Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine promotion and brand image that affect the purchase decision at PT Alva Niaga Banindo with the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using saturation sampling for the number of samples 115. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained are the promotion variables and the brand image that is approved 66.7% of the purchasing decisions at PT Alva Niaga Banindo. From the results of multiple linear regression shows that Y = 8,951 + 0.783 (X1) + -0.131 (X2). T test results indicate promotion has an influence on purchasing decisions Sig = 0,000 <0.05; t-count = 14.936), and brand image is not required to significantly influence the purchasing decisions (Sig = 0.071> 0.05; t-calculate = -1,821). The f test results show that promotion and simultaneous brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at PT Alva Niaga Banindo (Sig = 0,000 <0.05; f-count = 112,408

Abstract

Customer loyalty is become a very important role in a company. Customer loyalty can be effect by various aspects towards a company. PT Elang Dwi Mitra has a lot of issue due to their lack of latest offers, late on delivery, customer is not satisfied with what they are receive and etc. This research has the purpose to find out how the effect of sales promotion, service qualtiy and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT Elang Dwi Mitra. The sample to be used is saturated sampling of 112 respondents. This study is used SPSS version 25 to processing the data and also used distributing questionnaires as the data collection technique. Based on the result that sales promotion has a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty toward PT Elang Dwi Mitra. While service quality and customer satisfaction both have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty toward PT Elang Dwi Mitra. Simultaneously that sales promotion, service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty toward PT Elang Dwi Mitra.

Abstract

The objective of our study is to examine the audit committees and audit partner tenure on tax avoidance. Additionally, our study investigates another variable that may influence subjective judgments of tax avoidance, such as return on assets, leverage, and firm size, on the relationship between audit committees and auditors as control variables. Using a quantitative approach, we focus on banking sector companies in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022. The results of this study show that audit partner tenure significantly affects tax avoidance, whereas audit quality does not have a notable influence. This study also shows that audit quality needs to be improved as a control mechanism to mitigate tax avoidance practices, particularly in the banking sector. Furthermore, audit partner tenure demonstrates a significant impact on tax avoidance. This study's theoretical and policy implications encourage company management to consider the potential long-term risks associated with extended audit partner tenure in the market.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kecerdasan buatan (AI) merupakan teknologi baru yang banyak digunakan dalam bidang pendidikan. Kecerdasan buatan ditujukan untuk membantu siswa mempelajari dan menggunakan keterampilan digital yang berguna di kehidupan sehari-hari. Artikel ini memaparkan pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai Sejarah Kecerdasan Buatan di SMAN 1 Bandung Kabupaten Serang Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan pada saat melaksanakan Kegiatan Sosialisasi Kecerdasan Buatan di sekolah SMAN 1 Bandung, dirancang melalui beberapa langkah dan metode. Terselenggaranya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat membantu para pelajar khususnya siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dalam memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dan membantu mereka mengembangkan keahlian digital serta dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik melalui konten interaktif seperti simulasi dan permainan edukatif yang berguna di kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata kunci: AI, pengabdian masyarakat, teknologi ABSTRACT Artificial intelligence (AI) is a new technology that is widely used in education. Artificial intelligence is intended to help students learn and use digital skills that are useful in everyday life. This article describes the implementation of socialization activities regarding the History of Artificial Intelligence at SMAN 1 Bandung, Serang Regency, Indonesia. The method used when implementing Artificial Intelligence Socialization Activities at SMAN 1 Bandung school, was designed through several steps and methods. It is hoped that the implementation of this community service activity can help students, especially high school (SMA) students, in taking advantage of technological advances and helping them develop digital skills and can create more interesting learning through interactive content such as simulations and educational games that are useful in everyday life.

