Abstract

Predicted the demand for 3 kilograms of LPG gas in different provinces of Indonesia is crucial for assuring the provision of energy to households. By employing the Exponential Triple Smoothing (ETS) technique, this study examines demand-influencing factors and consumption patterns. By integrating historical data's levels, trends, and seasonality, ETS enables accurate and timely forecasts. The findings illustrate the predicted outcomes for the ten provinces in Indonesia that have the highest demand for 3 kilograms of LPG gas, as well as the ten provinces that have the lowest demand across all regions. All provinces' MAPE forecasting error testing results utilizing the ETS method are incorporated with an exceptionally high degree of precision, given that the error rate is 5.27%.

Abstract

Assessment of teachers by the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Kedungwaringin certainly needs to be done to determine the best teacher, so that teacher performance is in accordance with the specified competencies because the teacher is the most important and influential role in the world of education in the process of teaching and learning activities. The assessment was carried out not only for civil servants (PNS), including honorary teachers who also participated in the assessment process so that there were no limitations in evaluating teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Kedungwaringin. This assessment process uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Algorithm. The method used aims to determine the best teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Kedungwaringin who is in accordance with the assessment criteria prepared. The results of the ranking show that Dian Purwanti, S.Pd obtained the highest score of 0.342 out of 5 other teachers. This application is expected to assist school principals in determining the best teacher based on the criteria and weight of each existing value.

Abstract

PT XYZ adalah perusahaan di industri otomotif yang memproduksi velg untuk mobil dan sepeda motor. Banyak laporan aktivitas produksi menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel, yang menyebabkan kesalahan dalam pemrosesan data. Proses pengolahan data dalam laporan kegiatan produksi masih butuh waktu yang lama karena tidak didukung oleh sistem komputer. Mengingat permasalahan tersebut, maka harus ada pelaporan kegiatan produksi untuk mengatasi masalah di PT XYZ. Penelitian ini tujuannya untuk membuat laporan kegiatan produksi dengan menggunakan framework codeigniter, dengan mengolah data laporan kegiatan produksi secara termonitoring dan sistematis akan dihasilkan laporan kegiatan produksi harian yang tepat. Diharapkan hasil penelitian berupa laporan aktivitas produksi yang dihasilkan akan memberikan kemudahan untuk pengolahan data produksi dari pelaporan harian hingga laporan bulanan, kemudian penyajian laporan data aktivitas produksi pada PT XYZ dapat tersimpan dalam database, sehingga diharapkan dapat mempercepat dalam hal pencarian data.

Abstract

Using high-pressure and high-temperature laser light emission techniques, laser cutting works to cut materials in such a way that components at the laser cutting point produce cutting results. However, the current problem is that laser cutting often produces material defects including protruding parts, burnt surfaces, and pores on the laser-cut parts. Given this problem, the purpose of this study is to develop a camera capable of identifying material defects caused by laser cutting . The research method is the preparation of 6061 aluminum material, the preparation of the ESP32CAM camera, and the preparation of laser cutting parameter settings. In order to run the ESP32CAM program, C and OpenCV programming languages ​​are needed to identify items with material defects, color images, histograms, and FPS are needed. The results of the study showed that detecting defects at the highest FPS reading of 15.57 and a histogram value of 250 at the x coordinate and 950000 at the y coordinate. Eight defects in the material were found using Open CV detection on the ESP32CAM camera sample 3. From this technique it can be concluded that ESP32CAM is capable of identifying material defects caused by laser cutting.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin maju, layanan e-Commerce seperti Shopee telah menjadi solusi transportasi yang populer di kota-kota besar termasuk Batam. Memahami sentimen pengguna terhadap layanan ini sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen pengguna terhadap layanan E-Commerce di Kota Batam menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari ulasan pengguna di media sosial dan aplikasi E-Commerce. Proses analisis meliputi pengumpulan data, pra-pemrosesan data, ekstraksi fitur menggunakan TF-IDF, dan klasifikasi sentimen menggunakan CNN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model CNN memiliki kinerja yang kuat dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen pengguna dengan akurasi rata-rata 88.5%, presisi 88.6%, recall 88.2%, dan F1-Score 88.4%. Meskipun kinerja untuk sentimen positif dan negatif sangat baik, model menunjukkan tantangan dalam mengklasifikasikan ulasan netral. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja, disarankan penerapan teknik data augmentation, tuning hyperparameters, dan eksplorasi metode pembelajaran mesin yang lebih canggih. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk meningkatkan strategi bisnis dan kualitas layanan E-Commerce di Kota Batam, serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan analisis sentimen di industri pemasaran online.

