Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa pada perkuliahan di Prodi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Elektro melalui penerapan self regulated learning (SRL) berbasis internet. Secara khusus, target yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah memperoleh data peningkatan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa dengan aspek-aspek kemandirian belajar yang dikembangkan meliputi aspek Independency, Self-management, Desire for learning, dan Problem-solving melalui penerapan SRL berbasis internet. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental design dengan desain pretest-postest satu kelompok atau one-group pretest-postest design. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang mahasiswa Prodi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Elektro FT UNM yang memprogramkan mata kuliah Belajar dan Pembelajaran. Hasil uji peningkatan (gain) menemukan bahwa kemandirian belajar mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Belajar dan Pembelajaran melalui pendekatan SRL berbasis internet mengalami peningkatan. Aspek independency merupakan aspek yang mengalami peningkatan (gain) dengan kategori tinggi (0,7). Aspek yang lainnya yaitu self management, desire for learning dan problem solving masih perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kebutuhan merancang ulang Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) pada mata kuliah Inovasi dan Difusi Teknologi di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Kejuruan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan 22 mahasiswa dan 2 dosen mata kuliah dari tahun akademik 2023/2024 dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, analisis dokumen, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Analisis dilakukan dengan lima indikator: Pengalaman Pembelajaran, Relevansi Materi, Metode Pengajaran, Evaluasi Pembelajaran, dan Kebutuhan Pengembangan. Hasilnya, pengalaman pembelajaran 59% (sedang), metode pengajaran 55% (sedang), relevansi materi 36% (rendah), evaluasi pembelajaran 50% (sedang), dan kebutuhan pengembangan 41% (tinggi). Analisis dokumen dan wawancara menunjukkan RPS saat ini lebih menekankan pada analisis kritis, tetapi kurang mencakup pembelajaran pada level penciptaan. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya merancang ulang RPS untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas lulusan.

Abstract

Abstrak. Dunia pendidikan saat ini menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21, di mana mahasiswa membutuhkan berbagai keterampilan selain pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) pada mata kuliah Pembelajaran Vokasi Keteknikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D) dengan menggunakan Model ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket (kuesioner), wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Pengembangan RPS berbasis keterampilan abad 21 untuk mata kuliah pembelajaran vokasi keteknikan mengikuti model R&D ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. 2) Desain RPS berbasis keterampilan abad 21 disusun menggunakan template dari buku panduan penyusunan kurikulum Pendidikan Tinggi-MBKM tahun 2020, yang kemudian diintegrasikan dengan konsep keterampilan abad 21. 3) Pengembangan RPS dilakukan dengan merumuskan Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah menggunakan kata kerja operasional serta menetapkan capaian pembelajaran pada level C3-C6 (HOTS). 4) RPS yang dikembangkan dinilai valid dan layak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran dengan nilai kelayakan dari ahli sebesar 0,8. Kata Kunci: Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS), Model ADDIE, Kecakapan Abad 21, Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan para guru dalam membuat materi pembelajaran digital menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Kegiatan ini diarahkan kepada seluruh guru di SD Inpres Bonto-Bontoa yang berjumlah 20 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi ceramah, praktik, demonstrasi, dan diskusi interaktif. Data terkumpul melalui angket respons dari para peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan Canva. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap penggunaan Canva melalui instrumen kepuasan peserta yang mencakup aspek materi, narasumber, dan kegiatan praktik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap kegiatan ini sangat tinggi, dengan persentase kepuasan mencapai 90% yang berada dalam kategori tinggi. Tanggapan dan saran dari peserta terhadap workshop menunjukkan respon yang positif dan harapan untuk adanya kegiatan serupa di masa depan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pelatihan Canva ini telah berhasil memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi para guru di SD Inpres Bonto-Bontoa, serta membangun dorongan untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi digital dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the most effective digital promotion strategy for increasing customer retention at Beauty Clinics. Five main criteria are set as the basis for assessment, namely engagement rate, content relevance, platform reach, customer feedback responsiveness, and conversion rate. This study involved five alternative digital promotion strategies: (1) interactive social media campaign, (2) digital loyalty program, (3) collaboration with influencers, (4) segmented paid advertising, and (5) SEO and website optimization. The assessment was conducted by five experts in the fields of digital marketing and beauty clinic management, utilizing a 4-point Likert scale. TOPSIS analysis was conducted through the stages of decision matrix normalization, weighting, determining positive and negative ideal solutions, and calculating Euclidean distance and preference values (Closeness Coefficient). The results showed that the interactive social media campaign strategy obtained the highest Closeness Coefficient value of 0.812, followed by the digital loyalty program (0.748) and collaboration with influencers (0.691). Meanwhile, the SEO website optimization strategy obtained the lowest value (0.581). These results indicate that a direct social interaction-based promotional approach is more effective in increasing customer loyalty in the service sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the role of the teacher and the occupational safety and health (OSH) climate on occupational safety and health increasing awareness in the electrical installation workshop of the Vocational High School. This research is an Ex-post Facto research. The population of the research is the XII grade students of Vocational High School 1 Sedayu Special Region of Yogyakarta with a total of 366 students and a sample of 188 students. The number of trials respondents 30 students. The sampling technique uses random sampling and data is taken using a questionnaire instrument. The validity of the questionnaire instruments done by item using analysis Product Moment correlation formula and reliability testing using the Cronbach Alpha. The results showed that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between the role of the teacher in occupational safety and health increasing awareness in the electrical installation workshop of vocational high school value 43.30 percent; (2) there is a positive and significant effect between the occupational safety and health climate on increasing occupational safety and health awareness in the electrical installation workshop of vocational high school value 43.40 percent; (3) there is a positive and significant influence between the role of teacher and occupational safety and health climate on occupational safety and health increasing awareness in the electrical installation workshop of vocational high school value 50.60 percent. The application of OSH will have an impact on increasing the productivity of the workforce and the company.

