Abstract

Ex-terrorist reintegration must be carried out in an integrated way from in-prison empowerments with post-release program initiatives. The involvement of formers in reintegration has received considerable attention in recent years. The involvement of formers foundations in the assistance and supervision is to build a social support to prevent recidivism. Usually, ex-terrorist experience inherent post-release risks and challenges such as stigmatization, mistrust and socioeconomic exclusions. Transition period is a crucial in determining the success of prevention program. Formers foundation initiates community-based assistance and supervision by encouraging financial independence, changing perspectives towards moderation through discussion and dialogue and ensuring community acceptance in the first place. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to describe the intervention of formers foundation in reintegration scheme by emphasizing the crucial risks of the transition period. Social Bond Theory is used to find out the elements of preventing ex-terrorist from re-committing terrorism. This research found that Yayasan Lingkar Perdamaian as formers foundation provides assistance on moral and material for ex-terrorist on their conditional release. Yayasan Lingkar Perdamaian also ensures acceptance of community for ex-terrorist reintegration in their area.

Abstract

Open Power Track merupakan salah satu perangkat lunak yang dapat mendukung pembelajaran tentang perkeretaapian, dengan hal ini maka pendampingan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Open Power Track, apa dan bagaimana cara mengimplementasikannya. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan kuisioner berskala likert. Dari hasil evaluasi dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan ini dapat: 1) meningkatnya pengetahuan baik afektif maupun psikomotorik peserta tentang Software Open Track, 2) memiliki keseuaian dan juga kebermanfaatan bagi peserta dan juga para taruna yang nantinya dibina oleh laboran/pendidik yang telah mengikuti pelatihan; dan 3) mengembangkan kemampuan para laboran dan pendidik pada program studi MTP dan TEP.

Abstract

Train transportation is a popular choice for the mobility of Indonesian people, especially in areas with extensive railway networks such as Java. However, the impact of noise produced by trains can pose a serious problem for residents living near train tracks. This research examines the influence of train noise on residential areas in Winongo Village, Madiun City, focusing on comfort factors, health, and noise mitigation efforts. The aim is to determine the effect of noise on residents living around the railway tracks. The research method employed is quantitative, with both primary and secondary data collection. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to residents living near the railway line. The results of data analysis indicate that the variable related to health, with a Sig value of 0.744, shows that the significance value is greater than 0.05, suggesting that health issues due to train noise may not be significant in the residential area of Winongo Village. The influence of the comfort variable (X1) on the noise variable (Y) is 0.558, indicating a moderate impact, while the influence of noise mitigation efforts (variable X2) on noise is 0.106.00, suggesting a minor impact. Based on these findings, this research can serve as a basis for formulating better policies concerning the influence of train noise in residential areas

Abstract

The security of public transportation infrastructure is a crucial aspect in maintaining the stability and continuity of urban society. Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations are potential targets for terrorism and other crimes. This study aims to analyze the security of X MRT Station based on the Ring of Security concept. This article, titled "Analysis of the Ring of Security at X MRT Station in Jakarta," uses a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques including field observations and literature studies. The Ring of Security concept is used as an analytical framework to identify weaknesses and strengths in the station's security system. The results show that the station has several strengths, such as robust building design and extensive use of CCTV. However, there are also weaknesses, such as a lack of supervision in certain areas like restrooms and parking lots. Risk analysis and improvement recommendations are proposed to enhance the security of X MRT Station in Jakarta and protect the public from potential terrorism and other crimes. This research contributes to the understanding of public transportation security systems and the importance of implementing a holistic security concept in protecting critical urban infrastructure.

Abstract

Peristiwa 9/11 yang merupakan titik awal dari salah satu serangkaian serangan teroris yang mematikan di Amerika Serikat, di mana serangan pembajakan pesawat udara yang menyerang gedung World Trade Center (WTC) di New York oleh Al Qaeda pada tahun 2001. Adanya fenomena tersebut menyoroti bahwa kedaulatan udara berperan sangat penting dalam memastikan keamanan dari ancaman serangan terorisme yang melibatkan transportasi udara, karena dapat berakibat fatal jika terjadi kelalaian dalam menjaga wilayah udara kedaulatan negara. Bandara X merupakan salah satu bandara di Indonesia yang memiliki nilai strategis, karena didalamnya terdapat objek-objek vital. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan dan observasi. Analisa yang dilakukan menggunakan kerangka konsep three rings of security yang terdiri dari tiga indikator, yaitu the outer ring, the middle ring, dan the inner ring. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana implementasi three rings of security yang sudah diberlakukan dalam menjaga keamanan bandara X untuk mencegah terjadinya aksi terorisme.

Abstract

The development of railway technology and the safety of railway transportation are shared responsibilities between the government and the community. However, the development of this technology is not widely known by the general public, especially those outside the area where railway transportation is organized. Therefore, there is a need for education and knowledge sharing related to technological developments in railway transportation such as the Electric Rail Train commuter line, Mass Rapid Transit/Integrated Motorway, Light Rail Transit, and High Speed Rail and railway transportation safety, especially at level crossings. The methods used in community service activities consist of preparation and education in class with interactive media, namely videos and pictures. Apart from that, education is carried out in the Madiun Indonesian Railway Polytechnic lab by looking directly at station simulators and train traffic control simulators, looking at the types of trains, and seeing railway infrastructure such as train tracks, signals, and level crossings. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of community service activities regarding railway transportation education show that the students of Al Izzah Nganjuk Islamic High School gained an understanding of railway transportation, especially in the areas of technological development of railway transportation and safety on level lines.

