Abstract

Volleyball is a medium for developing achievements. Volleyball achievements can be started from school, namely by taking part in extracurricular activities as a forum for development and to improve the quality of the game both strategically and technically. The purpose of the identification (improving underpassing skills through paired drill exercises in volleyball games) is to increase the effectiveness of the use of underpassing. Underpassing is one of the techniques that determines the attack in a volleyball game, whether it is defending or being the start of an attack. The aim of this research is to find out how the paired drill training program influences students' underpassing technique when competing. The method used in this research is quantitative (experiment), using pre-experiment with one group pretest-posttest as a form of research design. The results of this research had an average pretest of 3.00 and posttest of 4.29. From the results of the hypothesis test, the p-value obtained is 0.000 based on the test criteria that this value is smaller than 0.05, which shows that there is a significant difference. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that pair drill training on bottom passing skills has a good or increasing impact so it needs to be a recommendation or an illustration that can be used by teachers, trainers, extracurricular coaches in schools to be used as a reference for research that has a good impact. Very good. This training program is suitable for improving students' lower passing techniques when competing.

Abstract

SMAN 17 Garut has extracurricular futsal activities, but its achievements are still relatively low. This study aims to reveal the effect of the power play training program on the goalkeeper's role in futsal matches when competing. The method used in this research is quantitative, using an experimental approach with a pre-experiment design with one group pretest-post test. The population of this study included all futsal extracurricular students. This study uses non probability sampling with total sampling or saturated sampling techniques. The data collection technique in this study used a playing skills test or GPAI. The data analysis process uses the SPSS version 26 program, and includes normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results have an average pretest of 0.3086 and posttest of 0.3986. From the results of the hypothesis test, the p-value obtained is 0.000 based on the test criteria that the value is smaller than 0.05 which indicates that there is a significant difference. The results of the discussion can be concluded that power play training on goalkeeper contributions during futsal games has a good or increasing impact.

Abstract

Every soccer player must have basic technical skills in the game of football, one of which is the dribbling technique. So in dribbling the ball a soccer player needs good and varied training so that the results obtained will be achieved optimally, dribbling also depends on the ability of the body's movement system to respond to the situations and conditions faced and desired. This study aims to find out whether there is an effect of implementing dribbling trajectory exercises to improve soccer playing skills. The method used is an experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at Miftahul Hidaya Middle School Plus, Garut Regency with a population of 22 students. The test instrument used is a test of basic dribbling technique skills in soccer games. Data management used SPSS version 26. From the results of the data above it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the dribbling trajectory training program on improving players' playing skills when given an average pre-test and post-test. a score of 0.3909 competes. It is known that the sig(2-tailed) value is 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the results of the trajectory dribbling exercise on the pretest and posttest data.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya teknik dasar passing yang sering dilakukan, diantaranya passing yang terlalu lemah atau keras, tidak menggunakan power, bola naik dan melenceng sehingga akurasi dan ketepatan passing kurang mengenai sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode drill terhadap peningkatan kemampuan passing dalam keterampilan futsal siswa pada ekstrakurikuler SDN 1 Lebakjaya. Untuk penelitian ini, metode kuantitatif jenis eksperimen digunakan. Desain penelitian ini adalah One Group Pretes "“ Post Test , dan populasi penelitian adalah 20 siswa ekstrakurikuler dari Sekolah Dasar Negeri I Lebakjaya. Tes passing ke tembok menjadi instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. dalam proses pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pretes dan posttest diperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata pretes 70 dan nilai rata-rata posttest meningkat menjadi 81. Pada penelitian ini sebelum menguji atau menghitung analisis dengan t-test, data tersebut dianalisis dengan uji normalitas data dengan program SPSS versi 10. 27. Hasil analisis data secara statistik ditemukan t hitung untuk latihan passing dari output pertama, banyak data 20 buah dengan rata-rata = 80.60 dan simpangan baku = 11.038 ; sedangkan pada output kedua ditampilkan nilai test = 70 dengan nilai thitung = 4.295 ; nilai Asymp.(2tailed) = 0,000. Adapun kriteria pengujian adalah jika nilai Asymp.(2tailed) α maka Hi diterima. Karena nilai Asymp.(2tailed) = 0,000 α = 1% = 0,01 maka Ho ditolak. Dari hasil tersebut terdapat perbedaan rata-rata, menunjukkan bahwa tes passing akhir setelah menggunakan metode drill lebih baik daripada tes awal.Berdasarkan penelitian tertentu di atas dapat dibuat kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan metode drill untuk meningkatkan kemampuan passing dalam keterampilan futsal pada siswa ekstrakurikuler SDN 1 Lebakjaya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adala untuk menguji pengaruh program latihan circuit ini menggabungkan latihan bola dengan latihan fisik yang melibatkan berbagai aspek fisik. Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh latihan circuit training dengan bola dalam meningkatkan kondisi fisik pemain SSB Jagur. Metode yang  diterapkan adalah Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain preaksperimen (preexperimental design)  One Group Pretest-Posttest. Adapun kriteria sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah SSB Jagur berjumlah 22 orang, instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes fisik sepakbola yaitu: (1) Kecepatan, (2) Kelincahan, (3) Tes Standing Broad Jump, (4)Kekuatan Otot.  Teknis analisis data digunakan a. Uji Prasyarat 1) Uji Normalitas 2) Uji Homogenitas b. Uji Persial (t-Test)pretest  mendapatkan nilai skor minimum 16.00 dan nilai skor maximum 26.00 nilai rata-rata/mean 19.909. Kesimpulan dari hasil pre-test 19.909 dan hasil post-test 31.681, 11.77% terdapat pengaruh signifikan pengaruh latihan Circuit training dengan bola dalam meningkatkan kondisi fisik pemain sepakbola SSB Jagur dan meningkatkan sebesar 37% setelah memberikan treatmean sebanyak 16 pertemuan

