Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetai pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru Di SD Kreatif Muhammadiyah 2 Bontang sesuai dengan hipotesis penelitian 1). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y). 2). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari budaya organisasi (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) di SD Kreatif Muhammadiyah 2 Bontang. Dan 3). Terdapat pengaruh antara kepemimpinan (X1) dan budaya organisai (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru (Y) di SD Kreatif Muhammadiyah 2 Bontang. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan analisis regresi dengan menguji hipotesis menggunakan analisis uji t dan F, responden merupakan guru SD Kreatif Muhammadiyah 2 Bontang yang berjumlah 33 orang. Sedangkan instrumen telah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabelitas menggunakan  SPSS. Hasil penelitian menemukan, Uji Hipotesis 1 dibuktikan dari hasil uji t menunjukkan angka 0,005 < 0,05 dengan analisis nilai t tabel lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan t hitung. Ada pengaruh dari kepemimpinan (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja guru (Y). Maka Ho positif diterima. Hasil uji hipotesis 2 dibuktikan dari hasil uji t menunjukkan angka 0,000< 0,05 dengan analisis nilai t tabel lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan t hitung. Ada pengaruh yang positif dari Budaya Organisasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Guru . Maka Ho positif diterima. Untuk uji hipotesis 3 ditemukan dibuktikan dari hasil uji F menunjukkan angka 0,000< 0,05 dengan analisis nilai t tabel lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan t hitung Berdasarkan pengaruh secara parsial yang terjadi antara variabel bebas (kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi) terhadap variable terikat ( kinerja guru ), hasil yang diperoleh nilai signifikansi budaya organisasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka Hipotesis diterima, nilai signifikansi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah 0,005 < dari 0,05 maka Hipotesis diterima dan nilai signifikan budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara simultan 0,000 < 0,005 maka Hipotesis diterima ditunjukkan nilai R square sebesar 89%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how effective the results are through developing thematic learning modules containing traditional games for the independence of class III at SDN 1 Kepoh. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research method explains the design of this research activity which was carried out at one of the elementary schools in Blora Regency, namely at SDN 1 Kepoh. Researchers chose SDN 1 Kepoh as a place for observations, interviews, product validation and product trials on class III students. design experiment with one group pretest posttest type. The design is used to compare results before and after treatment. Experimental research methods refer to research methods used to find the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions.This research uses validity test instruments. Testing the reliability of study materials is based on the opinions or considerations of related experts. Data collection techniques using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test were used in this research to evaluate the null hypothesis. The research results show that the effectiveness tests carried out included the normality test, paired sample T test, and N-Gain test. The results of the normality test show normal values ​​and in the paired sample T-test the significance value is 0.000, meaning that there is a significant difference in the pre-test and post-test. And in the N-Gain test, the mean N-gain score was 0.4601, so the test results can be categorized as moderate. So it can be concluded that the test results of the effectiveness of thematic media modules containing traditional games in increasing the learning independence of class III students are in the moderate or sufficient category.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia dan untuk menggambarkan upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor hambatan dan pendukung dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Meningkatka Mutu Pendidikan pada lembaga Raudhatul Athfal di Kutai Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian multi situs pada tiga Raudhatul Athfal (RA) al-Bayan, RA Ni’matul Ulum, dan RA al-Amanah di Kutai Barat, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara dan dokumentasi, sebagai informan adalah kepala RA, guru dan masyarakat. Data di analisis menggunakan model Miles Huberman dengan pengumpulan data, kondensasi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menamukan adanya manajemen sumberdaya manusia yang berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia, meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi dilakasanakan dengan baik walaupun sederhana dan sesuai kebutuhan yayasan dan RA. Sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Mutu Pendidikan pada lembaga Raudhatul Atfhal di Kutai Barat yaitu adanya perhatian pada komunikasi, kolaborasi dan Kerjasama, memperhatikan mutu RA walaupun sangat minim guru atau SDM, masih mengikutkan pada pelatihan dan diklat guru agar sesuai dengan keahlian TK/ RA. Faktor-faktor hambatan yaitu kendala adalah dari pembiayaan atau keuangan yang sangat minim, fasilitas sarana dan prasarana terbatas, alat bermain di halaman minim dan kurang baik, terdapat latar belakang pendidikan guru yang beragam. Factor pendukung adanya bantuan dana dari pihak pemerintah seperti dari Kemenag, Pemda dan Kecamatan, adanya kepedulian dan semangat pengelola RA baik guru maupun kepala RA terhadap berjalannya RA sesuai visi dan misi yang disusun. The aim of this research is to describe the management of Human Resources and to describe the efforts made to improve the Quality of Education as well as to determine the obstacles and supporting factors in the management of Human Resources in Improving the Quality of Education at the Raudhatul Athfal institution in West Kutai. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, multi-site research on three Raudhatul Athfal (RA) al-Bayan, RA Ni'matul Ulum, and RA al-Amanah in West Kutai. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, as the informant is the head RA, teachers and the community. Data was analyzed using the Miles Huberman model with data collection, condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that human resource management is running well in accordance with human resource management, including planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation, which is carried out well even though it is simple and meets the needs of the foundation and RA. Meanwhile, the efforts made to improve Human Resources and the Quality of Education at the Raudhatul Atfhal institution in West Kutai include attention to communication, collaboration and cooperation, paying attention to the quality of RA even though there are very few teachers or human resources, still including teacher training and training to suit their expertise. Kindergarten/ RA. Obstacle factors include very minimal funding or finances, limited facilities and infrastructure, minimal and poor play equipment in the yard, and teachers' educational backgrounds vary. Supporting factors include financial assistance from the government, such as from the Ministry of Religion, Regional and District Governments, the concern and enthusiasm of RA managers, both teachers and RA heads, for the running of RA in accordance with the vision and mission prepared.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe e-RKAM-based financial management in improving the quality of Madrasah education in Balikpapan City. To analyze the inhibiting and supporting factors for E-RKAM-based financial management in improving the quality of Madrasah education in Balikpapan City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Research location at MTs Negeri 1 and MTs Negeri 2 and MTs Ibnu Khaldun Balikpapan. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses the Milles Huberman and Saldana model which includes data collection, data presentation, condensation and conclusions. The data validity test was carried out using triangulation. The result of this research is to find that e-RKAM-based financial management in improving the quality of Madrasah education in Balikpapan City has been implemented according to the stages and elements of the financial management function which includes planning, implementation, organizing and monitoring or evaluating. According to the instrument, the quality of madrasah education can be improved by running a budget according to the needs of the madrasah, the quality of education is carried out in accordance with the vision and mission of the madrasah and to achieve the goals of the madrasah, realizing improvements in madrasah facilities and infrastructure by creating transparency in madrasah financial management. Meanwhile, the findings of the obstacles and supporting factors for E-RKAM-based financial management in improving the quality of Madrasah education in Balikpapan City, are that the obstacle factors include operators who do not properly understand the E-RKAM application and must take part in training or outreach activities, limited infrastructure and facilities. which needs to be fought for in budgeting, the quality of teaching staff and educational staff. Meanwhile, the supporting factors for financial transparency and accountability are between kamad, head of TU, treasurer, operators and other staff. Kamad and related staff take part in upgrading, there are improvements to support all financial transparency and accountability between kamad, head of TU, treasurer, operators and other staff.

