Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and work motivation on the performance of millennial employees at Bank SUMUT Medan Sukaramai Branch Office. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique of 70 respondents. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial test found that there was a positive and significant influence between work-life balance on employee performance, and organizational work motivation had a positive and significant influence on. employee performance. The results of the simultaneous test found that there was a positive and significant influence between work-life balance and organizational work motivation had a positive and significant influence on. employee performance. Apart from that, it can be seen that the adjusted R square value of the millennial employee performance variable at Bank SUMUT Medan Sukaramai Branch Office. is 0.752, this means that the percentage of influence on work life and work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of millennial employees, namely 75.2%, while the remaining 24.8% is explained by other variables which were not examined in this research.Keywords: "Work-life balance";" Work motivation"; :Millennial Employee Performance:.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze partial and simultaneous influence between exchange rate, inflation, trading volume, and dividend payout ratio to share price volatility in Kompas100 index. This research uses 23 companies listed in Kompas100 index as a research sample during the period of 2014 to 2018, where sampling uses purposive sampling technique. In order to analyze, and test each research hypotheses, the technique used is panel data regression using the random effect model. The results of data analysis show that partially, the excgange rate, inflation, and trading volume have a positive and significant effect to share price volatility while the dividend payout ratio has a negative and significant effect to share price volatility. the results of data analysis show simultaneously, the exchange rate, inflation, trading volume, and dividend payout ratio have significant influence to share price volatility. The amount of testing the coefficient of determinastion (adjusted R square) is 0.416174, indicating that dependen variable which is share price volatility can be explained by independent variables those are exchange rate, inflation, trading volume, and dividend payout ratio was 41.6%, while 58.4% can be explained by the other variables outside the models

Abstract

Cultivating vaname shrimp, pond farmers are required to act in accordance with Islamic business ethics. Pond farmers are required to act without deliberate contradictions between words and actions in their business. Pond farmers must have the principles of Unity (tauhid), Balance (justice), Responsibility, Truth (virtue and honesty) and free will (Ikhtiyar), that there are several problems that occur in vaname shrimp cultivation activities. Among them is the provision of pesticides so that they can kill other animals. This research aims to find out how Islamic business ethics are implemented in vaname shrimp cultivation activities. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. The nature of this research is descriptive-analytical research. Data collection techniques in this research used literature, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques are carried out using inductive thinking. The results of the research show that the implementation of Islamic business ethics in vaname shrimp cultivation activities in West Langsa subdistrict, Aceh Province has implemented Islamic business ethics in the principles of Unity (tauhid), Balance (justice), Responsibility, Truth (virtue and honesty). Meanwhile, regarding the Islamic business ethics principle of free will (Ikhtiyar), pond farmers have not been able to apply it, they still use pesticides in the initial process of eliminating pests such as snakes, small fish, small crabs, and this can damage the environment. and cause harm to other animals. This research provides deeper insight into Islamic business ethics in terms of vaname shrimp cultivation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru, dan (2) pengaruh perilaku inovatif terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Subyek penelitian adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Kota Banda Aceh dengan jumlah sampel 251 orang yang diambil dengan cara stratified proportional random sampling, data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur setelah menghitung korelasi semua variabel penelitian berupa matriks. Hasil analisis pengaruh variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen pada masing-masing substruktur diperoleh (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 0,524 (2) Perilaku inovatif berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 0,309. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 22,9  %, dan (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif perilaku inovatif terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 17,6%.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Perilaku Inovatif and Motivasi KerjaThe aim of this research is to determine and analyze: (1) the influence of the work environment on teacher work motivation, and (2) the influence of innovative behavior on teacher work motivation. The research subjects were Banda Aceh City State High School teachers with a sample size of 251 people taken using stratified proportional random sampling. The data were analyzed using path analysis after calculating the correlation of all research variables in the form of a matrix. The results of the analysis of the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables in each substructure showed that (1) The work environment had a positive effect on teacher work motivation of 0.524 (2) Innovative behavior had a positive effect on teacher work motivation of 0.309. The research results illustrate that (1) there is a positive direct influence of the work environment on teacher work motivation of 22.9%, and (2) there is a positive direct influence of innovative behavior on teacher work motivation of 17.6%.Keywords: Work Environment, Innovative Behavior and Work Motivation

