Abstract

Processing cow dung into biogas is one solution that can be offered to cattle breeders in Sekarmojo Pasuruan. This service uses a follow-up approach to the problem of utilizing cow dung waste in Sekarmojo Village as raw material for biogas production. The results of this assistance show additional value results for cattle breeders in Sekarmojo Village Pasuruan including (1) reduced air pollution from cow dung, (2) sharing biogas with neighbors, (3) having the potential for organic fertilizer from biogas slurry, (4) reducing the purchase burden. Abstract

This study describes the implementation of constructivist learning theory. This study was written based on the importance of a constructivist approach that requires active students. One way to achieve this is a constructivist approach. The research method used is field research. The results of this study conclude that the application of constructivist learning theory is applied, although in a simple way. Constructivism is a positive activity that allows students to build knowledge, find meaning in what they have learned, and relate it to their own experiences.

Abstract

This study aimed to enhance students' skills in translating narrative texts from English to Indonesian through metacognitive strategies among 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 14 Gowa. Conducted as classroom action research (CAR) over two cycles, the study involved 36 students and utilized metacognitive strategies to foster self-regulated learning. Data were collected via observations, portfolios, formative assessments, and interviews, analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. Results showed significant improvements across six translation aspects: accuracy (16.67% to 66.67%), readability (19.44% to 72.22%), cultural relevance (13.89% to 61.11%), consistency (22.22% to 77.78%), grammar (16.67% to 69.44%), and completeness (25.00% to 83.33%). Metacognitive strategies enabled students to plan, monitor, and evaluate their translation processes, enhancing their contextual understanding, cultural adaptability, and analytical skills. The study underscores the effectiveness of metacognitive approaches in improving translation competence and promoting learner autonomy, with implications for integrating such strategies into language education to address global communication challenges.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia, melalui jalur pendidikan non formal, yang dilakukan di Kabupaten Bener Meriah adalah dengan kerjasama antara pemerintah daerah, dengan seluruh Sarak Opat yang ada pada setiap Kampung. Berdasarkan observasi awal penulis, ditemukan adanya pengajian masyarakat secara rutin, yaitu untuk Bapak-Bapaknya yang dikembangkan oleh lembaga Sarak Opat Kampung Delung Tue. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1)Untuk menganalisis bentuk strategi sarak opat dalam mengelola pengajian masyarakat (studi kasus Kampung Delung Tue Kecamatan Bukit Kabupaten Bener Meriah). 2)Untuk menganalisis implementasi strategi Sarak Opat dalam mengelola pengajian masyarakat (studi kasus Kampung Delung Tue Kecamatan Bukit Kabupaten Bener Meriah). 3)Untuk menganalisis factor pendukung dan penghambat strategi sarak opat dalam mengelola pengajian masyarakat (studi kasus Kampung Delung Tue Kecamatan Bukit Kabupaten Bener Meriah). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Bentuk strategi Sarak Opat Kampung Delung Tue, dalam mengelola pengajian masyarakat adalah: a. perencanaan terdiri dari penyusunan panitia pengajian dan menyusun rencana kegiatan. b. Pelaksanaan, terdiri dari mengajak melalui kunjungan ke rumah, pemberian pengumuman di Masjid dan Menasah, dan mengajak dengan memberikan penekanan pada saat rapat desa, mewajibkan aparatur Kampung untuk mengikuti pengajian Bapak-Bapak, memberikan motivasi kepada masyarakat, dengan menyediakan fasilitas yang menarik, motivasi melalui penjelasan tentang keuntungan mengikuti pengajian, motivasi melalui penyambutan jamaah di masjid dengan senyum, salam dan sapa. c. Mengevaluasi kegiatan. 2) Impleimentasi strategi yang digunakan Sarak Opat dalam mengelola pengajian Bapak-Bapak, di Kampung Delung Tue sudah baik dan sangat efektif. Hal ini dengan melihat keberhasilan pengajian masyarakat, dengan menentukan indikator keberhasilan pengelolaan pengajian masyarakat.3) Faktor pendukung strategi Sarak Opat dalam mengelola pengajian masyarakat adalah adanya tekad yang kuat dari Sarak Opat, adanyatempat yang memadai, fasilitas yang memadai, timbulnya motivasi dalam diri masyarakat, adanya himbauan oleh Reje Kampung Delung Tue, adanya himbauan dari Bupati Bener Meriah, untuk menggalakkan pengajian bakda Magrib, dan keterlibatan Sarak Opat sebagai panitia. Sedangkan factor penghambat strategi Sarak Opat dalam mengelola pengajian masyarakat adalah listrik yang padam beberapa saat, rasa malu mengikuti pengajian karena usia yang sudah tua, jamaah yang cemas akan pencurian panen kentangnya, dan adanya pengaruh dari masyarakat yang tidak ikut pengajian.

