Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, karyawan penting dari semua elemen organisasi, apakah mereka bertindak sebagai karyawan atau tidak untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kinerja dalam menanggapi dampak fasilitas atau motivasi kepemimpinan pada hubungan karyawan. Metode survei ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kuantitatif dengan kuesioner pada sampel sebanyak 32 karyawan. Hasil analisis regresi berganda membuktikan variabel-variabel dalam survei berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji t, pendamping berpengaruh tidak positif serta tidak signifikan, sedangkan motivasi berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji F membagi variabel survei secara simultan (simultan) dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi memperlihatkan 34,50% kinerja karyawan ditentukan oleh fasilitasi dan motivasi.Kata kunci : Fasilitas, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Pesantren adalah salah satu institusi pendidikan yang berperan dalam membentuk generasi yang berkarakter, sebagai lembaga pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai Islami, memegang peran penting tidak hanya dalam mendidik aspek keagamaan, tetapi juga dalam menyiapkan santri menghadapi tantangan kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi di masa mendatang. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengintegrasikan nilai kepemimpinan Islami, seperti amanah, kejujuran, dan keadilan, dengan keterampilan kewirausahaan yang kreatif dan inovatif sehingga terwujud dalam karakter positif pada santri.  Melalui metode ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, serta simulasi praktik kewirausahaan, santri diharapkan mampu mengembangkan potensi diri, menemukan ide-ide usaha, dan membangun proyek kecil yang bermanfaat bagi diri sendiri, lingkungan pesantren maupun masyarakat sekitar. Hasil yang diharapkan dari pelatihan ini adalah terciptanya santri-santri yang bukan hanya unggul dalam aspek spiritual, tetapi juga tangguh, mandiri, serta siap menjadi agen perubahan yang positif di berbagai bidang kehidupan. Implikasi dari kegiata ini para santri mampu memimpin kegiatan kecil seperti kegiatan sosial, mampu merancang ide usaha sederhana sehingga menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri, kemandirian, dan keberanian untuk mengambil sebagai pemimpin dan pengusahan muda di masyarakat.

Abstract

The progress of a country is inseparable from the stability of its human resources. A greater effort is needed in various fields, especially in education. This service aims to provide an understanding of campus selection for further studies that align with Indonesia's potential as an agrarian and maritime country. The activity is conducted every March each year for high school students on the southwestern coast of Aceh province, and currently for the 9th-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Samatiga. The method used includes lectures, question and answer sessions, and watching videos divided into three stages: introduction, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of the community service show that students have an interest in continuing to higher education but are hindered by costs. Therefore, Teuku Umar University can be a solution due to its relatively close distance and affordable fees, with the hope that they will succeed in the future

Abstract

Academics are burdened with supplemental tasks that surpass their main responsibilities of teaching, research, and service. These tasks are often ambiguous and demanding, yet they are rarely beneficial for their career development. This conflicting role may result in burnout. Academics, however, may cope with these demands in numerous ways, including religion. This study examines the influence of teaching and life interference with research (TLR) on burnout, with religiosity as a moderator. The sample was 91 Muslim higher education academics in Indonesia. Hierarchical regression was used for analysis. The results showed the positive effect of TLR on burnout and the buffering effect of religiosity against burnout. However, religiosity did not moderate between TLR and burnout. Policymakers should design policies that reduce the workload of academics, while academics themselves should consider turning to religion to reduce their work stress.

Abstract

In this study, Civil Servants were more involved in light cyberloafing activities, such as chatting on WhatsApp and accessing social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, while more serious forms of cyberloafing were not found in the office. The main objective of this research was to identify the relationship between work stress levels and cyberloafing behavior among Civil Servants in West Aceh. The research method used was a quantitative approach with data collection through a questionnaire. The population studied consisted of 372 employees, with a sample size of 80 employees calculated using the Slovin formula. The data was analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation technique, processed with SPSS 20.0 for Windows. Prior to this, validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the validity of the data used. Normality and linearity tests were also performed. Based on the research results, the questionnaire used was found to be valid and reliable. Descriptive results showed that the majority of respondents experienced high work stress and cyberloafing behavior. Hypothesis testing with Pearson Correlation revealed a very strong positive relationship between work stress and cyberloafing behavior, with the test results showing a p-value < 0.05 (0.000) and an accuracy strength of 0.955. This study indicates that the higher the level of work stress, the higher the level of cyberloafing among Civil Servants in West Aceh. Both hypotheses proposed in this study were accepted. The study also found that work stress and cyberloafing influence each other, where an increase in work stress leads to an increase in cyberloafing, and vice versa.

Abstract

Human resources are an important asset in an organization. One way to retain employees in an organization requires increasing Employee Engagement, workload, and job satisfaction with employee performance. This research aims to identify key factors that influence employee performance from a subjective point of view and investigate how POB indicators and DCS aspects are reflected in employee experiences. This research design uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, research data is collected through in-depth interviews with employees so that conclusions can be obtained as a result of the research. The results of this research indicate that Employee Engagement has important value in improving employee performance. Employees who feel involved, have control in carrying out their work and feel valued by the organization tend to be more motivated and committed to making maximum contributions. On the other hand, excessive workload can have a negative impact on employee performance, causing stress, fatigue, and decreased productivity. However, if the workload is balanced with adequate control, optimal performance can be achieved. Job satisfaction plays an important role in improving employee performance. Employees who feel satisfied with their jobs tend to be creative, innovative and have a high level of commitment to the organization. The implication of this research is that it is important for organizations to develop strategies that enable employees to feel involved, overcome high workloads, and feel satisfied with their work so that they can improve the performance and services provided to JKN participants.

Abstract

The performance of hospital employees greatly determines the quality of services provided to patients. Factors that influence the effectiveness of employee performance are gender differences and the ability to work in a team. This research aims at analyzing the effect of gender and teamwork on the effectiveness of employee performance in Harapan Sehat Hospital Meulaboh. This research uses qualitative data that is the respondents’ answers on the research instrument. The population of this research is all employees of Harapan Sehat Hospital Meulaboh which totaling 132 people. This research applies saturated sampling as the technique which means that all the population become the sample of the research. The data analysis is conducted by using partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test). The results of the study show that: (1) gender has a significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance; (2) teamwork has a significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance, and; (3) gender and teamwork simultaneously have a significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance.
