Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh akibat dari adanya pandemi maka warga RT 34 Komplek Green Palm Estate mengalami dampak ekonomi yang sebagian besar pekerjaan mereka sebagai wirausaha. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk permasalahan mitra yaitu warga RT 34 Komplek Green Palm Estate, melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk mensukseskan gerakan belanja di warung tetangga. Kegiatan awal yang dilakukan adalah mensosialisasikan pentingnya gerakan belanja di warung tetangga, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mengajarkan pihak warung untuk mempromosikan dagangannya lewat media sosial seperti whatsApp Grup, facebook dan instagram. Berafiliasi dengan grab dan maxim yang salah satu contohnya, mereka bisa menggunakan aplikasi “GrabMart” untuk mempermudah pelayanan. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini diharapkan membangkitkan perekonomian warga RT 34 Komplek Green Palm Estate. Kata Kunci: New Normal, Bangkitnya Perekonomian, Gerakan Belanja di Warung Tetangga

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu upaya Pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan perekonomian masyarakat berdasarkan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Setiap tahun jumlah UMKM semakin meningkat, namun bertambahnya jumlah UMKM tidak diiringi dengan pemahaman dan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM itu sendiri salah satunya UMKM Seruni yang berada di Desa Bogor Baru Kecamatan Kepahiang Kabupaten Kepahiang. Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai hukum dan manajemen menjadi kendala perkembangan UMKM dalam beradaptasi dengan zaman teknologi seperti saat ini. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang keuangan, pemasaran dan perizinan kepada pengurus dan anggota UMKM. Metode yang digunakan yaitu learning by doing dengan sistem ceramah, diskusi dan tanya  jawab, serta praktik pembukuan dan pemasaran digital, pembuatan kemasan dan inovasi produk dengan nilai tambah. Kegiatan pengabdian diawali dengan tahap survey awal yaitu dengan melakukan kunjungan dan melihat secara langsung. Kegiatan selanjutnya yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan yang di bagi menjadi 3 tahap yaitu pengurusan perizinan Produk Industri Rumah Tangga (PIRT) Pemasaran Digital dan Pembukuan. Kegiatan terakhir adalah monitoring, adapun hasil yang terlihat pasca kegiatan yaitu pemasaran yang tadinya hanya word to mouth marketing, saat ini sudah memberdayakan media sosial sebagai wadah promosi, pengemasan yang masih menggunakan plastik biasa sudah menggunakan plastik kemasan yang baik, begitu juga pembukuan yang sebelumnya belum tercacat dengan baik, saat ini sudah memiliki pembukuan sendiri. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini membantu para anggota dan pengurus UMKM beradaptasi dengan perkembangan sistem pembukuan, pemasaran digital dan menyegerakan pengurusan perizinan PIRT.

Abstract

Competition in a global world requires every industry to innovate to survive in a constantly changing environment. Organizations are required to always be innovative, but to be innovative is not enough to be creative alone, but also requires ideas that can be applied to create value for the organization. Fajarwonk is one of the SMEs that uses hanging leather as a product that is worth selling, such as bags and regional souvenirs that are exclusive to Bengkulu City. This research aims to identify strategies that have been used by Fajarwonk to see the weaknesses and strengths of the strategies that have been carried out by Fajarwonk in marketing its products and continuous innovation. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews with businesspeople and Fajarwonk employees and using the Stress-Test Your Strategy, and Ambidextrous Strategy approaches. Research result Fajarwonk has main customers, namely the middle and upper-middle class, Fajarwonk establishes current core values ​​by prioritizing the interests of customers to increase sales of quality products, to maintain consumer confidence in product quality Fajarwonk provides training and special skills and responsibilities to each employee and provides flexibility to employees who have creative ideas in product design.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on the performance of employees at the Bengkulu Province Library and Archives Service. This research is a quantitative study with a total sample of 79 employees of the Library and Archives Office of Bengkulu Province. Data collection using a questionnaire and multiple linear regression analysis method, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis showed Y = 8.641 + 0.312X1 + 0.492 X2. This means that there is a significant positive influence between X1 (Leadership Style) and X2 (Work Environment) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This article aims to identify the challenges faced by higher education and the implementation of free learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, and considers that the main approach to establish Tridinanti University is the implementation of “Independent Learning – Independent Campuses (MBKM)”. The logical consequence of this transition will require innovation not only in digital tools and forms of learning, but also  in the learning process and in the learning experience of students. The "Free to Learn, Independent Campus" or MBKM program is the flagship program designed to develop competitive, competent, independent and innovative students.. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the MBKM program. Methods The source of this research was additional information  from books, journals and articles related to the Independent Learning – Independent Campus (MBKM) program. At the time of this writing, the authors used literature search as a research method to find data or research information through the collection of books, journals, scientific journals, reference works and documents available published and library materials that are relevant to the research question and objectives, Read in the form of  notes, books, magazines, journals, manuscripts, reviews, or articles. It is hoped that the results of this study will influence  the improvement of the "Independent Learning - Independent Campus (MBKM)" program, especially at Tridinanti University in Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of atmosphere and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Telkom Access Bengkulu City. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the customers of PT. Telkom Access Bengkulu City, which is precisely located on Jl. Lt. Gen. Suprapto, No. 132, Kec. Ratu Samban, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu. The sampling method uses a non probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 150 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test. The results of this study can be concluded that the atmosphere variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and atmosphere and service quality together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

