Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, aplikasi m-banking menjadi kebutuhan yang penting bagi pengguna untuk mendukung transaksi keuangan sehari-hari. Aplikasi BCA Mobile, salah satu layanan m-banking populer di Indonesia, memiliki rating 4.1 dengan 1.29 jt ulasan dan telah diunduh sebanyak 50 juta user. Meski demikian, aplikasi ini masih menghadapi tantangan terkait tampilan antarmuka yang dianggap kurang menarik dan modern. Dari permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi dampak penerapan Prinsip Aesthetic-Usability Effect yang menggunakan Material Design Guidelines terhadap tingkat usability aplikasi. Metode usability testing dilakukan secara unmoderated dengan melibatkan 12 responden yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok untuk menguji kedua desain aplikasi (control dan treatment) dalam within group untuk mengukur aspek success rate, task time, dan satisfaction. Pengujian dilakukan secara hybrid, baik secara luring dan daring, menggunakan prototype yang melibatkan 10 tugas skenario untuk masing-masing desain disertai dengan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS). Kuesioner ini digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat usability aspek kepuasan pengguna. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah dengan menggunakan t-test untuk melihat perbedaan nilai rata-rata pada kedua desain berdasarkan aspek-aspek yang diuji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) tidak terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata dalam aspek success rate dengan nilai 100% pada kedua desain, (2) terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata dalam aspek task time (p < 0,00), dan (3) terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata dalam aspek kepuasan pengguna (p < 0,00). Abstract

The fourfinger threadfin, Eleutheronema tetradactylum is one of economic demersal species in Indonesia. Information of its biology was needed to ensure the sustainable fisheries management of this species. This study aimsto estimate the lengthweight relationship and condition factor of E. tetradactylum landed in Sedati, Sidoarjo, East Java. In total, 649 samples were randomly collected from Sedati Fishing Base during the study. The results indicated that E. tetradactylum has negative allometric growth pattern (b = 2.8, p<0.05), means the growth of length was faster than weight. In addition, the average value of relative weight condition factor (kn) was 1.01, which is greater than or equal to 1, means E. tetradactylum live in good growth conditions. This finding contributes to managing E. tetradactylum fishery in the north Java waters, especially in East Java. As this study was conducted from unsexed samples, future research with focuse on sexed samples is suggested to give more comprehensive result.

Abstract

CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) adalah sistem pengawasan berbasis kamera yang banyak digunakan untuk memantau lalu lintas dan keamanan di kota-kota besar seperti Jakarta, Surabaya, dan Bandung. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah kendaraan, pengawasan lalu lintas menjadi tantangan besar, terutama bagi pihak kepolisian yang masih menggunakan metode manual. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan solusi otomatis yang dapat mengenali plat nomor kendaraan sebagai identitas unik setiap kendaraan. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, teknologi kecerdasan buatan telah digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengenalan plat nomor berbasis machine learning dan deep learning. Salah satu metode yang populer adalah Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Namun, CNN memiliki kelemahan dalam mengenali urutan karakter. Hal ini dapat diatasi dengan Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM), yang mampu memproses urutan data dari dua arah yang meningkatkan akurasi pengenalan. Penelitian ini menggabungkan CNN dan BiLSTM untuk mengenali plat nomor kendaraan, menghasilkan akurasi 86.869 dan Norm ED 0.971. Penggunaan transformasi gambar Thin Plate Spline (TPS) dan freezing layer juga terbukti meningkatkan kemampuan generalisasi model. Kombinasi metode ini memberikan solusi efektif untuk pengenalan plat nomor secara otomatis.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of management commitment and team orientation on compliance in filling electronic medical records with competence as an intervening variable in the implementation of Hermina Hospital, Depok. This research method is quantitative with a cross-sectional study design. The population is doctors at Hermina Hospital Depok who work in the inpatient department totals 133 people. The results of the sample calculation obtained 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, and the analysis method used SEM-PLS. The results of the study showed that management commitment, team orientation, and doctor competence had a simultaneous effect on compliance in filling electronic medical records at Hermina Hospital, Depok. Management commitment and team orientation had a significant effect on doctor competence, which in turn also had a direct effect on compliance in filling out medical records. In addition, doctor competence mediated the relationship between management commitment and team orientation on compliance. Improving doctor competence is the main key to ensuring compliance. The conclusion of this study confirms that to improve compliance in filling electronic medical records at Hermina Hospital, Depok, attention is needed to management commitment and team orientation. Improving doctor competence is the main key in ensuring compliance, with competence functioning as a mediator between management commitment and team orientation towards compliance.

