Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, technological innovation has become a driving force in advancing accounting practices, especially in the context of audit examinations. This paper investigates the impact and implications of using the latest technology in accounting audits, with a focus on increasing audit efficiency and effectiveness. This research shows that the integration of technologies, such as big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technology, can result in a significant transformation in the way auditors manage, analyze, and verify financial data. The success of technology in improving the quality of audit services is also related to professional ethical challenges that arise along with the development of this technology. The results of this research provide in-depth insight into how technological innovation can have a positive impact on accounting audits, forming the basis for more adaptive and efficient audit practices.

Abstract

Hospitalization is a crisis condition for every child admitted to the hospital. Separation from parents often causes significant emotional changes in children, such as anxiety. In Central Java Province, child hospitalization is 4.1% of the total population. Anxiety is a vague worry characterized by feelings of uncertainty and helplessness. Anxiety in children can arise because of something new and has never been experienced before, insecurity and discomfort, a feeling of losing something they are used to, and something that feels painful. The purpose of this study was to determine the Anxiety of Children During Infusion Installation in the Emergency Department of Purwokerto Islamic Hospital. This study is a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were pediatric patients in the Emergency Room of Purwokerto Islamic Hospital, a total of 30 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis in this study was univariate analysis. The results showed that the anxiety level of children in the Emergency Department of Purwokerto Islamic Hospital when installing infusions experienced moderate anxiety as many as 16 children (53.3%). Future researchers are advised to research interventions that can reduce children's anxiety during infusion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kreativitas peserta didik di kelas X-A SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 pada materi Bioteknologi dengan menerapkan pembelajaran Projec Based Learning (PJBL) .Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan melibatkan peserta didik sebanyak 36 orang.Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar observasi, dan tes.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas peserta didik pada siklus I dengan ketuntasan 64% dan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 83% pada siklus ke II.Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase kreativitas belajar peserta didik secara klasikal telah memenuhi standart 75% dari KKM 70. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan model Projec Based Learning (PJBL) dapat meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik kelas X-A SMA Negeri 1Ranrau Utara

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of price, service quality, products and promotions both partially and simultaneously on purchase decisions. This study selected a sample of 100 respondents using the slovin formula. The design of quantitative descriptive research uses multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing.  The results show that all variable indicators meet the requirements of the classical assumption test and have good validity. The results of hypothesis testing found that price variables do not affect purchase decisions, while service quality, product and promotion variables affect purchase decisions partially and simultaneously price variables, service quality, products and promotions affect purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study introduces a stacking technique that integrates machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) algorithms to enhance the accuracy of stock market trend predictions. The stacking model utilizes XGBoost and Random Forest as base models from the ML domain, while Logistic Regression and LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) function as meta models to optimize predictive accuracy. A significant challenge in stock market data is class imbalance, where certain trends, such as stock price drops, are underrepresented. To mitigate this, we applied the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) to generate synthetic data for the minority class. This approach helps the model better capture patterns from the underrepresented data while preserving essential information from the majority class. The implementation of SMOTE, coupled with the stacking technique, yielded a substantial improvement in prediction accuracy. The results showed that the Random Forest algorithm achieved an accuracy of 85% with precision, recall, and F1-score all at 85%, while XGBoost and Logistic Regression achieved accuracies of 82% and 81% respectively. For the deep learning models, LSTM reached an accuracy of 83%, while the Stacking Meta Model with LSTM achieved an accuracy of 83% with slightly better precision and recall at 84%. The stacking model, with Logistic Regression as the meta model, ultimately achieved the highest accuracy of 86%, outperforming individual models such as SVM (Support Vector Machine), LSTM, Random Forest, and Logistic Regression (LR). These findings demonstrate the efficacy of combining SMOTE with stacking to address data imbalance and improve stock market predictions. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of advanced ML and DL models within a stacking framework to handle class imbalance in financial datasets. Future research will explore the deployment of this model in a real-time web-based application to support investor decision-making in stock market trend analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahi dan menganalisis Pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Toko Hasanah Bakery Kampung Pajak.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Hasanah Bakery, penentuan sampel menggunakan probability sampling yang berjumlah 100 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan observasi sebagai instrumen penelitian.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dimana data diolah menggunakan SPSS 20.0 for windows. Analisis data dengan menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik berupa Normalitas, Multikolinearitas Heterokedastisitas, Regresi Linear Berganda, Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji F serta Uji Determinan Koefisien. Hasil Penilitian menujukkan bahwa Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai thitung 2,853 > ttabel 1,660 dengan taraf signifikan 0,005. Harga berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai thitung 0,421 < ttabel 1,660 dan taraf signifikan 0,675. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dengan signifikan dengan nilai thitung 2,934 > ttabel 1,660 dengan taraf signifikan 0,004.Hasil Penelitian berdasarkan Uji F secara simultan kualitas produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Dalam lanskap teknologi yang terus berkembang, ponsel pintar telah menjadi elemen penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik untuk komunikasi, hiburan, maupun produktivitas. Studi ini berfokus pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap ponsel Vivo di Rantauprapat, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Faktor-faktor yang dianalisis meliputi harga, kualitas produk, gaya hidup, dan promosi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel 100 responden yang dipilih dengan kriteria yaitu pernah membeli handphone merek vivo di Rantauprapat, dan data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa harga (X1) tetap menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Kualitas produk (X2) juga berperan penting, di mana konsumen mencari ponsel dengan performa yang baik dan daya tahan tinggi. Gaya hidup (X3) memengaruhi secara siginifikan keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, Promosi (X4) yang efektif dapa mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Melalui analisis ini, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi Vivo untuk menyesuaikan strategi pemasarannya guna memenuhi kebutuhan dan preferensi pasar lokal, serta memperkuat posisinya di pasar yang kompetitif. Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Produk, Gaya Hidup, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian.AbstractIn the ever-evolving technological landscape, smartphones have become an essential element in everyday life, both for communication, entertainment, and productivity. This study focuses on the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions for Vivo mobile phones in Rantauprapat, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The factors analyzed include price, product quality, lifestyle, and promotion. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents selected with the criteria of having purchased a Vivo brand mobile phone in Rantauprapat, and data was collected through a questionnaire survey. The results of this study found that price (X1) remains the main factor influencing purchasing decisions. Product quality (X2) also plays an important role, where consumers look for mobile phones with good performance and high durability. Lifestyle (X3) significantly influences purchasing decisions. In addition, effective promotion (X4) can influence purchasing decisions. Through this analysis, this study provides insight for Vivo to adjust its marketing strategy to meet the needs and preferences of the local market, and strengthen its position in a competitive market. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Lifestyle, Promotion, Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone di Rantauprapat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan pengambilan sampel secara acak terhadap konsumen smartphone di wilayah Rantauprapat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, di mana konsumen cenderung memilih smartphone dengan kualitas yang lebih baik. Selain itu, harga juga berperan penting, di mana konsumen mempertimbangkan harga yang kompetitif dalam memilih produk. Promosi yang efektif, seperti diskon dan iklan, turut mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dengan meningkatkan minat dan kesadaran konsumen terhadap produk. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi secara simultan berkontribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone di Rantauprapat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, harga, servicescape, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan responden sebanyak 96 orang, yang diperoleh menggunakan rumus Lemeshow karena populasi tidak diketahui secara pasti. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan meliputi uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan multikolinearitas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Servicescape juga berpengaruh secara parsial, sementara harga memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap sebagian besar keputusan konsumen. Secara keseluruhan, keputusan pembelian konsumen dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi faktor harga, kualitas produk, lingkungan layanan, dan citra merek.