Abstract

  Background: The free meal program (Makan Bergizi Gratis) in senior high schools aims to enhance student well-being by providing adequate nutritional intake. However, its implementation requires comprehensive evaluation, particularly regarding coordination mechanisms and the fulfillment of hormonal nutritional needs critical for adolescent development. This study analyzes the free meal program through the lens of the Utilization-Focused Evaluation (UFE) approach, with a specific focus on students' hormonal nutrition. Method: This research employed a mixed-methods design, combining qualitative descriptive analysis with a case study approach and quantitative anthropometric data. Qualitative data were collected through interviews and observations involving eight informants, including teachers and students. Data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, using both methodological and source triangulation to ensure data validity. Results: The findings indicate that: (1) Program coordination is suboptimal, with food delivery not consistently punctual. (2) The meals provided lack sufficient variety, particularly in delivering essential proteins and healthy fats necessary for hormonal balance during adolescence. (3) Student and parental involvement in menu selection and program evaluation remains limited. (4) Feedback to students is provided periodically. Implications: This study recommends strengthening inter-stakeholder coordination, diversifying the nutritional content of menus, and involving both students and parents in program evaluation. Sustainable funding is also identified as a critical factor for ensuring the program's long-term effectiveness. Novelty: This study offers novel insights into the application of Utilization-Focused Evaluation (UFE) in assessing free meal programs and highlights the importance of hormonal nutrition in supporting adolescent development.

Abstract

The limited systematic evaluation of the effectiveness of partnership-based projects in supporting creative economy policies poses a challenge in developing sustainable entrepreneurship models. This study aims to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of partnership-based Wedding Organizer start-up development projects in supporting national creative economy policies. The evaluation was conducted using Stake's Countenance Model, which includes three main components: antecedents, transactions, and outcomes. The research instrument was developed based on three layers of theory: Grand Theory, Middle Range Theory, and Applied Theory. It was then validated using Aiken's V approach and tested for reliability using Cronbach's Alpha. The study's results indicate that the program has a positive impact on increasing the entrepreneurial capacity of participants, enhancing the effectiveness of partnership-based training, and promoting business sustainability. The program also successfully established a broad business network, directly contributing to local economic growth. These findings provide new insights into the effectiveness of evaluating partnership models within the creative economy ecosystem. This evaluation model can be replicated and adapted for similar programs in other creative sectors to support community-based development policies.

Abstract

The increasing adoption of digital beauty technology through Virtual Try-On (VTO) platforms powered by artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR) necessitates a precise understanding of user preferences. This study aims to model user responses to VTO features using Item Response Theory (IRT), specifically the Graded Response Model (GRM) for ordinal-scale items and the Nominal Response Model (NRM) for non-ordinal categorical items. A total of 15 items were analyzed using GRM to assess users’ perceptions of AI accuracy, feature convenience, and visual satisfaction. Additionally, five non-ordinal items were modeled using NRM to capture explicit preferences for specific VTO functionalities, such as digital interaction and visual simulation. The results show that the average user preference score was 3.02 out of 5 (SD = 1.03), while the total preference score averaged 60 out of 100 (SD = 10.7), with response distributions approximately normal (skewness = 0.12; kurtosis = -0.24). The item information curves from the GRM indicated that several items contributed high information (above 2.0), effectively differentiating users within the −1 to +1 ability range. In the NRM analysis, the “real-time color visualization feature” exhibited the highest utility parameter (c = 1.98), indicating a strong user preference for this feature. The integration of GRM and NRM enables a more nuanced and flexible mapping of user preferences. This study presents a novel psychometric approach by combining GRM and NRM within a single VTO context to simultaneously capture both ordinal and nominal dimensions of user experience, which has not been extensively explored in prior research. These findings provide meaningful insights for the development of adaptive, personalized, and intelligent AI-based VTO systems to enhance the quality of user experience in digital beauty applications.
