Abstract

This research was conducted because of the policy regarding the curriculum, namely the implementation of an Kurikulum Merdeka which focuses on students' abilities/character. So researchers are interested in studying the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka and the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile at SMK TI Bali Global Denpasar. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research method aims to describe, interpret and understand phenomena or events that are occurring in the field. . The sources of informants in this research were school supervisors, principals, deputy principals and teachers. From the results of observations, interviews and documentation carried out at SMK TI Bali Global Denpasar, the Merdeka Curriculum has been implemented well even though there are several obstacles. However, schools and educators have tried to implement the Kurikulum Merdeka as well as possible in accordance with the goals to be achieved. In implementing the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile at SMK TI Bali Global Denpasar, it was divided into three cycles. Each cycle students carry out projects with different themes. So that in one academic year, students take part in three projects which have been carried out well. Meanwhile, the obstacles to implementation are internal factors, namely learning planning and time management. External factor barriers are: student heterogeneity, infrastructure and the role of parents.

Abstract

Laboratories are crucial in chemistry education; however, in practice, many students still struggle to grasp the concept of laboratory management in an applied way, as reflected in their scores, which remain below the passing grade. This research aimed to develop e-modules based on case-based and project-based learning to improve understanding of laboratory management concepts. This study used a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Validation of e-modules was carried out by material and media experts, and tested on 24 FKIP ULM Chemistry Education students. Data collection instruments included validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, as well as pretests and posttests, which were analysed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the e-module was rated “very valid” from the aspects of content, presentation, language, and media. The Wilcoxon test resulted in a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant increase in student concept understanding after the use of e-modules. Recommendations from this study are the wider use of case- and project-based e-modules in learning laboratory management, as well as continuous development to be more adaptive to the development of educational technology.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the self-confidence of persons with disabilities through an educational snakes and ladders game integrated with self-esteem reinforcement. Using an action research method in two cycles, the study was conducted within the Bhakti Senang Hati Foundation community. The results showed a significant increase in self-confidence, from 68.8% in the pre-cycle to 74.5% in the second cycle. This improvement was achieved through a game designed to stimulate social interaction, public speaking courage, and self-expression. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of traditional games with a psychological approach based on self-esteem enhancement within the context of empowering people with disabilities. In conclusion, the snakes and ladders game combined with self-esteem reinforcement proved to be an effective and enjoyable strategy to enhance self-confidence among persons with disabilities, and it can be considered an alternative method for psychosocial community interventions.

Abstract

Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make a Match dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar sejarah siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 4 Denpasar. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus, yang masing-masing mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 29 siswa dari kelas X. Metode pengumpulan data yang diterapkan dalam studi ini mencakup observasi, uji hasil belajar, dan pengumpulan dokumentasi. Hasil refleksi awal sebelum penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make A Match pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 4 Denpasar Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 yang berjumlah 29 siswa adalah dengan total nilai mata pelajaran sejarah 1695, rata-rata 58,44, daya serap 58,44%, dan ketuntasan klasikal 34,48%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan model Make a Match. Pada siklus I, rata-rata nilai siswa mencapai 65,34 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 48,27%, dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 78,86 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 89,65%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Model Kooperatif Tipe Make a Match dalam pembelajaran sejarah mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 4 Denpasar untuk tahun ajaran 2024/2025 Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar Sejarah. Abstract

Based on the initial reflection at SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati, it was found that there was a problem, namely the low ability of grade X DKV 2 students at SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati to write Wrehastra script. Based on interviews with Balinese language teachers, this was also caused by the lack of innovative learning models that were suitable for the students' learning climate. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the TGT (Team Game Tournament) cooperative learning model using Balinese online comic media in improving student learning achievement and response. Data was collected using interview, observation, and test methods, then analysed using descriptive statistical methods. The research design consisted of N-cycles comprising (1) planning stage, (2) action implementation stage, (3) observation stage, and (4) reflection stage. The TGT (Team Game Tournament) cooperative learning model assisted by Balinese online comic media can improve the ability to write Wrehastra script among students in class X DKV 2 at SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati in the 2023/2024 academic year. This is evidenced by the average test results in Cycle I of 64.75 or 30.7% with a satisfactory rating, and an increase in Cycle II to 83.49 or 96.1% with a good rating. Responsiveness also improved, as evidenced by the average score in Cycle I of 69.15 or 34.6% with a satisfactory rating, which increased in Cycle II to 83 or 96.1% with a good rating.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Revolusi Perancis membentuk pemikiran para tokoh pergerakan nasional Indonesia dan bagaimana mereka mengadopsi nilai-nilai tersebut dalam perjuangan kemerdekaan Indonesia. Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya memahami hubungan antara perubahan sosial global, seperti yang terjadi dalam Revolusi Perancis, dengan gerakan kemerdekaan di Indonesia. Dengan menggali pengaruh pemikiran revolusioner Perancis terhadap perjuangan Indonesia, kita bisa memahami bagaimana tokoh-tokoh tersebut mengintegrasikan ide-ide kebebasan dan keadilan dalam konteks lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dengan pendekatan historis, yang melibatkan analisis terhadap sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder mengenai pemikiran tokoh-tokoh pergerakan nasional Indonesia. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip Revolusi Perancis, seperti kebebasan dan kesetaraan, sangat memengaruhi pemikiran mereka dalam perjuangan melawan kolonialisme, meskipun dengan berbagai interpretasi sesuai dengan konteks Indonesia.Kesimpulannya, pengaruh Revolusi Perancis sangat besar dalam pembentukan ideologi dan strategi perjuangan tokoh-tokoh pergerakan nasional Indonesia. Dengan mengadaptasi nilai-nilai revolusi tersebut, mereka berhasil menciptakan gerakan nasional yang tidak hanya terpengaruh oleh situasi lokal, tetapi juga terhubung dengan arus perubahan dunia pada masa itu.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a learning model Brainstorming, Exploring, Talking about, Applying (BETA) which is effective for every online and offline learning process and a combination of both. The research personnel involved 3 lecturers and 8 students from the English Language Education study program and the History Education study program, FKIP Mahasaraswati University Denpasar. Method research and development (R&D) is used to develop the BETA learning model. Research on the development of the BETA model has been carried out in several stages, namely model development, model testing and implementation of the learning model in the classroom as well as implementation of the BETA model through E- Learning. The BETA model can be implemented by teachers well in the classroom according to the stages of implementing the model, so that students' critical thinking abilities can be improved. It is hoped that research can be carried out on an ongoing basis to apply the BETA learning model in other schools with the aim of introducing the learning model widely in society so that it can improve students' critical thinking abilities. Developing E-Learning better so that it can reach all groups of teachers and students who use E-Learning.

Abstract

Kepemanduan wisata cagar budaya adalah salah satu program kegiatan pembelajaran sejarah yang memanfaatkan objek cagar budaya sebagai dasar implementasi kegiatannya. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini mengunakan metode ceramah, metode karya wisata, metode bimbingan, dan metode pelatihan. Materi-materi pelatihan dan pedampingan wisata cagar budaya ini berupa: Materi yang diberikan adalah dasar-dasar kepemanduan, cara menjadi pemandu wisata cagar budaya, dan objek wisata cagarbudaya yang bidsa dijadikan sebagai tempat pelatihan kepemanduan wisata cagar budaya. Dapat dijelaskan hasil observasi selama kegiatan berlangsung, bisa ditarik kesimpulan materi yang diberikan kepada peserta pelatihan dapat diterima dengan sangat baik serta respon dari peserta pelatihan sangat positif. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini antara lain 1) memahami dasar-dasar dan teknik menjadi pemandu wisata cagar budaya, 2) mengetahui dan memahami tugas dan etika pemandu wisata cagar budaya, 3) berlatih menjadi pemandu wisata cagar budaya dari tahap pembukaan cara memandu, kegiatan inti di objek wisata cagar budaya, dan penutup dalam kegiatan pemandu wisata cagar budaya, 4) mampu menjadi peemandu wisata cagar budaya dan memberikan citra diri sebagai pemandu wisata cagar budaya yang profesional.

Abstract

History Tourism adalah salah satu kegiatan proses pembelajaran sejarah yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran luar kelas. Dalam proses History Tourism mahasiswa diarahkan untuk berbaur bersama masyarakat dan melakukan pelatihan-pelatihan terkait dengan tourism objek-objek bersejarah sebagai dasar impelementasi kegiatannya. Mereka dapat belajar tentang peristiwa bersejarah, kehidupan masyarakat pada masa lampau, dan pengaruh budaya yang bertahan hingga saat ini. History tourism dapat mencakup berbagai aspek sejarah, termasuk sejarah politik, sosial, ekonomi, seni, dan arsitektur. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini antra lain, metode ceramah, metode pembelajaran luar kelas/karya wisata, metode pembimbingan, serta metode pelatihan-pelatihan. Materi-materi pelatihan History Tourism ini wisata cagar ini antara lain: History Tourism dan dasar-dasar history tourism, cara menjadi pemandu history tourism, dan objek sejarah yang bidsa dijadikan sebagai tempat kepelatihn history tourism. Dalam hasil observasinya dapat dijabarkan dan ditarik kesimpulan bahwa materi yang diberikan tentan history tourism kepada peserta pelatihan dapat diterima dengan sangat baik dan mandapatkan respon yang positif. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian dalam pelatiha history tourism ini antara lain 1) memahami apa itu history toursism serta dasar dan implementasinya, 2) mengetahui serta memahami tugas dan etika ketika melakukan kegiatan tourism khususnya pada history tourism, 3) berlatih menjadi pemandu history tourism dari tahap pembukaan cara memandu history tourism, kegiatan inti dari history tourism, 4) mampu melaksanakan kegiatan history tourism.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of character education through Pancasila student profiles as an effort to prepare Indonesia's golden generation, as well as to determine field conditions related to the implementation of project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile in schools towards the formation of student character in schools. The Pancasila student profile provides opportunities for students to experience knowledge as a process of strengthening character as well as an opportunity to learn from the surrounding environment. The used method is a literature study. This literature review is a study in the form of books, articles, references related to the idealistic foundations of education in Indonesia which can be used as a reference in the implementation of similar research. This research is also carried out to obtain valid and accurate conclusions. It is hoped that this character strengthening can be implemented as early as possible for students so it can create a golden generation with the best quality and character. However, the implementation, especially in schools, is still not optimal and requires ongoing training and mentoring.