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani bukan hanya bertujuan mengembangkan ranah jasmani saja, tetapi juga dapat mengembangkan kesehatan, kebugaran jasmani, kemampuan berpikir secara positif, dan dapat menerapkan bagaimana tata cara hidup yang sehat. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan Hasil Belajar Senam Lantai Roll Depan Dan Roll Belakang Melalui Media Gambar Pada Siswa Kelas VII-A SMPN I Mekarmukti Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024”.dengan sampel berjumlah 31 siswa. Adapun metode yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yakni penelitian tindakan kelas dimana guru sebagai peneliti, dan peneliti terlibat secara penuh dalam proses perencanaan, aksi (tindakan), dan refleksi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus untuk mendapatkan Hasil Nilai siklus I yaitu dengan cara menjumlahkan Hasil nilai pada pertemuan I dan Pertemuan II, yaitu Jumlah Hasil Nilai Petemuan I sebesar 77 ditambah Hasil Nilai Pertemuan II sebesar 90, Maka jumlah keseluruhan hasil nilai siklus satu sebesar (73) dan untuk mendapatkan jumlah Hasil Nilai siklus II yaitu dengan cara menjumlahkan Hasil nilai pada pertemuan I dan Pertemuan II, yaitu Jumlah Hasil Nilai Petemuan I sebesar 74,19 ditambah Hasil Nilai Pertemuan II sebesar 87,09 Maka jumlah keseluruhan hasil nilai siklus dua sebesar (80) dengan rata-rata ketuntasan belajar 76,5 ini dapat dikatakan berhasil atau ada peningkatan karena sudah mencapai batas nilai KKM (72).

Abstract

The development of physical education learning is a systematic process that facilitates the effective and efficient formation of a complete individual by managing the interaction between students, educators, and the environment. Objective. The purpose of this investigation was to ascertain the impact of ball modification on the capabilities of SMAN 17 Garut. Materials and Methods. The Quasi-Experimental research procedure was implemented in this investigation. Ballhandling training is a technique that is used to facilitate the communication of a learning process or to establish learning objectives for students. It can be modified to include game forms, tools, and other learning processes. The sample in this research consisted of 42 students, while the population consisted of all students at SMAN 17 Garut. Purposive sampling techniques were implemented in this investigation. The author employed observation to gather data on the dribbling abilities of students. Results. The data analysis test concluded that the impact of ball modification on the results of fundamental movements and students' playing in football, basketball, and volleyball games of SMAN 17 Garut students was 7.3%. A total of 42 pupils exhibited a substantial impact. Conclusion. The study's conclusion is that the modification of learning instruments and methods can enhance the effectiveness of systematically designed physical education. At SMAN 17 Garut, ball modifications have been demonstrated to have a substantial and beneficial impact on the enhancement of fundamental playing skills, particularly in the area of agility, for soccer, basketball, and volleyball games. This effect is evident in the observations of students who are participating in the study. It is recommended that additional researchers investigate additional variables that influence physical abilities, including psychological factors and motivation. It is also crucial to increase the population by involving additional institutions. Furthermore, research can evaluate the duration and intensity of training, as well as the integration of a variety of learning methodologies. It is also strongly advised to conduct a long-term assessment of the effects of ball modifications and an analysis of the types of instruments used. Lastly, student interviews can offer supplementary information regarding their learning experiences.

