Abstract

This study examines the influence of the government’s internal control system, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at the Lampung Provincial Transportation Office. This type of research is tentative primary data. The population of all employees at the Lampung Provincial Transportation Office and 60 samples used the purposive sampling method. The data collection method used was a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis method is multiple regression analysis. This study’s findings were that the government’s internal control system and the work environment had a significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline had no effect on employee performance. While employee performance from an Islamic perspective, Islam views work as part of worship and jihad if work is consistent with Allah’s regulations and must be accompanied by good work management as well.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to convey information about community service programs that focus on preventing bullying among students at SDN 1 Pekon Balak. This socialization is designed as an educational effort to prevent students from becoming victims or perpetrators of bullying. The methods used in this activity include delivering material through lectures or socialization sessions. The output of this activity is an increase in students' understanding of the types of bullying, its causes, its impacts, and how to reduce bullying behavior. This activity also succeeded in encouraging students to develop self-control and practice positive habits in the family, school, and community environments.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of tax allocation, profit persistence and profit growth on profit quality partially and simultaneously in manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The number of participants in this study was 55. The data analysis used is panel data regression using the E-Views 12 application. The results of this study show that partially the tax allocation variable (X1), earnings persistence (X2), and profit growth (X3) do not affect earnings quality (Y). Then, the research results show that simultaneously, tax allocation (X1), profit persistence (X2), and profit growth (X3) do not have a significant effect on profit quality. This research provides insight into managing manufacturing companies listed with JII to pay more attention to tax allocation, maintain profit stability, and ensure healthy profit growth. This is important to improve the quality of profits that can be trusted by investors and other stakeholders. Then, profits from a Sharia accounting perspective are allowed according to feasibility, fairness and impartiality principles and must not be infected by the influence of bias that should not occur.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian pada jurnal ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh desentralisasi fiskal, investasi dan jumlah tenaga kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Lampung dalam perspektif islam. Metode pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yaitu secara kuantitatif, data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diambil dari website resmi BPS Provinsi Lampung. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel desentralisasi fiskal berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, variabel investasi berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan variabel jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa desentralisasi fiskal, investasi dan jumlah tenaga kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Lampung. Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan salah satu indikator krusial dalam analisis ekonomi makro. Dalam perspektif yang lebih luas, pertumbuhan ekonomi mencerminkan bagaimana aktivitas ekonomi yang dapat membawa perubahan pada struktur sosial masyarakat yang akan membantu peningkatan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan. Selain itu, dalam perspektif islam pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan faktor produksi yang berkelanjutan dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat baik dari segi kesejahteraan materi maupun rohani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki pengamatan mengenai implementasi green economy dalam pengelolaan sektor pariwisata yang berada di Kota Bandar Lampung,yaitu objek wisata Wiragarden,Lengkung Langit,dan Bukit Sakura. Dimana dalam implementasinya berpengaruh pada lingkuan sekitar, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar yang terpengaruh. Mengkaji kemampuan dalam implementasi green economy upaya dalam mewujudkan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dengan tujuan akhir menunjang kondisi yang ramah lingkungan ,Menguak elemen-elemen yang bisa terjalin kala melakukan ekonomi hijau dalam upaya mewujudkan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dengan tujuan akhir membuat sektor paiwisata yang mebuat praktik-praktiknya yang ramah lingkungan serta meningaktan potensi pembangunan berkelanjutan.Keterkaitan gagasan pelaknasaan ekonomi hijau dengan gagasan fiqih lingkungan yang berdasarkan Al-Quran dan hadis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu metode kulaitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sektor pariwisata di kota bandar lampung yaitupada objek pariwisata Wira garden, Lengkung Langit, dan Bukit Sakura telah menerapkan beberapa prinsip green economy dalam pengelolaan objek wisata yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam mewujudkan pembangunan bewawasan lingkungan dengan faktor-faktor penunjang dan penghambat didalamnya. Abstract

In this era of globalization, the internet has become a daily necessity, with all activities related to smartphones and the internet. This research aims to examine the influence of company reputation, e-social influence, and e-trust on donation decisions in the dhuafa wallet application, focusing on Gen Z in Bandar Lampung City. This study aims to determine how these factors affect donation decisions. The theory used in this research is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The method employed is a quantitative descriptive approach, with a sample size of 100 Gen Z individuals in Bandar Lampung City, calculated using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, and data processing was performed using SmartPLS 4. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that company reputation does not affect donation decisions, while e-social influence and e-trust have a significant impact on donation decisions.

Abstract

This work aims to analyze the influence of inflation, exchange rate, and rubber production on the volume of Indonesian rubber exports in the perspective of Islamic economics. Indonesia is one of the largest rubber producing countries in the world, with the rubber sector playing an important role in the national economy. Natural rubber commodity not only contributes to the country's revenue through export foreign exchange, but also absorbs large amounts of Labor and supports the downstream industry sector based on rubber raw materials. The work was conducted using panel data from ten major rubber-producing provinces in Indonesia during 2014 to 2023. The analysis method used is panel data regression with common effect, fixed effect, and random effect approaches. The outcomes showed that partially and simultaneously, the three independent elements have a significant influence on the volume of rubber exports. In the Islamic economic perspective, economic stability and Justice of distribution are important cornerstones in understanding the dynamics of export trade. This examination contributes to policy making that is fair and in accordance with Sharia principles in the management of Indonesia's export sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan mengenai kemiskinan dan pengangguran di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menggunakan 17 Kabupaten/Kota yang mengalami fluktuatif sejak 9 tahun terakhir yaitu dari tahun 2015 hingga 2023 yang mempengaruhi terjadinya fluktuatif pula pada pertumbuhan ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kemiskinan dan pengangguran berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 9 tahun sejak tahun 2015 hingga 2023 menggunakan 17 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Sampel yang digunakan metode sampel jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data panel yang diolah menggunakan Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemiskinan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pengangguran tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kemiskinan dan pengangguran berpengaruh simultan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Dalam perspektif Islam, pembangunan sektor pertanian yang ada di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, pertumbuhan ekonomi yang ada di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan seharusnya dapat dikelola dengan baik oleh masyarakat dan perlu adanya dukungan dari Pemerintah untuk mengembangkannya.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of Islamic work ethics and emotional intelligence on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Islamic work ethic, which prioritizes the values of honesty, responsibility, and discipline, is expected to increase employee job satisfaction. In addition, emotional intelligence, which includes the ability to manage the emotions of self and others, plays an important role in creating a positive work environment and supporting job satisfaction. Organizational commitment is a factor that strengthens the relationship between Islamic work ethics and emotional intelligence to job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods on employees in CV. Mantra Puyang Archipelago. The results showed that Islamic work ethics and emotional intelligence have a significant influence on job satisfaction, both directly and through organizational commitment. These findings make an important contribution to companies in designing policies that integrate Islamic values and the development of emotional intelligence to improve employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The regency/city Human Development Index in Lampung Province grew slowly in 2017-2021. Lampung Province ranks lowest of the ten provinces on the island of Sumatra in 2021, even though government spending in the education sector and per capita income continue to increase while the percentage of poor people has decreased relatively. This research aims to determine the effect of government spending on the education sector, per capita income and poverty on the HDI of regencies/cities in Lampung Province and to explain HDI from an Islamic economic perspective. The data sources were obtained from the Central Agency of Statistics and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance in 2017-2021. Panel data regression was used to analyze the data in this study. The results showed that partial government expenditure in the education sector and poverty had a significant effect on the HDI of regencies/cities in Lampung Province, while per capita income had no significant effect on the HDI of regencies/cities in Lampung Province.
