Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan periode peralihan dari masa kanak-kanak menuju masa dewasa. Remaja akan mengalami perubahan yang terjadi di dalam tubuhnya yaitu perkembangan fisik yang sangat pesat. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan itu bisa memicu timbulnya perasaan bingung dan kecemasan, dan ketidakstabilan emosi yang seringkali memicu terjadinya kenakalan pada remaja. Permasalahan remaja yang paling sering adalah  seksualitas, HIV/AIDS dan Penyalahgunaan NAPZA. Remaja perlu dibekali informasi tentang tumbuh kembang masa remaja dan juga pendampingan dari orang dewasa seperti orangtua dan guru. Edukasi tentang kesehatan yang terkait dengan tumbuh kembang remaja dapat menumbuhkan pemahaman remaja akan kondisi tubuh mereka yang sebenarnya. Tujuan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman remaja tentang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan remaja dan permasalahan yang terjadi pada remaja di SMP Negeri 2 Turi Sleman Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan merupakan penyuluhan dan diskusi. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam 3 tahap yaitu tahap persiapan termasuk perijinan, tahap pelaksanaan (penyuluhan) dan tahap evaluasi. Pengukuran tingkat pemahaman remaja dilakukan melalui pre tes dan pos test setelah selesai pemberian materi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan pada remaja dengan nilai pre tes Sebagian besar kategori pengetahuan sedang sebesar 42,56%, dan nilai post tes Sebagian besar masuk kategori baik sebesar 48,93%, terjadi peningkatan pemahan dari siswa siswi setelah edukasi. Saat sesi diskusi beberapa peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan sangat antusius bertanya dan mencoba menjawab pertanyaan dari teman. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini bahwa edukasi remaja tentang tumbuh kembang yang dilakukan membawa dampak positif yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan. Pengetahuan tentang tumbuh kembang remaja, kesehatan reproduksi, dan permasalahan remaja sangat penting untuk membantu mereka melalui periode yang penuh tantangan ini dengan cara yang sehat, aman, dan bertanggung jawab,

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Kekerasan seksual terhadap anak merupakan permasalahan serius yang berdampak negatif pada perkembangan fisik, psikologis, dan sosial anak. Data menunjukkan peningkatan kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya pencegahan yang efektif untuk melindungi anak-anak dari ancaman tersebut. Salah satu metode yang telah terbukti efektif adalah melakukan edukasi secara dini tentang batasan tubuh pribadi pada anak. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anak usia sekolah tentang pencegahan kekerasan seksual dengan mengajarkan tentang batasan tubuh pribadi di TK Tunas Islam Bantuk. Mitra pada pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah Taman Kanak-kanak Tunas Islam Bantul, yang berjumlah 52 anak dengan rentang usai 5-7 tahun. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam 3 tahapan tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Tahap persiapan meliputi pengurusan surat izin, persiapan materi edukasi, persiapan ruangan dan peserta. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu melakukan pendidikan kesehatan dengan menggunakan video animasi untuk meningkatkan retensi pemahaman anak usia prasekolah. Setelah menonton video dilanjutkan dengan penjelasan materi. Kemudian anak usia pra sekolah diajarkan lagu tentang ”sentuhan boleh, dan sentuhan tidak boleh” dinyanyikan secara berulang-ulang. Tahap evaluasi adalah melakukan evaluasi kepada anak-anak terkait pengetahuan kekerasan seksual yang sudah mereka dapatkan saat penyuluhan. Pada tahap ini juga dilakukan penyusunan laporan hasil pendidikan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada anak usia prasekolah. Hasil pengabdian ditemukan 82,7% peserta berumur 6 tahun, dan 53,8% berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan anak usia pra sekolah terhadap batasan tubuh pribadi, area tubuh yang boleh disentuh atau tidak boleh disentuh. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini ada peningkatan pemahaman anak tentang pencegahan kekerasan seksual dibuktikan dengan anak usia pra sekolah mampu menjawab setiap pertanyaan dari pengabdi.Kata kunci: kekerasan seksual; batasan tubuh; anak usia pra sekolah  ABSTRACTChild sexual abuse is a serious problem that negatively affects the physical, psychological, and social development of children. Data shows an increase in cases of child sexual abuse in various countries, including Indonesia. Therefore, effective prevention efforts are needed to protect children from this threat. One method that has been proven effective is educating children about their personal body boundaries at an early age. The purpose of this service is to increase school-age children's understanding of sexual violence prevention by teaching about personal body boundaries. The partner institution for implementing this program is Tunas Islam Kindergarten in Bantul, which involves a total of 52 children aged between 5 and 7 years. The implementation of this activity was carried out in 3 stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage includes obtaining permission letters, preparing educational materials, and preparing rooms and participants. The implementation stage of the activity is to conduct health education using animated videos to increase the retention of preschool children's understanding. After watching the video, followed by an explanation of the educational material. Then, preschool children are taught a song about “touch is allowed, and touch is not allowed” sung repeatedly. The evaluation stage is to evaluate the children regarding the knowledge of sexual violence that they have obtained during counseling. At this stage, a report on the results of health education. The service results found that 82.7% of participants were 6 years old, and 53.8% were male. There is an increase in pre-school children's knowledge of personal body boundaries, areas of the body that can or should not be touched. This activity concludes that there is an increase in children's understanding of the prevention of sexual violence as evidenced by pre-school children being able to answer every question from the research.Keywords: sexual violence; body boundaries; preschool children

