Abstract

This research aims to analyze the social actions that occur during the Ṣaḥīh Bukhārī khatam event organized by the Jombang branch of Nahdlatul Ulama (PCNU). The study adopts Max Weber's perspective on social action as its analytical approach, using four of his theories: traditional, affective, rationality, and value orientation. The research methodology used is qualitative, with interviews as the data collection method. Additionally, a literature review is conducted to uncover historical data on the tradition of khatam Ṣaḥīh Bukhārī in Islam and the opinions of scholars (ulama). The research findings indicate that the Ṣaḥīh Bukhārī khatam activities of PCNU Jombang continue to exist due to four factors. First, these activities are a manifestation of the respect and preservation of traditions practiced by scholars in Islam and the NU organization itself. Second, the activities can evoke emotional responses from the participants because they share a common goal and are influenced by the presence of respected religious leaders (Kyai) who contribute to the emotional atmosphere. Third, the activities are consistently carried out because the participants possess the capacity to engage in them rationally. Fourth, all participants believe that these activities hold significant and beneficial values, which are highly anticipated by everyone involved. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tindakan sosial yang terjadi dalam acara Khataman Ṣaḥīh Bukhārī yang diselenggarakan oleh Pengurus Cabang Nahdlatul Ulama (PCNU) Jombang. Penelitian ini mengadopsi perspektif Max Weber tentang tindakan sosial sebagai pendekatan analisisnya dengan empat teorinya yaitu, tradisional, afektif, rasionalitas, dan orientasi nilai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah metode kualitatif dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selain itu, kajian literatur juga dilakukan untuk mengungkap data sejarah dari tradisi Khataman kitab Ṣaḥīh Bukhārī dalam Islam dan pendapat ‘ulama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Khataman Ṣaḥīh Bukhārī PCNU Jombang selalu eksis karena empat faktor. Pertama, kegiatan ini merupakan wujud dari penghormatan dan pelestarian tradisi-tradisi yang dilakukan ‘Ulama dalam Islam dan organisasi NU sendiri. Kedua, kegiatan ini dapat menyentuh rasa emosional para pesertanya karena memiliki sebuah tujuan yang sama serta adanya figur kyai yang juga berperan dalam membentuk rasa emosional tersebut. Ketiga, kegiatan ini selalu dilaksanakan karena secara rasional para pesertanya memiliki kapasitas dalam menjalankannya. Keempat, kegiatan ini diyakini oleh semua pesertanya memiliki nilai-nilai baik yang sangat bermanfaat dan sangat diharapkan oleh semua peserta.

Abstract

Maintaining and encouraging religious moderation in Muslims is a difficult undertaking. The main challenge comes from within the Muslim community, namely the emergence of intolerance towards different understandings or practices among Islamic Community Organizations (ORMAS). This study examines the problem of intolerance in understanding religion and religious practices that occurs between Islamic mass organizations in Duwet Village, Wates District, Kediri Regency. The aim is to find out the sources of intolerance and make measures to solve it. This is carried out to foster an objective scientific atmosphere and a moderate religious life, which entails understanding and accepting that diversity and differences are unavoidable. This study employs a phenomenological approach in which data is obtained through interviews and observations. The results of the study show that intolerance between mass organizations in Duwet Village occurs due to two things: first; differences in understanding the hadith and second; the existence of group/group fanaticism. Differences in understanding occur due to the lack of literacy about the hadith and how to understand it correctly. Meanwhile,fanaticism in a group or organization makes the hadith not studied objectively. The first problem was solved by means of hadith literacy education initiated by the Duwet Village Mosque and Musholla Communication Forum (FKTM2), namely with discussion forums and learning about hadith. Furthermore, the second problem is solved by instilling moderation values through a gathering forum in Wates district, Kediri Regency. Menumbuhkan dan merawat moderasi beragama di kalangan umat Islam bukanlah hal yang mudah. Tantangan terbesarnya justru dari dalam umat Islam itu sendiri, yaitu terjadinya intoleransi terhadap paham atau amalan di kalangan organisasi masyarakat Islam (ORMAS). Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang problem intoleransi pemahaman agama dan amalan keagamaan yang terjadi antar Ormas Islam di Desa Duwet Kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Kediri. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui sebab-sebab terjadinya problem intoleransi dan upaya penyelesaiannya. Hal ini dilakukan dalam rangka menumbuhkan iklim ilmiah yang obyektif dan mewujudkan kehidupan beragama yang moderat yakni mengakui dan menyadari bahwa keragaman dan perbedaan adalah keniscayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis di mana data-datanya diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intoleransi antar ORMAS di Desa Duwet terjadi karena dua hal: pertama; adanya perbedaan pemahaman hadis dan kedua; adanya fanatisme kelompok/golongan. Perbedaan pemahaman terjadi karena minimnya literasi tentang hadis dan bagaimana cara memahaminya dengan benar. Sedangkan fanatisme kelompok atau golongan menjadikan hadis tidak dikaji secara obyektif. Untuk persoalan pertama diselesaikan dengan cara edukasi literasi hadis yang digagas oleh Forum Komunikasi Masjid dan Musholla (FKTM2) Desa Duwet yakni dengan forum-forum diskusi dan pembelajaran mengenai hadis. Sedangkan persoalan kedua diselesaikan dengan cara menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi melalui forum silaturahmi umat Islam kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Kediri.