Abstract

Sistem pengereman memiliki peran penting dalam menunjang keselamatan dan kenyamanan berkendara, khususnya pada sepeda motor. Penelitian ini merupakan studi komparatif antara kampas rem standar dan kampas rem racing serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pengereman pada sepeda motor Honda Beat. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen langsung dengan mengganti kedua jenis kampas rem secara bergantian dan melakukan serangkaian uji pengereman dalam kondisi yang seragam. Parameter yang diamati meliputi jarak pengereman, waktu respon, suhu pada cakram rem, dan ketahanan terhadap brake fade. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kampas rem racing memberikan performa yang lebih unggul dalam hal jarak pengereman yang lebih pendek dan kemampuan pelepasan panas yang lebih baik, sehingga lebih efektif digunakan dalam kondisi pengereman intensif. Sementara itu, kampas rem standar menunjukkan performa yang lebih baik untuk penggunaan harian pada kecepatan rendah, dengan karakteristik pengereman yang lebih halus dan nyaman. Dengan demikian, pemilihan kampas rem harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan gaya berkendara pengguna.

Abstract

Abstract:Choosing a way of life is the most important thing in the life of a believer. Why? For the only way of life is Christ, without Christ there is no life. Hendi stated that although believers practice all the Shari'a in Christianity, but without Christ it is useless and futile because it is not religion or Sharia that can save humans but Christ. However, in reality it is stated that some Christians or believers who have believed in Christ for years and even diligently worship prefer the way of death to the way of life. So it's not surprising, a student in the guise of a prospective servant of God hanged himself because he was tired of hearing a lot of people talking for the sake of his parents not being allowed to move churches and sell houses. In this case it is also stated that people who have known Christ for many years do not guarantee to choose the path of life. By looking at the problems above, what is the attitude of believers in responding to such cases? It seems that the lay church or believers can't answer this, because lay believers understand the way of life based on moral understanding and understanding that is too shallow not as taught by Christ. So one example in the text of Matthew 7:13-14 is the author's attention and analyzes the text so that it can produce 2 points. First: Enter through the door and the wide path to destruction. Second: The door and the narrow path leading to life. Third, the results of the text itself. And from these three points the author will explain how important the Concept of the Way of Life and the Way of Death according to the text of Matthew 7:13-14 and the implications for the lay congregation.Keywords: Way of life; Way of death, Christ.Abstrak:Memilih jalan hidup merupakan hal yang terpenting dalam kehidupan orang percaya. Mengapa? Karena jalan kehidupan satu-satu ialah Kristus, tanpa Kristus tidak ada kehidupan. Hendi menyatakan walaupun orang percaya menjalankan segala syariat dalam agama Kristen tapi tanpa Kristus maka percuma dan sia-sia sebab bukan agama atau syariat yang bisa menyelamatkan manusia melainkan Kristus.  Akan tetapi, secara realita dinyatakan bahwa sebagian orang Kristen atau orang percaya yang bertahun-tahun percaya Kristus dan bahkan rajin beribadah lebih memilih jalan kematian dibanding dengan jalan kehidupan. Maka tidak heran, seorang mahasiswa dalam status kedok calon hamba Tuhan gantung diri dikarenakan bosan mendengar banyak omongan orang demi kedua orang tua tidak memperbolehkan pindah gereja dan menjual rumah. Dalam hal ini pun dinyatakan bahwa orang yang telah mengenal Kristus bertahun-tahun tidak menjamin memilih jalan kehidupan. Dengan melihat adanya permasalahan diatas, lalu bagaimana sikap orang percaya dalam menanggapi kasus yang demikian? Sepertinya gereja atau orang percaya tidak bisa menjawab hal ini, dikarenakan orang percaya memahami jalan kehidupan berdasarkan pemahaman secara moral dan pemahaman yang terlalu dangkal tidak seperti yang diajarkan oleh Kristus. Maka salah satu contoh dalam teks (Matius 7:13-14) yang menjadi perhatian penulis dan menganalisis teks tersebut sehingga dapat menghasilkan 2 point. Pertama: Masuk melalui pintu dan jalan yang lebar menuju kehancuran. Kedua: Pintu dan jalan yang sempit menuju pada kehidupan. Ketiga, Hasil dari teks itu sendiri. Dan dari ketiga poin tersebut penulis menjelaskan seberapa penting Konsep Jalan Kehidupan Dan Jalan Kematian menurut teks (Matius 7:13-14) dan implikasi bagi jemaat kaum awam.Kata Kunci: Jalan kehidupan; Jalan kematian, Kristus.

