Abstract

Implementation of the independent learning campus policy is to encourage a more independent and flexible quality of learning in higher education. Only a few of the students were able to follow this development. The aims of this study is to analyze implementation of free learning prototype curriculum in blended learning to improve the quality counseling technique practice lectures for student guidance and counseling study program.This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of experiment. The population in this study were students of the Guidance and Counseling study program, who were taking the Counseling Approach course in the even semester of 2021/2022. The instrument used is a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale model. The results of the reliability test of the lecture quality instrument were 0.922. The research data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The research findings show that with the correlation obtained from the SPSS output display model summary 26.00 showing the magnitude of the hypothesis test results obtained r-count = 0.329 and r-table = 0.312 so that the results of r-count > r-table (0.329 > 0.312). This shows that there is a positive influence on the strategy of using the independent learning curriculum to improve the quality of lectures in a positive direction.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik modeling untuk meningkatkan sikap sopan santun siswa kelas VII MTs As-Shofa Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Objek didalam penelitian ini adalah siswa VII MTs As-Shofa yang berjumlah 7 orang yang memiliki sikap sopan santun yang masih rendah. Pelaksanaan layanan dilakukan dalam satu siklus layanan bimbingan kelompok. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Untuk memperoleh data dan informasi dalam penelitian ini maka dilakukan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisi data yang digunakan ialah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah diuraikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik modeling yang di terapkan di kelas VII MTs As-Shofa Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 dapat meningkatkan sikap sopan siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan layanan konseling individual dengan teknik self instruction untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas VII Mts Al-Manaar Pulu Raja tahun pembelajaran 2022/2023. Subjek didalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII Mts Al-Manaar Pulu Raja yang berjumlah 4 orang dan mengalami masalah yang memiliki kepercayaan diri yang rendah. Untuk memperoleh data dan informasi dalam penelitian ini maka dilakukan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisi data yang digunakan ialah reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan. Penerapan layanan konseling individual dengan self instruction pada siswa kelas VII Mts Al-Manaar Pulu Raja ternyata berhasil secara efektif naik secara signifikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan adanya perubahan pada diri siswa dalam kondisi kepercayaan diri siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Teknik Desensitisasi Sistematis untuk Meminimalisir Kecemasan Berbicara di Depan Umum Pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP Prima Tembung Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Objek didalam penelitian ini adalah siswa VII SMP Prima Tembung yang berjumlah 3 orang yang mengalami kecemasan berbicara di depan umum. Pelaksanaan layanan dilakukan dalam 2 kali pertemuan. Pelaksanaan penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Untuk memperoleh data dan informasi dalam penelitian ini maka dilakukan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisi data yang digunakan ialah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah diuraikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi teknik desensitisasi sistematis untuk meminimalisir kecemasan berbicara di depan umum pada siswa Kelas VII SMP Prima Tembung Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 dapat menurunkan kecemasan saat berbicara di depan umum.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of group tutoring services with assertive content on bullying behavior in class X students at SMK Negeri 3 Panyabungan. The type of research used in this research is experimental research by providing activities to the guidance of the experimental group. The researcher used 10 students as samples in this research. This research uses IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Based on the results of the t test, it can be seen that the significance level is 0.05 with a probability of 1-α and degrees of freedom dk = n-k= 10-1=9, so from the t table we get t = 2.262. Thus tcount>ttable (10.713 > 2.262) or Sig .000 < 0.05. Where the sig (2-tailed) value is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Ha was accepted because of the differences between the two tests.

Abstract

Learning difficulties are a condition of students where the learning process is characterized by obstacles in achieving learning outcomes, so it is a condition where students cannot learn properly. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The main goal is to understand social phenomena and make complete observations, so that researchers can develop a deep and complete understanding. The descriptive analysis method is carried out by describing the facts which are then followed by analysis, not just explaining it, but also providing sufficient understanding and explanation. Group tutoring is an activity in a group setting that utilizes group dynamics. In their activities there is interaction with each other to express opinions, provide suggestions and respond. Group guidance activities provide information related to the topics discussed to help individuals achieve optimal development.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide information related to the topic of development in children which includes physical and mental aspects. One aspect of mental development in children is language development. From an early age, children's language skills must be trained and honed properly because when used as a tool, it is basically an expression of thoughts and feelings that are carried out well, because with language people can know their needs well. Children learn language like they learn other things, namely by imitating and repeating the words used by adults. The research technique used in writing this article is literature study, namely by researching and understanding books, documents or other written sources that are relevant and support the study of language development which is supported by clarification of survey results and random field observations in Medan City. Language development in early childhood must be stimulated from an early age because the role of language is very important for human life in interacting with each other. Factors that influence language development: 1) Health, 2) Intelligence, 3) Social status, 4) Gender, 5) Family relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of relational cultural therapy in improving the multicultural competence of students specifically in guidance and counseling study program students as prospective BK/counselor teachers who will provide services to clients who have different cultural backgrounds. This study uses a quantitative type with a pretest-posttest group design. The subjects of this study were 40 students at FKIP UMSU who needed to receive the latest training on multicultural competence. The analysis used was product moment correlation and produced a correlation coefficient of 0.981 which concluded that rational cultural therapy training provided a significant increase in students' multicultural competence

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah bagaimana penerapan konseling individual dengan menggunakan teknik Self Talk untuk mengurangi kecemasan berkomunikasi siswa kelas X SMA Budi Agung Medan. Objek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 2 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian melalui observasi dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa masih ada siswa yang mengalami kecemasan berkomunikasi seperti gugup pada saat berbicara atau berinteraksi dengan orang lain dan tidak percaya kepada diri, setelah diberikan layanan konseling individual dengan teknik self talk kepada siswa kecemasan berkomunikasi siswa perlahan akan berkurang dan akan menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of culture in the relationship between clients and counselors in the context of adaptation counseling. Using a qualitative approach, this study explores how cultural differences affect the counseling process and client adaptation in cultural diversity. The method used in this study is a literature review method. The results of the study indicate that understanding and recognizing cultural differences in counselor-client relationships can increase the effectiveness of counseling. This article also discusses practical implications for counseling practitioners in promoting more inclusive and culturally sensitive practices.