Abstract

The southern waters of Java are suitable to be the largest supplier of Yellowfin tuna exports in Indonesia, but have not efficiently produced the expected yield. This research minimizes these constraints by modeling the yellowfin tuna fishing grounds in the southern waters of Java based on oceanographic factors such as Sea Surface Temperature (SST), chlorophyll-a (CHL_A), Sea Surface Salinity (SSS), Sea Surface Height (SSH) using an integration between remote sensing, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and the Generalized Additive Model (GAM) statistical method. This study used oceanographic factor data from Aqua MODIS Level-3 and Copernicus, while yellowfin tuna fishery production was obtained from Palabuhanratu Nusantara Fishing Port (NFP), Cilacap Ocean Fishing Port (OFP), and Pondokdadap Coastal Fishing Port (CFP). The modeling process used 80% of the data, while the remaining 20% was used to validate the model results. The order of influence of oceanographic parameters from largest to smallest is SST > SSS > SSH > CHL-A. The best model from the GAM analysis showed that the combination of four oceanographic parameters had the greatest influence on yellowfin tuna CPUE. The catch per unit effort (CPUE) of yellowfin tuna was predicted to be high in May-October and low in November-April. The prediction model had high accuracy because most of the fishing activity was in the HSI 0.4-0.5 range and the RMSEP value was 0.63. Yellowfin tuna were suitable in habitats distributed from inshore to offshore in June and July, but less suitable in December.

Abstract

Based on observations at Josari 01 Elementary School in Tersono District, children's creativity in drawing is still low, because so far, whenever there is a drawing learning activity, children are reluctant to be invited to do activities related to children's fine motor skills. But prefer to choose to play with gadgets and friends than doing activities that are done individually. Therefore this community service aims to improve the creative ability to draw elementary school children in Tersono District, Batang Regency and its surroundings which we focus on children's drawing creativity. The method used is through workshops and drawing assistance for elementary school students in Tersono District, Batang Regency and its surroundings. This community service activity is divided into three sessions, namely the first session provides knowledge about the history of drawing including understanding, history, and types of drawings. The second session was a drawing competition session carried out by all participants. Furthermore, the last session was an assessment session to determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. The community service program that had been carried out by the STKIP Muhammadiyah Batang Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program had been carried out well and received positive impressions from all participants who took part.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan di Pasar Kamu, Dusun II, Desa Denai Lama, sebagai respons atas minimnya fasilitas literasi berbasis budaya di ruang publik. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi dan pelestarian budaya lokal melalui pengadaan sarana edukatif yang inklusif dan ramah anak. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan kolaboratif-partisipatif, melibatkan akademisi, masyarakat, dan pengelola pasar. Hasil program mencakup pembangunan Pondok Baca Bertemakan Kebudayaan, Panggung Budaya, penambahan 10 meja belajar, 10 permainan edukatif, dan penyediaan 50 koleksi resep makanan tradisional Indonesia yang dikemas dalam bentuk buku dan e-book. Inovasi lain berupa aplikasi digital dan media sosial dikembangkan sebagai sarana promosi dan literasi berbasis teknologi. Setiap sesi, pondok baca dikunjungi oleh rata-rata 7–15 anak usia 3–12 tahun, dengan waktu kunjungan 10–25 menit. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui metode observasi langsung terhadap aktivitas anak, karena karakteristik sasaran yang belum memungkinkan penggunaan tes tertulis. Program ini dinilai berhasil sebesar 75%, dengan indikator utama berupa peningkatan akses literasi dan pelestarian budaya secara berkelanjutan di ruang publik pasar. Inisiatif ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi budaya dapat diintegrasikan secara kontekstual dalam kehidupan masyarakat melalui pendekatan yang kreatif dan partisipatif.