Abstract

St. Athanasius of Alexandria was a Christian theologian and church father from the city of Alexandria. St. Athanasius stated that God manifested Himself in a human body through the incarnation so that His love and goodness could be a proof of salvation for mankind. St. Athanasius also said that the incarnation means that God took on fully human flesh and was present among mankind to show His power and save mankind from the power of sin. St. Athanasius also believed that Christ is the Son of God who came into the world by taking the body of an immaculate virgin, to reveal Himself to mankind. St. Athanasius' various statements make the author interested in answering that the incarnation of Jesus is one of God's actions to restore damaged human nature based on St. Athanasius' view. The method used in this research is a research method with a qualitative research approach and a literature study research type. The author collects and analyzes materials and sources in the form of books, journal articles, the Bible and other supporting sources related to the topic of this research. The author also presents the definition of God's love (saving man), the incarnation: making man return to God and Jesus Christ revealing Himself as the Son of God. The results of this study show that man's actions that violate God's commandments cause man to sin, separate from God and his nature becomes corrupted. Man could not save himself, so God, who is steadfast love, revealed and demonstrated His power by giving His only Son to incarnate and become like man to save all mankind from sin through His death and resurrection. Thus, the incarnation of Jesus was one of God's actions to restore the corrupted nature of mankind, in accordance with the view of St. Athanasius.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyajikan analisis teologis mendalam mengenai doktrin Kristen tentang kesakralan hidup sebagai fondasi untuk strategi pencegahan bunuh diri. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis literatur kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dasar-dasar doktrinal yang menolak tindakan bunuh diri, sekaligus mengidentifikasi peran konstruktif agama dalam mitigasi krisis kesehatan mental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat pilar teologis—Imago Dei (manusia sebagai gambar Allah), bunuh diri sebagai dosa perusakan ciptaan, kedaulatan ilahi atas kehidupan, dan natur komunal manusia—membentuk kerangka kerja yang kuat. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengungkap adanya ketegangan dialektis antara penghakiman doktrinal dan belas kasihan pastoral. Di satu sisi, doktrin menegaskan kesucian hidup; di sisi lain, pengalaman penderitaan ekstrem menuntut respons empatis yang melampaui kutukan yuridis. Signifikansi penelitian ini terletak pada kontribusinya untuk memetakan topografi teologis yang kompleks ini, menawarkan sebuah model pastoral yang berakar pada ortodoksi namun bersifat inklusif dan berbelas kasihan, serta memperkaya diskursus tentang peran agama dalam kesehatan publik.

Abstract

This research challenges the materialistic view of humanity by offering a biblical and orthodox anthropological counter-narrative. It posits that human existence transcends mere matter, encompassing the body, soul, and spirit created in God's image and destined for divine communion (theosis). By examining key New Testament terms, such as natural, carnal, and spiritual man, through the lens of Patristic thought, particularly Gregory Palamas and Philokalia, this study reveals a dynamic transformation process from the natural to the spiritual man. This contrasts with the reductionist approach to materialism, demonstrating the richness and depth of the biblical and Orthodox understanding of human nature. This study contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of human identity and purpose by bridging the gap between biblical theology and contemporary philosophy, offering a fresh perspective on the complex interplay between the physical, spiritual, and divine aspects of humanity.

Abstract

Today, the complex issue of Paul's apostolic authority has become a hot topic both among Christian theologians and among Islamic polemicists. To answer the problems, the authors use the exegesis method of Galatians 1:1–5 and literature studies to find sources that are relevant to the existing problems. The results of this study indicate that Paul was legally chosen by God and had the same task and function as the other apostles, namely, to proclaim the resurrection of Christ.
