Abstract

إن المدخل الاتصالي هي ألة التعامل مع المجتمع في مكان ما أو فهم ما من أفكارهم وشعورهم. والتعليم اللغوي لأجل التعامل مع المجتمع وتحقيق الاتصال بين الأفكار العادية بدون تخطيط أو تنظيم مقصور مسبق. وفي المدخل الاتصالي فرق بين الكفاية اللُّغويّة والكفاية الاتِّصاليّة. ويستخدم الباحث الطريقة الوصفية في بحثه. والحاصل من التحليل هي أن للكفاية الاتصالية في تعليم اللغة بالنسبة لهذا المدخل الاتصالي أربع كفايات فهي: الكفاية النحويّة   Grammatical Competence  هي الفرع المسؤول عن المواد المعجميَّة، وقواعد الأصوات، والنحو، والصرف، والدلالة. الكفاية الاجتماعية، وهي الأهم ارتباطها بمعرفة القواعد الاجتماعية، والثقافية للغة الخطاب. كفاية تحليل الخطاب Discourse Competence  وهي مكملة للكفاية النحوية، فكفاية الخطاب مهمتها الأساس الاهتمام بالعلاقات اللغويّة بين الجمل. الكفاية الاستراتيجيَّة، وهي عبارة عن مجموعة من القدرات العامة التي توظف كلَّ عناصر الكفاية اللغوية (وكذلك المهارات الحركية) في عملية استخلاص المعنى

Abstract

This study is aimed at describing kiai’s leadership behaviors and identifying the educational system organized by Pesantren Shuffah Hizbullah Al-Fatah in Cileungsi Bogor. This is a qualitative study with three techniques of data collection that are observation, interview, and document study. The results of the study show that revivalist Kiai can be generally defined as a model of pesantren leadership which is not only to foster students’ personality but also to form the cadres of new Islamic generation who have the commitment to upholding Islamic values in daily life. The leadership conception of revivalist Kiai is in line with the role model implemented by Rasulullah SAW during his leadership in Madinah. The existence of Pesantren Shuffah Hizbullah Al-Fatah is the transformation of the pesantren model which has been developed for centuries on Java Island. The educational model in Shuffah Hizbullah Al-Fatah is a combination of formal, nonformal, and informal educational models that is community-based with the mosque as the central. This pesantren has a special characteristic that is successful in involving various components of Muslim communities to become the students.

Abstract

This article aims to describe how Islamic character building through student-centered learning and the role of stakeholders in through student-centered learning at MAN 1 Mojokerto. The type of this research is qualitative research that used a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this research was: (1) Islamic character building through student-centered learning at MAN 1 Mojokerto, namely; (a) moral knowledge which was implemented through learning activities, (b) moral feeling through habituation, for example, discipline development and rewards or giving gifts and punishments, (3) moral action, which was formed through student-centered learning at MAN 1 Mojokerto, namely smiling, greeting, being polite and courteous, reading the Qur'an, praying before and after studying, enthusiastic and active in learning and maintaining tidiness and cleanliness. (2) The role of stakeholders in Islamic character building through student-centered learning at MAN 1 Mojokerto were: (a) Islamic teachers as educators, facilitators, motivators, administrators, and evaluators, (b) While parents as educators and mentors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership terhadap budaya pelayanan di organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan ini menekankan pada pelayanan kepada orang lain, dengan fokus utama pada pengembangan individu dan pemberdayaan tim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur untuk menganalisis berbagai artikel dan penelitian terdahulu terkait servant leadership dan dampaknya terhadap budaya organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berperan penting dalam menciptakan budaya pelayanan yang kuat, meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, memperbaiki hubungan interpersonal, serta memperkuat komitmen organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan ini juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepuasan kerja dan membangun hubungan yang lebih baik antara organisasi dan stakeholder-nya. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi organisasi untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip servant leadership dalam strategi kepemimpinan mereka guna menciptakan budaya pelayanan yang berkelanjutan dan adaptif.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the productivity of the Quotes on Instagram @bahasaarabituindah and students' perception of its cognitive, emotional, and behavioral aspects. This research is a qualitative descriptive research and refers to the type of field research in Arabic Quotes on Instagram @bahasaarabituindah and students' perception of these Quotes. Data was collected in three ways: Observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The research findings are the productivity of the Instagram account @bahasaarabituindah in providing Arabic quotes for one semester in the 2022/2023 academic year about fifteen times per month. The categories of sentences are divided into ten: Affirmative, Negative, Command, Prohibition, Conditional, Interrogative, Begging, Wishing Sentence, Assertion, and Praying Sentence. Most students use Instagram frequently and visit general and humorous accounts. They know the accounts that offer arabic quotes but few of them know the account @bahasaarabituindah. Some students read arabic quotes from this account and find them interesting. Their favorite topic is living and they feel happy after reading the sayings. They may save quotes that suit their circumstances but few of them share them on social media. The design of Instagram @bahasaarabituindah influences the interest in reading sayings and can help increase students' vocabulary.