The title of this research is The Influence of Live Streaming Shopping and Affiliate Marketing on Product Purchasing Decisions on the Tiktok Shop Application (Case Study of Bengkulu Muhammadiyah University Students Using the Tiktok Application in Bengkulu City). This research is based on the importance of Affiliate Marketing for business companies. Several factors that influence Affiliate Marketing are Live Streaming Shopping and purchasing decisions. This research aims to determine the influence of live streaming shopping and affiliate marketing on product purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop application. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The research population is all users of the TikTok Shop application. The total sample was 100 people, taken using accidental sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Partial test results show that live streaming shopping has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision. Simultaneous test results show that the live streaming shopping variable and the affiliate marketing variable together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: live streaming shopping, affiliate marketing, purchasing decisions

Abstract

Organizational culture affects a person's role in carrying out his role. The success of organizational culture is marked by changes in individual behavior that can be emulated by other individuals. This study aims to determine the organizational culture created in the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The method used in analyzing organizational culture is Hofstede's method and OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) analysis. The results of the analysis using Hofstede's cultural dimensions state that the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is in an organizational culture that has an even distribution of power, is collectivistic, masculinity has a strong influence within the institution, the institution focuses on things that have certainty value, the institution concentrate more on matters that have a long-term, future-oriented nature, and implement pragmatic values and institutions that control the fulfillment of needs and regulations with strict social norms. Meanwhile, based on the OCAI analysis, the current organizational culture and the expected organizational culture in the future is the Clan organizational culture. This means that there is a match between the desires of the leadership and employees because they are in the same organizational cultural orientation, namely a friendly workplace where people share with each other like a big family.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, motivasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Putra Marga Naditama. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. Putra Maga Naditama. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 59 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, kuisioner dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Putra Maga Nanditama dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (33,788 > 1,69552) dan (sig a = 0,000 < 0,05). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Putra Maga Nanditama dengan nilai nilai thitung > ttabel (3,051 > 1,69552) dan (sig a = 0,002 < 0,05). Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Putra Maga Nanditama dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,807 > 1,69552) dan (sig a = 0,008 < 0,05). Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Putra Maga Nanditama dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (4,156 > 1,69552) dan (sig a = 0,005 < 0,05. Lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, motivasi dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan karyawan PT. Putra Maga Nanditama dengan nilai Fhitung 11,341> Ftabel 2,89 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,947, yang artinya 94,7% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan komunikasi, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 5,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan bermitra dengan Asosiasi UMKM Bengkulu Utara, banyak sekali ditemukan pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam asosiasi UMKM yang belum mengenal e-commerce dan market place untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran produk UMKM dengan itu tim PkM mengadakan sosialisasi pemanfaatan e-commerce dan marketplace untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran produk UMKM. Namun tidak hanya memberi pelatihan saja tapi juga mengenalkan cara penggunaan e-commerce dan marketplace itu sendiri, agar pelaku usaha paham akan pentingnya kegunaan e-commerce dan marketplace dalam meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran produk UMKM. Adapun tujuan sosialisasi ini memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya pemanfaatan e-commerce dan marketplace untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran produk UMKM di Asosiasi UMKM Bengkulu Utara.