Abstract

Teachers play a crucial role in education worldwide, responsible for teaching and guiding students. This research follows a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The research subjects involve school principals, teachers, and relevant stakeholders in teacher performance management. The results indicate that teacher performance management at SMP Negeri 1 Karangan has shown positive development through stages of planning, assessment system establishment, supervision, evaluation, and performance improvement. Although performance planning is structured considering the school's vision, mission, and goals, challenges remain regarding performance target setting and resource allocation. Teacher participation in planning is appreciated, but implementation requires refinement. Assessment system establishment is participatory with various methods, although implementation hurdles exist. Performance supervision involves classroom observation, test evaluation, and meetings, yet consistency and accountability need enhancement. Performance evaluation employs diverse methods and instruments, but challenges regarding resources and teacher perceptions persist. Recognition and rewards for performance are appreciated, but structured improvement is needed. Therefore, enhancing education quality requires continuous efforts in improving teacher performance management through collaboration among all relevant parties.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh konseling adiksi terhadap efikasi diri klien, serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat proses konseling adiksi terhadap efikasi diri pada klien rehabilitasi rawat jalan di BNN Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi (BNNP) Kalimantan Timur bertempat di Jalan Rapak Indah KM. 1, Kelurahan Karang Asam Ulu, Kecamatan Sungai Kunjang, Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. Subjek dan kriteria dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dokter, konselor dan klien di Klinik Pratama BNNP KALTIM. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, sehingga instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling adiksi berpengaruh pada efikasi diri klien. Upaya yang dilakukan pihak rehabilitasi untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri klien adalah menggunakan wawancara yang bisa memotivasi klien pada proses konseling. Adapun upaya tersebut didukung oleh beberapa intervensi yaitu konseling, tes urin dan memberikan pemahaman kepada keluarga klien. Adapun hambatan yang terdapat pada proses konseling yaitu hambatan pada klien yang terdiri dari klien yang tertutup, klien berbohong, pendidikan, dan waktu, serta hambatan dari konselor yang terdiri dari konselor tidak dapat berkonsentrasi dengan baik, kurangnya ide, kesulitan membina kepercayaan klien, dan ketidaksesuaian potensi konselor pada masalah klien.

Abstract

In the contemporary era, digital literacy is a crucial skill, particularly in early childhood education (PAUD). It encompasses not just the ability to utilize technology but also the skills to disseminate information, communicate effectively, and collaborate within a digital context. A notable innovation in PAUD learning support is the use of artificial intelligence (AI)-based media, such as PAUDPEDIA. This platform is tailored to offer adaptive content, instant feedback, and an engaging, enjoyable learning experience. The aims of this research is to evaluate the implication of PAUDPEDIA as an interactive educational tool in enhancing digital literacy among early learners at TK ABA. Therefore, developing the competence of educators in utilizing technology such as PAUDPEDIA is a strategic step to support quality education in the digital era.