Abstract

Non-Directive learning strategies are learning strategies that direct students to be more active and think critically in learning. Emphasizes efforts to facilitate learning, achieve personal integration and maximize students' thinking power by providing support for the spirit of religious learning. Students are trained to think across disciplines, solve every problem according to their abilities and desires and must be accountable. This way students have more space. to be creative and increase the spirit of learning. The role of the teacher as a facilitator. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research and the technique used uses interview techniques. Qualitative descriptive research produces information in the form of quality and reliable data whose authenticity can be accounted for. It can be concluded that one of the benefits of discovery learning is helping students develop their critical thinking skills. Another benefit is encouraging students' interest and curiosity in creating alternatives and solving problems as well as encouraging creativity and the development of better interpersonal skills and abilities if teachers can effectively explain how to manage, and directing students, then existing deficiencies can be corrected. Non-directive learning, the teacher only provides the main points of the assignment, which have been arranged so that with this assignment, students can carry out observations on the lesson object, analyze the facts encountered, draw conclusions about the results of their own observations, explain what has been found and compare it with other facts. Therefore, to use this non-directive learning technique successfully and efficiently, teachers must first understand the basic principles

Abstract

The pandemic that has hit all over the world is very disturbing, especially in the field of education which requires learning in schools to be sent home. the current pandemic has led schools to conduct learning through technology media. which requires teachers and students to use the best applications during online learning, due to the very concerning impact of the Covid-19 outbreak which requires students to learn from home. Online learning currently uses supportive applications so that it can be carried out well. Supporting applications in learning virtually include several application media such as: Whastapp Group features which can display videos, images and others, Google Classroom features can display a time set by the teacher to students or have a time limit so that students are more punctual, Google features Meet can show face to face without any time limit. The zoom feature can also be face-to-face online but has time and other application media limitations. therefore teachers must be careful in choosing the applications used during online learning at this time. however, there are several obstacles in conducting online learning at this time, namely the network in remote schools which results in student delays in collecting assignments online

Abstract

Children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) often have difficulty understanding abstract concepts, such as monetary values, due to limitations in executive functioning and concept generalization. This study aimed to develop and test a learning trajectory for understanding monetary values through a modified Monopoly game according to the characteristics of autistic students. The study employed a design research approach with validation type, using hypothetical and actual learning trajectory (HLT-ALT) analysis through the stages of preparation, design experiments (pilot and teaching experiments), and retrospective analysis of the data. The research subjects were eight autistic students at the junior high school level at SLB Bina Autis Mandiri, Indonesia. Data were collected through student activity sheets, observations, interviews, and documentation and then analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the learning trajectory consisting of four activities (playing modified Monopoly, recognizing the value of money, counting the number of pictorial patches of money, and adding up the value of money) effectively helped students gradually understand the concept of monetary value. Game-based activities also increased students' engagement and understanding of the material. This study contributes to a replicable and inclusive learning trajectory that integrates structured gameplay with mathematical reasoning for students with autism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the interactive educational game Baamboozle on the critical thinking skills of fourth grade elementary school students. using a quantitative approach with an experimental method (quasi-experimental) type of posttest-only control group design. The subjects of the study consisted of two groups: the experimental group (class IV A) and the control group (class IV C) each consisting of 30 students with a purposive sampling technique. The experimental group was given treatment using the Baamboozle game, while the control group used conventional learning. Validity and reliability tests were carried out using SPSS 25, with Cronbach's Alpha results of 0.801 indicating high reliability. Data analysis included normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing using independent sample t-test. The results showed a significant difference in the posttest scores between the experimental group and the control group, with a significance value of > 0.05 for the normality and homogeneity tests, the data was declared normally distributed and homogeneous with a significance level of > 0.05 and a t-count value of > t-table. These findings indicate that the interactive educational game Baamboozle has a positive and significant effect on the critical thinking skills of fourth grade students in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS). It can be concluded that digital games such as Baamboozle can increase student engagement and higher-order thinking skills in elementary education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap Kemampuan Literasi Statistik pada Materi Statistika Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 60 Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen kuasi (quasi-experimental) dengan model design One-group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes essay. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari uji paired samples test, tes kemampuan literasi statsitik kelas VIII.3 menerima hasil nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian, maka Ho ditolak. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap kemampuan literasi statistik pada materi statistika kelas VIII SMP Negeri 60 Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Karadenta Estetika Indonesia Tahun 2021 baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dengan populasi 30 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teknik angket/kuesioner yaitu dengan meminta karyawan pada PT. Karadenta Estetika Indonesia untuk mengisi angket/kuesioner yang diberikan. Dalam penelitian ini data-data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier ganda. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan, diperoleh persamaan regresi linier sederhananya adalah: (1) Y= 70,338+0,547X1 dimana Y adalah produktivitas kerja dan X1 adalah gaya kepemimpinan. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh nilai sehingga H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) pada PT.KARADENTA ESTETIKA INDONESIA tahun 2021; (2) Y= 58,554+0,794X2 dimana Y adalah produktivitas kerja dan X1 adalah lingkungan kerja. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh nilai sehingga H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) pada PT.KARADENTA ESTETIKA INDONESIA tahun 2021. Selanjutnya diperoleh persamaan regresi linier bergandanya adalah: Y = 54,824 + 0,213 X1 + 0,590 X2, kemudian untuk menguji tingkat signifikan dari garis regresi diperoleh nilai sehingga H0 ditolak. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) pada PT.KARADENTA ESTETIKA INDONESIA tahun 2021. Besarnya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada penelitian ini sebesar 24,20%. Sedangkan untuk 75,8% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti
