Abstract

CV. XYZ found barriers that could hinder the implementation of a sustainable supply chain in the company. However, the company does not have a resolution method for determining the priority barriers that most influence the implementation. The aim of this research is to determine the barriers that influence the implementation of a sustainable supply chain. Settlement is carried out using the DEMATEL-ISM method. The research results show that the most influential barriers are lack of regulation and guidance from the government (A9) and high initial investment (A1). Because in the DEMATEL-ISM integration, these two factors were found to be located at the lowest level, which is the level with the most influential barriers, which are the main drivers. As a result, companies need to prioritize lack of regulation and guidance from the government and high initial investment as a basis for evaluation and improvement in implementing sustainable supply chains.

Abstract

As a result of the physical characteristics of metals and their use on a large scale, the industry producing metal products is one of the most important in terms of volume when implementing reverse logistics practices. The relationship between suppliers and customers from the perspective of environmental demands, companies using metal materials are mapped into the Supply Chain operation Reference (SCOR) model. In this study there are Key Performance indicators (KPIs) which are categorized based on the performance attributes of SCOR, namely reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost, and assets management. Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is an analytical method for the structure of a problem and is used to make decisions on an alternative that is useful for solving complex unstructured problems. The result of this research is that the performance value obtained is a yellow traffic light which means that the application of reverse logistics metal at PT. XYZ has not been implemented properly, so further research must be carried out with primary data in the form of a reverse logistics process each step by step.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation on service quality and price and its impact on customer satisfaction at Kita-Kita Tour and Travel. This study uses a quantitative method with a casual associative approach to measure service quality variables (X1), price (X2), and customer satisfaction (Y). Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers who have used Kita-Kita Tour and Travel services, and was analyzed using SPSS software. Data that meets the validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests are then processed to produce a linear regression equation. The results of the analysis show that service quality and price partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, so the hypothesis is accepted. The reliability test resulted in a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.864, indicating that the data obtained is reliable. Based on this research, it shows that the implementation of TQM has a positive impact on service quality and price, which in turn increases customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that considers the agricultural sector as one of its economic drivers, with fertilizers being a vital material for agricultural activities. PT XYZ is a company engaged in fertilizer production with numerous fertilizer storage warehouses. The main activities in the warehouses include bagging and shipping out, which are not exempt from the risk of workplace accidents. These workplace accidents can be analyzed using the HIRADC method, which aims to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement appropriate risk control measures in Warehouse P. IV. The study concluded that there are six main activities and identified risks related to ergonomic, environmental, chemical, and physical factors. The results revealed that no hazards fell into the low-risk category, 15 hazards were categorized as medium risk, 5 hazards were categorized as high risk, and no hazards were classified as very high risk. In this study, the control efforts implemented focused on three aspects: engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Abstract