Abstract

This study explores the divergent interpretations among Muslim scholars regarding prophetic traditions (ḥadīths) associated with the legal obligation of qadhā’ (paying back the missed fasting) on behalf of deceased individuals. The disagreement emerges from the categorization of ritual worship (ʿibādah) into physical, financial, or combined acts, raising jurisprudential debates over whether such acts—especially fasting—can be fulfilled by legal proxy. Within Islamic legal discourse, some jurists argue that the guardian (walī) must perform the missed fasts of the deceased, while others opine that paying fidyah (compensatory feeding of the poor) is sufficient. These divergent views stem from differing hermeneutical readings of several ḥadīths, including those reported by ʿĀʾishah and Ibn ʿAbbās, which appear contradictory in literal interpretation. This research employs a qualitative methodology using a library-based (literature review) approach, analyzing hadith and fiqh texts across multiple legal schools (madhāhib). The interpretive framework of Yūsuf al-Qaradāwī is utilized to critically assess and reconcile these texts, incorporating key principles such as jamʿu al-aḥādīth (harmonization), tarjīḥ (preference of evidence), and asbāb al-wurūd (contextual background of narration). The study finds that al-Qaradāwī’s comprehensive approach to hadith interpretation allows for a more coherent understanding of scholarly disagreements and offers a rational foundation for legal rulings across schools. It concludes that methodological engagement with prophetic texts is essential in developing inclusive, adaptable, and well-reasoned Islamic legal judgments in the context of modern jurisprudential needs.

Abstract

Prinsip equality before the law kiranya masih belum terlaksana dengan baik, padahal merupakan prinsip utama dalam hukum. Hal tersebut juga telah menjadi prinsip penting dalam hukum Islam. Nabi Muhammad SAW sangat memegang teguh prinsip yang dimaksud ketika mengadili seseorang dari kalangan terhormat yang melakukan kejahatan. Artikel ini membahas prinsip equality before the law yang dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam ruang keislaman dengan melakukan interpretasi terhadap hadis yang mempunyai relevansi dengan keadaan masa kini. Jenis penelitian socio-legal digunakan dalam artikel ini dengan pendekatan keislaman dan hukum itu sendiri. Hasilnya, pengajaran dan penerapan equality before the law dalam hukum Islam melalui hadis telah ada sejak dahulu dan dapat beriringan juga dengan perkembangan hukum saat ini.

Abstract

Abstract: This study reveals the methods of learning contemporary Hadith with the approach of adabi al-Ijtima'I at MAN 3 Malang. This research is qualitative in nature with a descriptive analysis approach with data mining techniques observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that the learning model of Hadith, namely: First, the nonlinguistic learning model, which has three elements, namely; 1) eliminating barriers in learning, 2) revealing meaning through analysis (meaning analysis) by means of Hadith text analysis; 3) meaning and historical. Understanding students by presenting history and uncovering meaning with stories. Second, the adabi al-Ijtima'i approach focuses on the integration of social systems with texts that include; 1) integrative between text and social system (text and social integration), that is understanding the text of Hadith with social interpretation; 2) norm integrality, ie educators understand the Hadith text in relation to social norms; 3) a description of the social context which describes the text of the common Hadith, into specific social spaces based on phenomena. Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengungkap metode pembelajaran Hadis kontemporer dengan pendekatan adabi al-Ijtima’I di MAN 3 Malang, Penelitian ini bercorak kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis dengan teknik penggalian datanya observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan, bahwa model pembelajaran Hadis, yaitu: Pertama, model pembelajran nonlingustik, yang memiliki tiga unsur, yaitu; 1) menghilangkan sekat kebahasan dalam pembelajaran, 2) mengungkap makna dengan analisis (meaning analysis) dengan cara analisis teks Hadis; 3) makna dan historis. Memahamkan anak didik dengan cara menyajikan sejarah dan mengungkap makna dengan kisah. Kedua, pendekatan adabi al-Ijtima’i memfokuskan pada integrasi sistem sosial dengan teks yang mencakup; 1) integratif antara teks dengan sistem sosial (text and social integration), yaitu memahami teks Hadis dengan penafsiran sosial; 2) integrarif norma, yaitu pendidik memahamkan teks Hadis dihubungan dengan norma sosial; 3) deskripsi konteks sosial yang menjabarkan teks Hadis yang umum, ke dalam ruang-ruang sosial yang khusus berdasar fenomena.

Abstract

The issues of moral degradation are increasingly widespread. Developments have more or less given their influence on human personality, including Muslims. Tracing back, many hadith have told us about the importance of cultivating superior morals and personality. This article will examine the importance of fostering social piety in the perspective of tarbawi hadith. Hermeneutic analysis using a qualitative approach to literature study becomes a tool for a more comprehensive new synthesis. From the analysis, it can be concluded that moral education is indeed often alluded to in various hadiths of the Prophet. This is not surprising anymore considering the main mission of the Prophet Muhammad sent by Allah SWT to this world is to perfect morals. Moral education certainly comes from strong faith in humans. Strong faith will bring about noble character, which is then called individual piety. Individual piety can be seen from ritual piety and certainly will lead to social piety. Community life is not as easy as imagined, because it requires good interpersonal sensitivity and quality. That is why the Prophet often reminded Muslims to get used to social piety, starting from the ethics of visiting and being able to receive guests, or also the elegant ways of living. Of course social piety can start from small things such as answering greetings, visiting sick people, arranging bodies, fulfilling invitations, or also praying for our brothers who sneeze. Good social piety will certainly strengthen ukhuwah Islamiyah. All of this is expected to create a superior Islamic civilization. Therefore, in tarbawi hadith, social piety is indeed important to be cultivated in daily life.

Abstract

Takhrij al-Hadith pada buku “Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan Budi Pekerti” Kelas XI  belum ditemukan. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pelacakan sumber hadis-hadis dari buku tersebut dan kualitasnya, sehingga hasil penelitian ini akan menjadi rujukan guru untuk menjelaskan kualitas hadis pada siswanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode takhrij melalui kata pertama atau lafadz pembuka pada matn hadis menggunakan kitab Al-Jami’ al-Saghir fi Ahadith al-Bashir al-Nadhir karya Imam al-Suyuti. Selain itu, dalam proses pengumpulan data, penelitian ini memanfaatkan 2 (dua) software, yaitu: موسوعة الحديث الشريف  versi 2,1 (Shirkat al-Sahr li al-Baramij al-Hāsib, 1991-1996) dan CD  المكتبة الألفية للسنة النبوية versi 1.5 (Markaz al-Turāth li Abhāth al-Hāsib, 1999). Telah ditemukan sebanyak 179 sumber hadis dari 30 hadis dari penelitian buku di atas. Sebanyak 176 sumber dari kitab-kitab hadis sumber pokok, yaitu 9 kitab hadis dan 3 selain kitab-kitab hadis sumber pokok. Dari 30 hadis buku di atas, terdapat hadis yang berkualitas Sahīh li Dhātih sebanyak 19 (63,33%), Sahīh li Ghayrih sebanyak 2 (6,67%), Hasan li Dhātih sebanyak 6 (20%), dan Da’īf dan mawdu' sebanyak 3 (10%).Kata kunci: Takhrīj al-Hadith, PAI dan Budi Pekerti SMA/SMKAbstractTakhrīj al-Hadith in the book "Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Character" Class XI has not been found. This study focuses on tracing the sources of the hadiths from the book and their quality, so that the results of this study will become a reference for teachers to explain the quality of hadiths to their students. This study uses the takhrīj method through the first word or opening lafadz in the hadith matn using the book Al-Jami 'al-Saghir fi Ahadith al-Bashir al-Nadhir by Imam. al-Suyuti. In addition, in the data collection process, this study utilizes 2 (two) software, namely: موسوعة الحديث الشريف version 2.1 (Shirkat al-Sahr li al-Barīmij al-Hāsib, 1991-1996) and CD المكتبة الألفية للسنة النبوية version 1.5 (Markaz) al-Turāth li Abhāth al-Hāsib, 1999). It has been found that 179 sources of hadith from the 30 traditions from the above book research have been found. A total of 176 sources were from the main source hadith books, namely 9 hadith books and 3 other than the main source hadith books. Of the 30 hadith books above, there are 19 (63.33%) Sahīh li Dhātih qualities, 2 (6.67%) Sahīh li Ghayrih (6.67%), Hasan li Dhātih 6 (20%), and Da'īf and mawdu' as much as 3 (10%)Keywords: Takhrīj al-Hadith, PAI dan Budi Pekerti SMA/SMK

