Abstract

This community service aims to foster entrepreneurship spirit the pandemic situation in PKK Kel. Cipinang Melayu group. As the things Issues raised how to start a business with good managemen. The method used in the implementation of this service is carried out in several activities, namely (a). The Preparation Phase includes: (1). Initial survey (2) Consolidation and determination of target locations, (3). Preparation to sosialitations of materials / materials. The results of this activity can later be beneficial for to PKK Kel. Cipinang Melayu group, in starting entrepreneurship with a good mangement approach in a pandemic situation.

Abstract

Increasing Human Resources Towards MSME Independence through Quality Education in Realizing Sustainable Development Goals in Ciwalat Village, District. Pabuaran, Kab. Sukabumi. This service was carried out on Sunday, June 2 2024, which was attended by 20 students and 6 supervisors from Pamulang University. The general aim of this community service activity is to socialize that the way to achieve MSME independence and improve human resources is through quality education so that sustainable development can be achieved in Ciwalat Village. The methods used are survey methods and direct delivery of material as well as simulations and discussions regarding management, HR management, marketing of MSME products. This service activity succeeded in providing understanding to the community, especially the importance of quality education in improving human resources and developing MSMEs in an effort towards sustainable development.

Abstract

This community service activity is entitled “Application of Human Resource Management in Improving Worker Competencies in the Digital Age at the KEDU EMAS Starter MSME Group in Kelapa Dua District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province”. This activity was carried out on Sunday, July 14, 2024 and was attended by 22 students and 6 Pamulang University assistant lecturers. The general objective of this community service activity is the application of human resource management knowledge to improve competencies in the current digital era in KEDU EMAS MSMEs, Kelapa Dua District. The methods applied include surveys, direct material delivery, as well as consultation and discussion regarding the application and management of human resources. This community service activity succeeded in providing an understanding to KEDU EMAS MSME players regarding the management, training and development of human resources in an effort to develop community businesses in Kelapa Dua District.

Abstract

This service is entitled Recruitment and HR performance assessment at the ISM Karya Sinar Bahari Cooperative, Tangul Jaya Village, Banten Subdistrict, Kasemen District, Serang City, Banten Province. This service was carried out on Saturday, August 3 2024, which was attended by 22 students and 1 supervisor at Pamulang University. This Community Service aims to analyze the recruitment process and performance assessment of human resources (HR) at the ISM Karya Sinar Bahari Cooperative, Tanggul Jaya Village, Banten Village, Kasemen District, Serang City, Banten Province. The ISM Karya Sinar Bahari Cooperative is an economic institution that plays an important role in improving the welfare of its members and the surrounding community. However, the main challenge faced is how to recruit quality human resources and carry out performance assessments effectively to ensure the achievement of cooperative goals. This Community Service uses survey methods and direct material delivery as well as simulations and discussions regarding management, financial management and product marketing via WhatsApp Business. This Community Service activity succeeded in providing understanding to ISM Karya Sinar Bahari Cooperative Members regarding Recruitment and performance assessment, Financial Management and Product marketing via business WhatsApp social media. In this way, it is hoped that this cooperative can improve the quality of its human resources and, in turn, strengthen its competitiveness and contribution to the welfare of its members and society.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis Kompetensi Guru dan Kinerja di SMK sirojul Falah Parung Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 72guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan, Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi product moment didapatkan nilai rxy sebesar 0,615 dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari pada t tabel (6,428 > 1,995), yang artinya terdapat pengaruh positif yang kuat dan signifikan antara kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru pada SMK Sirajul Fallah Parung. Dengan nilai koefisien korelasi product moment sebesar 0,615 dan koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar (r² x 100% = 37,7%), yang artinya kontribusi kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru pada SMK Sirajul Fallah Parung yakni sebesar 37,7% dan sisanya (100% - 37,7% = 62,3%) kinerja guru pada SMK Sirajul Fallah Parung dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang belum diteliti.sedangkan nilai regresi linier sederhana adalah y=12,275+0,6397X, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata Kunci :Kompetensidan Kinerja Guru

