Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze how much the variables of promotion and digital payment systems influence consumer purchase decisions. This type of research is a quantitative research, this research is a buyer of products sold at I am Fashon store Bengkulu. The sample extraction method uses proportional sampling or balanced sampling techniques. The number of respondents in this study was 120 people. The data collection method used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of data processing, from the computer calculation, namely using SPSS 25, the regression equation is Y = 1.230 + 0.178X1 + 0.381 X2 + 0.356X3 + ei with a value of R Square R2 = 0.562 this value means that independent contributes 56.2% in influencing the dependent variable. The results of the hypothesis test obtained Discounts, Flash Sale, and Digital Payment Systems together have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase decision. Abstract

In general, human resources are one of the most important factors and cannot be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. This study aims to determine how organizational culture and transformational leadership influence employee performance at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari-PKS, Ketahun. The type of research used is a quantitative method. The sample of this study was all employees at PT Sandabi Indah Lestari-PKS, Ketahun, North Bengkulu, totaling 120 people. The data analysis techniques used were quantitative descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that 1). Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at PT.Sandabi Indah Lestari PKS, Ketahun, North Bengkulu. 2). Transformational leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, PT. Sandabi3). Organizational culture and transformational leadership have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari - PKS, Ketahun, North Bengkulu. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Talent Management and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT. Agro Muko Bunga Tanjung Estate. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of 154 respondents who are employees of PT. Agro Muko Bunga Tanjung Estate. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS, including instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and determination coefficient. The results of the t-test hypothesis on the Talent Management variable showed t-calculated > t-table (14.922 > 1.976) and sig < a (0.00 < 0.05), the Career Development variable showed t calculated > t table (3.355 > 1.976) and sig < a (0.00 < 0.05). The results of the F test show that the calculated F value is 126.252 > F table 3.06 and sig 0.00 < 0.05. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that Talent Management and Career Development have a partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at PT. Abstract

Salted fish Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malabero Village, Bengkulu City, play a significant role in the local economy. However, these businesses face challenges such as limited market reach, lack of innovation, inefficient production processes, and weak financial management. This study aims to analyze the current business model of salted fish MSMEs using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework and propose strategic improvements to enhance their competitiveness and sustainability.The research employs a qualitative approach, including field observations, interviews with business owners, and document analysis. The findings indicate that most MSMEs rely on traditional sales channels, lack product differentiation, and have minimal digital marketing adoption. To address these issues, this study suggests several strategic developments: (1) market expansion through digital platforms and retail partnerships, (2) product innovation with better packaging and value-added variants, (3) adoption of modern processing technologies to improve efficiency, and (4) improved financial management and access to funding.By implementing these strategies, salted fish MSMEs in Malabero Village can strengthen their market position, increase profitability, and ensure long-term sustainability. The study provides practical recommendations for business owners, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to support the growth of the salted fish sector in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to improve the capacity of cracker entrepreneurs in Bukit Peninjauan II Village, Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency through training in legal matters and business licensing, production management, marketing management, and financial management. The main challenges faced by partners include limited knowledge regarding PIRT (Regional Property Right) permits, inefficient production processes, traditional marketing strategies, and the lack of a financial recording and pricing system based on production costs. The program was implemented in three stages: training on human resource and production management, marketing and business innovation, and training on business licensing and financial management, accompanied by mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The results demonstrated a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills, from data-driven production quantity determination, development of innovative marketing strategies, understanding PIRT legality, to the ability to prepare simple bookkeeping and set appropriate selling prices. Overall, this program successfully strengthened the managerial capacity of cracker MSMEs, enabling them to develop their businesses more effectively, efficiently, and sustainably.

