenticity of the batik tulis produced. Quality control measures are implemented to ensure that each batik tulis product meets the established quality standards. Additionally, through socialization and education, awareness regarding the importance of authenticity and originality of batik motifs is heightened. The program utilizes a community development, empowerment, and engagement approach. As a result, the program has successfully enhanced the skills of the residents of Desa Doplang in batik tulis production, increased cultural appreciation, and improved economic well-being through enhanced production and sales of batik tulis. The quality of the batik tulis produced has shown continuous improvement alongside the enhancement of skills. Moreover, the program has successfully preserved the local tradition of batik making and strengthened the position of batik tulis with the motif of Polyanthes Tuberosa L. as the flagship product of Desa Doplang. Another positive impact is the increase in the residents' income through the sale of batik tulis at better prices.

Abstract

Desa Doplang merupakan satuan wilayah pemerintahan yang berada di Kecamatan Bawen Kabupaten Semarang Jawa Tengah Indonesia. Desa ini memiliki lahan bunga sedap malam (Polianthes tuberosa) seluas 3 hektar yang di andalkan oleh warga sebagai sumber penghasilan. Sayangnya, masyarakat Desa Doplang belum mampu untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah potensi bunga sedap malam yang mereka miliki. Bunga sedap malam yang sudah siap panen biasanya diambil oleh tengkulak dan dijual dalam bentuk mentah. Hal ini sering merugikan petani karena harga ditentukan oleh tengkulak secara sepihak. Oleh karena itu, Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) inovasi pengolahan hasil pertanian bunga sedap malam berbasis destilasi sederhana minyak atsiri dilaksanakan. Beberapa produk olahan bunga sedap malam seperti minyak wangi, minyak telon, dan hand sanitizer dari bunga sedap malam diajarkan kepada warga Desa Doplang. Harapan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya ketrampilan warga untuk melakukan inovasi dan diversivikasi produk berbasis bunga sedap malam. Hal ini akan secara langsung meningkatkan nilai jual hasil pertaniannya.

Abstract

Pharmacists have one of the tasks, namely dispensing non-sterile preparations by making pulveres preparations. Making pulveres preparation cannot be separated from the risk of medication errors caused by incompatibility. This study aims to determine the incompatibility of antibiotic pulveres preparations with corticosteroids. This study is experimental, the sample used is a mixture of antibiotics and corticosteroids in the form of pulveres. The antibiotics used were amoxicillin, cefixim, and cefadroxil, while the corticosteroids used were dexamethasone and methylprednisolone. The research was conducted in the Setia Budi University laboratory, by looking at organoleptic, moisture test, and active substance content test using UV spectrophotometer instrument. The data obtained were analysed descriptively and displayed in the form of tables and percentages. This study was based on the prescription of children's pulveres preparations at clinic X in Sukoharjo, which mostly prescribed antibiotics with corticosteroids. Experiments were carried out in accordance with the literature test and it was found that there was no organoleptic change when the tablet preparation was crushed. Moisture test results showed that amoxicillin has hygroscopic properties that cause the powder to become moist. Amoxicillin pulveres with corticosteroids have high moisture content. The cefixime pulveres with or without cortocisteroid combination also had high moisture content. The allowable moisture content is < 5%. The test results showed that there was a difference in absorbance values between antibiotics in single form and a combination of antibiotics and corticosteroids Keywords: antibiotic, incompatibility, corticosteroid, pulveres Abstrak Farmasis memiliki salah tugas yaitu dispensing sediaan non steril dengan membuat sediaan pulveres. Pembuatan sediaan pulveres tidak lepas dari risiko medication error yang disebabkan adanya inkompatibilitas. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui inkompatibilitas sediaan pulveres antibiotika dengan kortikosteroid. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimental, sampel yang digunakan adalah campuran antibiotika dan kortikosteroid dalam bentuk pulveres. Antibiotika yang digunakan yaitu amoksisilin, sefixim, dan sefadroksil, sedangkan kortikosteroid yang digunakan yaitu dexametason dan metilprednisolon. Penelitian dilakukan dilaboratorium Universitas Setia Budi, dengan melihat organoleptis, uji kelembaban, dan uji kadar zat aktif dengan menggunakan instrument spektofotometer UV. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel dan persentase. Penelitian ini berdasarkan peresepan sediaan pulveres anak di klinik X di Sukoharjo yang sebagian besar resep antibiotika dengan kortikosteroid. Eksperimen dilakukan sesuai dengan uji literature dan didapatkan tidak ada perubahan secara organoleptik ketika sediaan tablet digerus. Hasil uji kelembaban menunjukkan bahwa amoksisilin memiliki sifat higroskopis yang menyebabkan serbuk menjadi lembab. Pulveres amoksisilin dengan kortikosteroid memiliki kadar kelembapan yang tinggi. Pulveres sefiksim dengan atau tanpa kombinasi kortokisteroid juga memiliki kadar kelembapan tinggi. Kadar kelembapan yang diperbolehkan yaitu < 5%. Hasil uji menunjukkan adanya perbedaan nilai absorbansi antara antibiotik dalam bentuk tunggal dengan kombinasi antibiotika dan kortikosteroid.
