Abstract

Pelatihan digital fundraising merupakan langkah strategis yang penting untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kompetensi relawan Lazismu Kota Medan dalam mengelola kampanye pengumpulan dana melalui platform digital. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep digital fundraising, mengasah keterampilan teknis dalam menggunakan alat dan aplikasi digital, serta meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi dengan donatur. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi pemaparan materi, praktik kerja, dan simulasi kampanye. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman relawan tentang digital fundraising, kemampuan teknis, serta strategi komunikasi yang lebih efektif. Evaluasi peserta mengindikasikan keberhasilan pelatihan ini dalam mencapai tujuannya, Peningkatan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana juga menjadi fokus utama untuk membangun kepercayaan donatur. Dengan pelatihan ini, diharapkan Lazismu Kota Medan dapat mengoptimalkan kegiatan fundraising mereka dan memberikan dampak yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of accountability and transparency on muzakki trust mediated by delicious literacy. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were muzakki who fulfilled their obligations in paying zakat to the Langkat Regency National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS). The sample in this study used a saturated sample, making all members of the population the sample so that the number of respondents was 99 people. Data collection techniques in this research used documentation studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using Auter Model Analysis, Inner Model Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this research uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this research prove that accountability has no effect on muzakki's trust, transparency and zakat literacy have a significant effect on muzakki's trust, then accountability and transparency have a significant effect on zakat literacy, and zakat literacy mediates the influence of accountability and transparency on muzakki's trust at the National Zakat Amil Agency Zakat Management Institution ( BAZNAS) Langkat Regency

Abstract

School Administration is a process of managing and organizing activities within a school environment with the aim of achieving efficiency and effectiveness in organizing education. School administration involves various aspects such as planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising various activities within the school. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out in depth about the implementation of school administration management at SD Satit Phatnawitya Thailand. The approach used is to use a qualitative method, namely research used to investigate, describe, explain, find the quality or specialty of social influences that cannot be explained, measured or described through a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using observation and interview techniques. The conclusion is that this study shows that the implementation of a management system in supporting administrative services at SD Satit Phatnawitya Thailand has been carried out well byutilizing all facilities/means and infrastructure as a stepping stone in optimizing the implementation of a management information system. Efforts to improve the quality of education have increased because they are supported by various administrative services that have been implemented at SD Satit Phatnawitya Thailand which can help students in their daily teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the influence of pricing, product quality, and innovation on consumer purchasing intention within the specific setting of the Syar'I Collection & Parfum Business in Riau. The major data utilised in this study is derived from questionnaire replies. The data were acquired through documentation approaches employing structured questionnaires. This study centres on individuals who engage with Syar'I Collection and Perfume Enterprises. The researchers employed incidental sampling methods to choose participants. The research findings indicate a significant impact of pricing on customer purchasing behaviour within the Syar'I Collection and Perfume industry. This suggests that the implementation of price reductions by Syar'I Collection and Parfum Business companies is likely to enhance consumer inclination towards product purchases. Furthermore, this study elucidates a robust correlation between the quality of products and the level of consumer purchasing interest within the Syar'I Collection and Perfume industry. The findings indicate a positive relationship between the enhancement of product quality by Syar'I Collection and Parfum Business companies and the growing inclination of consumers to make investments in these products. This study provides empirical evidence that highlights the significant influence of product innovation on customer purchasing behaviour within the Syar'I Collection and Perfume Business industry. This statement elucidates that the heightened focus on inventive product offerings by Syar'I Collection and Parfum enterprises has resulted in a surge in consumer enthusiasm in procuring these products.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the use of financial technology services on the business sustainability of MSMEs (Case Study of MSMEs in Medan Marelan District) both partially and simultaneously. This research approach is associative. The sample in this research was 30 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan Marelan District that use Financial Technology in the form of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is available on the Dana, OVO, Shopee Pay, GoPay, mobile banking and other applications. Data collection techniques in research use observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this research uses a Simple Linear Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test). The research results show that partially the financial technology variable has a significant effect on the sustainability of Medan Marelan District MSMEs, as indicated by the t-test results being greater than t table (14,214>2,048) with a significant number of 0.01<0.05. The magnitude of the influence of 87.8% is shown through the R-Square calculation. Shows that the use of Financial Technology Services affects the sustainability of MSMEs by 87.8%.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the effectiveness of using e-wallets in digital transactions among students of the UMSU Sharia Business Management Study Program. With a qualitative approach, this field research describes phenomena related to e-wallets. The research results show that e-wallets are effective in facilitating student transactions, especially in terms of convenience, speed and security, even though there are challenges such as limited technological knowledge and technical problems. E-wallets are increasingly popular and are widely used for online transportation payments, e-commerce, and delivery services. Security, through a verification system, is also a major attraction for students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of human resource management at Darul Muhmin School Satun Thailand, focusing on its implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors. This school was chosen as the research location because it has implemented Islamic principles in the implementation of human resource management. The approach used in this research uses a qualitative analysis method based on phenomenological studies. The research informants were the principal and teachers. Data collection used observation, interview and documentation study techniques. The results showed that the implementation of human resource management at Darul Muhmin Satun Thailand school is based on Islamic principles, such as all teachers and employees are required to take part in Al-Quran learning every Thursday to improve their teaching skills, teaching training before the school year opens, and evaluations attended by all educators to reassess whether the program and all efforts have run properly or as expected. Supporting factors are that this institution has recruitment standards as well as training for the development of educators and regular evaluations so that the desired goals or results can be achieved. While the obstacles are facilities that do not meet international standards

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of strategic management in the management of educational institutions at SD Darul Muhmin School Thailand. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods. The method of collecting information uses interviews, documentation and observation. The respondents in this study were the Principal and Management of the Darul Muhmin School Thailand Foundation. The results showed that the implementation of strategic management in the management of educational institutions at SD Darul Muhmin School Thailand was carried out well, this can be seen from the increasing number of students at SD Darul Muhmin School every year, then the creation of quality, superior, and morally good students in accordance with the vision and mission of SD Darul Muhmin School Thailand. Strategic management implemented at SD Darul Muhmin School Thailand is in the form of learner management, curriculum management, personal management, infrastructure management, and budget management. This research provides recommendations for improving the management of educational institutions, especially Islamic-based.

Abstract

This study aims to observe the implementation of recording financial reports on a Micro, Small and Medium Entity basis (SAK EMKM) among MSMEs in West Medan District. This study used a qualitative method to collect data from interviews at three types of businesses: Ayam Penyet, Gado-gado, and Soto Ayam. This study shows that limited understanding of accounting and lack of literacy regarding SAK EMKM are the main obstacles in implementing financial reports on the basis of SAK EMKM

Abstract

Infrastructure is a crucial element in supporting the effectiveness of the educational process in schools. This study analyzes the management of infrastructure facilities at Sekolah Rendah Islam Integrasi Al-Qudwah Selangor, Malaysia, focusing on effectiveness, constraints, solutions, and strategies for improvement. The objectives of this research are to evaluate the role of effective infrastructure management, identify the constraints encountered, propose solutions for enhancing management, and analyze the school's strategies for improving the quality of infrastructure facilities. This research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, gathering data through interviews, observations, document reviews, and literature studies. The findings indicate that while the management of infrastructure facilities significantly supports the educational process, there are challenges such as inadequate facilities and irregular evaluations. Proposed solutions include the procurement of better-structured facilities and the implementation of regular evaluations. Strategies for improvement encompass long-term planning, collaboration among schools, and systematic maintenance. This study aims to provide insights into the development of infrastructure facilities in other schools with similar characteristics.
