Abstract

Abstract- The implementation of supply chain management is necessary to support a company’s operational activities especially in the manufacturing industry. Capital structure is part of the supply chain strategy that plays an important role in funding decision making in effort to boost company profitability. This study aims to analyze the effect that supply chain management, firm size and intellectual capital have on the capital structure and profitability in the manufacturing industry. The population in this study was all manufacturing industries registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) of 145 companies. 96 companies from the period 2010-2018 were taken as the sample using the purposive sampling technique. Data in this study were analyzed using path analysis with AMOS software. The results showed that supply chain management dan firm size had no significant effect on capital structure and profitability, while intellectual capital negatively affected capital structure but had a significant positive effect on profitability, and capital structure had a significant negative effect on profitability. The results are in agreement with the pecking order theory stating that a company capable of gaining high profits tends to have low corporate debt.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability, business risk, and asset structure on capital structure of companies in hotel, restaurant and tourism subsector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2021. The type of research is quantitative. The population in this study includes all hotel, restaurant and tourism companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2017 – 2021. The sample in this study was obtained using purposive sampling method, whereby samples were selected with predetermined criterias. Hence, 68 companies which met the criteriaas were chosen as samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics program. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, profitability has a negative but not significant effect on capital structure, and business risk has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas, risiko bisnis dan struktur aktiva pada perusahaan hotel, restoran dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017 – 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh perusahaan hotel, restoran dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia dari tahun 2017 – 2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu pemilihan sampel dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 68 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhdap struktur modal, risiko bisnis berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product, price, promotion and place on purchasing decisions at PT Arta Agrindo Subur Pratama Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all customers who bought fertilizer at PT Arta Agrindo Subur Pratama Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used is the proposive sampling method. The sample size of this study was 80 respondents who were customers of PT Arta Agrindo Subur Pratama Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that product, price, promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions while place has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing stock underpricing in companies conducting Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) from 2017 to 2021. This study uses secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample comprises 137 companies, selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS software, with methods including classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that only Company Size has a significant influence on stock underpricing. In contrast, Industry Type, Company Age, Return on Assets (ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) show no significant influence on stock underpricing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi underpricing saham pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang melakukan penawaran umum perdana atau IPO pada tahun 2017-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 137 perusahaan dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sampel purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS serta metode analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari antara lain: analisis uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa hanya Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap underpricing saham. Sedangkan jenis industri, umur perusahaan, Retrun on Asset (ROA), dan Debt to Equity ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap underpricing saham.

Abstract

The Department Student Association has an important role in developing leadership, managerial skills and synergy between members. However, various challenges such as weak coordination, lack of strategic planning, and lack of innovation often hinder the achievement of organizational goals. This community service program aims to increase the capacity of student organization administrators through a series of training. The approach used includes training on organizational governance, effective communication, and the use of digital technology in administration. With this method, it is hoped that administrators can increase their competence in managing the organization in a more professional, effective and innovative manner. The results of this program show an increase in management's understanding and skills in various aspects of organizational leadership and management. In addition, synergy between organizational members is getting stronger, enabling the creation of a more productive and collaborative work environment. This program is expected to have a long-term impact on the desires and achievements of student organizations, as well as building an organizational culture that is more adaptive and highly competitive in the academic environment and wider society. Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan kepemimpinan, keterampilan manajerial, serta sinergi antaranggota. Namun, berbagai tantangan seperti lemahnya koordinasi, kurangnya perencanaan strategis, serta minimnya inovasi seringkali menghambat pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus organisasi mahasiswa melalui serangkaian pelatihan. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan tentang tata kelola organisasi, komunikasi efektif, serta sejarah Himpunan dari masa ke masa. Dengan metode ini, diharapkan para pengurus dapat meningkatkan kompetensi dalam mengelola organisasi secara lebih profesional, efektif, dan inovatif. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengurus dalam berbagai aspek kepemimpinan dan manajemen organisasi. Selain itu, sinergi antaranggota organisasi semakin kuat, memungkinkan terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif dan kolaboratif. Program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak jangka panjang terhadap keberlanjutan dan prestasi organisasi mahasiswa, serta membangun budaya organisasi yang lebih adaptif dan berdaya saing tinggi di lingkungan akademik maupun masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh knowledge management terhadap inovasi dan daya saing berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Jalinan Nusantara Express (JNE) Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT. Jalinan Nusantara Express (JNE). Ukuran sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 52 responden. Metode penyampelan yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan tektik sensus sampling (sampling jenuh) maka seluruh populasi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data menggunakan Smart – PLS. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa knowledge management memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi dan daya saing berkelanjutan pada PT. Jalinan Nusantara Express. Kata Kunci: Knowledge Management, Inovasi, Daya Saing Berkelanjutan

