Profile video is an electronic medium to convey information that is very effective in introducing a school. Through this visual media, all information can be easily digested by all circles of society. State Elementary School 47 Bengkulu City, Mem needs promotional media to the community to increase the admission of new students. Based on this, then to do the promotion, a profile video of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 47 bengkulu city was made. In making this video, Sketchup software and enscape are used to make it easier to create profile videos. The purpose of the research is to make a 3D animated video as a promotional medium at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 47 Bengkulu City. Research methods through multimedia system development models using Luther Sutopo's Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The research was carried out as a promotional medium through 3D animated videos using the sketchup application. The respondent's due diligence test received a response of 87.5%, which means that the video profile that was made is liked by the general public.

State Senior High School 5 Kepahiang is one of the schools in Kepahiang Regency. Therefore, State Senior High School 5 Kepahiang School is a suitable choice for parents who want to send their children to high school level, especially in the Bermani Ilir, Kepahiang area, the service in providing information is not optimal because many prospective students want to get information and registration procedures to become new students. At State Senior High School 5 Kepahiang, the existing registration information is not fully understood by prospective new students. For this reason, the author created a registration for prospective new students based on linear multimedia as additional media and support for publishing information about registration tutorials for all prospective students. This animation was made using Blender software and the Adobe Premiere Pro software application. The file format resulting from the process of making this animation is MP4 format. The type of content displayed in making this animation is video, sound and text which explains the tutorial for registering new students at State Senior High School 5 Kepahiang. Testing the animated video using a questionnaire obtained an average answer of 82.8%.

The development of technology and information has many positive impacts in various areas of life. Inventory of goods is the recording of data related to goods or assets in the organization. Generally, activities in goods inventory are recording goods procurement, placement, transfer and maintenance. The inventory process of goods carried out by the Permu village of Kepahiang Regency still uses manual recording in an inventory book. From the problems above, an Android-based goods inventory information system is needed using a client server system. The information system that will be created uses the Java programming language with MySQL as the database. So the formulation of the problem is that there is no Android-based inventory information system using the client server method. The aim of this research is to be able to provide information on inventory of goods based on android using the client server method in villages permu Kepahiang Regency. It is hoped that this application is always up to date so that this application follows developments in geographical information technology based on Android Flutter.

Abstract This study discusses the comparative analysis of rendering techniques using adobe media encoder and adobe premiere pro software with the aim of knowing the results of the rendering time of adobe media encoder cc 2018 and adobe premiere pro cc 2018 on cinematic video rendering and also knowing the level of video feasibility produced by adobe media encoder cc 2018 and adobe premiere pro cc 2018 on cinematic videos. In the research of Comparative Analysis of Rendering Techniques Using Adobe Media Encoder and Adobe Premiere Software, the author uses research and development research methods. Then for the methodology for the cinematic video "Palak Siring Kemumu Waterfall Tourism Object in Argamakmur" using the Luther-Sutopo Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) methodology, a comparative analysis of rendering techniques using adobe media encoder and adobe premiere pro software will result in testing. Rendering speed, the size of the rendered file and the video quality of the rendering. ABSTRACT : Pregnancy process becomes the center of special for families who are waiting for the presence of a loved child. Therefore, pregnant women often checj with the obstetrician to determine the development of fetus in the womb. The problem occurs mother who for prenatal check-ups are only given the fetus underweight. Determining the start of pregnancy and gestational age is important to be able to know within the progress of pregnancy. One of the ways to determine gestational age by knowing the first day of the last menstrual period (LMP). With the naegele method, tjis calculation can also be used to calculate the estimated day of birth. As an easy way to estimate the weight of the fetus is to measure the height of the uterine fundus (TFU). Therefore, based on the problems above, an android-based pregnancy calendar and calculation application of gestational age were made by using the Naegele algorithm. The pregnancy calendar and calculation application of gestational age are designed to make it easier for pregnant women to find out the estimated day or birth. The gestational age and normal fetal weight according to gestational age on an android smartphone. Keywords: Naegele, HPHT, estimated birth, gestational age, fetal weight.