In asset utilization, the official residence owned by PT XYZ has strategic potential in the development of Micro and Small Industries (MSE) that can drive local economic growth. This research aims to identify the potential use of the official residence as a business location, analyze the benefits that can be obtained, and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing the use of these assets. The research method employed includes SWOT analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) supported by Expert Choice 11 software. Study findings indicate that optimizing the official residence can create added value for the company and support MSE actors in developing their businesses. The conclusion of this study reveals accessibility criteria of 41.7% and local market competitiveness of 32.7%. The chosen alternative for using the official residence as MSE development is a Fuel Filling Station Business (46.1%) and Food and Beverage Business (23.2%). Strategically utilizing the official residence not only benefits the company but also contributes to job creation and local economic improvement, thus necessitating more focused strategy implementation to address existing challenges in asset management. Abstrak Pada pemanfaatan aset, rumah dinas yang dimiliki oleh PT XYZ memiliki potensi strategis dalam pengembangan Industri Mikro dan Kecil (IMK) yang dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi pemanfaatan rumah dinas sebagai lokasi usaha, menganalisis keuntungan yang bisa diperoleh, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk optimalisasi penggunaan aset tersebut. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan yaitu analisis SWOT dan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan dukungan software Expert Choice 11. Temuan studi mengindikasikan jika pengoptimalan rumah dinas dapat menciptakan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan serta mendukung pelaku IMK dalam mengembangkan usaha mereka. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kriteria aksesibilitas sebesar 41,7% dan daya saing pasar lokal 32,7%. Alternatif penggunaan rumah dinas sebagai pengembangan IMK yang dipilih adalah Usaha Stasiun Pengisian BBM (46,1%) dan Usaha Makanan dan Minuman (23,2%.) Pemanfaatan rumah dinas secara strategis tidak hanya menguntungkan perusahaan tetapi pun berkontribusi pada pembangunan lapangan kerja serta peningkatan ekonomi lokal, sehingga perlu implementasi strategi yang lebih terfokus untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada dalam pengelolaan aset. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi monitoring penagihan melalui implementasi sistem dashboard berbasis Google Looker Studio di PT XYZ. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah keterpisahan database antara proforma invoice dan invoice aktual yang menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pemantauan data secara real-time. Kondisi ini menyebabkan pada keterlambatan identifikasi masalah terkait penagihan, sehingga menghambat efisiensi proses kerja secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem dashboard yang dapat menyajikan data monitoring penagihan secara visual dan interaktif. Sistem dashboard dirancang untuk menyajikan data monitoring secara visual dan interaktif dengan integrasi real-time, mempermudah identifikasi masalah, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup wawancara, pengumpulan data historis, analisis kebutuhan, serta perancangan desain visual dashboard dengan menggunakan elemen visual seperti grafik, tabel, dan indikator kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dashboard menggunakan Google Looker Studio meningkatkan efisiensi monitoring penagihan di PT XYZ. Dashboard real-time mempermudah pengambilan keputusan, menyajikan data visual interaktif, dan mengintegrasikan proforma invoice dan invoice aktual untuk mengatasi keterpisahan database. Fitur peringatan membantu mengantisipasi keterlambatan pembayaran. Meski terdapat keterbatasan data dan waktu evaluasi, sistem ini efektif dalam monitoring penagihan. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan kesimpulan berupa sistem dashboard dengan menggunakan google looker studio dapat membantu proses monitoring penagihan dengan efektif melalui data yang terintegrasi secara real-time.

Abstract

Logistics, as the science and art of managing goods, energy, information, and other resources, plays a vital role in the economy through shipping, receiving, warehousing, and distribution. Optimal routes can reduce travel distances and maximize transport capacity, optimize resource use, and reduce the environmental impact of logistics activities. PT Spectrum Indo Transport is a logistics company serving the Java-Bali region with 40 trucks, including wingbox, colt diesel, and colt diesel long. However, the company often experiences delays in delivery. The largest demand is for 275 gram cereals distributed to the East Java region. The East Java region includes Malang (3,100 kg), Mojokerto (2,500 kg), Gresik (2,500 kg), Lamongan (2,300 kg), Nganjuk (2,700 kg), and Surabaya (2,300 kg). The fleet chosen is a colt diesel with a capacity of 5 tons due to high consumer demand. The company wants to optimize the distance of the delivery route to prevent delays in the distribution of goods. The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of the delivery of the Colt Diesel Box fleet in East Java carried out by PT Spectrum Indo Transport through the application of the Tabu Search method in determining the distribution route. It is expected that by implementing Tabu Search, the company can achieve more efficient delivery. With the shortest route, it will provide an optimal influence on the delivery of goods and can meet delivery on time.

Abstract

Currently, electricity use in Indonesia has soared and continues to increase every year. New renewable energy will be the main alternative for the country as a source of electricity. Alternative energy sources can come from biomass such as Siwalan shell waste. This waste has a composition of 18.52% hemicellulose, 11.90% cellulose, 0.23% lignin, 0.1% nitrogen, 13.80% water, 4.46% ash, 44.58% carbon and 6.41% volatile matter. % which is the chemical component of the basic ingredient for making activated carbon. Thus, the aim of this research is to determine the capacitance of a battery prototype from activated carbon from Siwalan shell waste. The method used is a quantitative method by taking data from the results of the Brunauer Emmett Teller test and the Cyclic Voltammetry test. Carbon is activated using KOH with varying concentrations of 1 M; 1.5 M; 2M; 2.5 M. The results of the surface area of activated carbon in the BET test were 13,636 m2/g; 20,941 m2/g; 28,191 m2/g; and 29,871 m2/g and in manual calculations using the BET method it was obtained 13,647 m2/g; 20,950 m2/g; 28,197 m2/g; and 29,875 m2/g. From testing and manual calculations, Siwalan shell carbon at a KOH concentration of 2.5 M has the largest surface area and has the potential to be the best active carbon material for making battery prototypes.

