Abstract

Increasing the production scale of laying hen farms results in significant manure waste, thus posing challenges to animal and human health, as well as environmental quality. To address these issues, this study aims to develop a prototype of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based multilevel manure management system to improve operational efficiency and support farm sustainability. The study used a method that included needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing with a blackbox testing approach. The system was designed using the DS3231 RTC module for automatic scheduling, the MQ2 sensor for air quality detection, the ESP8266 microcontroller as the control center, the BTS7960 driver as the current regulator, and the DC motor and conveyor as actuators that drive manure removal, with monitoring results displayed on the LCD. The test results showed that all components functioned as designed: the RTC was able to execute the schedule on time, the MQ2 sensor detected the gas threshold accurately, the ESP8266 processed data and sent instructions properly, the BTS7960 delivered a stable current, the DC motor and conveyor worked according to the set duration. This study provides practical implications for modern farm management through the application of the environmentally friendly smart farming concept.

Abstract

Abstrak Sistem pertahanan udara merupakan elemen vital dalam menjaga kedaulatan dan keamanan negara, khususnya di kawasan strategis seperti Ibu Kota Negara (IKN). Perkembangan ancaman udara modern seperti rudal balistik, drone, dan perang siber menuntut adanya sistem pertahanan udara yang adaptif, terintegrasi, dan berbasis teknologi modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi sistem pertahanan udara berbasis teknologi modern dalam memperkuat pertahanan Ibu Kota Negara, serta mengidentifikasi upaya optimalisasi penerapannya agar efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi terhadap satuan pertahanan udara. Analisis dilakukan dengan teknik reduksi data dan triangulasi untuk memperoleh validitas hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi modern seperti Artificial Intelligence (AI), Network Centric Warfare (NCW), Cyber Defense, dan Nano Satellite dapat meningkatkan efektivitas sistem deteksi dini, integrasi komando dan kendali, serta kecepatan respons terhadap ancaman udara. Implementasi sistem pertahanan udara berbasis Defense in Depth Trimatra yang melibatkan TNI AD, TNI AL, dan TNI AU mampu mewujudkan perlindungan berlapis terhadap wilayah IKN sebagai pusat gravitasi nasional. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi teknologi modern dalam sistem pertahanan udara menjadi kebutuhan strategis untuk menghadapi ancaman multidomain. Penerapan sistem pertahanan udara modern diharapkan dapat memperkuat daya tangkal, meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan, dan menjamin keamanan Ibu Kota Negara dalam rangka menjaga kedaulatan dan pertahanan nasional.

Abstract

CV BOSpintar Jaya, a company engaged in application development services, faces challenges in determining project priorities when multiple development requests are received within a limited timeframe. Priority determination that relies on subjective judgment may lead to project delays, inefficient resource allocation, and decreased client satisfaction. This study aims to design a Decision Support System (DSS) to assist management in objectively and systematically determining the priority of application development projects. The research methodology includes requirements analysis, identification of project alternatives and decision criteria, criteria weighting, decision model design, as well as system interface and database design. The criteria used include project value, urgency level, development complexity, estimated duration, risk of requirement changes, and availability of developer resources. The calculation process produces preference values and project rankings as recommendations for project prioritization. The results show that the designed DSS is able to provide consistent, transparent, and traceable priority recommendations, thereby supporting faster and more accurate decision-making while reducing dependence on subjective assessments. The proposed DSS is expected to improve project planning efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the quality of application development services at CV BOSpintar Jaya.