Abstract

Self-confidence is a facet of personality encompassing an individual's qualities, skills, and abilities. Objective. The objective of this study is to ascertain the correlation between a referee's self-confidence and the efficacy in officiating a football match. Material and Methods. This study employs a descriptive methodology. The author employs a random selection technique for the sample of male referees possessing a Football referee license status at PSSI Garut. The research design employs a one-shot approach. The test employed is a questionnaire assessing self-confidence and the capacity to effectively conduct a football match. Data analysis employs validity tests, reliability tests, normalcy tests, percentage tests, t-tests, and correlation tests. Results. The research data processing revealed that the self-confidence level of PSSI Garut referees is categorized as sufficient, while their success in officiating PSSI Garut matches is classified as good. Furthermore, there exists a moderate correlation coefficient between self-confidence and success in leading PSSI Garut matches. It is advised that football referees possess strong self-confidence in their ability to successfully officiate PSSI Garut matches. The study's merits include a lucid methodology and thorough outcomes. Nevertheless, Conclusions. The results of this study may lack generalizability to other situations, as they are limited to a sample of reviewers at PSSI Garut. Subsequent research should encompass an expanded sample from other regions and investigate supplementary factors that contribute to referee success, such as experience, training, and psychological conditions.

Abstract

Objectives. This study aims to ascertain (1) the efficacy of the Independent Curriculum implementation at SMAN 19 Garut; (2) the actual student learning outcomes in Physical Education at SMAN 19 Garut; (3) the impact of the Independent Curriculum implementation on student learning outcomes in Physical Education at SMAN 19 Garut; Materials and methods. This study employs a quantitative research methodology utilizing a descriptive technique. This research employs the correlation method with a simple linear regression analysis strategy. The study's subjects comprised 37 responders from the X IPS 1 class at SMAN 19 Garut. This study employed a questionnaire to gather data on the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (Variable X) and Student Learning Outcomes in PJOK Subjects (Variable Y), along with documentation to acquire general information about the school. Results. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) The implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMAN 19 Garut is categorized as High; (2) The student learning outcomes in PJOK subjects at SMAN 19 Garut are also categorized as High; (3) There exists an influence of the Independent Curriculum implementation on student learning outcomes in PJOK subjects at SMAN 19 Garut, evidenced by a calculated t value of 4.596, which exceeds the t table value of 2.042, and a determination coefficient of 43%. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum significantly influences student learning. Conclusion. outcomes in Physical Education at SMAN 19 Garut, highlighting the necessity of a more adaptable curriculum tailored to student requirements to enhance the quality of educational results. Schools and educators are encouraged to enhance the execution of the Independent Curriculum and to do regular assessments and refinements to maximize its effectiveness in reaching student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Cabang olahraga atletik belum menjadi tujuan olahraga yang menjadi target prestasi bagi siswa tingkat pelajar menjadi problem tersendiri pada cabang olahraga atletik, tentu perlu mengungkap bakat atletik di tingkat pelajar guna mendukung pengembangan olahraga prestasi cabang olahraga atletik sebagai generasi penerus prestasi menuju Indonesia Emas. Tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, dan menggali potensi atletik yang dimiliki oleh generasi penerus melalui partisipasi mereka dalam Kejuaraan Atletik Pelajar Garut Open 2024. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan Pelaksanaan kegiatan mulai dari perencanaan pelaksanaan, sosialisasi kegiatan, teknikal meating (penjelasan aturan lomba), dan pelaksanaan perlombaan sesui nomor yang di perlombakaan yaitu nomor 60 m putra dan putri jenjang SD, nomor 100 m putra dan putri jenjang SMP dan SMA, nomor 200 m putra dan putri jenjang SMP dan SMA. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa peserta kegiatan kejuaraan yang terdiri dari siswa tingkat SD, SMP dan SMA, Kejuaraan Atletik Pelajar Garut Open 2024 berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi atlet muda dari berbagai tingkatan pendidikan dengan dukungan mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Jasmani FPIK Universitas Garut dan guru PJOK. Keterlibatan mahasiswa membantu memperkaya potensi olahraga lokal melalui implementasi terarah, sosialisasi efektif, dan kolaborasi dengan masyarakat. Tahapan persiapan yang terstruktur, dukungan inovatif melalui media sosial, serta penjadan yangelas menegaskanitmen dalam pengembangan generasi atletik aktif dan se. Melalui kerjasama antara mahasiswa,let, sekolah, dan masyarakat,giatan ini menjadi platform untuk memajukan olahraga prestasi dan menginspirasi generasi muda.
