Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of followership in achieving an increase in the ecological intelligence of students at Misykat Al Anwar Ecological Boarding School. This approach uses a qualitative approach with an ecological psychology paradigm that focuses on human behavior towards their environment. Data collection was carried out by means of participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings show that teachers and education personnel mostly hold the values of social-ecological justice, thus becoming effective followers in realizing the goals of the institution. The big vision of the pesantren is to mainstream values, tolerance, justice and equality for marginalized civil society groups and advance the struggle for environmental justice for the future of life. The results revealed that Misykat Al Anwar Ecological Boarding School succeeded in increasing ecological intelligence through three main programs, namely the Green Curriculum, Organic Food Ecosystem, and Waste Management. The success of the program is supported by the role of followership from various parties, including caregivers, teachers, and education personnel. All parties show high active involvement, but most followers have moderate to low critical thinking scores. This is a challenge in encouraging more innovative contributions to the pesantren's vision and mission in improving ecological intelligence.. Keywords: Ecological Intelligence, Followership, Ecological Pesantren Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran followership dalam mencapai peningkatan kecerdasan ekologis santri di Pesantren Ekologi Misykat Al Anwar. Pendekatan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma psikologi ekologis yang memfokuskan perilaku manusia terhadap lingkungannya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengajar dan tenaga kependidikan sebagian besar memegang nilai-nilai keadilan sosial-ekologis, sehingga menjadi followers yang efektif dalam mewujudkan tujuan lembaga. Visi besar pesantren adalah mengarusutamakan nilai-nilai, toleransi, keadilan dan kesetaraan bagi kelompok masyarakat sipil marjinal serta memajukan perjuangan keadilan lingkungan untuk masa depan kehidupan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan Pesantren Ekologi Misykat Al Anwar berhasil meningkatkan kecerdasan ekologis melalui tiga program utama, yaitu Kurikulum Hijau, Ekosistem Pangan Organik, dan Tata Kelola Sampah. Keberhasilan program ditunjang oleh peran followership dari berbagai pihak, termasuk pengasuh, pengajar, dan tenaga pendidikan. Seluruh pihak menunjukkan keterlibatan aktif yang tinggi, namun sebagian besar pengikut memiliki skor berpikir kritis yang sedang hingga rendah. Hal ini menjadi tantangan dalam mendorong kontribusi yang lebih inovatif terhadap visi misi pesantren dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan ekologis. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Ekologis, Followership, Pesantren Ekologi

Abstract

Learning Arabic writing skills still faces many problems. Because this skill is the most difficult Arabic language skill compared to the other three Arabic language skills, in learning activities, an effective and efficient learning approach is needed to make students proficient in Arabic writing skills. This approach is the PBL Approach. An approach that emphasizes a problem as a learning trigger and students are asked to find solutions. So this research aims to reveal the application of PBL in learning Arabic writing skills at IAI Al-Qodiri Jember. The Arabic writing skill in question is writing opinions in Arabic and applying problem-based learning in learning Arabic opinion writing skills in the fifth-semester Arabic language education program. The approach used in this research is qualitative, with a case study type. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model which includes data presentation, reduction, and verification. The data validity technique used in this research is source triangulation, by comparing data obtained from field research and primary sources (library). The results of the research show that the application of PBL in learning Arabic opinion writing skills runs effectively and efficiently in both the learning and evaluation processes. Apart from that, the application of PBL can improve students' critical thinking skills in the form of the ability to analyze, evaluate, and create. This article can be used as a reference for educators in implementing PBL in learning Arabic writing skills at the tertiary level. Copyright: © 20xx by the author(s). Abstract