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of brand image and price fairness on Wardah brand customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data used was primary data collected using a questionnaire containing 21 questions. The number of respondents was 165 respondents consisting of Customers who made repeated purchases of Wardah products in Pekanbaru City. The data were analyzed using path analysis with the help of the PLS program. The results showed that brand image and price fairness positively and significantly affected customer satisfaction. The brand image had an insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Price fairness and customer satisfaction positively and significantly affect customer loyalty. Brand image intervened by customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The last one is price fairness intervened by customer satisfaction had an insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Thus, companies should maintain customer satisfaction to reinforce customer loyalty and gain a larger market share.

Abstract

As one of the largest Muslim countries in the world, Indonesia has an important role in building a Sharia economy. The initial effort that can be made is to strengthen Sharia-based financial services. Currently, several Sharia-based banks are operating in Indonesia. However, the presence of Islamic banking has not been optimal in attracting customers to conduct financial transactions through Islamic banks. One of which is not optimal banking in applying the principle of religiosity in financial transactions. This research aimed to analyze the effect of religiosity on the trust, satisfaction, and loyalty of Islamic bank customers. The research population was all customers of Islamic banks in Pekanbaru City. An accidental sampling technique was used to get the sample of 220 respondents. Data analysis was done using path analysis with the help of the AMOS SEM program. The study's results stated that religiosity has a significant effect on customer trust and loyalty but is not significant on customer satisfaction. Customer trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Therefore, Islamic banking must introduce and offer Sharia-based financial products to build loyal customers banks. Banks should continue to uphold Islamic teachings in every development of banking products and services to increase the trust, satisfaction, and loyalty of Islamic bank customers. In addition, banks need to retain customers who are already loyal to banks, considering that banking loyalty cannot be formed in a short timeThis research indicates that customer trust and loyalty can be formed if Islamic banks appropriately apply the principles of religious teaching in accordance with Islamic Sharia.

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor in supporting a company's success, particularly in the souvenir retail sector, which demands excellent service, speed, and managerial skills. PT Nadhira Napoleon Perkasa, as the largest and most comprehensive souvenir store chain in Riau, faces challenges in maintaining service quality and human resource productivity. This Community Service activity aims to improve employee performance through a structured training and mentoring program. The methods used include interactive material delivery, group discussions, hands-on practice, and intensive mentoring focused on developing work skills, work ethic, communication, and customer service. The results of the activity indicate an increase in employee understanding and ability to manage tasks and interact with customers. Furthermore, the mentoring has a positive impact on work motivation and discipline. Thus, this activity contributes to improving service quality and PT Nadhira Napoleon Perkasa's competitiveness in the souvenir retail industry. Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor kunci dalam mendukung keberhasilan perusahaan, khususnya pada sektor ritel oleh-oleh yang menuntut pelayanan prima, kecepatan, serta keterampilan manajerial. PT Nadhira Napoleon Perkasa sebagai jaringan toko oleh-oleh terbesar dan terlengkap di Riau menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga kualitas layanan dan produktivitas sumber daya manusia. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui program pelatihan dan pendampingan yang terstruktur. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi interaktif, diskusi kelompok, praktik langsung, serta pendampingan intensif yang berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan kerja, etos kerja, komunikasi, dan pelayanan pelanggan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan karyawan dalam mengelola tugas serta interaksi dengan pelanggan. Selain itu, pendampingan memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi kerja dan kedisiplinan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini mampu berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas layanan dan daya saing PT Nadhira Napoleon Perkasa di industri ritel oleh-oleh

Abstract

Pekanbaru dalam rangka seminar sehari, dengan tema ”Bijak Dalam Mengelola Keuangan Pribadi”. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada tenaga pendidik maupun tenaga kependidikan mengenai bagaimana cara mengelola keuangan pribadi yang tepat melalui berbagai instrumen investasi yang tersedia. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian adalah tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru sebanyak 32 orang dengan tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan dan di laksanakan pada Aula Seminar SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian adalah sosialisasi dengan menyampaikan materi kepada peserta kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi dan sesi tanya jawab mengenai langkah-langkah mengelola keuangan pribadi sampai pada cara pemilihan instrumen investasi yang tepat. Adapun capaian dari kegiatan sosialisasi yakni terlaksananya kegiatan pengabdian dengan lancar dan mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta seminar
