Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada CV. Pelita Mandiri V Pematang Reba Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Kinerja karyawan belum optimal dikarenakan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya yang didukung oleh teori serta hasil penelitian yang relevan menjadi dasar pemikiran penulis untuk melakukan penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompetensi terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dan pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah: wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner, dan pencatatan dokumen. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan, (5) Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 80,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel bebas lainnya yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. This research was carried out on CV. Pelita Mandiri V Pematang Reba Indragiri Hulu Regency. Employee performance is not optimal because the factors that can influence it which are supported by the theory and relevant research results are the rationale for the authors to conduct research. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, competence on performance, job satisfaction on performance and the effect of compensation on performance mediated by job satisfaction. This study used 21 people as sample. To collect all the data, this study used: interviews, questionnaires, and recording documents. Furthermore, the data obtained will be analyzed using path analysis with the help of SmartPLS Software. The results of this study indicate: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4) Compensation has a positive effect and significant to employee performance mediated by satisfaction, (5) Employee performance is influenced by compensation and job satisfaction by 80.3%, while the remaining 19.7% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the leadership style and organizational communication pattern in the Converting Department, PT. IPP. The leadership elements described are at the general manager and manager levels. The research method used is descriptive and qualitative methods. The data used are primary and secondary data collected through observation supported by interviews, library research, and document analysis. Data and information obtained from the employee of Converting Department, PT. IPP, with as many as 22 informants consisting of the employee from each level of position. Leadership style at the Converting Department, PT. IPP, is centered on characteristics of existing leaders with the most dominant leadership style is exploitive-authoritative because it is attached to the top leader. The existing leadership style is not quite ideal to face challenges in the future. For internal organizational communication, patterns occur either downward communication, upward, horizontal and cross-channel.

Abstract

The purpose of the research in IIS to know and analyze the impact of the haze on the performance of business traders market. This research belongs to the type of descriptive research. Descriptive research that aims to describe, describe and analyse existing events and aims to obtain information about the impact of haze in accordance with existing theories. Data collection method through dissemination of questionnaires and questions answered. The population in this study is the market merchant of Rengat City. Determination of sample count of 100 respondents/market trader. The data analysis technique used to analyze this research data is to be descriptively used statistical analysis in the form of a percentage formula because its purpose is to see the trend of the indicators of each variable and the research is only aimed to describe the reality in the field is not to be seen relations or comparisons. In this study, researchers used Likert measurement scales. The Likert scale relates to a statement about a person's attitude toward something.  The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) The health of the market traders of the city of Rengat is interrupted because of the thick haze that affects the trading activity itself. (2) The income of market traders in the city of Rengat is decreasing due to declining people's desire to shop in the market due to the worry of being exposed to haze which can cause ISPA disease and other health disorders. (3) The market environment of the Rengat is affected by the smoke of the daily Trader's life. Usually traders have already held their trades starting from the beginning of the morning, because the haze of most traders often come late to the market (overdo). (3) The education of students from the family of market traders in the city of Rengat is also affected by the haze so that it must be dissolved until normal weather conditions are back. Because of this, students have a lot of missed material and have to force themselves to pursue the lag by adding hours and learning tasks that are much beyond the student's thinking capacity.

Abstract

This research was conducted on AnugrahPhotocopy in Rengat with the aim to determine the effect of Location and Service Quality to Consumer Loyalty atRengatPhotocopy in Rengat. Sampling was done by random sampling method with 98 samples as respondents. The analytical method used is a quantitative descriptive method, data analysis with partially and simultaneously act (multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Stastic program version 21.0). From the results of the research, obtained a regression equation that is Y = 9,881 + 0,243X1 + 0,321X2, it can be seen that Location and Service Quality has a positive influence to Consumer Loyalty atAnugrahPhotocopy in Rengat. In addition, simultaneous testing (Test F), has been obtained F count> F table that is equal to 6.311> 3.09. So that the two independent variables namely location and service quality together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Consumer Loyalty atAnugrahPhotocopy in Rengat. While the Partial Regression Test (t test) shows that location variables significantly influence to Consumer Loyalty at Anugrah Photocopyin Rengat, t arithmetic> t table of 2.554> 1.98525. Variable service quality is more dominant significant effect to Consumer Loyalty at Anugrah Photocopyin Rengat namely t arithmetic> t table of 3.447> 1.98525. In addition, the results of the multiple correlation coefficient is 0.742 which shows the level of relationship between all independent variables to the dependent variable in this research is in the criteria of high relationship closeness. The magnitude of the effect caused by these three variables together affect the consumer loyalty variable with a percentage of 55.1%. While 44.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Special schools are special schools for children with special needs who aims to provide opportunities for children in obtaining education. SLB Pekanbaru Pembina State is a special education and special service (PK-LK) which has goals and targets to a) Produce students who are able to compete in this era of globalization globalization b) Produce students who are able to apply the utilization of science and technology optimally. This school handles students who have mental and physical limitations and intellectuals or called with disabilities, this school is located at Jalan Segar No. 46 Rejosari Village, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City, was founded by the Ministry of Education and Culture National Education in 1998, the Decree on the Appointment of the Pembina State SLB was issued by Minister of National Education No.13a/O/1998. On January 29, 1998, SLB Negeri The supervisor of Pekanbaru is currently led by Mr. Moelya Eko Suseno, S.Kom, M.TI, M.Pd. This school has teacher educators from graduates of Special Education (S1, S2 and even S3) the current number of SLB teachers is 55 people (all majors of visual impairment), administrative staff 7 people. For students from the level (SDLB, SMPLB and SMALB) totaling 367 people (all disabilities). The development of the Pekanbaru Pembina State SLB from year to year experienced an increase, especially in the students, then the infrastructure, facilities and infrastructure other infrastructure. This SLB is in accordance with its vision and mission to prioritize student independence, then the Pembina SLB program is prioritized on student skills. If in percentage then, Academic (30%) and Skills (70%). To achieve goals, targets, With this vision and mission, it is necessary to develop skills for SLB students. The problems contained in the Pembina State SLB Pekanbaru are: 1) The results of the Agricultural skills are not maximized, 2) Agricultural skills are not yet based on IT and 3) Lack of knowledge of teachers and students related to IT-based Product Marketing Management. Based on these problems, the solutions offered include: 1) Will be carried out guidance to increase students' knowledge in agricultural skills, 2) Will implement IoT-based Hydroponic plant cultivation and 3) provide counseling, training and guidance to students how to do management marketing of products produced with IT.

