Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji paradoks bioetika medis dalam penyalahgunaan anestesi perspektif al-Qur’an. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dengan pendekatan tafsir maudhu’i. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa al-Qur’an menekankan pentingnya menunaikan amanah dan menjaga kehormatan manusia sebagaimana termuat dalam QS. an-Nisa ayat 58. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa praktik medis harus dilandasi oleh prinsip etika seperti otonomi, beneficence, non-maleficence, dan keadilan, serta nilai-nilai syariat Islam dalam menjaga jiwa, akal, dan kehormatan. Kesimpulannya, untuk mencegah pelanggaran etika dalam praktik medis, diperlukan integrasi antara standar bioetika modern dan nilai-nilai spiritual Islam yang menekankan keadilan, amanah, dan penghormatan terhadap martabat manusia.

Abstract

This article analyzes the transformation of PERSIS in managing community funds through LAZ PERSIS and its implications for the empowerment of mustahik. This study employs a qualitative approach using a single instrumental case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and analysis of institutional documents. The study indicate that the transformation of PERSIS does not diminish its identity of doctrinal purification, but rather expands the articulation of its movement into the socio-economic sphere through more professional governance of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah. LAZ PERSIS serves as an institutional space for this transformation by strengthening transparency, accountability, empowerment programs, and the distribution of community funds. However, the empowerment process continues to face challenges in terms of follow-up, monitoring, and program impact measurement. This article contributes to the study of Islamic organizational transformation and Islamic philanthropy by demonstrating the relationship between institutional change, ZIS governance, and the empowerment of mustahik.

Abstract

The Qur???anic sciences (Ulumul Qur???an) represent a fundamental branch of Islamic scholarship that serves as the foundation for understanding the meaning and message of the Qur???an comprehensively. This study aims to critically analyze the basic concepts, scope, and historical development of Ulumul Qur???an from the classical to the contemporary period. Using a qualitative approach and library research method, this paper examines primary and secondary sources such as the works of al-Zarkasyi, al-Suyuthi, and modern scholars who discuss the epistemology of Qur???anic studies. The findings reveal that Ulumul Qur???an has undergone a significant evolution both terminologically and methodologically. In the early Islamic period, it developed through oral and traditional transmission by the companions and successors. During the codification era, numerous systematic works emerged, laying the foundations of Qur???anic sciences as an independent discipline. In the modern era, Ulumul Qur???an continues to expand through interdisciplinary approaches involving linguistics, history, and hermeneutics, aiming to address contemporary issues faced by Muslim societies. This study concludes that understanding the development of Qur???anic sciences is essential for strengthening the epistemological framework of Islamic scholarship and for developing interpretative methodologies relevant to modern contexts. Hence, this research contributes to enriching the academic discourse on Islamic studies through a critical exploration of the conceptual and historical dynamics of Ulumul Qur???an.

Abstract

This article critically analyzes the philosophical significance of the Bersih Desa tradition in Musi Rawas Regency through the lens of transcultural hermeneutics. Drawing on the interpretive perspective of Clifford Geertz and the hermeneutics of Hans-Georg Gadamer, this qualitative research examines the ritual as a living “cultural text.” Through fieldwork involving traditional, religious, and community leaders, the study explores how symbol systems operate in a multicultural society. The results show that Bersih Desa goes beyond physical rituals to become a symbol system that integrates cosmological values, social ethics, and collective solidarity between transmigrants and residents. This phenomenon reflects a process of “fusion of horizons,” in which Javanese traditions undergo contextual adaptation and hybridization of values within the transcultural space of Musi Rawas. Ritual symbols are reinterpreted as a medium for value negotiation, giving rise to hybrid identities. Philosophically, Bersih Desa plays a fundamental role in shaping meaning, identity, and social harmony among transmigrant communities

Abstract

The internalization of religious values in children is the main foundation for forming Muslim character from an early age. This study aims to analyze the concept of internalization of religious values in children based on Surah Luqman verses 13-19 and the hadith about the fitrah (innate nature) of children (HR. al-Bukhari No. 1358 & HR. Muslim No. 2658), as well as to formulate an implementation model in the context of empowering the educational community. The method used is library research with a thematic interpretation approach (maudhu’i) and hadith analysis (tahlili). The results show that the religious values in Surah Luqman verses 13-19 include monotheism (tauhid), devotion to parents (birrul walidain), awareness of Allah's supervision, prayer (shalat), enjoining good and forbidding evil (amar ma’ruf nahi munkar), patience, and noble character. The hadith of fitrah affirms that children are born in a pure state with the potential for monotheism, and parents act as the main actors in directing that fitrah. The integration of both produces a gradual internalization model based on affection, role modeling, and habituation from an early age. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of the role of parents and educators as agents of empowerment of the educational community in instilling religious values in children.