Abstract

Kota Batam, dapat dikatakan sebagai salah satu pusat barang elektronik yang murah dan lengkap. Salah satu barangnya Smartphone bekas. Tetapi walaupun bekas, Smartphone yang dijajakan para pedagang tergolong berkualitas baik. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dilokasi lucky plaza penulis mendapat variaber input dan output, untuk menentukan harga Smartphone bekas yang akan dijual kepada konsumen. Beberapa toko masih menggunakan cara manual dalam menentukan harga hanya berdasarkan perkiraan. Maka akan dilakukan perbandingan bagaimana cara untuk menentukan harga Smartphone bekas yang akan dijual kepada konsumen, proses pertama yang kita lakukan adalah mengecek kondisi fisik, kondisi fitur, minat pasar, dan harga beli Smartphone bekas/modal. Serta variabel output yaitu harga jual, dan menentukan harga Smartphone bekas dengan menggunakan cara metode sugeno. Sehingga membantu konsumen dengan sistem penunjang keputusan dalam pemilihan Smartphone tanpa rasa bingung ataupun takut jika mendapatkan produk tidak bagus.

Abstract

Poverty in Indonesia remains a major challenge, with significant levels of inequality between provinces. This study applies the K-Means clustering method to analyze poverty distribution patterns in 38 provinces in Indonesia, using data on the percentage of poor people from 2010 to 2024. With this approach, provinces are grouped into three main clusters: low, medium, and high, based on the average poverty rate. The low cluster includes areas with poverty rates below 10%, while the medium and high clusters indicate poverty levels that require more specific policies. The evaluation results show a silhouette score of 0.613, indicating that this grouping is quite good but can still be improved. This study offers important insights to support more targeted and effective policies, especially in achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 1: Eradicating Poverty.

Abstract

Current technological developments are increasing, one of which is the development of the internet that is very fast, many companies are starting to offer their products through the internet to maximize their profits, so that competition between companies is getting tighter. PT Pulau Cahaya Terang  is one company that manufactures and sells various types of spring beds and equipment in the city of Batam. The sales system is by the way consumers come directly to the company, contact by telephone, or the company offers products directly through salesmen, the system Used is less effective now, becaUse consumers find it difficult to get the latest information and making an order quickly. For this reason, it is necessary to create a web-based sales information system at PT Pulau Cahaya Terang  so that consumers can easily access product information and can also directly order and pay for products through the website. The method Used is the SDLC Waterfall model which consists of needs analysis, design, programming code, testing, implementation and maintenance. The results of this research are a website-based sales information system that makes it easier for consumers to obtain information and order products, and save employee costs and time

Abstract

PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Alfamart merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang ritel yang mana perusahaan ini setiap harinya harus memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Selain itu, peletakan produk pada rak yang tidak sesuai dengan kebiasaan konsumen saat membeli produk secara bersamaan dalam satu waktu. Hal ini menyebabkan kekecewaan pada konsumen yang tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya. Maka dari itu perusahaan harus mencermati pola pembelian yang dilakukan oleh konsumen. Untuk mengetahui produk yang dibeli secara bersamaan, menggunakan association rule (aturan asosiasi) yaitu teknik Data Mining  untuk menemukan aturan asosiasi suatu kombinasi item. Proses pencarian asosiasi menggunakan metode algoritma C4.5 yang dapat menghasilkan pengetahuan yang terkandung dalam data transaksi pelanggan, mengenai pola pembelian oleh konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan algoritma C4.5 yang memenuhi syarat nilai minimum confidence dan diuji dengan software Tanagra, pada toko Alfamart rule tertinggi yang muncul pada produk Kunci Mas Minyak Goreng Pch 1,8l dan Sedap Mie Kari Special 75G dengan nilai Support 43,3% dan confidence 92,8%, hal ini sama dengan perhitungan manual algoritma C4.5. Maka dapat dilakukan pengaturan tata letak produk secara berdekatan untuk memudahkan keberadaan produk tersebut dan memudahkan dalam menentukan persediaan produk promo yang diinginkan konsumen serta dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung keputusan manajer dalam mengelola aktifitas perusahaan.
