Stroke is a disease caused by impaired blood circulation to the brain. This disease is a non-communicable disease that can be prevented by controlling stroke risk factors. STRIC (Stroke Risk Score Card) is a stroke risk detection application resulting from the development of a stroke risk detection model by the National Stroke Association. This study aims to determine the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the application of the early stroke risk detection model (STRIC) in detecting stroke risk. Descriptive analytics by conducting stroke risk assessment using the Stroke Risk Scorecard (STRIC) App. The total sample was 60 people, consisting of 30 post-stroke people and 30 non-stroke people. The sensitivity value of the STRIC application is 91.67% which means that the ability to predict stroke risk for those who have experienced a stroke is very high. The specificity value of the STRIC application was 77.78%; this means that the measurement capability of the STRIC application provides a non-stroke (negative) result of 77.78% or very good. The accuracy value of the STRIC application is 83.33%, which means that the ability of the STRIC application to detect the risk of stroke in all subjects tested correctly is 83.33%. The need for digital data security is to ensure that the data and information we have are confidential and can only be accessed by authorized users. And no one can change the information in it, thus ensuring complete accuracy. The functions of data security are confidentiality, authentication, integrity, and anti-repudiation. Compression techniques are used to protect digital data because they aim to make less storage space and allow us to transfer more data over the internet. This study aims to plan to prove the application of a combination of 2 (two) techniques, namely compression and cryptography to digital data with the aim of increasing the security of the data. This research has the result that the compression technique of the Huffman method is the most effective in compressing digital data into the smallest file size compared to other compression methods. It can compressed the data size by around 30% (thirty percent) to 40% (forty percent) compared to the original data size. And coupled with data security with cryptographic encryption techniques so that files remain safe when transferred over the network.

Heart failure is the most common health problem experienced by both the global and Indonesian population. Improving the quality of life of heart failure patients is paramount and depends heavily on the treatment undertaken. The number of relapses that result in re-hospitalization of heart failure patients indicates a lack of adherence to therapy. Some of the risk factors for re-hospitalization of heart failure are age, gender, degree of disease, and comorbidities. Non-compliance with medication therapy, excessive physical activity, non-adherence to medical care, failure to recognize clinical manifestations of heart failure, and violation of low-salt dietary restrictions will result in rehospitalization due to recurrence. Patients without family members may have higher non-compliance, as they lack the support needed to change their behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between family support and the degree of heart failure disease in consuming a low salt diet on the incidence of re-hospitalization. This research design uses a cross-sectional design of analytic survey research. The population of this study were heart failure patients who sought treatment at Pasar Rebo Hospital with a sample of 75 people. Sampling using purposive sampling. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate tests. In this study, there is a relationship between family support in the consumption of a low-salt diet on the incidence of re-hospitalization based on the degree of disease. The results of the bivariate test (Person Chi-Square) showed that there was a significant relationship between family support in the consumption of a low-salt diet and the incidence of re-hospitalization for heart failure (p<0.05). In this study it was found that there was a significant relationship between family support and the degree of heart failure in consuming a low salt diet in the event of re-hospitalization, Most of the respondents' degree of heart failure re-hospitalization were in class I and class II degrees of disease as many as 72 (96%) and class I and II degrees of disease were in emotional family support, information and appreciation 5-14 (15-62%) Researchers suggest that future researchers can add patient respondents who experience re-hospitalization for heart failure.

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by blood glucose (blood sugar) levels exceeding normal. Long-term complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus can include microangiopathy and macroangiopathy. Microvascular complications include neuropathy, while macrovascular damage includes damage to the peripheral blood vessels of the legs, which is usually called diabetic foot. Diabetic foot exercises, including physical exercise, are natural exercises that are practical in increasing perfusion to the periphery or can increase the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) value in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, especially in the foot area. This study aimed to analyze the application of foot exercise interventions in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus to increase peripheral perfusion in the foot area. This research method uses a case report method with interventions carried out on one patient for 15-30 minutes per day for 3 days. The evaluation results after the foot exercise intervention found a change in the ABI value for the right leg from 0.91 to 1.04 and the left leg from 0.90 to 0.97. This shows that after the foot exercise intervention, the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) value increased. It is hoped that foot exercises for Diabetes Mellitus patients can be applied to patients while in hospital and can continue to be practiced independently by patients while at home