ABSTRACT In an increasingly competitive education, developing new strategies is important to maintain excellence, especially in the context of national development. Education contributes significantly to economic growth through investment in human resources, so improving the quality of education is a key policy. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data from the literature to support theoretical analysis related to the vision and mission of education. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, with validation through observation, triangulation, and increased persistence. The main focus is the importance of developing a vision and mission that considers key elements, including identifying target audiences such as employees, shareholders, and the community. Educational objectives serve as strategic steps to achieve the vision and become indicators of organizational performance. This study emphasizes the achievement of goals that are in line with national standards in various aspects of education. The method used in this study through a literature review, from the results of the study it was found that the availability and completeness of library materials is one strategy that can improve the quality of college libraries. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity examination technique uses three credibility tests, namely extended observation, increased persistence, and triangulation. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that the vision and mission are very important for schools because they are efforts made by stakeholders to achieve future goals. ABSTRAK Dalam pendidikan yang semakin kompetitif, pengembangan strategi baru menjadi penting untuk menjaga keunggulan, khususnya dalam konteks pembangunan nasional. Pendidikan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui investasi dalam sumber daya manusia, sehingga peningkatan kualitas pendidikan menjadi kebijakan utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif  dengan pendekatan deskriptif, mengumpulkan data dari literatur untuk mendukung analisis teoritis terkait visi dan misi pendidikan. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan validasi melalui pengamatan, triangulasi, dan peningkatan ketekunan. Fokus utama adalah pentingnya penyusunan visi dan misi yang mempertimbangkan elemen-elemen kunci, termasuk identifikasi target audiens seperti karyawan, pemegang saham, dan masyarakat. Tujuan pendidikan berfungsi sebagai langkah strategis untuk mencapai visi dan misi tersebut serta menjadi indikator kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menekankan pencapaian tujuan yang sejalan dengan standar nasional dalam berbagai aspek pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui kajian literatur, dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ketersedian dan kelengkapan bahan pustaka merupakan salah satu strategi yang dapat meningkatkan mutu perpustakaan perguruan tinggi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan tiga pengujian kredibilitas, yaitu perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, dan triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, visi dan misi sangat penting bagi sekolah karena mereka adalah upaya yang dibuat oleh pemangku kepentingan untuk mencapai tujuan masa depan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Educational management cannot be separated from the influence of politics, power, and conflict management that occurs in the decision-making process. Politics in educational management includes decision-making that involves the interests of various parties, including the government, school leaders, and educational institutions, to determine resource allocation, curriculum development, and regulations. Meanwhile, power refers to the ability of individuals or groups to influence or control decisions taken in order to achieve organizational goals. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method using a literature review study approach. Data was obtained from secondary sources, such as journals, books, articles, and other relevant publications. Research steps include literature searches using specific keywords, selecting sources based on relevance and quality, critical analysis of literature content, and compiling a synthesis to identify patterns, relationships, and assessments in previous research. The results of this study reveal that with the role of politics, power, and conflict management that occurs in the decision-making process, it can support the achievement of educational goals optimally. ABSTRAK Manajemen pendidikan tidak dapat dilepaskan dari pengaruh politik, kekuasaan, dan manajemen konflik yang terjadi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Politik dalam manajemen pendidikan mencakup pengambilan keputusan yang melibatkan kepentingan berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah, pimpinan sekolah, dan badan pendidikan, untuk menentukan alokasi sumber daya, pengembangan kurikulum, serta regulasi. Sementara itu, kekuasaan mengacu pada kemampuan individu atau kelompok untuk memengaruhi atau mengontrol keputusan yang diambil demi mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi literature review. Data diperoleh dari sumber-sumber sekunder, seperti jurnal, buku, artikel, dan publikasi lain yang relevan. Langkah-langkah penelitian meliputi pencarian literatur menggunakan kata kunci spesifik, seleksi sumber berdasarkan relevansi dan kualitas, analisis kritis terhadap isi literatur, serta penyusunan sintesis untuk mengidentifikasi pola, hubungan, dan kesenjangan dalam penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa dengan adanya peran politik, kekuasaan, dan manajemen konflik yang terjadi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, dapat mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan secara optimal.

Abstract

Mediator adalah suatu upaya mendamaikan bagi para pihak yang berperkara, peran mendamaiakan pihak-pihak yang yang bersengketa itu lebih utama dari fungsi hakim dan Memberikan infut masukan agar menghadirkan keluarga dekat untuk membantu mendamaikan dan mengangkat hakamen memberikan masukan kepada majlis untuk dihadirkan keluarga antar kedua belah pihakdalam pasal 1858 KUH perdata dikemukakan bahwa semua putusan perdamaian yang dibuat dalam sidang akan mempuyai hukum tetap seperti putusan pengadilan lainnya dalam tingkat pengabisan, puutusan perdamian itu tidak dapat dibantah dengan alasan kekhilafan mengenai hukum atau alasan salah satu pihak telah dirugikan oleh putusan itu. Beberapa saran sebagai implikasi dari penelitian : pengadilan agama diharapkanmelakukanpemeriksaandenganadil dan tidak memihak sesuai dengan fakta-fakta dan dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip hukum yang baik dan benar, serta menjadi gambaran bagi Peradilan Agama lain agar senantiasa menjalankan aturan yang telah diberikan oleh instnsi Peradilan Tertinggi Negara dalam pemeriksaan terhadap masyarakat pencari keadilan.

