Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan sekolah, dan komunikasi guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa secara simultan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam golongan asosiatif kausalitas. Digolongkan asosiatif karena penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antar variable yang di teliti. Dikategorikan kausalitas, karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variable-variabel yang di amati mempunyai hubungan sebab akibat tertentu seperti yang diduga secara teoritis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan: 1) Lingkungan sekolah memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa secara parsial; 2) Komunikasi guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa secara parsial; 3) Lingkungan sekolah dan komunikasi guru siswa memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa secara simultan.

Abstract

The halal certification obligation for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products that has been set by the government through the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) originally took effect in October 2024, now it has been extended until October 2026. However, most MSME actors, including KUBE Mega Buana in Tangkit Baru Village, Muaro Jambi Regency, are not ready to fulfill these obligations due to a lack of understanding of the certification process, limited information, and cost constraints. This service program aims to provide education and assistance to KUBE Mega Buana members to understand the importance of halal certification, know the mechanism and stages of submission, and be able to prepare the required documents independently. The approach is carried out through halal literacy training, registration simulations through the BPJPH siHalal system, and the preparation of a simple halal product management system. The results of the activity showed an increase in the understanding of KUBE Mega Buana members about halal certification obligations, the ability to identify products that must be certified, and administrative readiness in the process of applying for halal certification. This program contributes to increasing halal awareness, strengthening the competitiveness of Tangkit's typical pineapple processed products, and the readiness of MSMEs to face the implementation of mandatory halal in 2026.

Abstract

Tangkit Jambi's distinctive pineapples have great potential as raw materials for value-added processed products. However, limitations in processing technology and business management in accordance with halal principles hinder the development of these products. This proposal aims to optimize halal-based pineapple processing through the empowerment of KUBE Mega Buana, with training in processing, halal certification, and marketing of halal products. The targeted outcomes are high-quality halal pineapple processed products, KUBE members who are competent in sharia business management, and the formation of a halal MSME ecosystem in Tangkit. This activity supports the development of a fair, sustainable, and empowering sharia economy for the local community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of halal knowledge, brand image, and price on the decision to purchase YOU cosmetics among studentsat the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi. The research method used is quantitative. The data source used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire using a 1-5 Likert scale with 90 respondents, namely students who use YOU cosmetics at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi, actively in 2025. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing was conducted using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that the brand image and price variables have a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of YOU cosmetics among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi, while the halal knowledge variable at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi, while the halal knowledge variable does not influence the decision to purchase YOU cosmetics. YOU Beauty is a local Indonesian cosmetics brand known for offering high-quality beauty products at affordable prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Halal Production Process (HPP) and strategies that can be applied in its implementation at Warung Pempek Lita Puri Masurai II, Muaro Jambi. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the SWOT analysis method. The results show that Warung Pempek Lita has applied halal principles in every stage of production, including raw material selection, processing, packaging, and distribution. Furthermore, the SWOT analysis identified four strategies to strengthen the implementation of HPP in order to increase consumer trust: (1) SO Strategy (Strength-Opportunities): strengthening product image by highlighting the use of fresh ingredients without preservatives and maintaining a clean, independent production process; (2) WO Strategy (Weakness-Opportunities): applying for training and mentoring from halal institutions such as MUI or LPPOM to enhance the owner’s knowledge of halal standards and the Halal Assurance System (SJPH); (3) ST Strategy (Strength-Threats): educating consumers that pempek is produced independently and carefully in accordance with halal principles to foster customer loyalty despite tight competition; (4) WT Strategy (Weakness-Threats): separating the production kitchen from the household kitchen, even in a simple form, as a commitment to halal principles and improved production hygiene..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik kerjasama bagi hasil peternakan ayam broiler Sri Wahyuni di Desa Sungai Duren dan menganalisis kesesuaian implementasi akad kerjasama peternakan ayam broiler dengan akad musyarakah, serta Menemukan kendala dan tantangan dalam penerapan akad kerjasama ayam broiler di Desa Sungai Duren serta memberikan solusi/upaya untuk mengatasinya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan metode lapangan (field research). data yang dikumpulkan dan diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi akad kerjasama ayam broiler di Desa Sungai Duren menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama antara peternak dan perusahaan telah berjalan melalui akad musyarakah. Dalam skema ini, perusahaan menyediakan sarana produksi seperti DOC, pakan, dan obat-obatan, sementara peternak bertanggung jawab atas pemeliharaan dan pengelolaan ayam. Implementasi akad kerjasama peternakan ayam broiler dengan akad musyarakah menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akad ini secara umum telah memenuhi prinsip-prinsip syariah yang diharapkan. Dalam kerjasama ini, pembagian modal, keuntungan, dan risiko dilakukan secara adil antara perusahaan dan peternak. Kendala dan tantangan dalam penerapan akad kerjasama ayam broiler di Desa Sungai Duren meliputi beberapa aspek utama. Pertama, kurangnya pemahaman peternak tentang konsep akad syariah, khususnya akad musyarakah, menjadi hambatan utama dalam kerjasama ini. Kedua, fluktuasi harga pasar yang tidak stabil seringkali menimbulkan ketidakpastian dalam pendapatan peternak. Ketiga, kualitas DOC (Day Old Chick) yang rendah juga mempengaruhi hasil produksi. Terakhir, kurangnya transparansi informasi dari perusahaan kepada peternak menghambat terciptanya kerjasama yang adil dan berkelanjutan.
