Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) at Prof. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Regional Hospital, Bantaeng Regency, South Sulawesi, focusing on infrastructure, human resources (HR), and operational procedures. SIMRS is designed to integrate hospital services, administration, and management to improve efficiency and healthcare quality. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and direct observation of hospital management, SIMRS staff, and service users. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify obstacles, supporting factors, and the role of management. The findings show that SIMRS implementation remains suboptimal. Key obstacles include internet and server disruptions, limited computer facilities, and inadequate number and competence of HR. Technical training is infrequent, and SOP application is inconsistent due to technical issues and system incompatibility. Supporting factors include management support, system integration between units, and basic operator understanding of the Kanza application. In conclusion, SIMRS success depends on infrastructure readiness, HR capacity, and procedural consistency. A sustainable integration strategy is required to overcome these barriers and strengthen the hospital information system for optimal service delivery.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of healthcare service quality, healthcare facilities, and nursing care on outpatient satisfaction at Puskesmas Rantau Panjang, Merangin, Jambi. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) to analyze the relationships among the variables. The sample consisted of 98 respondents selected through purposive sampling, with questionnaires distributed to outpatients based on inclusion criteria. The results indicate that healthcare service quality is perceived as fairly good, healthcare facilities are categorized as good, and nursing care is considered fairly good. Partially, healthcare service quality and healthcare facilities significantly affect patient satisfaction, whereas nursing care does not show a significant effect. However, when examined simultaneously, the three exogenous variables collectively demonstrate a significant impact on outpatient satisfaction, with an R-square value of 0.62, suggesting that 62% of the variation in patient satisfaction can be explained by these variables. The study concludes that enhancing healthcare service quality and providing adequate facilities are key determinants of patient satisfaction. The findings carry managerial implications, emphasizing that Puskesmas management should prioritize improving service quality and upgrading facilities to enhance overall patient satisfaction

Abstract

Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan makanan terbaik dan satu-satunya makanan yang dibutuhkan bayi selama enam bulan pertama. Keberhasilan pemberian ASI membutuhkan dukungan keluarga agar ibu termotivasi untuk memberikan ASI eksklusif. Selain itu, penyebab kegagalan pemberian ASI eksklusif adalah efikasi diri ibu dalam menyusui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi manajemen laktasi terhadap pengaruh Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy dan dukungan keluarga pada keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif di UPTD Puskesmas Munjul, Kabupaten Majalengka. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif. Sampel penelitian adalah ibu dengan bayi berusia 7-12 bulan sebanyak 206 responden yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif dengan Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy, dukungan keluarga, manajemen laktasi dan keberhasilan pemberian ASI Ekslusif dalam kategori baik. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan breastfeeding self-efficacy (pvalue=0,000) dan dukungan keluarga (pvalue=0,019) terhadap manajemen laktasi, manajemen laktasi terhadap keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif (pvalue=0,000), pengaruh langsung breastfeeding self-efficacy (pvalue=0,000) dan dukungan keluarga (pvalue=0,000) terhadap keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif, breastfeeding self-efficacy dan dukungan keluarga secara simultan terhadap manajemen laktasi (pvalue=0,000), pengaruh tidak langsung breastfeeding self-efficacy (pvalue-0,001) dan dukungan keluarga (pvalue=0,025) terhadap keberhasilan pemberian ASI ekslusif melalui manajemen laktasi. UPTD Puskesmas Munjul dapat melakukan promosi, edukasi, dan dukungan konseling bagi ibu menyusui dalam meningkatkan efikasi diri, dukungan keluarga, pemberian ASI "on-demand" dan bekerja sama dengan tenaga kesehatan lain dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pemberian ASI.