Abstract

This research investigates the application of restorative justice in Indonesia's approach to terrorism, highlighting its potential to transform traditional justice methods. It focuses on the benefits of restorative justice in empowering victims, promoting offender accountability, and enhancing community trust. The study acknowledges the challenges in implementation, including legal, security, and cultural barriers, as well as resource constraints. Proposed solutions involve legal reforms, heightened security protocols, and increased public awareness. The conclusion emphasizes that restorative justice, with its emphasis on healing and community engagement, is a crucial step towards a more inclusive and effective response to terrorism's societal impacts in Indonesia.

Abstract

PT KCI has innovated with Gojek by launching the GoTransit feature on the Gojek application. Through the GoTransit feature, Electric Train (KRL) passengers can easily and practically buy KRL tickets cashlessly via GoPay or LinkAja without a minimum deposit. This study aimed to determine the factors that influenced using the GoTransit feature on KRL passengers using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model. The analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicated that five of the seven hypotheses had been influenced. The variable Perceived Ease of Use had a significant effect on the Behavioral Intention variable; Perceived Usefulness had a significant effect on the Behavioral Intention variable. The variable Perceived Ease of Use had a significant effect on Actual Usage through the Behavioral Intention variable, and the Perceived Usefulness variable had a significant effect on Actual Usage through the Behavioral Intention variable. Meanwhile, the Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness did not directly affect the Actual Usage variable. ABSTRAK PT KCI membuat inovasi bersama Gojek dengan meluncurkan fitur GoTransit pada aplikasi Gojek. Melalui fitur GoTransit, penumpang Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL) dapat membeli tiket KRL dengan mudah dan praktis secara non tunai melalui GoPay atau LinkAja tanpa minimal deposit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan fitur GoTransit pada penumpang KRL dengan menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan lima dari tujuh hipotesis memiliki pengaruh. Variabel Perceived Ease of Use memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Behavioral Intention, begitu juga dengan Perceived Usefulness terhadap Behavioral Intention. Selain itu, Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Actual Usage melalui Behavioral Intention dan hal yang sama berlaku untuk Perceived Usefulness terhadap Actual Usage melalui Behavioral Intention. Namun, Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Usefulness tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap variabel Actual Usage.

Abstract

Based on the interim report on the investigation results of the PLB 5144C derailment accident number 113/ND/K53/DJKA/XII/22, it was identified 87 cm before the TAN (Initial Point of Rise) of the rail to the left of the train's arrival direction there was a broken Ex-rail mounted with a connection plate. So, there were still temporary repairs made by the railway operators, and no permanent repairs have been made. Therefore, residual risk still needs to be controlled. This research aimed to identify and mitigate the residual risk of the infrastructure railway maintenance project at PT KAI (Persero) Operational Area 1 Jakarta. This research evaluates various risks that may arise during the process of infrastructure railway maintenance and the development of specific mitigation strategies. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach to analysis with the HIRADC based on a comprehensive risk analysis. The research results showed 15 potential risks with risk classification: 4 high, eight medium, and three low. ABSTRAK Berdasarkan dengan laporan sementara hasil investigasi kecelakaan anjlokan PLB 5144C nomor: 113/ND/K53/DJKA/XII/22 ditemukenali 87 Cm sebelum TAN (Titik Awal Naik) rel sebelah kiri arah datang kereta terdapat Ex-Rel Patah yang dipasang plat sambung. Dari hasil temuan di lapangan masih terdapat perbaikan sementara yang dilakukan oleh penyelenggara perkeretaapian dan belum dilakukan perbaikan secara permanen. Maka dari itu masih terdapat risiko sisa untuk dilakukan pengendalian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memitigasi risiko sisa proyek perbaikan prasarana kereta api di PT KAI (Persero) Daerah Operasi 1 Jakarta. Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi berbagai risiko yang mungkin timbul selama proses perbaikan prasarana kereta api dan mengembangkan strategi mitigasi yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan HIRADC yang dilakukan berdasarkan analisis risiko yang komprehensif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, beberapa risiko utama didapatkan 15 potensi bahaya yang meliputi klasifikasi risiko tinggi berjumlah 4, sedang berjumlah 8 dan rendah berjumlah 3.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the willingness of long-distance train passengers to pay for a special valuable item storage service. Despite PT KAI recording an increase in passenger numbers in 2023, issues of lost belongings remain a significant concern, as experienced by passengers on the Tawang Jaya Premium and Kaligung trains. The study involved 276 respondents selected from long-distance train passengers. The Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) and binary logistic regression were used to understand the factors influencing the willingness to pay for this service. The findings indicate that 35% to 71% of passengers are willing to pay for the valuable item storage service. The price range considered reasonable by passengers is between Rp 5,000 and Rp 50,000. Several key factors influencing passengers’ willingness to pay include the reliability of the storage facilities provided, the security of the storage procedures, and the perceived risk of losing belongings on the train. These findings offer insights for PT KAI to consider providing this service, which could enhance passenger comfort and security while reducing the risk of lost items during travel.