Abstract

Education in the era of society 5.0 requires students to have significant added value, this problem indirectly requires teachers to have teaching skills with a digitalization system. This research method is qualitative-descriptive with a case study type. The results of the research show that the planning and implementation of added value in education in the era of Society 5.0 is through: 1) Decentralizing education through a performance-based PPDB system in all regions of Indonesia. 2) Reducing bipolarization through MASTAMA and Olympic and event-based career management. 3) Democratic education through the integration of science and technology and imtak curricula as well as madrasah services in the form of workshops and outreach. 4) Community participation through madrasa committees. 5) Agent of change through the use of laptops, strong social attitudes and religiosity, e-learning systems and LMS, and homestay programs. The value-added model is increasing, as shown by the UTBK results in 2021 and 2022. The number of students entering PTN through the UTBK-SNBT route in 2023 was 89 students out of 114 students or 78%, and students entering through the SNBP achievement route was 22 students out of 56 students or 39.09%. The obstacle faced by the teachers is the lack of communication between the school teachers and the dormitory teachers, which has an impact on program delays that require coordination between the parties involved. The solution is for the madrasa director to open a line of communication between the school and the dormitory so that it can work well and smoothly.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of the application of contextual learning and teaching approach in teaching Arabic for students of Al-Qodiri Islamic University, Jember. The research methodology is using the qualitative method. And data collection methods using observation, personal and documentary interview. The results of this research are that the application of contextual teaching and learning approach in teaching Arabic is well done. It starts with planning the lesson plan and then the teacher gives the plan to the students to discuss it with them. As for the implementation of this approach in the teaching of the Arabic language, it contains the introduction and the presentation in which the teacher applies the elements of the entrance to teaching and contextual learning in the teaching and learning process, which are: Constructivism, the process of discovery and discovery, questioning, the educated society, modeling, and the reflected image. And the last is the conclusion, meaning evaluation in teaching Arabic, with appropriate tests and tested skills.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and understand how effective the “Guess the Picture” method is in teaching Arabic at Samakke Islam Wittaya School in Satun, Thailand. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study to explore how this method is used in teaching Arabic vocabulary (mufrodat) at the school. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis had two main steps: reducing the data and content analysis. The results showed that Arabic learning at this Islamic school in Thailand uses the “Guess the Picture” method. In this method, the teacher shows picture cards and says the Arabic vocabulary repeatedly. Once the students can pronounce the words correctly and fluently, they are asked to guess the picture in Arabic. Then, they are asked to stick the correct vocabulary card on the board to match the picture. This kind of game helps students who have difficulty memorizing Arabic vocabulary and makes learning more fun and less boring.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan model perencanaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam program tahsin Al-Qur’an di SMPIT Al Itqon sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Al-Qur’an di lembaga Islam terpadu. Program tahsin menjadi instrumen utama dalam membentuk generasi Qurani melalui pembelajaran baca tulis Al-Qur’an yang baik dan benar sesuai kaidah tajwid. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMPIT Al Itqon menerapkan kombinasi tiga model perencanaan SDM: strategis, taktis-operasional, dan berbasis permintaan penawaran. Namun, pendekatan strategis lebih dominan, ditunjukkan melalui penetapan tujuan jangka panjang, seleksi ketat guru tahsin, pembentukan forum Majelis Mu’allimil Qur’an (MMK), serta pelatihan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan guru berkualifikasi dan kendala retensi akibat keterbatasan insentif. Strategi yang diterapkan termasuk rekrutmen berbasis pesantren, pelatihan internal, serta penjadwalan fleksibel. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa perencanaan SDM yang sistematis, berbasis data, dan kontekstual menjadi kunci keberhasilan program tahsin Al-Qur’an, dan dapat dijadikan model pengembangan program sejenis di lembaga pendidikan Islam lainnya. Abstract

اللغة كما شرح علماء اللغة هي أصوات, أو كتابة, أو رموز, أو كل ما يعرض الإنسان لوصول أغراضهم وأفكارهم. وفي نشأتها الأولى فيها اختلافات كثيرة في نظريتها. والرأي المشهور في نظرية نشأة اللغة هي نظرية التوقيف. نشأت اللغة مرة أخرى في عهد نوح، تفرع اللغات مند عهد النوح بنسبة إلى أبناء نوح الثلاثة هم: حام, سام, ويافث. مند هذا العصر تطور اللغة تطورا واسعا في العالم. واللغة العربية في بحث علم فقه اللغة هي فرع من فصيلة كبيرة, وهي فصيلة سامية، الفصيلة اليافثية، و الفصيلة الحامية