Abstract

Urban aquaculture, like urban farming, entails using aquaculture technology to transform tiny, previously unutilized pieces of land in highly inhabited metropolitan areas into a useful area. Urban aquaculture, in broad terms, can be defined as the fish farming on small plots of land. Depending on the sort of consumable fish commodity to be grown, urban aquaculture can be implemented through home aquaculture and community aquaculture utilizing a variety of techniques. Creating a mandatory product involves the stages of development and design. At this stage, all product components, production costs, design, and assembly time are taken into account. Through sustainable product design and evaluation, it is possible to address the assembly performance and difficulties in the assembly process, as well as assembly time and costs. The design and development of this product use the Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) method. DFMA is a method used to determine the product design with the best time and cost. In general, this method can also be used in development to improve the quality and measure the improvement of urban aquaculture product designs. It is hoped that urban aquaculture will provide an alternative product design to achieve high-quality products and low production costs.

Abstract

AbstrakKebun Raya Mangrove Surabaya merupakan kawasan ekowisata yang memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan dan ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Salah satu produk yang dapat dikembangkan dari kawasan ini adalah tepung pedada (Sonneratia Caseolaris), yang memiliki kandungan bioaktif dengan manfaat kesehatan. Namun, metode pengolahan tradisional yang masih digunakan menyebabkan penurunan kandungan fungsional dalam tepung serta rendahnya nilai jual produk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengolahan tepung pedada yang lebih efisien dan berkualitas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan praktis, dengan melibatkan 30 peserta. Sebelum pelatihan, dilakukan pre-test untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman awal, yang menunjukkan bahwa hanya 9 orang (30%) memahami proses pengolahan tepung pedada, sementara 21 orang (70%) belum memahami. Selama pelatihan, peserta diberikan materi mengenai manfaat tepung pedada, teknik pemilihan bahan baku, serta proses pengeringan menggunakan alat pengering kabinet. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui post-test, yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, dengan 27 orang (90%) telah memahami konsep pengolahan tepung pedada, sedangkan 3 orang (10%) masih belum sepenuhnya memahami. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta secara signifikan. Selain itu, metode yang diterapkan terbukti efektif dalam menjembatani kesenjangan pengetahuan awal peserta. Diharapkan, peningkatan keterampilan ini tidak hanya berdampak pada kualitas produk yang lebih baik dan peningkatan nilai jual tepung pedada, tetapi juga mendukung keberlanjutan ekosistem mangrove melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal secara optimal. Kata kunci: mangrove; pedada; pengabdian masyarakat; teknologi pengeringan; tepung. AbstractThe Mangrove Botanical Garden of Surabaya holds great potential as an ecotourism area to support environmental sustainability and the local economy. One of the potential products from this area is the pedada fruit (Sonneratia caseolaris), which is known to contain bioactive compounds with health benefits. However, traditional processing methods used by the local community often reduce the functional components in pedada flour. Therefore, this activity aims to provide training on pedada flour processing technology to the managers and the surrounding community of the Mangrove Botanical Garden of Surabaya. In this training, 30 participants were involved, utilizing a cabinet dryer to retain the bioactive components in the resulting pedada flour. The results of this training showed an increase in participants’ understanding of the quality pedada flour processing, which positively impacts the economic value and sustainability of the product. This program is expected to not only improve the income of the local community but also contribute to preserving the mangrove forest in the area through the development of sustainable and environmentally friendly local products. Keywords: community empowerment; drying technology; flour; mangroves; pedada.
