Abstract

Demokrasi dapat dilihat dari dua persoalan, yakni persoalan negara dengan masyarakat atau pemerintah dengan rakyat. Yang mana sebetulnya demokrasi dibuat dan dirumusakn sebagai suatu pemerintahan rakyat. Demokrasi dalam hal baik atau buruk adalah masalah kekuasaan, namun yang didambakan oleh demokrasi yang baik yaitu dapat berperilaku jujur, adil dalam pemerintahan. Pondok pesantren adalah suatu lembaga non formal yang memberikan kontribusi adanya perdamaia, namun untuk mewujudkan perdamaian tersebut perlu proses mulai dari perencanaan, implementasi sampai kepasa evalusi yang panjang.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Microbiology Laboratory of UIN Walisongo Semarang to identify and analyze the catalase enzyme in rhizosphere bacteria around the Laboratory of Campus 2 of UIN Walisongo Semarang. This research was carried out in several stages, namely isolation of rhizosphere bacteria, characterization of rhizosphere bacteria, gram staining of rhizosphere bacteria, and catalase test of rhizosphere bacteria. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique. The results showed that 9 isolates of rhizosphere bacteria produced catalase enzyme in the presence of gas bubbles when reacted with H2O2.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the STAD type cooperative learning strategy model on preschool physics education. On the one hand, surveys are conducted in the online library research process, and on the other hand, information is collected by browsing through magazines, books and based on the research conducted. The results show the effectiveness of the STAD cooperative learning strategy in high school physics education could improve students' cooperative abilities and interactive abilities between students. Teachers can actively activate and develop students' unique skills. Another effect is the achievement of academic achievement increases compared to before.Keywords: Cooperative Learning, STAD Model, Learning, Strategy

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran Gus Dur dan Gusdurian dalam memperjuangkan hak-hak minoritas umat beragama, terutama Etnis Tionghoa. Saat itu etnis tersebut mendapat perlakuan kurang mengenakkan dan membatasi ruang gerak mereka. Artikel ini memiliki beberapa tujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika kehidupan antar umat beragama di Kota Semarang terkenal dengan dengan warganya yang heterogen dan bermacam-macam. Bagaimana kehidupan Etnis Tionghoa sebelum dan saat kepemimpinannya. Penelitian ini juga membahas pemikiran Gus Dur. Mengapa ia begitu kekeh membela kaum tionghoa. Saat Gus Dur menjabat presiden ia mengeluarkan berbagai kebijakan, salah satunya ialah kebijakan untuk membela kaum Tionghoa. Kemudian bagaimana perjuangan Gus Dur setelah ia wafat, dan tenyata muncul Komunitas Gus Durian bertujuan meneruskan perjuangan Gus Dur serta membangkitkan semangat bertoleransi ditengah perbedaan-perbedaan diera sekarang. Penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data Observasi dan Studi Lapangan, dengan wawancara ke lokasi narasumber. Narasumber penelitian ini yaitu tokoh-tokoh komunitas lintas agama, perwakilan kaum tionghoa, perwakilan Gus Durian, dan lainnya. Setelah melakukan penelitian, penulis berkesimpulan bahwa Gus Dur memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar bagi keberlangsungan kehidupan bangsa Indonesia khususnya dalam hal pemerataan hak asasi manusia. Pemikirannya mampu membawa bangsa Indonesia menjalani kehidupan yang lebih baik dibanding sebelumnya, hal itu dirasakan sampai keseluruh penjuru negeri tak terkecuali ibukota Jawa Tengah yaitu Semarang. Semarang merupakan salah satu kota di Indoenesia yang terkenal dengan masyarakatnya yang beragam keyakinan, etnis, bahasa, dan budaya. Banyak yang terinspirasi darinya sampai muncullah Komunitas Gusdurian yang memiliki visi sama dengan beliau.

Abstract

Higher-Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) is a skill that every individual needs to be able to solve problems quickly, critically, and logically. The condition of HOTS in Indonesia is still low. This study aims to create and assess the feasibility of E-module biology based on POGIL on viral and bacterial materials. This study uses the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate but is limited to the Development stage. The product trial sample on 42 science students of grade X was taken randomly. The validation results from media experts, POGIL experts, material experts, HOTS experts, and biology teachers, namely, 83.3%, 85%, 82.5%, 86.2%, and 88.6%. The overall results from the expert validation are of very decent quality. The student's responses regarding the E-module based on POGIL on the virus and bacteria material obtained a mark of 85.3%, which included the very decent category. E-module is a feasible type to be applied as a learning resource for X senior high school grades.

Abstract

Women are the group that receives double impacts than men in disaster situations, including the Covid-19 pandemic. On the other hand, women have bigger potentials to participate in the implementation of the Covid-19 pandemic disaster management. This article explores women's resilience initiatives in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic disaster situation. This study used a descriptive narrative method to explain the initiative of the women community assisted by LRC-KJHAM in Central Java, Indonesia. The results showed that the women's community through the feminist participatory action (FPA) took the initiative and adaptive activities during the Covid-19 pandemic, including through education consist online discussions, counseling and campaigns and promote economic empowerment such as online markets, MSMEs, health protocol equipment, women's planting movements). In this article,  Feminists Participatory Action means the collection of some actions which is based on the data collected by vulnerable women and following by distributing some actions as part of their social assistance, such as through the provision of temporary shelters for women victims of domestic violence during the pandemic.