Abstract

The principal has many roles and duties, apart from being an administrative leader, motivator, leader and so on. However, not all school principals have the ability to provide learning leadership because, in the independent curriculum, the duties and roles of school principals become strategic as learning leaders. The service aims to find out the participants' views independently about instructional leadership abilities and the competence of school principals in implementing driving schools. This activity uses strategies carried out to achieve the expected conditions using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, namely mentoring with involvement and involving other parties to make changes while the parties are involved. The form of participation in this leadership workshop is Teachers' Halls East Kalimantan Mobilizer, Mobilization School Facilitator and principal of the mobilization school in Bontang City. The result of service and mentoring is that the school principal has well-defined competencies and can carry out driving school leadership to implement the independent curriculum very well and precisely. Reflections on the results of mentoring need to be developed in the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum with the competence of school principals, which includes: (1) Principals support their schools in becoming a comfortable and safe environment to become a good, harmonious ecosystem and in accordance with the expectations of students learning at school; (2) Establish relationships between school residents. to carry out communication and interaction that contains mutual trust and mutual care; (3) In the school environment as a learning environment as an ecosystem which is structured as a policy to receive student input and aspirations; and (4) Involve students tinbbuildinga conducive learning environment for all students. The implications of mentoring for improving the performance of school principals and developing the concept of a better learning ecosystem.

Abstract

Digital leadership faces challenges in transformation, including inadequate internet access, limited funding, and low teacher digital competence. Moreover, institutions struggle to maintain learning quality and safeguard digital privacy. Organizational culture remains unprepared for digitalization, with insufficient strategies to adapt to change. These issues create anxiety among principals and teachers in integrating technology, while a lack of understanding of digital leadership within institutions hinders innovation and performance improvement. This study aimed to analyze the effect of digital leadership on educational digital transformation using a quantitative approach. The population consisted of all school principals and teachers at Madrasah Aliyah in Samarinda, totaling 120 individuals. The sampling technique employed the Harry King Nomogram table with a 5% margin of error, resulting in a sample size of 92 participants. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using linear correlation and t-tests. The results showed that digital leadership significantly impacts digital transformation, enhancing infrastructure, training, digital content, student engagement, creativity, and performance measurement. Digital transformation in education is achieved through integrating technology into learning processes and improving school management efficiency. This underscores the critical role of digital leadership in addressing technological challenges and fostering innovation in educational institutions.

Abstract

Speaking is a vital basic skill for early childhood, as it is the foundation for future communication and language development. In the digital era, technologies such as speech-to-text offer new opportunities to create interactive and visual-based learning experiences, thus supporting children in developing their speaking skills more effectively. This study aims to explore the use of speech-to-text technology in supporting children's speaking skills at Nurul Huda Palaran Kindergarten. The approach applied is descriptive qualitative, with sources designed through observation, interviews, and documentation to provide an in-depth understanding of the application of this technology in the learning process. The data analysis process follows three main stages adapted from Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The study shows that the application of speech-to-text technology has a positive impact on improving children's pronunciation, fluency, and vocabulary mastery. This technology provides direct feedback to children in the form of text from speech, which helps children recognize errors and correct them. However, several challenges were found, such as inaccurate transcription for certain pronunciations, which were successfully overcome through teacher assistance to provide further guidance. In conclusion, the integration of speech-to-text technology is an effective innovative approach to support the development of early childhood speaking skills. The success of implementing this technology is highly dependent on the combination of optimal use of technology and a humanistic approach by teachers to create a balanced learning experience.   ABSTRAK Berbicara adalah sebuah keterampilan dasar yang vital bagi anak usia dini, karena menjadi pondasi bagi perkembangan komunikasi dan bahasa dimasa depan. Dalam era digital, teknologi seperti speech-to-text menawarkan kesempatan baru untuk memunculkan pengalaman belajar yang interaktif dan berbasis visual, sehingga mendukung anak dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berbicara secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan teknologi speech-to-text dalam menunjang kecakapan berbicara anak di TK Nurul Huda Palaran. Pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan sumber yang dirancang melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang penerapan teknologi ini dalam proses pembelajaran. Proses analisis data mengikuti tiga tahap utama yang diadaptasi dari Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Telaah menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi speech-to-text memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan aspek pelafalan, kelancaran berbicara, dan penguasaan kosakata anak. Teknologi ini memberikan umpan balik langsung kepada anak dalam bentuk teks dari ucapan, yang membantu anak mengenali kesalahan dan memperbaikinya. Meski demikian, ditemukan beberapa tantangan, seperti ketidakakuratan transkripsi untuk pelafalan tertentu, yang berhasil diatasi melalui pendampingan guru untuk memberikan bimbingan lebih lanjut. Kesimpulannya, integrasi teknologi speech-to-text merupakan pendekatan inovatif yang efektif untuk mendukung pengembangan kemampuan berbicara anak usia dini. Keberhasilan penerapan teknologi ini sangat bergantung pada kombinasi antara pemanfaatan teknologi secara optimal dan pendekatan humanistik oleh guru untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang seimbang.
