Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh dimensi-dimensi manajemen sarana dan prasarana terhadap mutu Pendidikan di SMP Negeri Se-Kota Serang menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan model persamaan struktural PLS (SEM-PLS), data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 170 responden yang merupakan guru dari 11 SMP Negeri di Kota Serang yang memiliki akreditasi B. Metode sampling dilakukan dengan purposive random sampling. Jumlah indikator yang diuji untuk variabel eksogen sebanyak 28, sedangkan untuk variabel endogen sebanyak 6. Hasil analisis outer model menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator memiliki nilai loading faktor di atas 0.70 yang menunjukkan bahwa model secara keseluruhan memiliki validitas yang baik. Sementara hasil reliabilitas menggunakan nilai Cronbach’s alpha dan komposit reliabilitas menunjukkan semua variabel memiliki nilai di atas 0.60, yang menggambarkan reliabilitas yang baik dan handal. Hasil uji Q2 diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,495, yang menunjukkan nilai relevansi prediktif yang baik. Hasil uji hipotesis parsial menunjukkan bahwa semua dimensi manajemen infrastruktur memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas Pendidikan maupun secara simultan. Besaran pengaruh variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen diperoleh nilai R² sebesar 0,921, yang menggambarkan bahwa dimensi manajemen infrastruktur memiliki pengaruh sebesar 92,1% secara bersamaan terhadap kualitas pendidikan, sementara 7,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model yang diteliti.

Abstract

The sophistication of digital technology has presented new opportunities in early childhood education, one of which is through the use of interactive Artificial Intelligence (AI). This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to introduce and train educators at the Early Childhood Education (PKG) Kolase in Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency, in integrating AI technology into early childhood learning processes. The PKM implementation method included initial observation, hands-on training, mentoring in the use of educational AI applications, and evaluation of the training outcomes. The activity results showed that the educators were highly enthusiastic and capable of operating several developmentally appropriate AI applications, such as interactive voice-based story apps, smart educational games, and AI-based literacy and numeracy support platforms. The application of interactive AI has been proven to increase children's engagement in learning, spark curiosity, and provide a fun and adaptive learning experience. This activity has a positive impact on the quality of learning and enhances teachers' digital competency in responding to the challenges of the technological era. Therefore, the use of interactive AI technology can be an innovative solution to improve the quality of early childhood education in the future.

Abstract

Abstract Technological advances have brought changes in the education world, leading to innovations in teaching materials. Teaching materials that undergo innovation can transform into learning aids to increase motivation and desire in the learning process. Physics is one of the branches of science that requires problem-solving and the ability to think critically. One of the applications in physical science that require systematic solving is in the case of electrical circuits. The numerical method is a method that can solve complex equations that analytical methods cannot solve. This research can show the completion of the application of electrical circuits using the Gauss-Seidel method. Abstrak Kemajuan teknologi telah membawa perubahan dalam dunia pendidikan yang menyebabkan adanya inovasi dalam bahan ajar. Bahan ajar yang mengalami inovasi mampu bertransformasi menjadi alat bantu pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan keinginan dalam proses pemabelajaran. Fisika merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu yang membutuhkan problem solving dan kemampuan berfikir secara kritis. Salah satu aplikasi pada ilmu fisika yang membutuhkan penyelesaian yang sistematis yaitu pada kasus rangkaian listrik. Metode numerik, merupakan metode yang dapat menyelesaikan persamaan yang rumit yang tidak dapat diselesaikan dengan metode analitik. Penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan penyelesaian dari aplikasi rangkaian listrik dengan menggunakan metode Gauss – Seidel.

Abstract

This training emphasizes the implementation of the Project Based Learning model and Wiggle Bot as learning tools to enhance teacher engagement as training participants with knowledge about the STEM approach in modern education. In this training session, the teachers worked in groups to design and create a Wiggle Bot, which will then be integrated into the curriculum. After successfully making the Wiggle Bot, the teachers identified the STEM components present in it. This aims to enable teachers to create various STEM projects that align with the learning and concepts of the material taught in class, thereby capturing the students' attention and indirectly engaging them actively in classroom learning. The active involvement of teachers as participants indicates positive feedback from this training. This training not only enhances teachers' skills but also deepens their understanding of STEM concepts and approaches.

Abstract

This training on developing STEM-based teaching modules aims to equip science teachers with the knowledge and tools needed to create teaching materials, such as modules, that will be used in classroom learning. The development of modules is not only relevant to the curriculum but also capable of integrating STEM concepts. This STEM-based teaching module can enhance critical thinking skills and foster students' creativity to face the challenges of the 21st century. The method in this training session began with the presentation of material on STEM education, guidelines for module development, explanations of examples and types of teaching modules, and provided teachers with the opportunity to collaborate or discuss with the facilitators. Because the module that has been developed is expected to integrate STEM concepts into learning materials both in the classroom and during independent study. Thus, in this training, it is hoped that it can have a positive impact on both teachers and students so that it can be implemented effectively in the classroom with a more interactive and innovative approach, thereby increasing students' interest in learning and enhancing their ability to solve complex problems.