Abstract

Marketing is a social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain their needs and wants by creating, offering, and exchanging things of value with one another. Marketing strategy is an activity of selecting and explaining one or more target markets and developing and maintaining a marketing mix that will produce consumers with the target market. The purpose of marketing is to find out how the marketing strategy in PD. West Java Hadi Bengkulu. This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative methods, namely identifying internal strengths, weaknesses and identifying external opportunities and threats faced by PD. Jabar Hadi in marketing products, in order to obtain the most appropriate strategy that can be used in the future. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a sample of 25 respondents with incidental sampling technique with SWOT analysis method. From the results of the research on the calculation of IFAS and EFAS in this study, there are strengths that PD has. West Java Hadi Bengkulu is 1.41 while the weakness is 1.54, so the cell (quadrant) internal factor is 1.41 1.54 = 0.13, while the opportunity is 1.72 with a threat of 1.4, so the cell ( quadrant) external factor is 1.72 1.4 = 0.32 so it is in cell (quadrant) 1 in the SWOT analysis diagram.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) in public services in Sidomulyo Urban Village Office of Bengkulu City. The data analysis technique by measuring the value of the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 Year of 2017. The sample in this study amounted to 370 people in Sidomulyo Urban Village who received services from the Sidomulyo Urban Village Office of Bengkulu City. The cost / tariff element gets the highest rating with an average value of 3.40 with very good evaluation criteria. This illustrates that the community assesses Sidomulyo Urban Village Office of Bengkulu City to provide services free of charge. The lowest satisfaction value is 2.44, which is the completion time with poor evaluation criteria. This illustrates that the time required for the completion of documents is not as promised, due to the slowness of employees in providing services, poor requirements and village heads who are often not available

Abstract

The aim of being able to see what development strategies are suitable for mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City. The research objective was to see the strategy for developing mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City with a SWOT analysis. The data collection used was a questionnaire method with a list of questions to the respondents. The analysis method used is a SWOT analysis to see internal factors and external factors, which will then be entered into the SWOT matrix. The research results obtained from the analysis of internal factors and external factors. The result of the internal factor is a strength (strength) of 2.75 while the weakness (weakness) is 1.46, so the value of the internal factor is 2.75-1.46 = 1.29 while from the external factor the opportunity (opportunity) is 2 , 52 and for the threat (threat) is 1.58, the value of the external factor is 2.52-1.58 = 0.94. Based on the analysis diagram, the SWOT strategy is in the Cell (quadrant) I position. This shows that the SO strategy in the SWOT matrix is an aggressive strategy. This strategy explains that Kampung Sejahtera mangrove tourism can take advantage of the surrounding environment. The environment around mangrove tourism is still natural so that it is very likely for the community to add stages such as trading, opening food stalls, and lodging businesses around the mangrove tourism of Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, and Utilizing mangrove forests so as not to abrasion around mangrove tourism Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, which makes the tourist area safe and tourists who visit are comfortable and not worried about abrasion

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to find out the influence of work life quality on employee engagement in PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. (2) to find out the influence of organizational culture on employee engagement in PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. (3) to find out the influence of work life quality and organizational culture on employee engagement in PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. Quality of work life is a commitment to work and organization, pride in work and in the organization, a willingness to support the benefits of work, organization, and satisfaction, both emotional and intellectual. Organizational culture is the socialization process of organizational members to develop perceptions, values, and beliefs about the organization. Employee engagement is an employee's appreciation of purpose and concentration of energy, which appears in the form of initiative, adaptability, effort, and persistence toward organizational goals.This type of research is a quantitative that emphasizing its analysis on numerical data (numbers) which are processed by statistical methods. The sample used in this study using nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling. Researchers used this sampling technique because the population was 60 people. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique of this research is multiple linear regression, t test and f test.The results of this study, (1) the work life quality has a significant influence on employee engagement with a sig value of 0.003. This means that when the work life quality in the company is getting better, it will increase employee engagement. (2)Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee engagement with a sig value of 0.001. This means that when the organizational culture in the company is getting better, it will be able to increase employee engagement. (3) the calculated of F count is 4.037. Because the value of F count 4.037> F table 3.16, as the basis for decision making in the F test it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted or in other words the work life quality (X1) and organizational culture (X2) simultaneously affect employee engagement (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) on the Public Services of the Dukcapil Department in Seluma Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 181 people who carried out the management of KK and KTP at the Dukcapil Department of Seluma Regency. Data were collected using a questionnaire analyzed by measuring the value of the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) based on the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017. The Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) for the quality of service at the Dukcapil Department of Seluma Regency obtained an average value of 3.01 which was in a good assessment, then the CSI of the service unit was multiplied by 25 so that the CSI was 75.25 with a service B with good criteria because it is in the interval value of 62.51 – 81.25. The element of cost/tariff gets the highest rating with an average value of 3.48 with very good assessment criteria. This illustrates that the community considers the Dukcapil Department of Seluma Regency to provide services free of charge without being charged. The lowest satisfaction value is 2.33 with a poor assessment on the elements of facilities and infrastructure, this illustrates that the facilities and infrastructure provided by the department in providing services to the community have not been maximized.
