Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant relationship and there is an influence between learning interest on Integrated Science learning outcomes. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with correlational methods. The population in this study were all 65 students of class VII at SMP Negeri 4 Maniamolo. The sampling technique uses a total sampling technique, meaning that the entire population is used as a sample. The instrument in this study used a closed questionnaire and students' science learning outcomes were in the form of odd semester final exam scores. Data analysis techniques were carried out by describing the data, correlational analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The test results in this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between learning interest on science learning outcomes, and there is also an influence between learning interest on Integrated Science learning outcomes. So it was concluded that 1) because students have a sense of pleasure, interest, and a high desire for learning which is seen as giving them benefits and satisfaction, 2) students have a sense of comfort, are aware of the benefits of learning, and know the learning goals that make them interested so that learning occurs. improvement in learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Investigasi Kelompok Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Terpadu Pada Pokok Bahasan Ketenagakerjaan Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sidua’ori Tahun Pembelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bersifat eksperimental. subjek penelitian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok kelas yaitu kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VIII A dan VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Sidua’ori Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 38 siswa, terdiri dari 18 siswa laki-laki dan 20 siswi perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: untuk tes awal di kelas eksperimen sebesar 60,13 (VIII-A) dengan kategori cukup sedangkan untuk kelas kontrol sebesar 57,89 (VIII-B). Siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Investigasi Kelompok dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 81,96 (VIII-A) dengan kategori baik dan di Kelas Kontrol dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 67,28 (VIII-B) pada sub pokok bahasan Ketenagakerjaan. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji hipotesis diperoleh ttabel= 1,729, sehingga thitung> yaitu: 3,832. Hal tersebut menunjukkan nilai thitung> ttabel. Karena nilai thitung> ttabel maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dengan kata lain ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Investigasi kelompok terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu pada pokok bahasan Ketenagakerjaan kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sidua’ori Tahun Pembelajaran 2021/2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangin oleh studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan penulis di SMP Negeri 1 Lolomatua, penulis mendapatkan beberapa informasi sehingga mendorong peneliti untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peningkatan Hasil belajar Siswa melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Curah Pendapat (Brainstorming) pada mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dengan materi pokok Pancasila sebagai Dasar Negara dan Ideologi Negara di Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Lolomatua Tahun Pembelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan sesuai model Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pembahasan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa hasil persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa siklus I hanya mencapai 61,76 % dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 68,88 kategori cukup. Untuk hasil Observasi Responden Guru pada Siklus I adalah 75 % kategori baik, Sedangkan hasil observasi kegiatan pembelajaran pada siklus I adalah 53,33 kategori kurang. Setelah refleksi siklus I, dilaksanakan siklus II, yakni selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran berlangsung pada siklus II hasil persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa adalah 100% dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 92,88 kategori sangat baik. Untuk hasil observasi kegiatan pembelajaran Responden guru pada siklus II adalah 92,85 kategori Sangat Baik sedangkan hasil observasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran pada siklus II adalah 94,44% kategori Sangat Baik. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian, maka peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Curah Pendapat (Brainstorming) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan hasil belajar siswa, dan juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas Pembelajaran. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka peneliti memberikan saran yaitu Sebaiknya guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran khususnya pada mata pelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan menerapkan Model pembelajaran Curah Pendapat (Brainstorming) sehingga Pembelajaran menjadi lebih optimal dan hasil belajar dapat menjadi lebih meningkat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Laia in Hilimondrege Raya Village. This type of research is quantitative research that is causal in nature. The sample in this research consisted of 100 consumers. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that there is a significant influence between Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction at UD. Laia in Hilimondrege Raya Village. In this research, a simple linear regression equation was obtained, namely: Y = 24.008 + 0.565 on consumer satisfaction. Then simultaneously there is a positive influence between the independent variable service quality (X) on the dependent variable consumer satisfaction (Y) using the SPSS 21.0 For Windows Evaluation Version program, obtaining an R Square value of 0.612 or 61.2%. The results of the hypothesis test (t test) obtained a t value of 5.128 > a t table value of 1.661 with a degree of freedom of 98 (100-2) at = 0.05 because 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that service quality influences consumer satisfaction at UD . Laia in Hilimondrege Raya Village.