Abstract

Proses internalisasi pendidikan karakter di lembaga pendidikan tidak dapat dilakukan secara instan, namun secara bertahap dan terus-menerus. Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta (Unjaya) sebagai lembaga pendidikan berperan sangat besar dalam memberikan pengaruh dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa untuk dapat mengamalkan Nilai Kejuangan Jenderal Achmad Yani (NKJA) dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi NKJA dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Fakultas Kesehatan Unjaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Fakultas Kesehatan Unjaya berupaya membentuk karakter mahasiswa melalui internalisasi NKJA sejak resmi menjadi mahasiswa Unjaya. Internalisasi NKJA dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa sejalan dengan Visi Misi Fakultas Kesehatan Unjaya. Arah kebijakan internalisasi NKJA dirumuskan dalam Rencana Strategis dengan mengangkat sebagai salah satu Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) Fakultas Kesehatan Unjaya. Nilai-nilai NKJA meliputi Nasionalis, Patriotik dan Heroik. Strategi internalisasi melalui adanya mata kuliah penciri NKJA, melaksanakan program Achmad Yani Muda dan mengintegrasikan penilaian sikap NKJA dalam pembelajaran. Melalui Pendidikan karakter NKJA tersebut, diharapkan dapat membentuk mahasiswa dan lulusan yang memiliki sikap toleransi, adaptif, budi pekerti, cinta tanah air, berani, rela berkorban, mentaati aturan, bertanggungjawab dan prestatif serta mampu menjadi role model.

Abstract

Awareness of the importance of exclusive breastfeeding has increased among parents. However, several challenges remain, one of which is the inability of mothers to breastfeed until their babies are six months old. This is often attributed to mothers' lack of understanding of proper breastfeeding techniques, including methods to support optimal breast milk production. The purpose of the community service program is to increase breast milk production through oxytocin massage. The method used is divided into three stages: a pretest, providing material on oxytocin massage, followed by an oxytocin massage demonstration, and finally a posttest. The results obtained were 36 respondents, 100% of whom had good knowledge. The posttest results showed a 16.66% increase in knowledge scores compared to the pretest. Husbands/family members were willing to simulate oxytocin massage after being given a demonstration by the midwife. The community service program hopes that husbands/family members will continue to provide oxytocin massage at home for 2-3 minutes every day

Abstract

Introduction :Cancer diagnosis and the treatmet that must be carried out sometimes make the patients experience the psychological problem and less satisfaction in marriage. It does not only impact the patients but also their life partner. Therefore during the treatment period, the patients and their spouse are seen as one unity that influences each other. Dyadic coping is a coping formed altogether with the patients which emphasizes more on the interaction among the spouses and proven more effective in annuling the stressors. Purpose : The purpose of this research was to see the effectiveness of dyadic coping skill training intervention in cancer patients and their spouse in increasing the coping, marriage satisfaction, and psychological adjustment. Method :This research employed conceptual framework named The Systematic Transactional Model by Bodenmann. This research was a quantitative research with quasi experimental pre and post test design. The participants in this research were cancer patients and their spouse who were taking the therapy at Public Regional Hospital, Riau Province. The participants were selected by using purposive sampling based on the inclusion criteria. Total participants were 17 patients. The research instruments used in this research covered Dyadic Coping Inventory, Dyadic Adjustment Scale, and Benefit Funding Scale Indonesian Version which had been validated. Results : The analysis result showed that there was change of the average of dyadic coping score (p0.001), marriage satisfaction (p0.001), and psychological adjustment (p0.001) in patients who had been given intervention of dyadic coping skill training. Discussion : This research proved that dyadic coping skill training intervention was effective in increasing the couple coping, marriage satisfaction, and psychological adjustment until it can be made as one holistic nursing intervention towards the patients’ cancer.

Abstract

ntroduction: Adherence to antiretroviral therapy (ART) is a central determinant of treatment success among people living with HIV (PLWH). However, how relational and psychosocial factors operate within steady partnerships to shape adherence remains insufficiently understood in the Indonesian context. This study aimed to examine key predictors of ART adherence among PLWH in steady partnerships, focusing on individual, relational, and therapy-related factors in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 370 PLWH with steady partners across five districts in Yogyakarta between April and July 2025 using a self-administered questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, bivariate analyses, and binary logistic regression were applied to identify factors independently associated with ART adherence. Results: Overall, 78.4% of respondents demonstrated good ART adherence. In the adjusted logistic regression model, understanding the Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U) concept (AOR = 2.26; 95% CI: 1.02–4.98; p = 0.043), absence of HIV-related discrimination (AOR = 0.46; 95% CI: 0.26–0.82; p = 0.008), and having an undetectable viral load (AOR = 2.64; 95% CI: 1.61–4.32; p < 0.001) emerged as the strongest independent predictors of adherence. Other relational variables, including partner support and ART duration, were associated with adherence in bivariate analyses but did not remain significant after adjustment. Conclusions: These findings indicate that ART adherence among PLWH in steady partnerships is primarily shaped by treatment-related knowledge, stigma-free social environments, and virological outcomes. HIV care programs should prioritize U=U–based education, stigma reduction strategies, and routine viral load monitoring to sustain adherence. Relational and partner-based approaches may hold programmatic relevance but warrant further investigation through longitudinal or intervention-based studies to clarify their independent contribution to ART adherence in Indonesia.
