Abstract

During the transition of power, a phenomenon known as the lame duck session occurred, in which an official whose term of office was about to expire, and his successor had been elected. The change of leadership from an active official to a new official who has been elected based on the election results, basically creates a time gap between the day of determining the election results and the day of the inauguration of the elected officials. Problems that then arise as a result of this are the policies taken by officials who are still active at the end of their term of office, and legal uncertainty in making policies that benefit certain parties. Based on the comparisons made, the lame duck session arrangement contained in the constitutions of other countries is in the form of tightening the election schedule and the appointment of members of parliament, which is aligned with the period of the parliamentary session. The shorter the schedule, the shorter the duration of the parliamentary lame duck session. In Indonesia, setting limits on the holding of general elections, the appointment of elected members of parliament and the schedule for holding the session period need to be contained in the constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Considering that this arrangement is political in nature, if it is only stated in legislation, it will be easy for the House of Representatives to make changes in accordance with the interests of the majority of members of parliament.Keywords: lame duck session, Indonesia AbstrakPada masa transisi kekuasaan, terjadi sebuah fenomena yang dinamakan sebagai lame duck session, di mana pejabat yang masa jabatannya akan segera berakhir, dan penggantinya telah terpilih. Pergantian kepemimpinan dari pejabat yang masih aktif ke pejabat baru yang telah terpilih berdasarkan hasil pemilu, pada dasarnya menimbulkan sebuah celah waktu antara hari penetapan hasil pemilu dan hari pelantikan pejabat terpilih. Permasalahan yang kemudian muncul akibat hal tersebut adalah terhadap kebijakan-kebijakan yang diambil oleh pejabat yang masih aktif diakhir masa jabatannya, dan ketidakpastian hukum dalam pengambilan kebijakan yang menguntungkan pihak-pihak tertentu. Berdasarkan perbandingan yang dilakukan, pengaturan lame duck session yang dimuat dalam konstitusi negara-negara lain berupa pengetatan jadwal pemilu dan pengangkatan anggota parlemen, yang diselaraskan dengan masa persidangan parlemen. Semakin singkat jadwalnya, maka durasi lame duck session parlemen menjadi lebih singkat pula. Di Indonesia pengaturan batas penyelenggaraan pemilihan umum, pengangkatan anggota parlemen terpilih dan jadwal penyelenggaraan masa sidang perlu dimuat dalam konstitusi Republik Indonesia. Mengingat pengaturan ini bersifat politis, jika hanya dituangkan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan, maka Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat akan mudah untuk melakukan perubahan sesuai dengan kepentingan mayoritas anggota parlemen.Kata kunci: Periode Bebek Lumpuh; Lame Duck Session; Indonesia

Abstract

Cisantana Village, with its rich local wisdom and natural resource potential, has significant opportunities to manage waste effectively. The challenges in this village, as in other places, involve increasing waste volumes due to population growth and rapid economic activities. An approach that involves community empowerment and the integration of religious moderation can provide an effective solution. Community empowerment through programs like waste banks, which emphasize the 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), can raise awareness and encourage public participation. Furthermore, the strong religious moderation in Cisantana Village can serve as a foundation for fostering cooperation across different community groups in waste management, instilling values of tolerance, balance, and mutual respect. The Community-Based Empowerment System (SISDAMAS) method applied in this effort positions the community as key agents in problem-solving. Through program implementation that involves field observations, community involvement in finding solutions, as well as monitoring and evaluation, the waste bank program is expected to positively impact both the economy and social harmony. The integration of community empowerment and religious moderation also faces challenges, such as differences in religious understanding and practices, limited facilities, and resources. However, with a collaborative approach involving the government, private sector, and civil society organizations, these challenges can be managed. In this way, Cisantana Village can develop a more effective, inclusive, and sustainable waste management system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh manfaat, mental accounting, dan literasi keuangan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan UMKM dengan minat penggunaan dompet digital sebagai variabel Intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anak muda yang telah membeli dagangan dari pedagang UMKM Kaki Lima di wilayah Jakarta Pusat dan pedagang UMKM yang bersangkutan. Penemuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan Teknik accidental sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 87 Responden pembeli. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, Uji Validitas, Uji Realibilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Hipotesis parsial (Uji t), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan software SmartPls 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji hipotesis parsial (uji t) manfaat dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat penggunaan dompet digital, sedangkan mental accounting tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat penggunaan dompet digital. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini variabel intervening dikategorikan sedang untuk menjelaskan variabel dependen.sebesar 42,4 % dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya diluar penelitian ini. Abstract

