Abstract

PT OZ FASTENER is one of the companies that in manufacturing, with sales worldwide. Since 1992, PT OZ FASTENER's control system has experienced problems because: The system works is still traditional, so the data stored is not very accurate. Therefore, this study designed a system for the company. In the current information age, one of the predominant troubles is how to process data to produce useful data and make it easier for information users to use it. The approach used is the SDLC waterfall model, which includes analysis, design, coding, and testing. Abstract

Batam Collection store is a bag and luggage store located in Baloi which is engaged in fashion. In processing, marketing sales of bags and luggage is using a simple way, that is only selling these products in housing, so there are obstacles in marketing process. Analyzing the old system of Batam Collection store, and then analyzing proposed new system and design an E-Commerce system using content manajemen system (CMS) is the point of the research. This research method uses the System Development Life Cycle process through the Water fall method. The results is to build an E-Commerce system that will facilitate sales activities and to get sales reports. In the E-Commerce system, the researcher will use OpenCart CMS for data processing. After the researcher built a product sales system with E-Commerce, the new system at the Batam Collection store could increase marketing and sales, as well as regulate product sales. The researcher hope that this new system can make the work easier for everyone involved.

Abstract

Developments in the field of technology can be used to help work, one of which is by building a web-based information system at a used bookstore in the city of Batam. The sales system in this bookstore is still manual, where buyers have to come to the store to get the desired book. Limitations in terms of product marketing are one of the obstacles in the bookstore. The main problem at this bookstore is the difficulty of buyers when looking for books because of the low stock of books. The data collection method Used on this examine is to apply commentary and interview techniques, where researchers come to the location to make observations to see the existing system in the bookstore and interview the owner to find out the existing problems. The research technique utilized in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall model. By making this online sales system, it can make its easier for sellers to market products, and for buyers to be able to see the available stock of books and choose and buy books without having to come to a bookstore

Abstract

Information technology is one of the needs of the people, both in the place of individuals and groups, both public and private; ) in large quantities in large quantities. For a certain time, the company provides assistance to employees, especially in the current situation, the company regularly provides social assistance to employees who need it, so the company requires decision makers to use computer-coordinated procedures. Because social assistance must be distributed appropriately and quickly, there is a need for some kind of a decision support system to receive social assistance, using the method of comparing employee profiles with recipient criteria, especially the profile compliance method. The research method is called waterfall method, the first step is needs of analysis, design, code generation, testing, and maintenance. The results obtained are the design of the Social Assistance Fund receipt system using the profile matching method, so that the resulting information system assists decision makers in distributing social assistance funds quickly and accurately to employees. consists of requirements analysis, design, code generation, testing, and maintenance. Abstract

The goal of creating a web-based information system about air conditioning services in Batam City is to provide air conditioning services in Batam City. Web-based information systems come in the form of images, text, graphics, and sound. That's why it makes advertising or promotion more attractive. In addition, the web-based ac service information system becomes a comprehensive information system for users or visitors that can be found anywhere. This support is inseparable from the design and technology of the research process. For other media, the success of the media is determined by the success of the well conveyed message. This study aims to design a web-based information system for air conditioning services in Batam city as a source of information to find air conditioning services with other facilities in Batam. Batam City's service system is developed using PHP programming language and data is stored in a database using HeidiSQL to optimize system and database performance. The Google Maps API is one of the features of this information system that can be used to add maps. The result of the design is in the form of a web-based information system for ac services, which is expected to be the means of service delivery and other ac service facilities in Batam city, thus , through this web design, hope that there will be a similar system to create better services. and more comprehensive than existing services. .

Abstract

In order to develop literature studies on this research, solar panel monitoring systems to track the efficiency of solar energy conversion processes into electrical energy have been developed. The aim of this study was to build an IOT monitoring system on a mini solar panel to examine the impact of storing data in a microcontroller or IOT manner on the Thingspeak website. However, in this study, the same research was conducted, the difference being the use of a mini solar panel with a voltage capacity of 5V and a current of 60mA with a series or parallel assembly to obtain a voltage in the process of charging a 12V battery and a current of 5Ah. When using circuit design techniques, creating connectivity testing tools, data comparison, data processing, and finally, the test results, data is generated in the form of voltage, current, and power. The test results show that data storage using the microcontroller is faster than data storage using the IOT, which is due to the slow wifi signal speed. The error trend between the IOT and microcontroller from 10:00 to 11:00 o'clock decreased from the difference of 0.563 watts to 0.011 watts, indicating that the storage error between the IOT and the microcontroller is not too bad.

Abstract

Volume penjualan gadget dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti harga, rating pengguna, keberadaan promo, serta channel distribusi yang digunakan. Pemahaman terhadap pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut sangat penting untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi volume penjualan gadget menggunakan algoritma Random Forest berdasarkan fitur promo dan channel penjualan. Data yang digunakan merupakan catatan transaksi aktual dari sebuah toko gadget yang melayani penjualan secara online dan offline di wilayah Jabodetabek dalam periode tertentu. Tahapan penelitian meliputi data preprocessing, pembentukan target klasifikasi volume penjualan menjadi tiga kategori (rendah, sedang, dan tinggi), pelatihan model Random Forest, serta evaluasi performa model menggunakan metrik akurasi, precision, recall, dan F1-score. Pembagian data latih dan data uji dilakukan dengan teknik stratified sampling untuk menjaga keseimbangan distribusi kelas. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model Random Forest mencapai akurasi sebesar 49,5%, dengan performa terbaik dalam mengklasifikasikan kategori volume penjualan "sedang". Angka ini mengindikasikan bahwa akurasi prediksi model masih terbatas, dengan hanya sekitar separuh dari keseluruhan data uji yang dapat diprediksi dengan benar. Meskipun demikian, temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan algoritma machine learning, khususnya Random Forest, berpotensi mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dalam meningkatkan efektivitas penjualan gadget.

Abstract

The development of mobile-based systems in Indonesia has provided innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of conventional administrative processes, especially in employee attendance. This research aims to develop an Android-based employee attendance application that is integrated with geolocation technology to enable accurate and real-time attendance monitoring. This system is built using the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation using Flutter and Dart programming language, and testing using black box testing techniques. Black-box testing was conducted on six main functions, resulting in a 94% overall success rate. Most functions achieved a 100% pass rate, but two test cases for attendance check in/out failed due to GPS location inaccuracies, highlighting the impact of device and environmental factors. The average response time was 1.28 seconds, and the average GPS delay was 2.1 seconds. The implementation of real-time notifications and admin verification improved transparency and minimized attendance fraud. The results demonstrate that the application provides an effective and efficient solution for employee attendance management. Future work should focus on enhancing location accuracy, conducting non-functional testing, and expanding features to ensure broader adoption and system robustness.
