Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel intervening, Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan kuesioner dengan populasi 137 karyawan secara bersama-sama dan sebagian terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel penelitian yaitu Motivasi (X1), Lingkungan kerja (X2), dan Disiplin kerja (Z) sebagai variabel intervening. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah model luar dan model dalam menggunakan Smart PLS (SEM). Berdasarkan uji model luar dan model dalam diperoleh: (a) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (b) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. (c) lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (d) lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja (e) disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (f) lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja melalui kinerja tidak ada karyawan yang signifikan dan berpengaruh (g) motivasi dan disiplin kerja melalui kinerja karyawan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mental health of public sector employees who face high work demands, particularly those working at the Social Affairs Office P3APPKB of Dharmasraya Regency. Imbalances in work–life balance and work target pressures are assumed to influence employee motivation and mental health. The population of this study consisted of all employees of the Social Affairs Office P3APPKB, totaling 52 respondents. The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of work–life balance and work targets on employees’ mental health, with motivation acting as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and work motivation on employee performance, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) serving as an intervening variable at the Rawang Community Health Center in Padang City. A quantitative research approach was employed. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires. The sampling technique used was total sampling, involving 45 employees as respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.The findings indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Furthermore, emotional intelligence and work motivation each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, OCB does not mediate the relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance. In contrast, OCB successfully mediates the relationship between work motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and employee empowerment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Star Rubber Muaro Bungo, Jambi. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Star Rubber Muaro Bungo, Jambi. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, employee empowerment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of leadership and employee empowerment on employee performance. Therefore, improving employee performance can be achieved through the implementation of effective leadership and optimal employee empowerment by paying attention to employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Meningkatnya turnover intention pada karyawan pada Dapoer Enha ditengah status hubungan kerja yang sudah pasti dengan semua fasilittas yang sudah didapatkan, masih saja ada karyawan yang ingin melakukan turnover intention dengan alasan merasakan ketidakamanan kerja, stres kerja yang berat serta lingkungan kerja yang dirasakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh job insecurity dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intenton melalui lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan Dapoer Enha. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Squre. Dengan mengedarkan kuesioner kepada 40 responden. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan job insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap lingkunga kerja, sedangkan stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja, job insecurity, stress kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, job insecurity dan stress kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention melalui lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan. The phenomenon shows that employee performance has not fully achieved the company's targets due to the implementation of suboptimal leadership and less supportive work environment conditions, thus impacting employee job satisfaction. The population of this study was all 75 employees of PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan with a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a survey using a questionnaire with a quantitative approach and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The results showed that Servant Leadership and Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction and Performance. Job Satisfaction also had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and was able to mediate the influence of Servant Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan.

Abstract

The phenomenon occurring at SMAN 7 Kerinci is that employee performance is still suboptimal. This can be observed from the failure to achieve predetermined targets, resulting in fluctuations in employee performance. This condition is evident from the lack of effective leadership, low work enthusiasm, and insufficient individual work discipline, which impacts task execution and delays the completion of employee performance, leading to less than optimal outcomes. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and work enthusiasm on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at SMAN 7 Kerinci. The study employed a saturated sampling method, where the entire population of 66 respondents was used as the sample. Data were collected through surveys and questionnaires distributed to employees, using a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique applied was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 4.0. The results indicate a positive but non-significant effect of leadership style on work discipline at SMAN 7 Kerinci. There is a positive and significant effect of work enthusiasm on work discipline. Leadership style has a positive but non-significant effect on employee performance, whereas work enthusiasm has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a negative and non-significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style and work enthusiasm negatively influence and do not mediate work discipline in affecting employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and communication on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Maek Public Health Center, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all employees of Maek Public Health Center, totaling 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4, while data collection was conducted using questionnaires measured on a Likert scale. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, whereas organizational culture does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The indirect effect analysis shows that job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of organizational culture on employee performance, but it is able to mediate the effect of communication on employee performance. This indicates that effective communication can improve employee job satisfaction, which in turn enhances employee performance, while organizational culture has a more direct effect on employee performance without being mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of mental health and work-related conflict on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the West Sumatra Provincial Transportation Agency. This study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 as the analysis tool. The population and sample were 76 West Sumatra Provincial Transportation Agency employees. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to West Sumatra Provincial Transportation Agency employees who had worked directly at the agency.  The results showed a positive and insignificant effect between Mental Health and Job Satisfaction. There was a positive and insignificant effect between Work-related Conflict and Job Satisfaction. There was a positive and significant effect between Mental Health and Employee Performance. There was a positive and significant effect between Work-related Conflict and Employee Performance. There was a negative and significant effect between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction did not mediate the effect of Mental Health on employee performance. Job Satisfaction did not mediate the effect of Work-related Conflict on Employee Performance.