Abstract

Abstract: Sekolah luar biasa merupakan sekolah khusus bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan bagi anak dalam memperoleh pendidikan [1]. SLB Negeri Pembina Pekanbaru adalah Pendidikan khusus dan layanan khusus (PK-LK) yang memiliki tujuan dan target untuk a) Menghasilkan peserta didik yang mampu bersaing di era globalisasi b) Menghasilkan peserta didik yang mampu menerapkan pendayagunaan iptek dengan optimal. Sekolah ini menangani siswa/siswi yang memiliki keterbatasan mental, fisik dan intelektual atau disebut dengan disabilitas. SLB ini sesuai dengan visi dan misinya mengedepankan kemandirian siswa, maka program SLB Negeri Pembina diprioritaskan pada Keterampilan siswa. Jika di persentasekan maka, Akademik (30%) dan Keterampilan (70%). Untuk mencapai tujuan, target, visi dan misi tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan pengembangan keterampilan pada siswa SLB. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, solusi yang ditawarkan diantaranya : 1) Akan dilakukan bimbingan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dalam ketrampilan pertanian, 2) Akan mengimplementasikan cara budidaya tanaman Hidroponik berbasis IoT dan 3) memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada Siswa bagaimana melakukan manajemen pemasaran produk yang dihasilkan dengan IT.

Abstract

Pencapaian kinerja karyawan yang belum maksimal dalam rangka mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja serta komunikasi terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran angket kepada para responden. Teknik analisis data berupa analisis jalur menggunakan software SmartPLS dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu (1) komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, artinya semakin baik komunikasi sesama karyawan, maka kepuasan kerja juga meningkat; (2) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang memiliki semakin baik komunikasi maka kinerja karyawan juga akan meningkat; (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, maknanya semakin baik kepuasan kerja karyawan maka kinerja karyawan juga akan semakin baik dan meningkat; kemudian, (4) Kepuasan kerja mampu menjadi pemediasi pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Pengurus pondok harus mampu meningkatkan fungsi manajemen, menjadi kewajiban dari setiap pengurus untuk mendorong dan memotivasi setiap santrinya khususnya santriwati untuk mampu mengembangkan ide-ide kreatif dan mempunyai usaha yang baik sehingga dapat mengembangkan kemauan dan bakat dalam diri santri tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menanamkan motivasi wirausaha pada santriwan dan santriwati Pondok Pesantren Dhuafa Ashabul Kahfi Pekanbaru dan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada santriwan dan santriwati Pondok Pesantren Dhuafa Ashabul Kahfi Pekanbaru. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh santriwan dan santriwati Pondok Pesantren Dhuafa Ashabul Kahfi Pekanbaru. Kegiatan ini melibatkan tim dosen dalam upaya menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak sekolah untuk meningkatkan jiwa wirausaha dan minat belajar. Berdasarkan data hasil pengabdian di lapangan yang penulis lakukan, bahwa motivasi santiwan dan santriwati dalam berwirausaha di Pondok Pesantren Dhuafa Ashabul Kahfi Pekanbaru adalah santiwan dan santriwati mempunyai kemampuan untuk hidup mandiri, menambah uang saku dan menambah pengalaman hidup mandiri.

Abstract

Critical thinking is an intellectual process in making ideas and concepts logically and allows students to analyze their thinking in making choices and drawing appropriate conclusions. However, in fact, in the observations made by lecturers on students, it is still difficult to understand and complete the tasks given by the lecturers, students' critical thinking skills are still low. This study aims to improve critical thinking skills through the “student as researchers” strategy. This study uses quantitative analysis with a one group pretest posttest design. The sample in this study were Biology Education students in semester 3 (three) class A who took the Learning Media course. Data were obtained from critical thinking questionnaires and observation sheets. The data were analyzed through significance test and Gain Normalization. The research data shows that students' critical thinking abilities have increased by 0.70 in the high category after participating in learning with the "Student as Researcher" strategy. The indicator for compiling “able to express ideas/ideas” is an indicator that has the highest increase compared to other critical thinking indicators, which is 0.79 in the high category. It can be concluded that the “student as researchers” strategy can improve students' critical thinking skills

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari program ini adalah melatih pemuda bagaimana meningatkan produktifitas kewirausahawaan terutama bagi pebisnis pemula (star up Bussiness). Melalui pelatihan pembekalan ilmu pengetahuan tentang wirausaha, para peserta di ajarkan untuk memotivasi diri, merubah mindset, mencari inspirasi untuk melahirkan ide kreatif dan inovatif sebagai cara meningkatkan produktivitas, sehingga diharapkan mampu bertahan dan terus berkembang dalam dinamika iklim usaha yang digeluti. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan berupa ceramah, testimoni dari usahawan yang berhasil, diskusi kelompok serta tanya jawab. Hasil yang dicapai dari pelatihan ini telah menginspirasi dan memotivasi peserta meningkatkan produktifitas usaha mereka dengan semangat dan penuh rasa perjuangan dalam menjalankan aktifitas usahanya.
