Abstract

One of mathematic lesson which is used in our daily life is fraction. Reside that fraction is Basic of mathematic learning. But it still difficult by students. Therefore, it is hended to develop the lesson by using PMRI-based to improve student‟s achievment. These research objectives are: (1) to find out the valid and practical lesson for fraction which is Developer by PMRI-based. (2) to know the potencial effect which is come up from developing the fraction lesson through students‟ achievement and their activity. Research methodology was used is development research which is included from analisis, design, evaluation and revision. In collecting the data was applied by using observation and test. Observation was done in order to see students‟ activity in process of learning by using PMRI-based and the best was used to measure their ability. The sample of this research was the third year students (35 Students) Primary Scholl 0f 21 Palembang in second semestre. The conclusions are (1) Prototype of the lesson which was Developer is valid, practical and had a potencial effect, (2) there was one ineffective aspect in process of learning that is finishing the problem solving or finding answer of the problem, comparing their solutions or discussing with friends and in asking aspect or in finding the questions/answers of friends/teacher and (3) the test result to measure students‟ ability (87,0). It showed that the level of students‟ ability is categorized as very good ability. Therefore, learning realistic mathematic can be used to improve students‟ achievement.DOI: 10.22342/jpm.5.2.584.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the right to education for children with special needs has been regulated in the Law, this shows that the opportunity to obtain education is a right that must be fulfilled by the state, without exception for children with special needs, one of which is autism. Autism is also called autism spectrum disorder because even though it has varying symptoms, these symptoms are under the same umbrella of problems, namely social interaction, communication and behavior. In self-development of autistic children, there are work skills which discuss recognizing the value of currency well and one of the therapies that can be done for autistic children is play therapy. The monopoly game is an alternative to introduce the value of currency to autistic students by modifying the monopoly according to the needs of autistic students. The activity was attended by 79 participants and was carried out online. At the end of the activity, participants were able to understand how to introduce the value of currency to autistic students through games using the PMRI approach. Abstract

The advancement of technology in education has led to the development of interactive and personalized learning tools. This research focuses on creating mobile learning application with multimedia and AI support to improve student engagement, motivation, and academic performance in higher education. This research aims to answer the question: How effective is an AI-based mobile learning app with multimedia support in enhancing student interactivity, motivation, and performance in higher education? The research follows the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data was collected from expert validators (media and material experts) and student feedback. A quantitative descriptive analysis was done using Likert-scale instruments to measure user experience, interactivity, motivation, and learning outcomes. The application was tested on 38 students, and their feedback was used to assess its effectiveness. The results show that the AI-based mobile learning app significantly improved student interactivity, motivation, and academic performance. The post-test results showed an average score of 81.82%, indicating an improvement in learning outcomes. Students expressed high satisfaction with the app’s interactivity, multimedia content, and personalized learning paths. The AI-driven real-time feedback contributed to a more engaging learning experience. In conclusion, the AI-based mobile learning app with multimedia support effectively enhances student engagement, motivation, and academic performance. The integration of personalized learning paths and real-time feedback makes learning more interactive and adaptive. These findings highlight the need to design future mobile learning apps that prioritize accessibility and adaptability.

Abstract

This researcher aims to produce a digital flipbook media on the Material Indonesiaku Kaya Raya which is valid and practical for fifth grad students of SD Negeri 90 Palembang. The type of research used is R&D and uses the ADDIE model which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data collction teacniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the result of the research of the digital flipbook media validator expert that wa developed, it obtained a validity level of 85,8% categorized as “Very Valid”. Then the practicality test of the teacher questionnaire response obtained a result of 93,3% categorized as “Very Practical”, the one to one student questionnaire response obtained a result of 90% categorized as “Very Practical”, the small group student v questionnaire response obtained a result of 91% categorized as “Very Practical”,and the large group student questionnaire response obtained a result of 90,1% categorized as “Very Practical”.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Babussalam Pekanbaru untuk mempelajari bahasa Inggris melalui publikasi media sosial. Siswa dapat memperkenalkan elemen-elemen budaya Melayu Riau, seperti tradisi, kesenian, dan bahasa lkal, melalui konten yang menarik di media sosial. Siswa dapat memperkenalkan elemen-elemen budaya Melayu Riau, seperti tradisi, kesenian, dan bahasa lkal, melalui konten yang menarik di media sosial. Media sosial memungkinkan interaksi antara guru dan siswa, serta antara siswa dengan teman-teman mereka. Umpan balik dari siswa dapat membantu guru dalam memperbaiki metode pengajaran dan membuat pembelajaran lebih efektif. Melalui publikasi dan diskusi di media sosial, siswa dapat menjadi duta budaya yang mampu mempromosikan budaya melayu riau ke kancah nasional hingga internasional melalui platform media sosial. Dengan cara ini, pengajaran bahasa Inggris tidak hanya menjadi sarana komunikasi, tetapi juga alat untuk melestarikan dan menghargai budaya lokal.

