Abstract

This communityservice activity aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of MA SARJI AR-RASYID students regarding the importance of online promotional media (digital marketing) for their olshop business by utilizing the internet through training activities on the use of the internet as a product promotion media. This training activity was carried out in the XI class of MA SARJI AR-RASYID. This activity is planned to last for 1 day on 15 June 2020 at 09.00 WIB until finished. Resource persons provide material that includes the concept of online promotion, the steps for online promotion, and how to have an effective online product marketing strategy. Furthermore, direct practice of using the internet was carried out to promote the olshop products of class XI MA SARJI AR-RASYID students who were directly guided by 2 sources. The result of this training activity is to increase understanding for XI grade students about the importance of the internet as a product online promotional media and being able to apply it to promote all the olshop products they have, so that it will increase the quantity of sales and increase income to help fulfill their living needs and school fees. as well as in the future development of their products so that they are of higher quality.

Abstract

The Indonesian government is actively encouraging the creative industry to become an agent of development in improving the country's economy. The creative industry plays an important role in the economy of a country. The main resource of the creative industry is the utilization of individual creativity, skills and talents to create prosperity and employment by generating and exploiting the creative power and creativity of the individual. This service activity aims to help the creative economy community group in Sumber Pinang Village in processing taro into taro chips with original flavors, balado, and sweet corn which are healthy and delicious to eat. The three flavor variants have a distinctive and spicy taste and are very popular for the people of Situbondo, especially in the Mlandingan District. Processing of taro chips with flavor variants has so far never been produced around Sumber Pinang Village, Mlandingan District. The method of implementing this activity is through socialization or counseling, training, product demonstrations, and mentoring, so that the creative economy group in Sumber Pinang Village is able to produce processed taro chips products with flavor variants according to SNI standards. In addition, with this taro chip business, Sumber Pinang Village can have a commercial business scale with high competitiveness and provide high added value for taro processing and increase the income of the local community. The result of this activity is the development of taro chips business with original flavor variants, balado, and sweet corn through business management that is able to improve product quality, quantity, and continuity so as to increase the income of the creative economy group in Sumber Pinang Village. Abstract

Training on making basic patterns of clothing is an activity designed to develop human resources through a series of activities for identification, assessment and a planned learning process. This training activity is expected to make the community more active, innovative, and creative in honing their abilities or potential. The method of implementing this activity is through socialization and training on making basic patterns of clothes for mothers and young women in Kedungdowo Village to have skills in making basic patterns of clothes and increasing community creativity. The result of this activity is the increased creativity of the people of Kedungdowo Village in making basic patterns of clothes and sewing or making fashion products and applying them to themselves and others. Thus, they can open a home-based business by receiving sewing/makeup services, so that they can help the family economy. The expected outcome is the development of business management into independent community activity unit.