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are businesses established by individuals / individuals / business entities that meet the criteria, MSMEs usually have limited capital, because capital only comes from business owners or a small group of people who invest capital for these MSMEs. Code Igniter is one of the widely used frameworks, where the main purpose is to minimize the code when creating a website. The advantages of Code Igniter include being open source, being able to run in all PHP versions, the program only requires few resources so that the program runs lightly and quickly, using the Model View Controller (MVC) so that it makes it easier for programmers when a website change occurs, has complete documentation, ranging from installation steps to code or functions / classes in website creation. From the results of this study, it has succeeded in integrating the JSON retrofit library in applications built for ordering products in android applications with the CI framework also successfully used to create its web-based backend application with beta test results in terms of appearance and user convenience of 72%.

Currently, many shops or furniture companies in Bengkulu, in terms of promoting their products to consumers and buyers, still use conventional methods, starting from offering products directly or using 2D image catalogues, one of which is Muria Jaya. Muria Jaya already has an augmented reality application for its marketing media, but the application only displays 3D models, zooms in and out on products, rotates products without any information about the product. From the augmented reality application that already exists at Muria Jaya, the application will be developed by adding voice explanations for a product, changing the color of the product in the application which makes the product more lively and attractive. This makes it easier for buyers to see the product and also determine the color when making a decision to buy a product.

Giving drugs or fluids into the body through the mouth will enter the digestive process first so that it is not quickly absorbed by the body is a process of fluid entry or commonly called infusion. Infusion is done by inserting a small needle into the blood vessel flow with absorption speed depending on the patient's body condition and the disease suffered, therefore the infusion needs to be controlled when attached. The purpose of this study is to control the infusion system with the application of technology to support health facilities by building an automatic and portable intravenous fluid monitoring system using Telegram. This tool can also send notifications through buzzer alerts and Telegram Bot notifications so that it can be applied to information on services, treatment and registration systems at hospitals online. From the results of the study, several conclusions can be drawn, namely, the Intravenous Monitoring System is able to monitor the condition of the infusion using the Telegram application, by testing using 3 infusion bags with 500ml liquid each the device can measure infusion capacity data well, from the tests carried out obtained Telegram notification delay with an average of 5 seconds, but this can be influenced by internet network conditions, From the tests that have been done, the author concluded that the accuracy rate in this study was 98%.

Currently, technology capable of absorbing human thought processes and patterns is known as artificial intelligence. An expert system is a component of artificial intelligence that contains knowledge and experience acquired from an expert in a particular field. The aim of this study is to develop a web-based expert system designed to detect digestive disorders in humans. Its purpose is to provide patients with information about their health status, correlated with their presenting symptoms, with a certain degree of accuracy. Through the use of this expert system, patients have the ability to identify potential digestive disorders based on individual symptoms or combinations of symptoms they may be experiencing. Additionally, it facilitates early detection of digestive disorders without the need to delay treatment until doctors or specialists are available. The method used is Forward Chaining, which involves collecting symptom data to determine the appropriate type of disease. Forward Chaining is a reasoning technique used in expert systems and rule-based systems. It begins with known events or conditions and then attempts to match these events with the IF (combination) clauses from the IF-THEN rules that are available.

Health facilities are places where health efforts are carried out. In this research, several problems were found regarding health facility information, such as the official Lebong district website only providing some information on health facilities such as hospitals, health centers, pharmacies. Not all health facility locations are known to the public, whether they come from Lebong Regency or immigrants from Lebong Regency. If you use the Google Maps application, there are still health facility locations that are not registered, so this application can complete data that has not been registered in the Google Maps application. so that the public can know better and make it easier to disburse the location of health facilities. This system was created using the prototyping method, system development process, system implementation and finalization. This application was developed with Kodular. Apart from that, the framework used uses DFD and UI UX Design as examples of application design.
