Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tanda-tanda linguistik dan simbolik dalam puisi W.S. Rendra yang berjudul “Sajak Seonggok Jagung” melalui pendekatan kritik sastra semiotik. Pendekatan ini digunakan untuk mengungkap makna konotatif yang tersembunyi di balik struktur linguistik dan simbol-simbol dalam puisi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis isi, berfokus pada identifikasi dan interpretasi tanda-tanda semiotik berdasarkan model triadik Charles Sanders Peirce yang terdiri dari representamen, objek, dan interpretant. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa simbol “seonggok jagung” mengalami pergeseran maknadari representasi harapan dan produktivitas menjadi simbol ironi sosial dan kegagalan sistem pendidikan. Pada bagian awal puisi, jagung melambangkan kesederhanaan, kerja keras, dan harmoni kehidupan pedesaan. Namun, pada bagian selanjutnya, ia berubah menjadi tanda keterasingan manusia modern yang disebabkan oleh sistem pendidikan yang terlepas dari realitas sosial. Melalui tanda-tanda ini, Rendra menyampaikan kritik sosial yang tajam terhadap ketimpangan sosial, kemiskinan, dan pendidikan yang kehilangan esensi humanistiknya. Dengan demikian, puisi ini mencerminkan transformasi tanda sebagai representasi krisis identitas individu berpendidikan di tengah kesenjangan sosial. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa semiotika dapat mengungkap lapisan makna yang lebih dalam dalam teks sastra dan menempatkan sastra sebagai medium refleksi sosial dan moral.

Abstract

Abstrak           Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi gaya kepemimpinan di Klinik Elon Abdulgani dalam konteks perubahan bentuk usaha dari kepemilikan perorangan menjadi Perseroan Terbatas (PT). Perubahan status hukum organisasi ini membawa dampak signifikan terhadap struktur manajemen, pola kerja, dan relasi antara pimpinan dan staf. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini merumuskan pertanyaan utama: Bagaimana implementasi gaya kepemimpinan di Klinik Elon Abdulgani pada masa transisi dari klinik perorangan menjadi Perseroan Terbatas (PT)? Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di klinik ini cenderung demokratis, yang ditandai dengan keterlibatan staf dalam pengambilan keputusan, komunikasi terbuka, dan pengakuan terhadap kontribusi individu. Meskipun demikian, dinamika perubahan organisasi juga menunjukkan adanya ciri-ciri kepemimpinan transformasional, seperti pemberian inspirasi, motivasi kerja, dan dorongan untuk tumbuh bersama dalam visi baru pasca perubahan status kelembagaan. Analisis menggunakan Teori Kepemimpinan Transformasional menurut Burns Bass menunjukkan bahwa pimpinan klinik berperan sebagai agen perubahan yang mampu menyesuaikan gaya kepemimpinannya dengan kebutuhan tim pada masa transisi. Gaya kepemimpinan ini dinilai mampu menjaga stabilitas kerja, meningkatkan keterlibatan staf, dan memperkuat organisasi selama proses transformasi. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis; Kepemimpinan Transformasional; Klinik; Studi Kasus; Tangerang

Abstract

Indonesia is a pluralistic nation composed of diverse ethnicities, religions, and cultures. This diversity makes religious tolerance a vital pillar in maintaining national unity. Amid the challenges of pluralism, media plays a strategic role in shaping public discourse on national and religious values. This study aims to analyze the representation of religious tolerance in the news narratives of NU Online using a corpus linguistic approach. Referring to Stig Hjarvard’s theory of mediatization, this study views digital media as an institution with its own internal logic while simultaneously functioning as part of other social institutions, such as religion. A total of 50 articles related to the theme of tolerance, published on NU Online between June 2023 and June 2025, were analyzed using Voyant Tools to examine word frequency, collocation, and concordance patterns. The findings reveal that the words “tolerance,” “religion,” “Indonesia,” “Islam,” and “NU” were the most dominant. Collocations such as “religious tolerance” and “interfaith tolerance” highlight discursive patterns that reinforce the image of moderate Islam promoted by NU Online. This study affirms that NU Online not only communicates religious messages but also actively constructs social realities related to tolerance through the digital media logic. These findings contribute to understanding how moderate Islamic media constructs tolerance discourse in the digital age and can inform media literacy initiatives.

Abstract

Community service is helping to improve the skills of youth organizations in digital archive administration, ICT, and digital literacy. The methods used in implementing this program included direct mentoring, training, interactive discussions, and evaluation using post-tests and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). This training aimed to improve the skills and understanding of Karang Taruna youth regarding archive administration and the digital world. The results of the community service show that the youth successfully gained a deeper understanding of digital archive administration and improved their digital literacy skills. In addition, this program also created an atmosphere that supports the character development of the youth, provides practical experience, and prepares them to face the challenges of the working world.

Abstract

The phenomenon of foreign loanword usage in online communication among Indonesian adolescents reflects linguistic dynamics shaped by globalization and the advancement of digital technology. As active users of social media, adolescents exhibit a tendency to adopt foreign vocabulary, both consciously and unconsciously as a means of expressing identity, lifestyle, and the influence of popular culture. This study aims to analyze the forms, functions, and sociolinguistic factors underlying the use of foreign loanwords in Indonesian adolescents' online communication. A descriptive qualitative method with a sociolinguistic approach was employed. Data were collected through netnographic observation on social media platforms, documentation of online communication screenshots, and semi-structured interviews with adolescent social media users. The findings reveal that words such as literally, cringe, vibes, and FYI are used not only as adaptations to global trends but also serve as markers of social group identity and linguistic style perceived as modern and inclusive. The study concludes that the use of foreign loanwords in online communication signifies a shift in language norms among adolescents, influenced by social, cultural, and technological factors. The implications of this study highlight the need for Indonesian language education in schools to accommodate such phenomena within the framework of digital literacy and the development of critical language awareness in the global era.