Abstract

This article discusses a capacity-building initiative designed to empower science educators through a systematic training program that emphasises the development of STEM-oriented teaching modules. The program emphasised the integration of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) into lesson plans to enhance students' problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking abilities. The module's primary components included problem conceptualisation, inquiry planning, experiment execution or engineering design, data analysis, and reflection. Educators were instructed to establish learning objectives aligned with STEM principles, develop authentic assessment instruments, and employ interdisciplinary approaches in their instruction. The training outcomes indicated that educators were more proficient in designing pertinent and engaging learning experiences. This initiative illustrates the significance of equipping educators with the necessary resources to effectively instruct STEM courses in alignment with the requirements of 21st-century learners.

Abstract

Bullying remains a serious challenge in elementary schools, with negative impacts on children’s psychological, social, and academic development. This study aims to describe the transformation of bullying prevention toward a child-friendly school based on Society 5.0 at SDN Teluklada 2, Sobang District, Pandeglang Regency. The activity was carried out during the Community Service Program period (July 8–August 23, 2025), involving all 4th–6th grade students and teachers. The methods used were socialization and education focusing on the definition, types, and impacts of bullying. Educational activities utilized interactive digital media, group discussions, and role-play simulations to encourage active student participation. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding of the dangers of bullying, increased willingness to report incidents, and the growth of empathy toward peers. Teachers played an active role as facilitators, supervisors, and role models by implementing technology-based learning aligned with the principles of Society 5.0. The program’s impact was evident in the creation of a more conducive, safe, and child-friendly school environment. The application of Society 5.0 proved effective in supporting preventive efforts against bullying while fostering a collective awareness among the entire school community to maintain a healthy and inclusive educational environment.

Abstract

Fenomena kekerasan terhadap anak di lingkungan sekolah menjadi perhatian serius karena berdampak pada perkembangan psikologis dan prestasi belajar siswa. Kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam pengawasan dan komunikasi dengan anak menjadi salah satu faktor pemicu terjadinya kekerasan. Berdasarkan teori ekologi perkembangan anak Bronfenbrenner, lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah merupakan dua sistem utama yang sangat memengaruhi perkembangan anak. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peran serta orang tua dalam mencegah kekerasan serta menjaga keselamatan anak melalui pendekatan parenting yang positif. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi edukatif mengenai pola asuh, jenis-jenis kekerasan, dampaknya terhadap anak, serta strategi pencegahan kekerasan di sekolah. Selain itu, dilakukan diskusi interaktif, studi kasus, dan tanya jawab guna mendorong keterlibatan aktif peserta. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDN Kertasana 2 dan diikuti oleh orang tua siswa, guru, serta tenaga kependidikan. Hasil dari sosialisasi menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman tentang pentingnya peran orang tua dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman bagi anak. Diskusi yang berlangsung juga mengungkapkan bahwa sebagian orang tua sebelumnya belum memahami tanda-tanda kekerasan non-fisik seperti kekerasan verbal dan emosional. Berdasarkan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sosialisasi ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua akan pentingnya membangun komunikasi efektif, pendekatan yang penuh kasih, dan kolaborasi dengan pihak sekolah sebagai strategi pencegahan kekerasan. Sebagai saran, kegiatan serupa perlu dilakukan secara berkala dengan topik yang beragam seputar pendidikan dan pengasuhan anak. Pihak sekolah juga disarankan membentuk forum komunikasi antara orang tua dan guru sebagai wadah pertukaran informasi dan pemantauan perkembangan anak secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak melalui permainan lari estafet pada anak kelompok A Paud Widuri Cilegon. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya kemampuan motorik kasar anak yang ditandai dengan kurangnya kepercayaan diri, kurangnya keterlibatan anak dalam aktivitas fisik, dan dominasi pembelajaran yang berfokus pada aspek kognitif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus, yang setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak setelah diterapkannya permainan lari estafet. Peningkatan tersebut terlihat pada tiga aspek utama yaitu kecepatan, kekuatan, dan kelincahan. Persentase anak dalam kategori berkembang sangat baik meningkat sebesar 80,4%, dan kategori berkembang sesuai harapan meningkat sebesar 17,6%. Sementara itu, kategori mulai berkembang menurun sebesar 23,52% dan kategori belum berkembang berkurang sebesar 17,6%. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa permainan lari estafet efektif dalam merangsang gerak tubuh anak, meningkatkan koordinasi otot besar, serta mendorong semangat dan partisipasi anak dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, permainan lari estafet dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia dini secara menyenangkan dan bermakna.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays an important role in forming the foundation of holistic child development. This article discusses how the role of educators as leaders in the PAUD community and the HIMPAUDI organization can be key to improving the quality of PAUD services. Through effective leadership, educators not only carry out learning functions, but also drive innovation, strengthen collaboration between educators, and build productive partnerships with parents and the community. HIMPAUDI as a professional organization plays a strategic role in supporting the development of educator leadership capacity through training, coaching, and advocacy. This article describes the importance of strengthening the role of educator leadership and developing organizational networks in realizing quality, inclusive, and sustainable PAUD, especially in the Tangerang Regency area. The findings show that trained educator leadership and strong organizations contribute significantly to improving the quality of PAUD and optimal early childhood development.
