Abstract

The importance of sustainability disclosures has gained increasing attention in recent years, particularly among stakeholders aiming to maximize wealth by increasing firm value. This research aims to examine the moderating role of good corporate governance on the effect of economic, environmental, and social disclosure on firm value. This study adopted a quantitative approach with an associative design, using content analysis with the GRI 2021 Standards.  The research focused on companies listed on the SRI KEHATI index from 2019 to 2023. The results indicate that only economic disclosure has a significant effect on firm value. Board size is not relatively effective in moderating the effect of economic, environmental and social disclosure on firm value. Audit committee meetings only can moderate the effect of economic disclosure on firm value. The presence of independent commissioners can effectively moderate the effect of economic, environmental, and social disclosures on firm value. Firms may leverage the findings of this research to evaluate the implementation of sustainability reporting. At the same time, investors are encouraged to focus on both financial and sustainability disclosures when making investment decisions.

Abstract

Indonesia’s healthcare sector continues to advance through initiatives such as the National Health Insurance (JKN). However, major challenges persist, including unequal access to services, shortages of medical professionals, and heavy workloads. However, limited empirical research has examined how leadership support and work-life balance jointly influence employees’ innovative behaviour through psychological resources, particularly in public hospitals in Indonesia. This study addresses this gap by examining the effects of Leadership Autonomy Support (LAS), Work-Life Balance (WLB), and Psychological Capital (PsyCap) on Innovative Behaviour (IB) among employees at RSUD dr. Soegiri Lamongan. Using a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM and data from 200 respondents, the findings show that LAS and WLB positively affect PsyCap. LAS and PsyCap significantly enhance IB, whereas WLB has a positive but non-significant direct effect on IB. PsyCap also mediates the relationships between LAS and IB as well as WLB and IB. These findings indicate that LAS and PsyCap are key drivers of innovative behaviour, while WLB contributes to innovation indirectly by strengthening employees’ psychological resources. Practically, hospital management should foster autonomy-supportive leadership and strengthen employees’ psychological capital through supportive work environments and employee development initiatives to encourage innovation and improve organizational responsiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of company reputation and service quality on purchase intention through customer trust as a mediating variable at CV Timur Logam. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 167 customers of CV Timur Logam who had completed at least one transaction during the 2020–2024 period. The majority of respondents were 36–45 years old and worked as entrepreneurs. The study applied total sampling, while the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The descriptive analysis indicated that respondents' perceptions of company reputation, service quality, customer trust, and purchase intention were all categorized as good enough. The hypothesis testing results revealed that company reputation and service quality had positive and significant effects on both customer trust and purchase intention. Furthermore, customer trust had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention and was found to partially mediate the relationships between company reputation, service quality, and purchase intention. This study concludes that strengthening a company's reputation and improving service quality can enhance customer trust, which in turn increases customers' purchase intention toward CV Timur Logam. These findings highlight the important role of customer trust as the underlying mechanism linking company reputation and service quality to purchase intention. Keywords: reputation, services, trust, intention, customers.

Abstract

Background: Sustainable employee performance has become a crucial factor for pharmaceutical firms confronting competitive dynamics, supply chain fragility, and escalating sustainability demands. Objective: This research investigates the influence of Creating Shared Value and Environmental Commitment on Employee Sustainable Performance, both directly and through the mediating role of Stakeholder Engagement, at PT Kimia Farma Tbk. Method: An explanatory quantitative survey approach was applied to 300 eligible employees recruited through purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software to examine the measurement model, structural relationships, and mediating mechanisms. Results: The results demonstrate that both Creating Shared Value and Environmental Commitment exert positive and statistically significant direct effects on Employee Sustainable Performance and Stakeholder Engagement. Stakeholder Engagement likewise has a positive and significant effect on Employee Sustainable Performance and significantly mediates both sustainability strategy relationships. These results indicate that sustainability initiatives become more meaningful to employees when stakeholders participate through communication, collaboration, and support. Rather than functioning solely as corporate policies, shared value and environmental commitments are translated into sustained employee behavior through engagement. Conclusion: The study contributes by positioning Stakeholder Engagement as an organizational mechanism connecting corporate sustainability strategy with employee-level outcomes in an Indonesian pharmaceutical company. Practically, PT Kimia Farma Tbk should strengthen two-way communication, stakeholder participation, and the integration of environmental responsibilities into daily work processes to support consistent, responsible, and sustainable employee performance.

Abstract

Shrimp aquaculture industry is a sector characterized by high volatility and extreme biological risks. This research analyzes how supervisor leadership, team competence, and information quality function as determinants in the decision-making process and their implications for organizational performance. This study employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design conducted in shrimp cultivation operational units at PT Central Proteina Prima (West Area). Data collected through perception-based questionnaires aggregated at the work unit level and analyzed using PLS-SEM. Population consisted of 450 cultivation operators and 75 supervisors, with a sample of 300 employees. Path analysis results while supervisor leadership exhibits a strong positive effect on organizational performance (β = 1.066, p < 0.001), team competence paradoxically exerts a significant negative effect on performance (β = -0.217, p = 0.006) and decision-making quality. Furthermore, formal decision-making quality failed to mediate the relationships, and high information quality was found to significantly weaken the influence of leadership on decision quality (β = -0.288, p < 0.001). These findings confirm the importance of adaptive crisis leadership in optimizing organizational performance in environments characterized by biological risk.