Abstract

Background: Long queues and waiting times exceeding the standard in the Emergency Department (ER) are indicators of low hospital operational efficiency. This problem not only impacts patient satisfaction but also the overall safety and quality of healthcare services. The role of operational management is crucial in addressing this issue through resource management, workflow, and the integrated use of information technology. Objective: This study aims to analyze the role of operational management in managing queues in the ER and identify factors influencing the effectiveness of this queuing system. Methods: The study used a quantitative-descriptive approach using observation, semi-structured interviews, and document review in the ER of RSUD X. The sample consisted of 30 patients and 10 medical personnel selected purposively. Data were analyzed descriptively and linked to operational management theory. Results: It was found that operational management contributes significantly to queue management, through the implementation of a triage system, scheduling of healthcare personnel, and the utilization of hospital information systems. However, challenges such as limited bed capacity, shortage of medical personnel, and lack of information system integration remain major obstacles. Conclusion: Optimizing operational management in the emergency department (ED) has been shown to improve service flow and reduce waiting times. Continuous evaluation of operational systems and strengthening of human resources and information technology capacity are recommended to improve the quality of emergency services.

Abstract

Determination of regional fisheries based upon the experience of fishing master is one obstacle, because the spread of the fish moving in accordance with the fish habitat, while the fish habitat affected by the condition oceanographic parameters. Therefore, knowing the spread of fish based on oceanographic parameter is one of the indicators in determining potential areas of catching skipjack. Research method using descriptive observatif. The distribution results showed Sea Surface Temperature (SST) with average range between 28.45 °C – 30.93 °C, chlorophyll-a concentration between 0.28 mg/m3 – 0.62 mg/m3, and the speed of current between 0.01 m/s – 0.23 m/s. Correlation between SST, chlorophyll-a, and current towards the skipjack catches no significant relationship and their relationship is very low. Zone of fishing potential based on skipjack habitat obtained is 63 miles of fishing base shaped polygon area there are extents of 63,471,960.455 m2 withsamples coordinates of 00°3'00.0'' N and 119°19'48.0’’ E and 254,606,779.883 m2 with sample coordinates 00°21’21.5'' N and 119°46'12.0'' E.

Abstract

Abstract Length-growth analysis of fish cannot be completed without age information. Age study on skipjack has been done through analysis of its first-hard dorsal fin. Sampling was done using 11 fish specimen taken from UPT P2SKP Pondokdadap Sendangbiru, from January to February 2018. Species identification follows the FAO standard procedure (species identification sheet) published 2001. A specimen was deposited at Depository Ichtyologicum Brawijaya with code DIB.FISH 111103. The first hard spine of 11 fish samples were cut with IsoMet low speed cutting machine at 50 mm thickness. The preparates were then analyzed using biological binocular microscope at 40x magnification. The results showed differences in number of growth annuli (annual growth-ring) at different fish length (FL). The number of annuli varied between 4 - 6+ age year at fish length (FL) variation between 38 and 62 cm. These values were closely related to those with other methods such as Modal Progression Analysis (MPA). The number of samples successfully analyzed (5 specimen) were not sufficient for analysis of length-growth parameters (L∞, k and t0). Also, this technique did not apply for age less than yearly unit, but quite affordable (Rp.50.000,- per sample) for a fairly variable amount of specimens.Â
