<![CDATA[Setiap ASN dituntut menunjukkan produktivitas yang baik dan tinggi dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagian abdi negara. Produktivitas kerja dilihat dari pendidikan, pelatihan dan motivasi. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatahui produktivitas ASN di Dinas Pendidikan Aceh Jaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik koleksi data adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa ASN di dinas pendidikan Aceh Jaya mempunyai produktivitas yang bagus karena mereka mempunyai pelatihan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Mental dan kemampuan fisik ASN juga dilihat dari produktivitas kerja ASN dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Dari hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pendidikan, pelatihan dan motivasi sangat berpengaruh baik dan bisa meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, serta menumbuhkan semangat kerja yang baik dalam lingkungan pekerjaan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of digitalization on the effectiveness of archive management of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership documents in the Meulaboh Branch. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the BPJS office in managing archives uses three systems, namely the manual system, the digitization system and the latest system. Archival storage is very important for the smooth running of organizational activities that are useful as a source of information and a memory center. Unfortunately, the appreciation of archives is still very low so it is not managed properly. Digitization is closely related to archive preservation. The process of digitizing archives at the BPJS Meulaboh branch office has problems in digitizing archives, such as limited human resources, namely the number of staff who digitize archives is still lacking. scanner tool malfunction that must be repaired immediately, and make improvements to web maintenance that often occurs, which affects its work process.]]>

<![CDATA[The research aims to evaluate the long-term relationship or cointegration between the Indonesian Stock Exchange and stock exchanges in the world. The novelty of the results of this research is that the results of cointegration will be presented in tabular form so that this table will later become a reference source for local investors in forming portfolios and utilizing diversification strategies to gain profits. Weekly data or weekly Index Prices is the main data from the agro and marine industries sector stock index of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and other country stock exchanges in the world from January 2010 to December 2020 (11 years). The next step is that the data will be used in testing using the Johansen Test method. The results of this research show that only two stock price indices have cointegration with the Indonesian agro and marine stock indices. So the agro and marine sectors generally do not have integration and investors still have the opportunity to carry out diversification strategies.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid development of information technology raises demands on various fields, including entrepreneurship. This demand is especially addressed to the younger generation or novice businessmen who are the initial target. It is hoped that with the emergence of various demands and activities that support business development for beginners, it can reduce the unemployment rate. The importance of changing mindsets and providing the right strategy for novice business people is important to do. One effort that can be done is to increase understanding and mastery of advances in information technology, especially to face global competition. Therefore it is important to carry out various trainings and activities that can support creativity as well as new and unique ideas for these novice businessmen, which are currently mostly carried out by students. The training conducted at SMAIT Ruhul Islam was carried out in order to build an entrepreneurial spirit for students at a young age and to have interest and basic knowledge about entrepreneurial planning using the business model canvas. SMAIT Ruhul Islam Simeulue students can practice making a business model canvas and can apply various approaches to the business model canvas for the progress of their respective businesses.]]>

<![CDATA[The creation of tourism-aware youth groups, or Pokdarwis, in various communities along the coast of Aceh Jaya Regency has demonstrated actual awareness of the huge potential of tourism. Pokdarwis Pasie Luah, located in Dayah Baroe Village, Krueng Sabee District, is one of these pokdarwis. Teuku Umar University collaborates with Pokdarwis Pasie Luah through community service activities to improve the quality of human resources in the tourism sector and to develop a marketing mix plan to entice tourists to visit tourist spots in Aceh Jaya. The execution of capacity building training and culinary instruction is the concrete aspect of this community service initiative. Electric scooters, tents, and advertising materials have also been supplied to assist with promotional operations in order to boost visitor visits. Community service activities that contribute to the empowerment of the Pasie Luah Pokdarwis could serve as a model for initiatives to empower other pokdarwis in Aceh Jaya Regency. So that the results of this community program can be sustained and turned into a movement for all tourist stakeholders to work together to promote the Aceh Jaya tourism sector.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to understand how financial literacy and financial inclusion influence customer financial behavior. Meanwhile, this research uses quantitative methods with primary data. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling type, and the sample was calculated using the Slovin formula to obtain 100 respondents. The data was collection online by distributing questionnaires to respondents via Google Forms. The data was then analyzed using data analysis techniques, with SPSS version 20 software. The results of this research show that the two independent variables, namely financial literacy and financial inclusion, have a positive and significant impact on financial behavior]]>

<![CDATA[This research investigates the influence of the physical work environment on the level of employee satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia KCP Alue Bilie. The focus of the analysis is evaluating the impact of the physical work environment on employee satisfaction, using qualitative research methods and involving several informants. The object of this analysis is the employee of PT Pos Indonesia KCP Alue Bilie. The research subjects were the condition of the physical work environment and the employees of PT Pos KCP Indonesia Alue Bilie, numbering only 2 people. Determining the sources using purposive sampling technique, 2 sources were obtained. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research are that the availability of physical facilities, such as air conditioning, lighting, and also wages based on position, as well as the quality of team work can have an impact on employee satisfaction at work. It was concluded that employees at PT. Pos Indonesia KCP Alue Bilie has achieved an adequate level of satisfaction with the physical work environment, as seen from their ability to complete tasks on time, even though these tasks are considered a burden on the company.]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini mengamati kondisi keterikatan karyawan di Indonesia dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, terutama setelah pandemi. Juga menyoroti faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Berdasarkan data dari berbagai sumber seperti Gallup dan Mercer, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun skor keterikatan karyawan di Indonesia cukup tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan rata-rata global, namun peningkatan yang signifikan terdeteksi dalam kategori yang dianggap not engaged. Data sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian deskriptif ini untuk menganalisis kondisi keterikatan karyawan serta beberapa faktor penting lainnya seperti budaya organisasi work-life balance dan perencanaan karir karyawan. Organisasi sebaiknya melakukan penyesuaian pendekatan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan multigenerasi, menjaga keseimbangan personal-pekerjaan, dan menunjukkan kepedulian pada kesehatan mental karyawan. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterikatan karyawan dan mendukung efektivitas organisasi.]]>

<![CDATA[This literature discusses about the relation between leadership and accountability in local government. This study discusses how the effectiveness and influence of rewarding on improving the performance of employees of PT Delima Makmur Aceh Singkil and the form of rewarding in improving employee performance at PT Delima Makmur Aceh Singkil. The research in this article aims to describe how effective the improvement in employee performance that occurs with the reward program given to each employee who reaches the target or achieves. The type of research that the author uses is field research, in order to find data that is the subject matter under study. The author uses data collection techniques through direct interviews, online interviews, documentation and data from PT Delima Makmur. The data that has been obtained is processed with a qualitative descriptive method, followed by describing and dividing certain subject matter and describing through clear and easy-to-understand sentences. The results of research conducted by researchers in the field illustrate that the effectiveness of rewarding in improving employee performance at PT. Delima Makmur Aceh Singkil is in accordance with the target the company wants, rewards can also provide good motivation to each employee, all of that can be seen from the gradual achievement of the production of PT. Delima Makmur which continues to increase from year to year.]]>

<![CDATA[This studysaims toanalyze thejlevel of tax compliance with employees in thedPublic Works and Spatial Planning Officejof West Aceh District. Taxpayer compliance can increase state revenue. Employees who are subject to tax at the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office of West Aceh Regency depend on the large amount of Non-Taxable Income (PTKP) received by employees. With the number of employees affected by the taxpayer at the West Aceh District PUPR Service, there are still several employees who are late when reporting their taxes. This studyfuses ayqualitative descriptiveyresearch design. Datarwas collectedwby documentationrand interview methods. The datajanalysis method used in this study is a qualitative analysis method. The results showed that the level of tax compliance with employees at the West Aceh District PUPR Service was in the very good category, this was due to an increase in employee compliance in paying taxes at the West Aceh District PUPR Service. Obstacles experienced in realizing taxpayer compliance for PUPR Service employees of West Aceh Regency, namely the lack of understanding and awareness of taxpayers, the income level of taxpayers and not understanding when accessing online or not mastering IT when submitting their SPT reports.Keywords : Compliance, Taxpayers, Employees]]>
