Abstract

Information Technology utilization is vital in designing information systems to support business success. Thus, information technology governance becomes very important to produce information systems that are by the vision and mission of higher education institutions. As a technology-based university, Amikom Purwokerto University provides an Academic System to facilitate various academic and non-academic student services. This research was conducted to evaluate the Academic System services of Amikom Purwokerto University with a focus on operational aspects, especially in the Service Operation domain with subdomains request fulfillment process and incident management process. The services provided by the Academic System positively impact students and related parties. Still, there is often a connection failure problem on the server caused by inadequate operations and server overload. This research uses the Information Technology Infrastructure Library Version 3 (ITIL-V3) Framework, specifically the Service Operation subdomain, to assess and improve the maturity level of IT service management. This research found that the Academic System is at level 4 (managed) through maturity level calculations, showing efficiency in work processes and incident handling. By implementing recommended improvements to the request fulfillment and incident management process, this research aims to increase the IT service maturity level towards level 5 (optimized), reflecting the highest level of maturity and excellence. In conclusion, these improvements will deliver maximum value to the business and users, ensuring that Academic Systems executes processes and continues to implement improvements and innovations to remain relevant and high-performing in a dynamic environment.

Abstract

Heart failure is the most common health problem experienced by both the global and Indonesian population. Improving the quality of life of heart failure patients is paramount and depends heavily on the treatment undertaken. The number of relapses that result in re-hospitalization of heart failure patients indicates a lack of adherence to therapy. Some of the risk factors for re-hospitalization of heart failure are age, gender, degree of disease, and comorbidities. Non-compliance with medication therapy, excessive physical activity, non-adherence to medical care, failure to recognize clinical manifestations of heart failure, and violation of low-salt dietary restrictions will result in rehospitalization due to recurrence. Patients without family members may have higher non-compliance, as they lack the support needed to change their behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between family support and the degree of heart failure disease in consuming a low salt diet on the incidence of re-hospitalization. This research design uses a cross-sectional design of analytic survey research. The population of this study were heart failure patients who sought treatment at Pasar Rebo Hospital with a sample of 75 people. Sampling using purposive sampling. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate tests. In this study, there is a relationship between family support in the consumption of a low-salt diet on the incidence of re-hospitalization based on the degree of disease. The results of the bivariate test (Person Chi-Square) showed that there was a significant relationship between family support in the consumption of a low-salt diet and the incidence of re-hospitalization for heart failure (p<0.05). In this study it was found that there was a significant relationship between family support and the degree of heart failure in consuming a low salt diet in the event of re-hospitalization, Most of the respondents' degree of heart failure re-hospitalization were in class I and class II degrees of disease as many as 72 (96%) and class I and II degrees of disease were in emotional family support, information and appreciation 5-14 (15-62%) Researchers suggest that future researchers can add patient respondents who experience re-hospitalization for heart failure.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by blood glucose (blood sugar) levels exceeding normal. Long-term complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus can include microangiopathy and macroangiopathy. Microvascular complications include neuropathy, while macrovascular damage includes damage to the peripheral blood vessels of the legs, which is usually called diabetic foot. Diabetic foot exercises, including physical exercise, are natural exercises that are practical in increasing perfusion to the periphery or can increase the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) value in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, especially in the foot area. This study aimed to analyze the application of foot exercise interventions in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus to increase peripheral perfusion in the foot area. This research method uses a case report method with interventions carried out on one patient for  15-30 minutes per day for 3 days. The evaluation results after the foot exercise intervention found a change in the ABI value for the right leg from 0.91 to 1.04 and the left leg from 0.90 to 0.97. This shows that after the foot exercise intervention, the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) value increased. It is hoped that foot exercises for Diabetes Mellitus patients can be applied to patients while in hospital and can continue to be practiced independently by patients while at home

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with an area of 1.9 million km2 that is rich in diversity, including different languages in each region. This language diversity gives each region its own characteristics. However, in the 21st century, we witness the phenomenon of losing polite values in speaking using local languages. This is due to the influence of western culture that has penetrated Indonesia, especially through technological advances and television broadcasts that often show city and foreign cultures. One of the threatened cultures is the use of Javanese language which is increasingly rarely used. Javanese language is unique with unggah-ungguh as a differentiator from other regional languages. The rapid development of technology, especially in the world of education, requires that we make the best use of it, but still maintain and preserve ancestral heritage, such as Javanese. This research aims to design an optimal UI/UX design for Javanese E-Learning platform on Android device, focusing on UCD approach. Then after successfully designed, SUS calculation was done and obtained an average SUS value of 77.5 which means this design is good to continue to the application development stage. The target in this research is early childhood, researchers took the object of one of the MI in Banjarnegara Regency, namely MI Muhamadiyah Kalilandak.