Abstract

ABSTRAK            Adapun tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Ophir Energy Jakarta. Penulisan ini dilakukan untuk mempermudah pembaca dalam mencari literature Lingkungan  kerja  pada PT. Ophir Energy Jakarta sudah cukup  baik, karena perusahaan sudah berupaya memberikan penerangan yang cukup diruangan  kerja. Motivasi kerja pada PT. Ophir Energy Jakarta sudah cukup  karena karyawan selalu bekerja keras dalam menjalankan tugas dan pekerjaannya  metode Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun data yang dipergunakan berupa data primer yaitu menggunakan populasi sebesar 150 dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 60,dengan penyebaran (kuisioner)Hasil penelitian Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja kayawan pada PT. Ophir Energy Jakarta dinyatakan memiliki kaitan yang erat dan signifikan, hal tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,879, koefisien determinan sebesar 77,27%, persamaan regresi sebesar Y = 5,5456 + 1,2357 - 0,477, dan t-hitung > t-tabel 0,1 (df=57), yaitu 29,19 >1,672 sehingga Ho ditolak, yang juga berarti Ha diterima Kata Kunci: Lingkungan, Motivasi, dan Produktivitas

Abstract

This research aims to 1) To determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on the quality of human resources. 2) To determine and analyze the influence of work motivation on the quality of human resources. 3) To determine and analyze the influence of discipline on the quality of human resources. 4) To determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance. 5) To determine and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance. 6) To determine and analyze the influence of discipline on employee performance. 7) To determine and analyze the influence of the quality of human resources on the performance of Secretariat General Wantannas employees. The research method used in this research is a descriptive-quantitative statistical method using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software ver 3.2.8 with the PLS Analysis model. The population in this study was 140 people. In this research, the sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Thus, the number of saturated samples used was 100 respondents. The results of this research show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Transformational Leadership on the Quality of Human Resources. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on the quality of human resources. 3) There is a significant and significant influence of discipline on the quality of human resources. 4) There is a significant and significant influence of Transformational Leadership on Performance. 5) There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on performance. 6) There is a positive and significant influence of discipline on performance. 7) There is a significant and significant influence on the quality of human resources on performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT PLN. Quantitative research methods were used, with 85 respondents selected through sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using instrument tests, classical assumptions, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing with SPSS 26. The results show that motivation and discipline have a significant effect on the performance of PT.PLN employees. Simultaneously, both positively and significantly impact employee performance, with a coefficient of determination reaching 60.9%, while other factors influence 39.1%. The research concludes that motivation significantly increases employee productivity and performance at PT. PLN. Management can design motivation programs, such as financial incentives, career development, training, or work environment improvement. Discipline also has a positive effect, so it is necessary to develop policies that support and increase employee discipline levels through training and an effective reward and sanction system. Furthermore, the findings show that the combination of discipline and motivation positively impacts employee work results. Therefore, management needs to consider these two aspects to improve overall performance. Development programs that support discipline and motivation can be an effective strategy for achieving company performance goals.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian nasional, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam hal peningkatan kinerja dan profitabilitas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran strategi kepemimpinan kolaboratif dalam mendorong kinerja dan profit UMKM. Kepemimpinan kolaboratif menekankan pada partisipasi, komunikasi terbuka, dan kerja sama antara pemimpin dengan seluruh anggota tim serta pihak eksternal seperti mitra usaha dan komunitas. Melalui pendekatan studi literatur dan studi kasus terpilih, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penerapan kepemimpinan kolaboratif mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih adaptif, inovatif, dan responsif terhadap perubahan pasar. Hasilnya, UMKM yang mengadopsi gaya kepemimpinan ini menunjukkan peningkatan dalam produktivitas, loyalitas karyawan, serta pertumbuhan laba usaha. Strategi ini juga mendorong integrasi jaringan dan sumber daya yang lebih optimal, sehingga UMKM dapat lebih kompetitif dan berkelanjutan di tengah tantangan globalisasi dan digitalisasi.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan kegiatan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah milik perorangan ataupun sekelompok badan usaha yang bertujuan untuk memperluas lapangan kerja, meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, menumbuhkan perekonomian suatu daerah, dan pemerataan pembangunan. Selama berjalannya sebuah UMKM, terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi salah satunya berupa ketiadaan strategi proses rekrutmen dan seleksi yang tepat guna memperoleh sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan berkualitas. Sedikit diketahui bahwa penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia sebenarnya menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas UMKM. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berfokus dalam meningkatkan pemahaman para pelaku UMKM di Perumahan Bukit Rivaria, Kelurahan Bedahan, Kecamatan Sawangan, Kota Depok terutama dalam menyusun strategi rekrutmen dan seleksi tenaga kerja yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan, pelatihan, diskusi, dan pendampingan UMKM. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kesadaran pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya proses rekrutmen dan seleksi berbasis kompetensi. Para pelaku usaha juga mulai mengambil tindakan korektif terhadap sistem kerja yang ada dan menerapkan pendekatan rekrutmen yang lebih profesional. Strategi ini berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, menurunkan turnover, dan memperkuat daya saing usaha.