Abstract

Global economic crises and financial uncertainties often affect the welfare of society, particularly in terms of personal financial management. Therefore, it is essential to enhance financial literacy among communities so they can manage financial resources wisely and survive during times of crisis. This community service program aims to provide economic education to the people of Hilionaha Village regarding healthy and sustainable personal financial management. The methods used include community-based training, workshops, individual coaching, and group discussions, all aimed at developing understanding and skills in household budgeting, savings planning, and basic investment strategies. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the community's understanding of how to manage their finances, as well as their ability to create realistic budgets and prioritize spending. However, challenges such as limited access to financial institutions and restricted income remain barriers. Overall, this community service activity has had a positive impact on personal financial management at the household level and is expected to strengthen the economic resilience of the people of Hilionaha Village in facing financial challenges

Abstract

This study aims to examine the utilization of local wisdom in economic education in Nias and its impact on curriculum relevance. The local wisdom in Nias, which includes traditional economic practices, barter systems, and natural resource management, has significant potential to enhance students' understanding of economic concepts. Using a qualitative approach, this research analyzes various literature sources and case studies to identify how local wisdom can be integrated into the educational curriculum. The findings indicate that the utilization of local wisdom not only increases student interest and engagement but also strengthens cultural identity and character development. Furthermore, the study identifies implementation challenges that need to be addressed to achieve these goals. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of a more relevant and contextual curriculum for students in Nias.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of bokashi fertilizer Sus scrofa manure on growth sweet corn (Zea mays L.). This type of research is a quantitative study with a pure experimental method (true experiment). The population of this study were 30 polybags of sweet corn. The research sample used a sample consisting 30 polybags sweet corn with treatment and five replications. The treatments applied were P0 (without bokashi), P1 (50 grams), P2 (70 grams), P3 (90 grams), P4 (110 grams), and P5 (130 grams). The data of this study were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality test, homogeneity test and Anova test and test with the LSD test using version 20 of the SPSS (system product and service solution) application. Based on the results the study it was concluded that, It is used for the growth sweet corn plants and the bokashi fertilizer Sus scrofa dung is easy to find and can be processed quickly and the use Sus scrofa dung bokashi fertilizer has an effect on the growth in height, diameter and number leaves of sweet corn (Zea mays L.).

Abstract

This service aims to inventory the types of herbal plants used as family medicinal plants in Hilimondrege Raya Village. This service is a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods with a total of 5 respondents. Data collection by observation, interviews, documentation. Based on the findings of this service, it can be concluded that there are 15 plant species used by the people of Hilimondrege Raya Village as family medicinal plants, namely Cocor duck (Kalanchoe Pinnata), Soursop (Annona muricata), Ila-lang (Imperata cylindrica), Bandotan (Ageratum conizoides) , Earrings (Acalypha australis), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Cat's whiskers (Orthosiphon aristatus), Turmeric (Curcuma domestica), Mahkota dewa (Phaleria macrocarpha), Guava (Psidium guajava), Lime (Citrus aurantifolia), Areca nut (Areca catechu), Cardamom (Amomum compactum), Water henna (Impatiens balsamina), Pulutan (Urena lobata). Suggestions for this research are expected to maintain the habit of using plants as medicine, and also teach children and young people about natural medicine. Natural treatment should be a source of knowledge, understanding and insight for the people of Hilimondrege Raya Village.

Abstract

Coconut shell is an organic waste that comes from processed coconuts which is obtained after taking the coconut meat to make coconut milk and so on. Coconut shells have many benefits for humans if they can be used creatively. The aim of this service is to find out the process of utilizing organic waste, especially coconut shells in Bawofanayama Village, Fanayama District, South Nias Regency. Based on the results of this research, the process of processing coconut shells to make charcoal is carried out in stages, namely; cleaning, drying, providing containers for burning, burning, collecting charcoal and distributing or selling. Based on these results, it is clearly visible and proven that natural waste or waste, especially coconut shells originating from human activities, can be reused as income. So this can improve human quality creatively and economically. Therefore, it is hoped that the community can utilize organic waste, especially coconut shell waste, to increase the economic value of the community itself.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing the learning difficulties of ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Toma in economics subjects. The problem addressed in this study is the factors that cause low learning outcomes in economics. The data collection methods used are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Product Moment correlation formula, the Spearman Brown formula, and the coefficient of determination (KD). This research analyzes two types of factors influencing students' learning difficulties: internal factors (physiological and psychological) and external factors (school environment and family environment). The results show that internal factors (physiological and psychological) have a correlation coefficient of r = 0.68, indicating a significant effect on students' learning difficulties. External factors, which involve the school and family environments, show a correlation coefficient of r = 0.86, indicating a very high influence on students' learning difficulties. The coefficient of determination (KD) for internal factors is 46.24%, while for external factors, it reaches 73.96%. Based on these findings, it is recommended that parents seek learning resources to motivate their children and provide constructive guidance to encourage more diligent studying.