Abstract

Tulisan ini hendak mendeskripsikan relasi masyarakat dan negara di Indonesia, terutama respon masyarakat muslim. Kajian ini akan difokuskan kepada pengalaman respon Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) terhadap negara, karena NU adalah organisasi sosial keagamaan terbesar di Indonesia dan dikenal memiliki sikap toleran dan moderat sebagai pandangan hidupnya, sehingga kajian tentang NU penting untuk mendapat perhatian dalam beradaptasi dengan negara-bangsa selama ini. Tulisan akan dimulai dengan mengkaji relasi Islam dan negara, terutama di Indonesia, dan dilanjutkan dengan mengkaji sejumlah pengalaman titik-temu antara NU dan negara. Kesimpulan yang diambil dalam tulisan ini adalah relasi negara dan Islam di Indonesia diwarnai oleh ketegangan dan moderasi. Namun demikian, NU sebagai organisasi sosial keagamaan terbesar di Indonesia lebih memilih jalan moderat dan toleransi daripada memilih jalan kekerasan.

Abstract

Improving the quality of Islamic boarding schools can be illustrated through the effectiveness and cost efficiency of the existing education process. Meanwhile, determining education costs which include operational and investment costs is seen as less effective and efficient, even though these two costs are a guarantee of the quality of education. However, a number of Islamic boarding schools appear to have key factors in determining operational and investment costs within an effective and efficient framework. The aim of this research is to describe the key factors that are effective and efficient in determining operational and investment costs in Islamic boarding schools. The research was carried out at the Al-mukhlishin Islamic boarding school in Ciseeng, Bogor. The research took subjects namely financing managers, educators, school leaders and deputy leaders. A qualitative approach is the choice for data collection techniques, including observational studies, interviews and document studies. There are data analysis steps which are divided into 3, namely: reduction, presentation of findings and verification in the form of conclusions. The research results confirm that operational and investment costs have key factors that must be considered in determining them, namely changes in the student population and increasing educational standards. The implication of the results for education financing managers is that they can consider key factors to be actualized when trying to provide quality education in Islamic boarding schools

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is a method that applies text mining concepts to provide classifications that have polarity that is positive, negative, or neutral from each sentence or document. In this context, the purpose of this research is to analyse the sentiment of user reviews related to the Ijen crater tourist attractions found on the Google Maps platform. This research is conducted in three main stages: first, Data Collection and Preprocessing by taking data samples obtained from Ijen Crater reviews contained on Google Maps; second Optimisation and Classification by changing the minority class samples to be almost equal to the majority class by randomly duplicating the minority class samples, third, classification performance measurement using confusion matrix. The test is conducted by comparing the performance between NBC classification without optimisation and NBC classification with SMOTE and ADASYN optimisation. The performance results show that SMOTE-optimised NBC classification provides the best improvement in accuracy by 6.74% compared to the performance of ordinary NBC and NBC added with ADASYN.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan elemen kunci dalam perkembangan manusia, memfasilitasi penyebaran pengetahuan dan teknologi. Dalam konteks ini, untuk membuat lingkungan belajar yang inklusif, adil, dan berintegritas, kepemimpinan yang berlandaskan etika sangat penting, terutama di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, yang menghadirkan tantangan baru untuk metode pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menggali teori-teori yang relevan, serta melakukan studi literatur untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang berfokus pada prinsip moral tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja manajemen pendidikan, tetapi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap karakter siswa, penerapan teknologi yang tepat, evaluasi kualitas pendidikan, inovasi, kolaborasi lintas sektor, dan tanggung jawab sosial.

Abstract

The existing Lampung Indigenous Peoples Pepadun in Tigeneneng sub-district, Kab. Pesawaran, adheres to a patrilneal kinship system. This means that the oldest son is an absolute heir in the implementation and management of inheritance with the highest customary title, namely balancing. Whereas for the female heirs, they were not given the right of authority in management, because in the adat of Lampung Province the daughters were considered unable to manage inheritance and daughters when they were married, so they would change their customary titles and would follow their husbands. This type of research is a field using a qualitative approach by analyzing data inductively. The result of this research is that the system applied in the distribution of inheritance rights to the eldest child in the Lampung tribal community, is clearly very contrary to the principle of gender equality and justice. Juridically normative equality and gender justice have been regulated in Islamic Law and International Convention (CEDAW). Even though juridically, girls have the same rights as boys in managing inheritance left by both parents.
