Abstract

Pengaruh sumber daya manusia terhadap kualitas pelayanan di hotel Bunda Bukittinggi. baik pegawai kontrak maupun pegawai tetap berjumlah 31 pegawai. Kemudian sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi dengan menggunakan metode sensus, artinya seluruh populasi adalah sampel. Kemudian instrumen penelitian diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sebelum dilakukan uji regresi linier berganda, asumsi klasik diuji dengan normalitas, linieritas, multikolinearitas dan sebagainya. tentang Kualitas Pelayanan di Hotel Bunda Bukittinggi. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Hotel Bunda Bukittinggi. Kata Kunci: Sumber Daya Manusia, Kualitas Pelayanan, Karyawan

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the quality of service at Bunda Bukittinggi hotel in terms of hotel facilities. The population in this study were all employees at Hotel Bunda Bukittinggi, both contract employees and permanent employees, totaling 31 employees. Then the sample in this study was the entire population using the census method, which means that the entire population was sampled. Then test the research instrument with validity test and reliability test. Before the multiple linear regression test is carried out, the classical assumption test is carried out by testing normality, linearity, multicollinearity and so on. From the results of multiple linear regression tests, the results show that hotel facilities have a positive and significant effect on Service Quality at Hotel Bunda Bukittinggi both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect so that all hypotheses proposed can be accepted.  Keywords: Service quality, Facilities, Hotel.

Abstract

Harau Valley is located between two hills namely, Bukit Jambu and Bukit Rengkok. Harau is one of the beautiful and amazing natural attractions with small hills, stretches of rice fields, waterfalls, rivers, cliffs and natural baths. In Harau there are also several homestays with comfortable lodgings and beautiful views, one of the homestays is Dangau Pittosa. Moreover, at the Harau tourist attraction there are various types of tourist attractions that invite many domestic and foreign tourists. This study aims to find out what potential can be developed in the Harau Valley tourist attraction and what is the impact of the Harau Valley tourism development on people's income in the Harau Valley tourist area. The research methods used are observation, interviews and library research. Where the results of the study show that the potential that can be developed is natural potential, homestays and cafes. The impact of homestays for the community is that they can improve the economy because the presence of homestays and cafes can increase visitors to Harau tourist attractions, jobs, Memories in Sapta Pesona, and introduce and spread Minangkabau culture and customs to domestic and foreign visitors.Keywords: Harau Valley, tourist attraction, homestay

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to identify appropriate development strategies for the Tambasa tourist attraction located in Nagari Guguak Malalo, South Batipuh District, Tanah Datar Regency. This tourist attraction has great potential in terms of natural beauty, a strategic location on the shores of Lake Singkarak, and a sharia-based tourism concept. However, several obstacles have been identified in its management, such as limited public facilities, untrained human resources, and minimal promotion. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the SWOT method to formulate effective development strategies. The results of the study indicate that strategies are needed to strengthen digital promotion, add facilities such as a prayer room, public toilets, and a playground, train HR, and enhance cooperation with the local community and other tourism stakeholders. With these strategies, the Tambasa tourist attraction is expected to develop sustainably and make a positive contribution to the local economy.  Keywords: Development strategy, Tambasa tourism, SWOT, sustainable tourism