Abstract

AbstractKantong plastik menjadi permasalahan yang ada dimasyarakat, karena sering digunakan dengan faktor ringan, transparan, murah, praktis, dan tahan air. Indonesia juga menjadi negara penghasil limbah kantong plastik terbanyak. Permasalahan yang terjadi tersebut, pemerintah membuat kebijakan yaitu kebijakan kantong plastik berbayar sesuai dengan surat pemberitahuan No. S.1230/PSLB3-PS/2016. Kebijakan kantong plastik berbayar juga diterapkan di Kota Kediri. Untuk menganalisis kebijakan plastik berbayar yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah maka dalam penelitian ini difokuskan untuk menganalisis kebijakan kantong plastik berbayar dalam prespektif Al-qur’an dan Hadits yang terjadi di masyarakat Kota Kediri. Plastik merupakan bahan yang dapat mengendap dan dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada lingkungan, seperti banjir. Kantong plastik juga dapat mengakibatkan penyakit karena dalam plastik mengandung Pemlastis Dioktilfalat (DOP) yang diketahui dari sifat toksisitas plastik berdasarkan pada uji karsinogenik. Bagi lingkungan, plastik juga memiliki dampak yaitu pada pencemaran lingkungan. selama ini konsumen secara gratis mendapatkan kantong plastik, maka sekarang konsumen harus membayar Rp 200,-. Penggabungan argumen agama sangat penting dalam membentuk keputusan kebijakan. Ajaran Allah SWT dan Hadist Nabi menekankan pentingnya mempraktikkan moderasi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Sebagai pemeluk agama Islam, sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi kita untuk menahan diri dari perilaku yang berlebihan, karena hal ini dianggap merugikan dan bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip memaksimalkan kemaslahatan dan meminimalkan kemudharatan..

Abstract

The main requirement for an act to be considered a criminal offense is the existence of a rule that prohibits it and is punishable by law for anyone who violates it, with one of the rules contained in the Criminal Code. Criminal liability can occur when there is an error caused by intention, negligence, and the absence of a forgiving reason. In certain offenses, criminal liability can occur before the actual criminal act takes place and the act committed is a realization of part of the criminal liability. An example of the issue is when initially the intention is not categorized as a crime but it can become a crime if the intention changes, such as when we borrow or rent an item to someone for a few days, but on the last day the borrower changes their intention to keep the item. In that case, it can be categorized as embezzlement as in Case No. 16/Pid.B/2022/PN.Pti.

Abstract

Al I'tishom Islamic Boarding School Kubu Raya is a boarding school that was just established in 2020. The funds that go to Al I'tishom Islamic Boarding School for the construction of mosques, dormitories, and teachers' residences require the management to make thorough, neat, and transparent reports. . After the issuance of the Decree of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on behalf of the Spreading Light of Science Foundation which oversees the Al I'tishom Islamic Boarding School, the Al I'tishom Islamic Boarding School Board has a new obligation, namely related to government regulations that require foundations to report financial statements. Based on these two problems, the proposed solution is to provide training in the preparation of computer-based financial reports. The purpose of this activity is to improve Islamic boarding school human resources in compiling computerized financial reports and according to accounting standards. The implementation of this activity uses a participatory approach with activity stages starting from observation/interviews for needs analysis, preparation, training, mentoring, and finalizing financial reports. The results of this activity enable Islamic boarding school HR to record financial transactions in an orderly manner, operate financial applications (Ai-Lemdik) properly, and understand the basics of accounting according to Islamic boarding school accounting standards. The conclusion of this activity shows that training must be accompanied by assistance to achieve maximum results. Islamic boarding school HR admitted that it was really helped in understanding the basics of Islamic boarding school accounting and the implementation of financial records through computerization with assistance, especially direct assistance (face to face). The use of Ai-Lemdik is very helpful for the Islamic boarding school financial team in carrying out financial bookkeeping. So that the output in the form of the financial statements of the Al I'tishom Islamic Boarding School in 2020 can be completed.