Abstract

Sertifikasi halal memiliki peran krusial dalam memastikan kehalalan produk makanan dan minuman yang dihasilkan oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Artikel ini mengulas manfaat sertifikasi halal bagi UMKM, termasuk peningkatan kepercayaan konsumen, akses ke pasar yang lebih luas, dan peningkatan daya saing. Selain itu, sertifikasi halal memberikan peluang bagi UMKM untuk memiliki Unique Selling Point (USP) yang membedakan produk mereka dari pesaing. Meskipun manfaatnya signifikan, pelaku UMKM juga menghadapi tantangan, seperti kurangnya pengetahuan tentang proses sertifikasi dan kesadaran akan pentingnya sertifikasi formal. Oleh karena itu, pendampingan dan edukasi terkait sertifikasi halal perlu ditingkatkan agar pelaku UMKM dapat memanfaatkan potensi ini secara optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat seberapa penting sertifikasi halal bagi pelaku usaha UMKM di Kota Bima dan dampak ekonomi dan sosial yang dihasilkan dari penerapan sertifikasi tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pemilik usaha UMKM, lembaga sertifikasi halal, dan lembaga terkait di Kota Bima.

Abstract

This research aims to uncover how village fund allocations contribute to economic development from the perspective of As-Syaitibi. The As-Syaitibi theory, rooted in the principles of Maqoshid Shariah, emphasizes general welfare and socio-economic balance. Through qualitative methods including interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection, the study reveals that implementing As-Syaitibi principles in economic development in Bima district can yield various benefits. Firstly, this approach directs towards a fairer and more inclusive economic policy, particularly in resource distribution and economic opportunities. Secondly, it enhances community participation in decision-making processes, fostering a sense of ownership and collective responsibility. Thirdly, development based on Maqoshid Shariah values encourages sustainable utilization of local resources, thus reducing dependence on external resources. This research contributes by providing a theoretical and practical framework for local governments and other stakeholders to design economic development policies grounded in Islamic values. This is crucial considering the strong cultural and religious context in Bima district, which can reinforce the acceptance and effectiveness of such policies. However, the study has limitations, such as the restricted sample size in interviews, which may not fully represent all stakeholders in Bima district. Additionally, it primarily focuses on qualitative analysis without delving deeply into quantitative measurements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran zakat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial di masyarakat. Zakat, sebagai salah satu rukun Islam, memiliki potensi besar untuk mengurangi ketimpangan sosial dan ekonomi melalui redistribusi kekayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pemilihan data dengan melakukan pencarian sistematis terhadap berbagai jurnal yang relevan melalui platform akademik seperti Google Scholar. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi zakat dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi, pengurangan kemiskinan, serta peran sosial dalam menciptakan solidaritas antar sesama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa zakat tidak hanya memberikan bantuan finansial, tetapi juga mendorong pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui program pelatihan keterampilan dan modal usaha bagi masyarakat kurang mampu. Selain itu, zakat juga berfungsi sebagai instrumen penting dalam mempererat hubungan sosial, menciptakan rasa solidaritas, dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup penerima manfaat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan lebih dalam mengenai peran zakat dalam pembangunan sosial dan memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengelolaan zakat yang lebih efektif di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Peternak Sapi Aceh (Bos bibos) Di Kecamatan Darul Ihsan Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode survey, metode penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin diperoleh sebanyak 32 responden dari 118 populasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Multikolinearitas, Autokorelasi dan Heterokedastisitas) dan Uji Hipotesis (uji f, uji t dan uji ????2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah ternak, biaya pakan dan biaya obat-obatan mempunyai pengaruh yang  signifikan terhadap pendapatan peternak Sapi Aceh  di Kecamatan Darul Ihsan Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Sedangkan pengalaman beternak tidak memliki pengaruh yang  signifikan terhadap pendapatan peternak Sapi Aceh  di Kecamatan Darul Ihsan Kabupaten Aceh Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of socialization, income, and risk perception on investment interest in the sharia capital market on generation z in Langsa City. This study is a type of quantitative research using primary data. The population in this study was 66,149 and the sample used was 100 respondents using a sampling technique based on purposive sampling and a data collection method using a questionnaire. The testing carried out in this study used the help of the SPSS 21 application with the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of socialization and income have a significant effect on investment interest in the sharia capital market, while the variable of risk perception partially does not have a significant effect on investment interest in the sharia capital market. Simultaneously, all variables have a significant effect on investment interest in the sharia capital market.