Abstract

This study offers a critical investigation into the epistemic and developmental implications of Qurʾānic-integrated STEM pedagogy within holistic early childhood education, as enacted in Indonesian Muslim community-based institutions. Confronting the persistent lacuna between secular STEM initiatives and culturally embedded educational imperatives, the research pursues a nuanced empirical exploration of how educators operationalize Islamic ethical and ontological constructs-rooted in Qurʾānic revelation and Islamic philosophical tradition-within science, technology, engineering, and mathematics curricula. Utilizing a qualitative phenomenological framework, the study sampled thirty-five female educators across institutional variations, employing semi-structured interviews, systematic document analysis, and non-participant classroom observations to triangulate data. Thematic analysis, conducted through iterative coding, elucidated five advanced pedagogical strategies: ritual epistemic framing, scriptural exegesis within scientific dialogue, inquiry-driven didactics, adab-infused socialization, and contemplative synthesis, each representing a locus for epistemological integration between empirical inquiry and spiritual cultivation. Empirical mapping of seven STEM activities revealed intentional alignment with Qurʾānic virtues-syukur (gratitude), amanah (accountability), khalifah (stewardship)-demonstrating their transformative agency across cognitive, psychomotor, spiritual-moral, socio-emotional, and environmental domains of child development. Synthesis of observational and participant narratives substantiated salient advances in learners’ scientific reasoning, metacognitive self-awareness, spiritual affectivity, communal solidarity, and environmental stewardship. These findings decisively extend the scholarly discourse by evidencing that Qurʾānic-integrated STEM environments do not merely impart scientific literacy, but foster learners marked by profound ethical orientation and ecological consciousness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) berbantuan media Educaplay terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP pada materi aljabar. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 3 Mendobarat dengan metode kuantitatif jenis Quasi Experimental dan desain posttest only control group. Sampel terdiri dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Data diperoleh melalui tes dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 22. Rata-rata hasil belajar kelas kontrol sebesar 61,55 (kategori baik) dan kelas eksperimen 73,64 (kategori sangat baik). Hasil uji t menunjukkan t-hitung sebesar 2,530 lebih besar dari t-tabel 2,0345 (α = 0,05), sehingga H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima. Artinya, terdapat pengaruh signifikan penggunaan model CTL berbantuan Educaplay terhadap hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

Mathematics is a tool for someone to think critically and help solve a problem. In learning mathematics using the lecture method is less effective because with this method the student's learning outcomes have not reached the maximum value. Based on this, the problem in this study is that teachers still use the lecture method so that students pay less attention to the teacher when delivering the material, the impact of which is that student learning outcomes are not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an effect of differentiation learning assisted by the Genially website on the learning outcomes of grade IV Elementary School students. The research method used was quantitative experiment. The results of the study showed that from the results of the tests that had been carried out, the average value obtained in the experimental class was 83.24 and the average value obtained in the control class was 60.16. And based on the data analysis that had been carried out using the hypothesis test, it was found that the sig value (2-tailed) of the post-test results of 0.000 was smaller than the significance level value of 0.05, so the Ho hypothesis was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that there was an effect of differentiation learning assisted by the Genially website on student learning outcomes.Mathematics is a tool for someone to think critically and help solve a problem. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the leadership style of KH. Abdullah Al-Faqir in building economic independence at Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Khairat, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan. A qualitative approach was used with techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain primary and secondary data. Data analysis was conducted in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was tested using source triangulation techniques and methods to ensure the credibility of the research results. The research results show that the leadership style of KH. Abdullah Al-Faqir is a combination of charismatic, democratic, and transformational. This leadership is able to build the loyalty of students, management, and the community, as well as empower students in managing business units. The strategy for economic independence is achieved through the arrangement of human resources based on competence, deliberation, financial transparency, and internal-external synergy. These findings affirm that adaptive and participatory charismatic leadership can serve as a model for other Islamic boarding schools in building sustainable economic independence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the errors in the use of capital letters and punctuation in descriptive paragraphs of grade 1 elementary school students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type that aims to describe the findings of errors in the use of capital letters and punctuation in students, namely by studying and analyzing data objectively according to the data found in the field. The sample of this study was class I of SD Negeri 223 Palembang. Where out of 25 students who were asked to rewrite the descriptive text given by the author, it was found that 25 students made errors in the use of capital letters and punctuation. There were 17 students who made errors in writing capital letters in the middle of a sentence, 5 students made errors in writing capital letters at the beginning of a sentence, and 3 students made errors in using capital letters in titles and place names. There were 9 errors in writing period punctuation and 16 students made errors in using comma punctuation. Based on the results of this study, it shows that there are still many students who have difficulty and do not understand the use of capital letters and punctuation correctly and in accordance with the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling (PUEBI). This can be caused because during the learning process students are still not focused on receiving information given by the teacher and students are still in the adaptation stage with learning.