This study aims to examine the differences between religious education at the school and university levels, focusing on the curriculum, sources of religious knowledge, and the role of media in shaping students' religious understanding. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing document analysis and interviews with students at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) in Banjarmasin. The findings reveal that university-level religious education in Islamic studies deepens students' understanding of religious concepts, emphasizing moral and spiritual aspects. The study also highlights the pivotal role of parents in instilling religious values from an early age and the significant influence of social media, with Ustadz Adi Hidayat being a popular religious figure among students. Moreover, ULM students predominantly possess a textualist scripturalist understanding of religious diversity, primarily focusing on exoteric-shariah aspects. The research contributes to discussions on the dynamics of religious education and the diverse sources shaping students' religious knowledge.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture is a form of community service carried out by students as a compulsory activity to apply the theory learned during lectures and applied in the field or community environment according to a predetermined period of time and in accordance with the Tridharma of Higher Education. One of the KKN work programs is self-acceptance psychoeducation. Self-acceptance is one of the positive attitudes towards oneself, where a person is able and willing to accept the state of self. The purpose of psychoeducation is to improve a person's ability to accept himself and improve his ability to deal with problems. The research in this service program uses the Participatory Action Research method. PAR is a research that involves the active participation of researchers in planning, implementing, and implementing actions taken with the aim of solving the problems at hand. The psychoeducational activities carried out not only explain self-acceptance but also how important it is for us to accept ourselves, especially when we are in a situation that has never been imagined before, namely serving a period of detention in a correctional institution.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze humanistic-based learning management in building an inclusive learning environment at one of Banjarmasin's multicultural madrasa educational institutions. This research used a qualitative case study approach, where researchers conducted interviews with 12 informants, consisting of madrasah leaders, teachers, and students, using purposive sampling techniques. Observations were carried out on managerial and learning activities at the madrasah, while documentation was carried out to complete various needs to strengthen the results of interviews and observations. Data analysis starts with data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion. The research results show that multicultural-based inclusive policies first form humanistic learning management. Second, humanistic-based learning management is carried out through needs analysis, policy development, harmonization of multiculturalism, and an inclusive learning environment. Third, continuous monitoring and evaluation. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of an educational approach that prioritizes humanistic, inclusive, and sustainable aspects of creating a learning environment that supports the holistic development of students from various cultural backgrounds.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji pemikiran pendidikan Islam pada masa Khulafā’ al-Rāsyidīn sebagai upaya rekonstruksi nilai-nilai dasar pendidikan Islam yang kontekstual dengan tantangan modern. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh urgensi integrasi nilai Islam dalam sistem pendidikan kontemporer yang kerap terjebak pada formalisme tanpa pembentukan karakter. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif historis dan studi pustaka, artikel ini menelaah sumber-sumber klasik dan literatur akademik mutakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing khalifah memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk sistem pendidikan Islam yang sistematis dan bernilai: Abu Bakar fokus pada keteguhan aqidah; Umar bin Khattab pada kelembagaan dan kurikulum; Utsman bin Affan pada kodifikasi Al-Qur’an; dan Ali bin Abi Thalib pada penguatan etika berpikir dan pendidikan kritis. Pemikiran pendidikan pada masa ini tidak hanya bernilai historis, tetapi juga filosofis dan aplikatif, relevan untuk menjawab krisis moral, degradasi nilai, dan keterasingan spiritual dalam pendidikan saat ini. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pemikiran pendidikan masa Khulafā’ al-Rāsyidīn menawarkan model pendidikan Islam yang holistik dan integral, sekaligus responsif terhadap realitas global. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual bagi reformulasi kurikulum pendidikan Islam yang berbasis nilai dan orientasi karakter dalam bingkai transformatif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Salaf values in literacy culture as a model of student character formation at SMP Islamic Center Bin Baz. The research stems from academic concern over the shifting meaning of literacy in Islamic educational institutions, which often emphasizes technical reading and writing skills while neglecting their moral and spiritual dimensions. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a single case study design, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings reveal that Salaf values such as sincerity (ikhlas), humility (tawadhu’), discipline, and ethical learning (adab sebelum ilmu) are effectively integrated into literacy activities through programs like “Tahsin and Tadabbur Buku” and “Majlis Qira’ah.” These practices significantly enhance students’ reading discipline, ethical conduct, and spiritual awareness. The library functions as a moral and intellectual space that cultivates exemplary behavior among students. The study concludes that literacy based on Salaf values represents a new paradigm in modern Islamic education, bridging intellectual development with moral and spiritual integrity. This research contributes a conceptual framework for developing a holistic and applicable model of religious literacy in Islamic educational settings.

Abstract

Obligatory will, occurs due to legal actions by changing religions other than Islam which causes no inheritance. But still get a chance with the provisions of the obligatory will. In this study, there was a legal conflict, namely Law no. 01 of 1974, Article 42, reads that a legitimate child is a child born in or as a result of a legal marriage. This does not see, due to other legal actions when the child is an adult by changing religions other than Islam. This is contrary to Faridh Law (law of Fiqh Inheritance), Al Qur'an Surah An Nisa verses 7 to 12. Also, Child Protection Law No. 23 of 2000, Article 42; Paragraph (2) reads that every child can make his choice if the child is wise and responsible and fulfills the requirements and procedures in accordance with the provisions of the religion he embraces and the provisions of the applicable laws. To provide a solution between these legal conflicts, a court decision regarding the obligatory will appeared, in court decision Number 204/Pdt.G/2007/Pa.Jr, which was confirmed by decision Number 263/Pdt.G2007/PTA.Sby and the decision of the Religious court Tondano Number 13Pdt/.G/2006/PA.Tdo, which was corrected by Decision Number 01/Pdt.G/2007/PTA.Mdo. This article will be examined using normative research methods, namely research that aims to obtain legal materials obtained through literature studies that are considered relevant to the subject matter. The results of this study are that boys and girls of different religions will still get an inheritance, but differences in the division of inheritance on the male side, the role of religious education functions to provide reinforcement in the values of Sakinah Mawaddah and Warahmah in the family, so religious education is needed. The conclusion of this study is that the obligatory will can provide strengthening of family values.

Abstract

Pesantren is a traditional Islamic educational institution currently facing significant pressure from globalization and modernization, which disrupt conventional values. This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by pesantren in preserving Islamic educational traditions while examining the process of shaping students' (santri) social identity amidst dynamic social changes. This research utilized a descriptive qualitative approach within Creswell’s framework. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with leaders (Kyai) and teachers, participatory observation within the pesantren environment, and documentation of curriculum transitions. The results reveal that pesantren implement a hybrid strategy by maintaining kitab kuning (classical texts) learning and the sorogan and bandongan systems as the primary spiritual foundation. Adaptation to social change is achieved through the integration of the national curriculum, digital skills training, and strengthening santri entrepreneurship. The Kyai plays a central role as a charismatic authority figure who balances authentic traditional values with the necessity of modern innovation. The social identity of santri is formed through the internalization of sincerity, simplicity, and independence, practiced collectively in daily life. The study concludes that pesantren demonstrate high resilience in maintaining their Islamic identity despite structural adjustments. The implications of this research highlight the importance of value-based education models as a reference for developing other Islamic educational institutions in facing global challenges without losing their cultural and spiritual roots.
